ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth

Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.

If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile and, more importantly, show us something you’ve built: a GTM system, automation, agent, workflow, or customer implementation you’re particularly proud of.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals
To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
What you’ll be doing
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE DACH TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews – raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics
- Create a repeatable operating model – clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms – DACH's execution shouldn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time, establishing career paths and succession plans as the region grows
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR THE DACH TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run the DACH Enterprise territory with focus – balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong
- Set the strategy for the team's most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical + business wins
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts – aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product) to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: Track record running a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- 🇩🇪 DE location: You’re based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: Experience in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down
- 📊 Operational excellence: Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution

WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS

Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.

- Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control, versioning, and readiness for training and evaluation.
- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production, using real-world data to track performance and surface issues.
- Develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines and tooling to make data work faster and reproducible, partnering with ML engineers on what "training-ready" looks like.
Who you are
- Experience as a Data Scientist, or similar, working with real-world datasets and ML models.
- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of TradingView users, strong commercial judgment, and experience driving product growth. You will grow OKX's business within the TradingView ecosystem by identifying the most promising customer segments, defining why traders should choose OKX, and finding effective ways to acquire, activate, and retain them, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Your first priority is to establish how the business can grow and which opportunities warrant investment. You will validate growth hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and focused experiments before committing substantial engineering resources. Those insights will shape the product roadmap, investment priorities, and the TradingView integrations and trading experience improvements you deliver with engineering and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the Growth Strategy and Business Opportunity —
Identify high-potential customer segments, trading use cases, and market opportunities within the TradingView ecosystem. Assess competitive positioning, platform selection drivers, and OKX's differentiated value proposition. Build growth hypotheses and business cases that consider audience size, revenue potential, acquisition cost, and expected return, then set business goals, priorities, and a phased growth plan.
Understand Users and the Trading Conversion Journey —
Use interviews, behavioral data, and community feedback to understand how traders discover platforms, use charts and indicators, set alerts, connect accounts, place orders, and manage positions. Identify what motivates or prevents users from choosing OKX, making their first trade, and returning. Develop customer segments and conversion funnels, and turn insights into clear product, positioning, and lifecycle opportunities.
Validate Growth Hypotheses and Improve Conversion and Retention —
Design measurable experiments across acquisition, account connection, first successful trade, repeat trading, and reactivation. Use existing capabilities, onboarding, trader education, value proposition testing, and targeted campaigns to validate opportunities. Define success metrics, experiment costs, and criteria to scale or stop; expand approaches that work and use the evidence to inform subsequent product investment.
Drive Go-To-Market and Ecosystem Partnerships —
Work with marketing, regional, lifecycle, and TradingView partner teams on acquisition and go-to-market plans. Evaluate ecosystem visibility, communities, creators, educational content, and joint campaigns as potential channels. Define the customer proposition, distribution approach, conversion journey, and partner objectives, and assess channels by the active traders, retention, and business contribution they generate.
Translate Growth Evidence into Product Delivery and Integration —
Translate validated user needs and growth opportunities into a product roadmap, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Define the minimum scope and engineering priorities required to achieve the business objective. Work with OKX engineering and TradingView technical teams to assess API integration, account authorization, market data, and order and position synchronization, and drive the necessary adaptation, testing, and launch to address specific conversion, trust, or retention problems.
Own Business Outcomes and Continuously Refine Investment —
Own metrics for newly acquired trading users, first-trade conversion, active traders, retention, incremental trading volume, and revenue contribution, taking acquisition, incentive, and delivery costs into account. Separate the effects of market conditions, incentives, and product improvements. Review growth initiatives and feature investments, reallocate resources based on results, and track connection success and trading reliability as measures of experience quality.
What We Look For In You
Relevant product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets, with a track record of measurable product growth. You can explain how you identified opportunities, developed a growth strategy, and improved acquisition, trading conversion, retention, or revenue, including your personal contribution and results.
A deep understanding of TradingView users and their practical use of charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows. You can explain why different traders choose a platform, switch terminals, abandon an order, or continue using a service, and validate those insights through research and data.
Strong commercial judgment and growth strategy skills. You can segment customers, assess opportunities, define differentiated positioning, select distribution channels, and build business cases. You validate demand and a credible path to growth through research and focused experiments before substantial engineering investment.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills. You can analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention, design and evaluate growth experiments, and assess incrementality, acquisition cost, customer value, and incentive cost. You can distinguish short-term trading volume changes from sustainable growth.
An understanding of trading products and their commercial drivers. You are familiar with spot and derivatives fundamentals and how instrument coverage, fees, liquidity, execution quality, and account and position workflows influence customer choice, conversion, and retention. You can translate these factors into product decisions.
Experience delivering products that involve technical integration. You have worked with engineers on API or third-party platform integrations and can read interface documentation, understand account authorization and market data, order, and position synchronization, define business rules and acceptance criteria, and drive testing and launch. You connect technical constraints and implementation scope to user value and growth objectives.
Strong English communication and cross-functional execution skills. You can work with TradingView partners, marketing, regional, product, and engineering teams on business opportunities, product priorities, and technical feasibility, aligning resources around shared outcomes.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience growing a business within TradingView or a comparable trading-tool ecosystem, with examples spanning opportunity discovery, growth validation, and scaling.

Experience with TradingView Broker Integration, Advanced Charts, Trading Platform, or comparable integrations, with an ability to explain how the work improved the user experience or supported growth objectives.

An evidence-based growth plan that identifies priority customer segments, OKX's differentiated value, promising distribution channels, and the business opportunity.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
ROLE
Morpho's Head of GTM and the wider GTM leadership team run across time zones, and their calendars, travel, and follow-ups need a single owner. This role takes all of that off their plate for the Head of GTM and keeps the GTM leaders prepared and unblocked, so their time goes to the work only they can do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Head of GTM's calendar and priorities, managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones so the right meetings happen at the right time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, so trips run without friction.
- Prepare meeting logistics, briefs, and materials so executives walk in ready.
- Support the wider GTM leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to keep commitments moving.
- Own and deliver special projects and initiatives for the Head of GTM, from scoping through to completion.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and close attention to detail.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You have earned the trust of the Head of GTM and the team, understand their working styles and priorities, and own day-to-day scheduling, travel, and logistics with minimal guidance.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage complex scheduling and competing priorities with little oversight. You have found and fixed workflow gaps that were costing the team time.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You are a force multiplier for the Head of GTM and an indispensable partner to the wider team, owning projects well beyond traditional EA scope and raising the bar for execution across the org.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leaders in demanding environments.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told, makes sound decisions independently, and drives tasks through to completion.
- Speed with accuracy: executes quickly under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and independently checking work.
- Excellent judgment: comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, knowing when to act, clarify, or escalate.
- Highly organized: proven experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones and competing priorities.
- Clear and crisp async communication, with strong responsiveness and follow-through.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Experience supporting GTM, sales, or business development leadership.
- Exposure to executive operations, Chief of Staff functions, or cross-functional project management.
- Track record of improving workflows, streamlining processes, and reducing executive coordination overhead.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Crypto-native or genuinely curious about DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
