Location: Paris, France
Workplace: Hybrid
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases

is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.

About Semaphore:
Semaphore is a remote-first software company building continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) products for engineering teams. Their customers rely on Semaphore Cloud and self-hosted enterprise products to build, test, and deliver software securely and reliably. The company has extensive experience building developer infrastructure at scale and is now creating new products and capabilities for a world increasingly built by people working with AI coding agents.
About the role:
The Senior Product Engineer will take important ideas from early, ambiguous problems to useful products running in production. The role involves working across product and engineering boundaries: understanding users, shaping solutions, making technical decisions, building systems, and improving them based on real use. Responsibilities include extending mature Semaphore products and starting small experiments or new products. The focus is on achieving strong outcomes rather than completing predefined tickets. AI coding agents are integrated into daily workflows and expected to be used fluently to explore, build, test, and ship faster. The role requires accountability for choosing the right problems, setting direction, making trade-offs, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence, reliability, and maintainability. Strong ownership, initiative, taste, and judgment are essential, with comfort moving between product questions, system design, code, infrastructure, and user experience.
What you will own:
— Take product ideas from problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration, including experiments that may grow into standalone products.
— Work directly with users and internal stakeholders to identify real problems, decide what is worth building, and make pragmatic scope and architecture decisions.
— Build across backend services, APIs, infrastructure-facing components, and focused frontend experiences, reusing proven Semaphore systems before introducing new infrastructure.
— Use AI coding agents effectively while maintaining high standards for correctness, security, clarity, and product quality.
— Own the production outcome, including reliability, observability, supportability, and compliance with Semaphore's security requirements.
— Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly.
What we are looking for:
— Proven track record of independently shipping meaningful software products or major product capabilities.
— Strong product judgment to identify essential user problems, reduce unnecessary scope, and recognize when an experience is ready to ship.
— Strong engineering judgment in system design, implementation, reliability, and maintainability.
— Strong backend and systems fundamentals including APIs, asynchronous processing, service boundaries, state and lifecycle management, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
— Comfort with infrastructure concepts such as virtual machines, storage, networking, authentication, secrets, containers, and cloud platforms.
— Ability to navigate a polyglot environment; Semaphore systems include Go, Elixir, Ruby, React, and related technologies, though expertise in every language is not required.
— Enough frontend capability to build or extend focused product user experiences without relying on a separate team.
— Fluency with modern AI-assisted development including decomposing work for agents, supplying useful context, reviewing generated changes, and building verification into workflows.
— Initiative and persistence, ability to make progress with incomplete information, surface risks early, and involve others when needed.
— Strong written and spoken English and experience working independently in a remote, asynchronous team.
— Emphasis on quality and ownership over years of experience or exact stack match.
Nice to have:
— Experience building developer tools, CI/CD systems, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
— Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
— Experience evolving a mature codebase while introducing new products or architectures.
— Experience in lean environments where senior engineers participate directly in product discovery and customer conversations.
What success looks like within first three months:
— Ownership of a meaningful product problem and shipping a useful capability to production.
— Demonstrated good product taste, clear technical decisions, and disciplined scope.
— Learning enough of Semaphore's platform to reuse strengths and avoid unnecessary reinvention.
— Using AI coding agents to increase output while maintaining understandable, tested, and reliable systems.
— Faster product and engineering decisions due to clear options, sound calls, and follow-through.
— Gaining team trust to drive ambiguous new products or features to strong results.
How you will work:
— Senior individual contributor role with broad ownership.
— Close collaboration with engineering, product, infrastructure, and company leadership.
— Small teams with direct communication and expectation of exercising judgment.
— Opportunity to shape both product and implementation.
— Responsibility for the whole outcome: what gets built, why it matters, how well it works, and post-shipment results.
