As Head of Financial Crime Product, you will set the strategy and own the roadmap for the products behind our financial crime controls, from onboarding and screening to monitoring and case management. You will lead a team of Product Owners and work closely with Operations, Compliance and Engineering to decide what gets built, why, and how well it performs once live.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
Responsabilities
Strategy and roadmap.
Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap, agree delivery priorities and capacity with Engineering, and be responsible for the outcomes.
Leadership.
Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and help the team make sound decisions through research, data analysis and a close understanding of operational work.
Prioritisation.
Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.
Customer journey.
Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data quality, case information and handovers so customers avoid unnecessary repetition and operational teams can make well-informed decisions.
Build or buy.
Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.
New products and markets.
Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Manager of the EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team, you'll drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe's fastest-growing technology companies: SaaS scale-ups, fintechs, marketplaces, consumer platforms, and developer-tooling businesses. Your team makes Anthropic's products (Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude API) successful in production. They address each customer's business needs and technical requirements, and they meet the high bar for reliability and safety that these companies' own users expect.
You'll lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects across EMEA. You'll set the pre-sales standards for the segment, develop each person on the team, and act as a technical lead on some of Anthropic's most strategic European accounts. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help digital-native companies build Claude into their core products and platforms. You'll also explain complex solutions clearly to both engineers and executives.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical guidance and career development
Set goals and run performance reviews that drive growth and output
Work directly with a small number of the highest-value EMEA digital-native customers on their AI adoption strategy, including:
use case scoping
building technical champions
running POCs
Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to understand customer requirements and co-build segment strategy
Own the technical side of pre-sales, making sure your team delivers compelling demos and validates customer ROI
Guide customers through EMEA-specific technical and procurement requirements, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data residency
Align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and regions to drive business outcomes
Travel regularly across EMEA for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building
Lead the vision and execution of solutions that use our latest models for tech-forward use cases
Represent Anthropic in the European tech community through conferences, meetups, webinars, and technical content
Stay current on AI/ML developments and the competitive landscape in the European tech sector
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales technical role
3+ years of experience managing pre-sales or technical GTM teams, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience selling to and working with digital-native companies, such as vertical or horizontal SaaS, consumer tech, fintech, PaaS, or developer platforms
Familiarity with how European tech companies evaluate and procure technology, including security reviews, DPAs, and regulatory scrutiny
Deep technical proficiency with API integrations, production LLM use cases, and AI-powered system architecture
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation, plus working knowledge of how large language models are built and operate
A strong grasp of developer tooling, SDKs, and the integration patterns common in modern software companies
Enjoyment of building foundational teams in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Strong executive presence and the ability to build deep trust with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical founders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
The ability to make ambiguous problems clear and find principles that carry across scenarios
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial, with a habit of thinking beyond past checklists and playbooks

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, cash application, transaction coding and collections.
- Ensure transactions are recorded completely, accurately and consistently in the ledger, with appropriate supporting documentation and coding.
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, coding guidance and transaction categorisation across entities, currencies, departments and relevant business dimensions.
- Review ledger postings and investigate miscoded, incomplete or unusual transactions, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues at source.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on the finance elements of procure-to-pay, including approval controls, purchase order and invoice matching, and accurate recording of commitments and spend.
- Coordinate vendor payments and cash operations across entities, currencies and banking platforms.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals and other month-end close activities.
- Help ensure finance operations run reliably, with clear ownership, appropriate controls and minimal avoidable manual work.
BUILD A BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE TECH STACK
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance tools, including ERP and accounting software, expense and payment platforms, modern banking tools and workflow automation.
- Help design an integrated finance technology stack that meets the needs of a scaling, multi-entity business, using tools such as Ramp and accounting platforms such as Xero or NetSuite.
- Improve the flow of transaction data from source systems into the ledger, reducing duplicate handling, manual entry and coding errors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive finance work and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, including Claude, to practical finance workflows such as information processing, analysis, documentation and process support.
- Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, engineering and operations to improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
- Establish appropriate controls, governance and documentation as new tools and automation are introduced.
- Document finance processes and provide practical guidance so teams understand how to use them.
SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs.
- Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments.
- Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers.
- Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally.
- Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
PARTNER ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance operations questions.
- Help teams navigate invoicing, expenses, payment and accounting processes, including the information needed for accurate transaction coding.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to establish effective handoffs between purchasing activity and finance.
- Support cost control and spend governance through accurate, timely financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across finance, procurement, engineering, supply chain, people and product.
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounting or financial control.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, transaction coding, ledger management, reconciliations and month-end close.
- Experience managing transactions from source documentation through coding, approval, payment or collection, and accurate ledger posting.
- Experience working with or supporting procure-to-pay processes in partnership with procurement or supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems, workflows and automation in a growing business.
- Interest in building a modern, well-integrated finance technology stack and applying AI and automation to real operational problems.
- Confidence working with accounting or ERP systems, expense tools and online banking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- A practical, service-oriented approach to helping teams follow finance processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Ramp, Xero, NetSuite or similar finance platforms.
- Experience with modern banking platforms and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or automation platforms in finance workflows.
- Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, robotics or other product-led business.
- Familiarity with UK, US, Germany or Canadian VAT and indirect tax obligations.
- Background in audit, compliance or internal controls.
- Experience in a venture-backed or globally distributed company.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
As a Research Engineer on the Orchestral team, you will help build the agentic platform we use to train and evaluate our models. Orchestral is the system our researchers rely on to run training and evaluation at scale — from the rollout engine that powers agentic workflows to the infrastructure that keeps their workloads running reliably. What you build becomes the foundation the whole science team works on.
Your work will span the platform's core: the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine — including new capabilities like long-running tasks, subagents and RL features — and the machinery that runs data and jobs at scale, with a focus on resiliency, routing and request handling. You will own significant pieces end to end, from design to production.
This is a software engineering role rather than an ML or infrastructure-operations one: RL or PyTorch experience is not required, and you will spend your time building the platform, not operating it. You will be building a distributed RL system, with the scientists as your users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the core of the Orchestral platform: the library, abstractions and tooling researchers use to train and evaluate models.
- Build and evolve the rollout engine, shipping new capabilities such as long-running tasks and subagents.
- Run Orchestral as a production system: keep training and evaluation workloads reliable at scale.
- Improve how data and jobs flow through the platform as usage grows — scheduling, routing and request handling.
- Treat researchers as your users: understand their workflows and turn recurring needs into robust, shared tooling.
- Raise the bar on engineering quality across the platform: testing, code review, CI/CD, observability and documentation.
- Contribute to open-source rollout-engine and agent-infrastructure projects where it benefits the platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience directly building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability.
- Strong Python skills and solid software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- A builder mindset: you have constructed systems from the ground up, not just operated polished ones.
- A track record in small teams running complex systems at scale — for example in finance, crypto or ad tech.
- Self-starter, low-ego and collaborative, with a product mindset toward your users.
- Curiosity about ML and RL — this experience is not required, but a desire to learn is.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Ray or similar distributed-computing frameworks.
- Open-source contributions, especially to rollout-engine or agent-infrastructure projects such as SLIME, verl or PrimeRL.
- Experience building or working with agentic workflows and environments.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

⭐️ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit for the role if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an actuarial, pricing or underwriting role, ideally on health, hospitalisation or group insurance
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus
- You combine a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with an analytical, structured and fact-based way of working
- You are comfortable navigating technical, data, legal and business questions with clients and internal teams
- You are excited to bring technical expertise into a business-centric context, and are at ease with ambiguity
- You have a builder mindset: you continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and tools
- You communicate in a clear, structured and to-the-point way in English (written and spoken)
- You are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range. It is based in Belgium with remote work flexibility.

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
