THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
COMPANY CULTURE
- Embracing the differences
- Embrace your own differences
- Respect and welcome the unique qualities of others
- See others’ differences as an opportunity to grow
- Own it, do it

- Understand your limitations and seek for help
- Fail forward
- Try - don’t be afraid to fail
- Learn - don’t make the same mistake twice
- Adapt - grow with the experience
- Have fun together
- Take the time to get to know and understand each other better
- Don’t take yourself too seriously and keep it light-hearted
- Fun should be coming from a place of love and respect
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Annual company offsites — we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together. Next stop for 2027: TBD!
- 30 days of PTO
- Flexible remote days
- Flexible working hours
- Equity participation from day 1
- Entitlement to work computer (choice of equipment)
- An annual 1,000€ personal development budget once you have worked 6+ months (pro-rated the first year)
- A one-time 1,000€ remote budget to use on coworking, office setup, etc.
If you join us as an independent contractor, you’re only entitled to the first five benefits of this list.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer:

INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Take-Home Assignment
- First Interview (60 minutes)

Location: Paris, France
Workplace: Hybrid
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Inference Foundation team owns the core of Mistral's inference stack: the inference engine and its orchestration, from the feature set and configuration that serve our models in production to the release machinery that keeps the stack current and production-grade.
This is a hybrid position spanning production LLM serving, engine and platform development, and capacity engineering. You will work on three intertwined problems:
1. Optimize the inference stack at scale — feature development and fixes in the engine and orchestrator, squeezing more throughput and lower latency out of every GPU under strict quality-of-service targets.
2. Make capacity elastic — scaling up and down should be cheap and fast, not a performance cliff.
3. Power the training of our frontier models — high-performance serving that keeps RL and post-training loops running at full speed.
What You Will Do
INFERENCE ENGINE & ORCHESTRATION
- Develop and fix the core of the inference stack — engine and orchestrator — including feature selection, configuration, and tuning for maximum performance at scale
- Own the release process for the serving stack: validated, regression-free releases through automated performance gates and progressive rollout
- Drive improvements and fixes upstream when the open-source engine is the right place for them
PERFORMANCE & CAPACITY AT SCALE
- Optimize serving efficiency across the fleet — driving down pod startup time, tackling cold-cache regressions on scale-up, smarter caching and offloading
- Optimize and maintain the optimal serving topology — overlap communication and transfers with computation, ensure optimal placement, connectivity, and routing
SERVING FOR FRONTIER TRAINING
- Build the serving infrastructure that powers RL and post-training for our frontier models
- Optimize inference performance across the full spectrum of our workloads
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and running ML/LLM services at scale, with clear latency and availability targets
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or others
- A solid grasp of inference internals: prefill vs. decode, KV-cache behavior, batching, scheduling, speculative decoding, parallelism strategies
- Familiarity with distributed and disaggregated serving architectures
- Comfortable debugging across the full stack — CUDA/NCCL, kernels, containers, networking, storage
- Python for systems tooling and backend services; PyTorch
- Kubernetes for running infrastructure at scale
- GPU and networking fundamentals: CUDA runtime, NCCL, InfiniBand/RDMA
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Demonstrated vLLM/sglang know-how — upstream contributions, or a track record of running in demanding production environments
- Hardware-aware optimization for various model architectures
- Experience serving MoE models at scale (expert parallelism, expert placement/load balancing)
- CUDA/Triton kernel development; Nsight Systems/Compute profiling
- Rust and/or C++ in production systems
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:

Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. As a senior member of this team, you will play a key role in running internal enablement sessions and shaping best practices.

Lead change management, and advise executive leadership on the long-term strategy for revenue execution
What skills do I need?
15+ overall years of experience, 5+ years of leading enablement teams at a technology company.
Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems functions in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
Mastery of strategic revenue systems, including:
Complex revenue workflows

Next-generation GTM execution
Precision sales productivity systems
Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
Experience leading complex organizational change
We're intentionally looking beyond traditional enablement backgrounds. Strong candidates may come from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM.
You might be a fit if you:
Think in systems and adapt quickly
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building where no playbook exists
Believe AI will fundamentally reshape how revenue organizations operate
