About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Persistence drives how it serves hiring managers, keeping their needs and every stage of communication front and center from kickoff to close. Throughout, the bar stays high: Huntress needs exceptional talent to scale and to protect every business that depends on us in the fight against hackers.

Manage online job postings and related social media content.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.

Job Summary
If you like owning problems end to end, making security a default property of everything we build, and working closely with engineering, we want to meet you. Bugcrowd is looking for security engineers who move beyond standard tooling and drive measurable security outcomes our customers can rely on. You will help us shape a culture where security helps others succeed, not just points out problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner Closely with Engineering
: Refine architecture, validate new features, and drive security investment while prioritizing engineering velocity
Build Security Paved Roads
: Contribute to the secure defaults, libraries, and "paved roads" that systematically eradicate entire classes of vulnerabilities rather than fixing bugs one by one
Create Feedback Loops
: Tune security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and secret scanning to reduce noise and focus on what matters
Be our Best Customer
: Ensure our bug bounty program can be a model for other customers. Experiment with new ways to leverage the creativity of the crowd. Provide feedback on new platform features to engineering and product
Own Projects End to End
: Lead cross-functional product security projects from scoping through delivery, influencing product and engineering roadmaps and clearly communicating risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Amplify our Impact
: Use code and automation as a lever to scale coverage and eliminate repetitive work. Build systems based on incentives and accountability rather than just bureaucratic process
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of experience in product security, application security, or secure software development
Can review code, automate tasks, and build security tooling in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java)
Hands-on experience with core application security practices — threat modeling, secure code review, and automated testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) — and a solid grasp of common vulnerability classes (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional partners across engineering, DevOps, and product.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)
Previous experience with Bug Bounty or vulnerability disclosure programs
A background in building "paved roads" or secure-by-default internal libraries to eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities
Hands-on experience securing cloud-native platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth security or SaaS company
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time

We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.
At Bugcrowd, we are solving security threats and vulnerabilities that are relevant to everyone, therefore we believe solving these problems takes all kinds of backgrounds. We value the perspectives and experiences people from underrepresented backgrounds bring.

Why this role matters
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own key parts of the cloud platform that keeps ICEYE's satellites talking to Earth. You'll shape how our AWS and Kubernetes environments are designed, secured and operated across ground stations, test environments and end-user platforms. You'll make infrastructure decisions that decide whether engineering ships fast and whether satellite operations stay connected when it matters most.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities

- Drive infrastructure initiatives in your areas from design to delivery, including the dependencies on software teams and ground station vendors
- Evolve our Terraform and deployment setup with reusable patterns that prevent whole classes of configuration and release issues
- Design and harden the network between our cloud environments and ground station sites
- Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and working solutions
- Drive platform incidents to resolution, find the root cause, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Share your expertise through reviews, pairing and technical guidance, and help raise the bar on how we build and run infrastructure
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Experience owning a platform or critical infrastructure area end to end, including its architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS, including IAM, cost management, and security practices such as least privilege and secrets management
- Strong cloud networking skills: VPC design, DNS, routing, security groups, and debugging connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep Terraform experience, including designing modules and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview
