Millwork Design & Production Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a distinguished luxury residential millwork division with a reputation built on unparalleled craftsmanship, advanced fabrication capabilities, and the delivery of truly custom solutions for high-end homes. Operating out of Long Island City, they combine sophisticated design with hands-on production — CNC fabrication, fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete — all under one roof.
They are seeking a Millwork Design & Production Manager: a versatile, technically deep professional who can bridge the gap between design intent and shop floor execution. This is a role for someone who is equally at home generating precise shop drawings and standing next to a CNC machine, and who has the leadership presence to develop a skilled fabrication team. It comes with a genuine growth path for the right person — this division is building toward expanded operations and wants someone who can grow into a senior leadership role as the business scales.
What
We’re Looking For
This role demands a rare combination: design sophistication, fabrication fluency, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate has done all three — not just one.
Technically expert in digital modeling and shop drawing production for complex luxury millwork
Hands-on CNC experience — knows how to run the machine, not just spec it
Comfortable managing a fabrication team and holding them to luxury-grade standards
A design thinker who understands material science and pushes what’s possible
Client-facing capable — able to communicate professionally about project details, specs, and logistics
Core Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
Lead the drafting process for custom luxury residential millwork projects, from concept through construction-ready shop drawings
Develop and refine digital models for structural details in coordination with architectural and engineering specifications
Generate precise shop drawings for the fabrication team, maintaining exacting standards of accuracy and detail
Contribute to project narrative and concept development, translating client vision into buildable design
Fabrication & Production
Operate and manage advanced CNC machinery including 3-axis CNC milling and laser cutting for custom component production
Coordinate fabrication workflows across design, engineering, and production to meet luxury quality and schedule standards
Provide hands-on expertise in fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete fabrication techniques
Supervise and support the fabrication team through assembly, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage
Operations & Project Coordination
Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation within the millwork shop
Maintain client communication on project details, specifications, and logistics with professional, high-touch service
Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all production activities
Drive continuous improvement in fabrication methods, material applications, and shop processes
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and develop fabrication team members, elevating their skills in high-end craftsmanship
Model the standards of quality, precision, and professionalism the brand is built on
Actively contribute to the growth and operational development of the division over time
Qualifications
Proven experience in a professional design and fabrication environment, specifically within luxury residential millwork or high-end custom fabrication — required
Demonstrated expertise in digital modeling for structural details and generating comprehensive shop drawings for complex projects
Hands-on CNC machinery experience, including operation and working knowledge of maintenance
Multi-material fabrication experience: fine woods, metals, and specialty concrete applications
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage demanding timelines and client expectations
A genuine passion for material science, fabrication innovation, and the application of advanced techniques to luxury environments
Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Fine Arts (3D/fabrication focus), or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated expertise
Technical Proficiencies
CAD/CAM: Rhino + Grasshopper, RhinoCam, Revit, Polycam
Design/Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Office: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-fabrication hybrid professional to take ownership of a high-performing luxury millwork operation and build something meaningful within it. Our client offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a hands-on and craft focused environment, and real long-term growth potential for the right person. If you are technically exceptional, leadership-capable, and driven by the pursuit of quality without compromise, we want to hear from you.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT COHERE AND NORTH
Cohere is revolutionizing enterprise AI with North, an agentic AI platform designed to securely deploy AI agents and automations within organizations' infrastructure. North empowers employees to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock actionable insights while ensuring data privacy and compliance. North combines cutting-edge generative and search models with customizable integrations to drive productivity and innovation at scale.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Agent Harness Product Manager to own the execution layer that makes North agents reliable, capable, and production-ready. This is a role that sits at the intersection of three domains:
Agent Loop and Execution.
Own the core agent runtime: tool orchestration, parallel execution, sub-agent delegation, sandbox code execution, and failure recovery. You will define how North agents plan and act across long, multi-step workflows and ensure the execution environment is robust enough for the most demanding enterprise tasks. You are expected to engage at the implementation level, contributing to architecture decisions alongside engineering rather than simply handing off requirements.
Context Engineering.
Own how our Agents manage the context window as a deliberately controlled resource. This includes progressive disclosure of tools and skills, context compaction and summarization, offloading of large payloads to a persistent filesystem, and the instrumentation that keeps agents oriented across extended trajectories.
Model-Scaffolding Co-evolution.
Own the feedback loop between North's harness and the Modeling Team. This PM is the connective tissue that makes that possible: ensuring harness design decisions are validated by Modeling before they are built, that evals are the shared bridge between both teams, and that as the harness evolves the model evolves with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the roadmap for North's agent harness, including the agent loop, context engineering layer, tool orchestration, sandbox execution, and sub-agent delegation
- Serve as the primary interface between North engineering and Cohere's Modeling team, ensuring new harness capabilities are validated before being built and that neither team paints itself into a corner
- Own North's agentic evaluation framework, ensuring evals are compatible with both the North harness and Modeling's training infrastructure, and that they serve as a reliable bridge between product and research
- Engage enterprise customers to surface real-world agentic failures and translate findings into concrete product and model requirements
- Partner with the agentic expert modeling team to define goals that maximize the impact of our models and prioritize model capabilities and evals most critical for delivering on those goals. Establish a clear roadmap for our agentic modeling capabilities.
- Stay current with the open-source and commercial agent ecosystem and drive adoption decisions that keep North's architecture aligned with emerging standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience as a research PM, in agentic AI systems,, or applied ML products
- Deep understanding of agentic harnesses, including the latest paid and open source offerings.
- Deep understanding of modern LLM agent architectures, including multi-agent systems, tool-augmented reasoning, memory and retrieval, programmatic orchestration, RAG, and long-horizon execution
- Strong grasp of agentic evaluation design, including how to measure task completion, failure recovery, and long-horizon reliability, and how to diagnose model vs. scaffolding gaps
- Technically deep enough to contribute to architecture decisions at the implementation level: comfortable reviewing and shaping design docs, reasoning about async execution patterns, sandboxed environments, filesystem design, and the tradeoffs that come with building harness capabilities into a production platform
- Ability to flex between ML research conversations and engineering architecture discussions with equal fluency
- Track record of shipping platform-layer products with demonstrated impact on reliability, performance, or capability.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Direct experience in developing and shipping leading agentic harnesses.
- An active practitioner of agent frameworks who regularly builds with and follows the latest developments in open-source harnesses, coding agents, and orchestration tools in both professional and personal work
- Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic deployments: multi-tenant orchestration, tool permissioning, audit trails, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with infrastructure constraints relevant to enterprise deployments: on-premises environments, scalability challenges, and the operational tradeoffs of running complex agent workloads in restricted or air-gapped settings
- Prior work at the intersection of research and product, translating nascent model capabilities into shipped product features
- Background working within or closely alongside an ML research or post-training team.
WHY JOIN COHERE?
- Impact: Shape how Canada's most important public institutions adopt and deploy frontier AI.
- Innovation: Work alongside leading researchers and engineers solving complex ML challenges.
- Growth: Competitive compensation, equity options, and opportunities for professional development.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work model with offices in key global locations (Toronto, Montreal, New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, and Korea)
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.

At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks like a product builder, thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about creating robust, scalable financial infrastructure. You'll be part of a domain team where various engineering crafts (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA) work together to own and evolve a shared product area that delivers real value to hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
About You and What You'll Do:
You're pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and genuinely enjoy the dynamics of a cross-functional team where everyone contributes to solving the same customer problems. Above all, you're curious – about the product, the users, the business, and how your technical decisions impact all three.
As a product-minded backend engineer, you don't just implement tickets. You understand the "why" behind what you're building, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to create better outcomes. You're comfortable discussing trade-offs with product managers, explaining technical constraints to business stakeholders, and collaborating with frontend and mobile engineers to design elegant end-to-end solutions.
You have deep expertise in .NET and C# with a strong appreciation for maintainable, scalable code, and distributed architectures. But more importantly, you know when to apply that expertise and when simpler solutions serve the product better. You've built data-intensive applications before and understand the concepts of working in a regulated environment.
You take ownership not just of your code, but of the outcomes. You move without being prompted, whether that's jumping into a customer issue, improving team processes, or mentoring colleagues. You're curious about adjacent domains – you might peek at the frontend code, ask questions about the ML models, or dive into analytics to understand how features perform.
Quality is non-negotiable for you. Automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices are fundamental to how you work. You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, always keeping the end user and business goals in mind.
Your experience includes:
At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset
Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
Strong business acumen – you understand how your work connects to company objectives
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP.
You'll work alongside teams using React (Web), Swift (iOS) / Kotlin (Android), Python/ML frameworks, and modern test automation tools (Playwright, Appium).

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: VP of Product
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000
base plus bonus and equity
About the Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners. They don’t need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that; they need a SIEM that keeps the relevant data, reduces the noise, makes it easy to find what they need, doesn’t require full-time employees to manage, and works at a cost that fits their budget. This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don’t work.
This position offers the chance to help scale the vision of an already wildly successful company past $200M and beyond, sustaining and building on a remarkable existing growth rate. You will make an impact on the vision, goals, and, in partnership with other functions, execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You’ll be asked to frequently interact with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Portfolio Leader and relevant stakeholders to assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don’t use) the platform
In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and evaluate the success of the product strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution

all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
