Are you an engineer who loves diving deep into ML models, building standalone CLI tools, and exploring how far AI agents can go in autonomous coding? Do you want to rethink how software is built and use the tools you create every single day?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
We build Junie, our AI coding agent, available across JetBrains IDEs and as a standalone CLI. We're combining the latest advancements in AI and LLMs with our decades of software development expertise.
We are working in three main areas: growing Junie CLI into a general-purpose agent independent of any IDE, optimizing model ensembling and setups for the best cost-to-intelligence ratio without compromising code quality, and pushing next-level autonomy so Junie can own, maintain, and evolve entire subsystems over multi-day horizons.
You’ll have end-to-end ownership over these initiatives, taking work from early research to production code while shaping the future of autonomous development.
Day to day, you will:
Develop and ship new features for Junie across CLI and model integrations.
Experiment with model setups, ensembling, and cost efficiency strategies.
Build and test autonomous agent behaviors for long-term project maintenance.
Own the full development cycle from initial research to production-ready code.
Use Junie daily to continuously iterate on its quality and user experience.
What you’ll bring
Comfort taking full ownership of decisions and implementation.
The curiosity to challenge assumptions and experiment with new ideas.
The ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt quickly.
A mindset focused on long-term impact rather than short-term workarounds.
Strong interest in autonomous AI systems and software engineering tools.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of developing and shipping machine learning or full-stack software products.
Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
The ability to write high-quality production code across the full development lifecycle.
Practical experience building or fine-tuning ML models.
What success looks like
In this role, success means taking bold experiments in agent autonomy and cost efficiency and turning them into reliable, production-ready capabilities. You'll know you're succeeding when Junie can tackle complex multi-day engineering tasks autonomously and the tool you build every day actively improves your own engineering workflow.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the surfaces where Runway turns usage into revenue: pricing, upgrade paths, checkout, and the moments a creator decides Runway is worth paying more for. You'll partner with growth engineering, product, and data to turn goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into tested, shipped design changes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own growth-critical surfaces (pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows) from concept through shipped, tested experiments
- Turn business goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into design hypotheses and interface changes you can test
- Design and read A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data, iterating fast on what moves the numbers
- Collaborate closely with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn winners into permanent product surfaces
- Contribute to visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the rest of the product
- Set the design direction for Runway's growth surfaces and mentor other designers working in the funnel
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing product surfaces tied directly to revenue and can point to what moved ARR, conversion, or expansion revenue in a past role
- Comfort running and reading quantitative experiments, not just shipping a single "best" design
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products, with strong visual design skills
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, and product teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it's always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

- Previous contributions to open source projects
- Security or cloud related certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Previous experience in using AI security harnesses for pentesting purposes

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

It is a unique chance to work on many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a CTO FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
Possible projects include:
- Tech: Exploring new technologies and their applications for Alan

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing
Collaborate with our
Product
,
Development
,
Infrastructure
,
Customer Success
and

Teams to build new features and fix bugs, define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy
Create and update documentation based on customer interactions
Collaborate with Support team members (through
Pairing Sessions
) and other GitLab team members (for example: as a
Support Stable Counterpart
)
Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes
Understand a range of different GitLab implementations, and how service interruptions impact the customer.
About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers
solve complex problems together
and participate in regular pairing sessions and 1:1s, as well as coffee chats and Slack conversations that help them stay connected. Team members are given the ability to structure their shift the way it best suits their private life while maintaining our ability to address customer issues.

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Singapore. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has already led high-stakes pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:
Turning pre-sales command plans into measurable customer success plans that align technical adoption with business outcomes
Leading and driving the technical strategy behind a large-scale DevSecOps platform consolidation for a regulated Enterprise account or Government, including guiding enterprise customers on GitLab best practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, TCO, applying compliance and architecture as well as business case presentations to customer executives
Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation
What you’ll do
Owns a book of Enterprise and Government customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction through ongoing strategic, business and technical engagement.
Serves as the senior post-sales strategic, business and technical advisor for a portfolio of GitLab's most complex, highest-value enterprise and Government accounts, shaping multi-year platform and DevSecOps strategy in partnership with customer executives, coordinating responses to questions, issues, and escalations across Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.
Translates ambiguous, high-stakes business outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans that are regularly reviewed with customer stakeholders. The Customer Success Plans contain clearly defined business outcome related goals, quantifiable benefits, realistic adoption milestones and remediation actions.
Prepares executive-ready reporting conducted on a regular basis with clear accountability for outcomes that demonstrate impact on adoption, retention, and expansion of GitLab products and services.
Provides deep technical guidance on enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture, DevSecOps maturity models, platform consolidation strategy, including advising on complex trade-offs (e.g., multi-cloud vs. hybrid, self-managed vs. GitLab Dedicated, etc).
Owns the full lifecycle of your account portfolio's adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes, with direct accountability for the commercial and technical health of flagship relationships.
Leads end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations, ensuring root causes are identified, follow-up actions are owned, holding internal teams accountable to timelines, driving the root cause analysis and personally managing executive communication and risk.

Advises key customers stakeholders on cloud and platform architecture decisions with enterprise-wide impact, which includes multi-region deployment strategy, secrets management architecture and network/security topology for regulated environments.
Guides customers on GitLab platform best practices including Git workflows, branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline design, DevSecOps adoption patterns, and security scanning configuration.
