About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth of its BESS business
You will originate and close utility-scale BESS EPC contracts with developers, IPPs, funds and industrial off-takers, running deals end to end from first meeting to signature alongside Engineering, Procurement and PMO, and shaping the pricing and contracting approach for a newly prioritised portfolio. You will also lead the differentiation argument that increasingly decides these deals — how energy management, analytics and AI-assisted dispatch optimisation improve availability, revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Map the Greek and regional storage landscape and build a structured, prioritised pipeline
• Run opportunities end to end — qualification, technical scoping, proposal build-up, negotiation, and handover to PMO after signature
• Shape pricing architecture and contracting models (turnkey EPC, EPC wrap, Balance of Plant, EPC + long-term service agreements) with Engineering, Procurement and Finance
• Translate CAPEX, EPC scope, round-trip efficiency, degradation/augmentation and availability guarantees into commercial narratives that hold up to investor and lender scrutiny
• Lead the digital and AI value conversation — forecasting, dispatch optimisation, state-of-health analytics — and its effect on revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage
• Track tender schedules, capacity mechanisms, grid connection terms and competitor positioning
• Maintain CRM discipline and produce reliable weighted-pipeline forecasts
• Represent KIEFER TEK at industry conferences, tenders and investor events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years in Sales or Business Development within Energy, EPC or Renewables, with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle B2B contracts
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS strongly preferred; adjacent experience in Solar PV, Wind, substations or grid connection works valued
• Working command of BESS commercial fundamentals — revenue stacking, augmentation, EPC vs. BoP scope splits, availability guarantees, levelised cost of storage
• Genuine literacy in AI and digital optimisation of energy assets, and the ability to apply AI tools to your own commercial work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness to travel 30–40%, primarily in Greece with regular travel across SE Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation package, with full pay transparency throughout the recruitment process
- Performance-based bonus linked to commercial results
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Professional development in BESS, energy markets and AI-enabled energy solutions
- Participation in key industry conferences and events
- High level of autonomy and direct access to senior management
- The opportunity to play a key role in developing KIEFER TEK’s Energy Storage business
KIEFER TEK is an equal opportunity employer. All applications are treated in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

THE ROLE
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.

- Drive convergence of fragmented systems across Docker—replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform capabilities
- Establish technical contracts between platform and product teams that enable independent velocity while ensuring consistency and reliability
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives across Docker, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact critical areas of the business before they become blockers
Infrastructure & Developer Experience Architecture
- Define the infrastructure platform vision that removes infrastructure as a bottleneck to innovation—enabling teams to deploy experimental services in minutes, not weeks
- Architect standardized deployment patterns that encode best practices for security, scaling, monitoring, and reliability
- Design infrastructure that specifically supports AI and agent initiatives—rapid deployment, programmatic environment creation, consistent APIs
- Establish observability standards that provide distributed tracing, metrics, log aggregation, and error tracking out of the box for every service
- Drive cost optimization across platform infrastructure while maintaining performance and reliability standards
Technical Excellence & Influence
- Work with senior managers and directors across Docker organization to drive operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's platform architecture and AI adoption externally through blog posts, conference talks, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions on technical strategy, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components, evaluating vendor solutions against Docker's specific requirements
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

About the role:
Provectus is a
Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner
at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
You will do the customer’s job before you automate it.
Most AI engagements fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a PRD, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements-gathering step is the bug. So we remove it.
A Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Provectus spends the first weeks of an engagement
in the operator’s seat
— as the underwriter, the analyst, the RCM specialist, the claims clinician, whoever actually does the work we’ve been asked to change. You do the job. You learn the constraints from the inside, the ones nobody writes down. Then you sit at a table with that operator and a Forward Deployed Executive and
rebuild the function from first principles
— and you are the one who builds it.
Three things define how you work:
Embedded, not engaged
. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it.
Real tasks, not scope
. You are not fenced into a siloed deliverable. You go where the operating problem is.
Autonomous
. Embedded is not staff-augmented. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
You won’t start from zero.
Provectus builds industry blueprints
— working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice.
You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered.
This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.
Requirements:
8+ years building software
, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
You will take the operator’s seat.
You are genuinely willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job — claims processing, underwriting, revenue-cycle work — before you write a line of code. Engineers who need to stay in the IDE should not apply.
You learn domains fast.
Demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly enough to argue with the people who do it for a living.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
— not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate.
You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals
— dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus): containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD, and the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Credible with senior stakeholders
— you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Solid AI/ML foundations
— you understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes, not just call the API.
Strong hands-on prodcution experience with
Claude Code/Cowork.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a
founder, CTO, or engineering leader
who has chosen to return to individual contribution.
Real depth in one of our blueprint industries:
financial services, insurance, healthcare, asset management
.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
Data platform depth: data lakes, warehouses, streaming and real-time analytics, data mesh and data contracts, governance and data quality.
MLOps and classical ML: PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or inference/serving optimization.
Graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow — in weeks, not quarters.
Sit with the operator and the Forward Deployed Executive and redesign the function from first principles. Discovery, user research, and PRD-writing collapse into one team that re-imagines its own job. You are all three roles.
Build
Ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment — LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and the services around them. Running software, not recommendations.
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
When the engagement is bound to a business KPI, “it looked good in testing” is not an answer. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — backend services, data pipelines, and the AI layer. Python and TypeScript are our centre of gravity; we choose tools to fit the customer, not the résumé.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP/Azure where the customer requires it): containerized, observable, and maintainable after we leave.
Start from the blueprint, and
feed the blueprint.
What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Own the outcome
Work in a pair with a Forward Deployed Executive who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Drive adoption. A system the BU routes around has not shipped. Change management is part of the engineering job here, not a phase after it.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers, their operators, and their executives — and be willing to disagree with all three.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it. You’ll have the standing to do it, because you’re the one who will build it.
What We Offer:
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers

_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Secure Build builds and operates the infrastructure behind Docker's container builds. The team owns Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds while developing the next generation of trusted build and CI capabilities. Its direction is to make Docker the trusted place CI runs: isolated execution, brokered access to secrets and networks, and verifiable evidence of what each build or test job did. The work spans Go services, container and build technology, cloud infrastructure, sandboxing and software supply-chain security, alongside the operational responsibility for production systems customers already depend on.
SCS Services builds the backend systems and product capabilities that help developers understand, secure and ship software with confidence. The team powers important parts of Docker Scout and Docker Hardened Images, including the services and workflows that turn supply-chain data into useful developer, customer and agent experiences. Its estate is deliberately polyglot, with Clojure and Go services, event-driven workflows, Kafka, legacy Datomic components and newer Spanner-backed services. It also supports the customer journey around discovering, assessing, subscribing to and managing hardened artefacts.
We are looking for one Engineering Manager to lead both teams. Together they sit at the centre of Docker's secure software supply-chain work: one creates trusted build outcomes, while the other turns build, artifact and dependency data into services and experiences used across Scout and Docker Hardened Images. This is a two-team leadership role with separate roadmaps, production responsibilities and technical domains. The teams should deliver independently, with explicit contracts and joined-up ownership where their services connect.
You will own the health, delivery and growth of both teams and make the trade-offs that keep them effective as a portfolio. You will not be expected to be the deepest expert in every language or domain. You will need enough technical breadth and current engineering judgement to engage credibly in designs, reviews and incidents across both teams, set direction with strong senior engineers, and recognise when the right answer is to create space for their expertise.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate leads first. They are an experienced engineering manager who can inherit two capable teams, earn trust quickly and help each become a high-performing, value-delivering part of the wider Docker organisation. They are deliberate about where they spend their attention, protect both teams from becoming the second priority, and make portfolio trade-offs visible rather than allowing urgency, proximity or the loudest stakeholder to decide.
They stay close to the technical work without trying to own every technical decision. They can hold a substantive conversation about distributed backend systems, event and data pipelines, build and CI infrastructure, trust boundaries and production operations. They are active in design and review, useful during incidents and willing to get hands-on where that moves the work forward. The balance still tilts strongly to leadership, coaching, delivery and organisational judgement.
They care about security as a product and engineering property, not only as compliance. They understand how modern attacks exploit identity, secrets, dependencies and build systems, and they can reason about the evidence customers need to trust an artefact or workflow. They lead through judgement, clarity and unblocking rather than ceremony for its own sake. Above all, they grow the engineers around them and help both teams ship outcomes developers and enterprises can rely on.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Secure Build and SCS Services, owning delivery, team health, growth, performance and operational excellence across both.
- Turn two changing roadmaps into a coherent portfolio plan with explicit priorities, capacity and trade-offs, and create leadership coverage so neither team becomes the permanent second priority.
- Partner with Product to shape strategy and roadmaps for secure build, Docker Scout, Docker Hardened Images and the services that connect them.
- Stay close to the technical work through design and code review, incident response and selective hands-on contribution where it adds leverage.
- Ensure each team's technical direction supports product, security, reliability and customer priorities, setting it collaboratively with Staff and senior engineers while leaving clear decision ownership with them.
- Own the interfaces between the teams, including trust boundaries, contracts, data quality, versioning, operational ownership and customer-facing failure modes.
- Balance new product work with inherited systems and on-call, and invest in reliability improvements driven by recurring operational pain.
- Own engineer growth and performance, handle difficult conversations directly, hire and retain strong people and build succession depth within both teams.
- Align Product, Design, Security, DHI Content, Registry, Hub, sales, support, commercial and legal partners while shielding the teams from churn.
- Lead disciplined use of AI-assisted engineering and communicate decisions, risks and progress clearly across UK and US working hours.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, with meaningful responsibility across more than one team or distinct technical domain.
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, platform or developer tooling.
- Experience leading, growing and retaining engineers at or above your own technical seniority, including teams you did not build and difficult performance conversations.
- A leader-first operating model, with current enough technical judgement to participate in design and review across unfamiliar systems without needing to be the best engineer in the room.
- Experience prioritising across competing roadmaps, operational load and stakeholder commitments, with clear mechanisms for allocating attention and capacity.
- Strong backend and distributed-systems judgement, including APIs, event-driven architectures, data stores, cloud-native infrastructure and production operations.
- Understanding of CI or build-system internals, containers and artefact workflows, plus a strong interest in software supply-chain security and trust boundaries.
- Experience leading teams that operate production infrastructure through on-call, incident response, observability, SLOs and the work required to reduce recurring operational load.
- Strong product judgement and evidence of shaping roadmaps with Product rather than only receiving requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong cross-functional influence, customer closeness and comfort leading a remote-first organisation across European and US time zones.
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with Go, Clojure or both, and evidence of becoming effective across a polyglot estate.
- Experience with Kafka, Spanner, Datomic or comparable event-streaming and distributed-data systems.
- Experience with OCI, BuildKit, Buildx, GitHub Actions or comparable build and CI platforms.
- Experience with sandboxing, microVMs, untrusted workload execution or multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Experience with SLSA, in-toto, SBOMs, VEX, Sigstore, cosign, provenance, signing or vulnerability scanning.
- Experience evolving legacy systems while shipping new capability for developer tools, security products, regulated customers or software-agent workflows.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build relationships with every engineer and the Product partners for both teams before changing structure, process or roadmap.
- Understand Secure Build's product direction, production estate and on-call load, including Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds.
- Understand the SCS Services products, customers, architecture and operational profile, and map the dependencies, trust boundaries and ownership lines between the teams.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Own a coherent portfolio plan with both teams and Product, including explicit capacity for roadmap, reliability and cross-team work.
- Establish a sustainable operating cadence and leadership coverage that prevents either team depending on your constant presence.
- Agree ownership and escalation paths for shared services and failures, start one material improvement in each team and make progress and risk visible.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Both teams deliver predictably against a portfolio that connects secure build, Scout and Docker Hardened Images outcomes without collapsing their distinct missions.
- Secure Build has delivered material trusted-build or secure-CI capability and reduced operational risk in its inherited production systems.
- SCS Services has delivered material customer outcomes, while both teams have sustainable on-call, clearer ownership and senior engineers leading broader work.

The Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement, delivers PointClickCare's HR technology roadmap and leads the shift to an AI-first, agent-enabled model of HR service delivery. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role executes the platform and AI strategy the pillar sets, redesigns HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, and operationalizes the data governance and responsible-AI controls that make automation safe in a healthcare context. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO, the role leads a team through significant platform and ways-of-working change, turning pillar strategy into a working technology capability for PCC.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Roadmap Execution & Platform Sequencing
Co-develop with the Workforce Intelligence and HR Technology Leader and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap Evaluate, select, and sequence platforms and agentic AI across the ecosystem (Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI, Qualtrics) against business outcomes
Operating-Model & Workflow Redesign (ahead of Workday configuration)
Partner with the HR COEs and the four-zone workflow classification to redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs before Workday is configured, so Zone 1 and Zone 2 automation is built natively pre-go-live rather than retrofitted. This sequencing is the highest-leverage lever for FY27 and prevents PCC from hardcoding today’s inefficiency into the system for years.
Platform Migration, AI Agent & Automation Delivery (SuccessFactors → Workday)
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and the deployment of conversational and agentic AI (Moveworks, Now Assist), owning project plans, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Define which workflows are automated versus human-led, monitor agent performance and quality, and manage vendors and budget. Close partnership & collaboration with Procurement, OCIO & SDO through all phases required. Final budget and contract decisions made with partners and Sr. Director
Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI
Build and safeguard the data foundation for AI.": an HR data quality audit ahead of migration, operationalizing the data governance policy that defines what AI systems can access, and Workday as the single source of truth. Advance People Analytics maturity and the skills taxonomy that underpins workforce planning.
Team Leadership, Adoption & Employee Experience
Lead and develop the HR technology team, reskilling it as work shifts from configuration to AI orchestration. Apply product and user-experience thinking, and drive adoption and change management so employees and managers experience HR technology as fast, intuitive, and trusted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams, and prior experience operating at a leader level or equivalent scope.
Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform implementation or migration (e.g., Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience redesigning HR processes and workflows for automation — mapping current state, eliminating waste, and designing AI–human handoffs ahead of system configuration.
Hands-on experience deploying or operating enterprise AI and automation tools — conversational and agentic AI and AI-enabled service management (e.g., ServiceNow / Now Assist, Moveworks).
Strong AI literacy: a working understanding of large language models, AI agents, prompt design, and responsible/ethical AI, data governance, privacy, and security.
People analytics and data fluency — able to turn HR data into insight and design trusted reporting and dashboards.
Proven project and change management skills, delivering across cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors on time and on budget.
Demonstrated experience owning technology vendor relationships and negotiating contracts at a half million threshold or above
Product- and outcome-oriented mindset — frames technology investments in terms of business and employee-experience outcomes.
Preferred Experience:
Workday certification(s) and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Experience establishing AI governance, human-in-the-loop frameworks, or classifying workflows by AI impact.
Experience with integration architecture (APIs, iPaaS) and enterprise HR data governance.
Experience with data privacy and security in a regulated or healthcare environment (e.g., PHI / HIPAA).
Experience leading and developing a technical HR / HRIS team.
Familiarity with UX and service-design methods applied to employee-facing technology.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci / change management, HRIP, CHRP / SHRM).

Location: Athens
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Title: AIT Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: Production Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (occasional travel for environmental test and launch campaigns)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The AIT Technician builds ICEYE's satellites. You perform the physical assembly, integration and test operations that turn qualified designs into flight-ready spacecraft, working to approved procedures in a cleanroom environment and taking personal responsibility for the quality, workmanship and traceability of everything you touch.
Your focus is mechanical, thermal and harness integration: assembling structures and equipment, installing thermal hardware and multi-layer insulation, routing and connecting flight harnesses, and bringing subsystems together into a complete satellite. We are hiring at both Technician and Senior Technician level. Senior Technicians take on the more complex assemblies, lead frontline troubleshooting and coach the technicians around them.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
PREPARATION AND READINESS
- Prepare each operation from the approved procedure, traveller and drawings, and check that the documentation matches the hardware in front of you before starting.
- Verify hardware before use: part and serial numbers, quantity, physical condition, cleanliness, protections, fasteners and consumables.
- Prepare and check the tools, torque equipment, MGSE, lifting and handling equipment and integration stands the activity needs.
MECHANICAL AND THERMAL ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION
- Assemble and install satellite structures, panels, brackets, equipment, payloads, mechanisms and thermal hardware to drawing and torque specification.
- Integrate subsystems into the satellite, verifying fit, alignment and interfaces at each step.
- Perform handling and lifting operations with MGSE, including satellite rotation, transfer between stands and installation on test adapters.
HARNESS, THERMAL HARDWARE AND MLI
- Route, install and connect flight harnesses, including crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and identification.
- Perform electrical verification of harnesses, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.
- Install thermal hardware including heaters, thermistors and thermal interface materials, and fabricate, install and repair multi-layer insulation, including bonding and taping operations.
TEST PREPARATION AND SUPPORT
- Prepare satellite configurations for functional and environmental testing, including installation on test adapters and mechanical interfaces.
- Set up and connect EGSE and test benches, support test execution, monitor parameters and report anomalies immediately.
- Support environmental and launch campaigns on site and off site, including packing, transport preparation and reinstallation.
QUALITY, TRACEABILITY AND NON-CONFORMANCE
- Record every operation in real time: as-run procedures, logbooks, photographs, and hardware and software configuration, in Manufacturo (MES) and Jira.
- Perform compliance checks and visual inspections at each critical step, and complete the associated checklists and records.
- Raise non-conformance reports for any deviation, contribute to first-level investigation, and support root cause analysis and corrective action.
CLEANROOM, SAFETY AND 6S
- Work to cleanroom, contamination control, ESD, FOD and chemical safety rules, and keep the work area compliant, clean and audit-ready.
- Maintain 6S in the production stations, and report anything that makes an area unsafe or unfit for flight hardware.
IMPROVEMENT AND TEAM
- Review work instructions, travellers and checklists against what actually happens on the floor, and give clear feedback so they can be corrected.
- Support on-the-job training of junior colleagues and share good practice. Senior Technicians coach the team and lead frontline troubleshooting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on training.
- Hands-on experience in the assembly, integration or test of complex electromechanical hardware. We are hiring at two levels: around 2+ years for Technician, and around 5+ years with demonstrated autonomy for Senior Technician.
- Practical skill in precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation, working to drawings and torque specifications.
- Practical skill in harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
- Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, procedures and work instructions.
- Experience with electrical verification, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.

- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview (onsite or virtual), including a Technical Challenge
- Leadership & Hiring Team Interview
