ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
- Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
- Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
- Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
- Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
- Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
- Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
- Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
- Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
- Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you
- Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands
- Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.
Sensor & Hardware Integration
- Integrate and calibrate a range of sensors (F/T sensors, tactile sensors, IMUs, etc.) with real-time acquisition and processing across the control stack.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation requirements;
- Support hardware bring-up, calibration, and performance testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in robotic or mechatronic systems — equivalent practical experience counts.
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware, in production or a serious research programme.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up — with a story about something that behaved nothing like the model and what you did about it.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: EtherCAT (PDO/SDO, timing constraints) or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization)
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Parallel mechanisms specifically (differential wrist, parallel ankle), robotic hands, or other multi-DoF end-effectors.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Gazebo); MJCF.
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and simulation at the actuator and transmission level.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.

Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The
Code Understanding
team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer:
Deep Search
, our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases,
Query Assist
, turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax,
Smart Hovers
, concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day.
Most of what makes those surfaces tick is
agent engineering
: a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the
staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding
, you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models.
This is a
staff-level role
: we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before.
Concretely, you'll own work like:
Agentic systems.
You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale.
Pragmatic use of evaluations.
Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence.
Models: selection, upgrading, and training.
You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call.
Retrieval and context engineering.
You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable.
Cost and latency.
Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably.
You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval.
Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them.
Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next.
Join the team's on-call support rotation.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement.
Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them.
Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions.
Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before.
Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them.
About you
You are a
staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems
. This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it.
You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship.
You have personally owned a production model lifecycle.
You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version.
You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly.
You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required.
You have strong evaluation judgment.
You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading.
You treat cost and latency as product constraints.
You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model.
You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems.
Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end.
You contribute beyond your domain.
As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives.
You up-level the people around you.
You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job.
You're customer and product-driven.
You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray.
You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist.
You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity.
On the engineering fundamentals:
You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services.
You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there.
You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits.
You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-haves:
You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.
You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production.
Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product.
Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency.

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.

You will define what should be built and why, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements for the development team. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, delivery, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, and operators throughout the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with an understanding of sportsbook user journeys, frontend technology, data, and agile delivery. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in technology, economics, business, or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means establishing a clear and evidence-based direction for the sportsbook frontend, maintaining a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog, improving collaboration between product and engineering, and delivering measurable improvements for operators and sportsbook users. You will be expected to create alignment around what we build, why we build it, and how we determine whether it has been successful.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
Why join JetBrains?
