- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: Passion for improving developer experiences and driving organizational impact through AI-native practices with a customer first mentality.
WHY JOIN US?
- Impactful Work: Shape the future of developer productivity at a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS company.
- AI-Native Culture: Work in an organization that treats AI as a core competency, not a nice-to-have, with industry-leading investment in AI tooling, agents, and engineering workflows.
- Builder Operating Model: Join a team that's redefining how software gets built: orchestrating AI agents, shipping with compound engineering, and measuring what matters.
- Growth Opportunities: Advance your career on a clear AI-native career pathway with structured fluency levels and development support.
- Flexible Environment: Enjoy the freedom of remote work with a global team.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression
- Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- Repeatedly achieving president's club
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Moonshot is the “Robinhood for DeFi”—an iOS and Android app that lets anyone trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a user-friendly interface.
Since our launch in July 2024, we’ve attracted 2M+ users.
Our mission: Make moonshots possible for everyone.
Our vision: Make a world where life-changing financial outcomes are within everyone's reach.
Everyone on our team is both a decision-maker and an implementer—united by a sense of urgency and driven by the conviction that our work can transform global finance. If you thrive on curiosity, welcome tough challenges, and aspire to leave a meaningful mark on the world, Moonshot is the place for you. You’ll run toward the hardest problems alongside high-caliber teammates who consistently push each other to excel and who share your dedication to shaping the future of decentralized finance.
This role is full-time, preferably located in NYC. Open to remote for the right candidate.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and run growth at Moonshot from the ground up: strategy, content, paid channels, and the team underneath it all. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a manage-an-agency-and-review-decks job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and content while building out the function as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own growth strategy end-to-end: set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and own the numbers behind it
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies, sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
- Generate and test ideas constantly; you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
- Build and lead the team as we scale: hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers and specialists you need
- Report on and iterate against performance: kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- A few years of experience scaling a consumer product, as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, fintech, gaming), or at an agency running growth for products like these
- Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search
- A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset; you're hungry, hands-on, and thrive building the playbook as you go, not running someone else's
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving
NICE TO HAVES
- Crypto experience, as a retail trader or through work at a crypto company
- Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
COMPENSATION & PACKAGE
- Competitive salary
- Early Equity opportunities
- 5% 401(k) Match
- Health benefits (75% premium coverage) + $150,000 in life insurance coverage
- $1,000 one time office set up stipend
- Flexible PTO

Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Engineering organization, a team of analytics engineers, report developers, visualization specialists, and people leaders. This organization focuses on the last mile of the enterprise data supply chain: the semantic models, curated data products, metric definitions, and consumption experiences that turn engineered data into decisions.
This is not a traditional reporting leadership role; the classic notion of “reporting” in the form of a myriad of dashboards and filters is racing towards obsolescence. But the need for data and insights, and the need to deliver it in a way that is digestible and actionable, is timeless. Yes, governed dashboards and trusted reporting remain the foundation, and this leader must be excellent at that foundation. But the mandate is to move the organization decisively beyond static reporting toward a proactive, intelligent analytics capability: partnering with Data Science to productize and visualize their models, enabling generative AI and LLM-based access to our data, building exception-based systems that alert users when outcomes deviate from expectation in a statistically meaningful way, and designing agents that monitor data continuously and deliver insight without being asked.
Analytics engineering shares much of its DNA with data engineering — modeling, transformation, testing, version control, CI/CD, performance and cost discipline — but is oriented toward business enablement rather than platform and pipeline. Success in this role therefore depends as much on partnership as on technical depth. This leader will work shoulder to shoulder with Data Engineering on the boundary between platform and consumption, with Product Management on roadmap and requirements, with Data Science on advanced analytic products, and with Analytics Operations on a disciplined intake and prioritization process that makes the best possible use of finite capacity.
The ideal candidate has spent years building the traditional foundations — governance, metadata, lineage, dimensional modeling, engaging with enterprise BI platforms— and is now looking to apply that rigor to a fundamentally different generation of analytic products in new and innovative ways.
What you'll be doing:
Organizational Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 30 people, including managing through frontline managers; own hiring, role clarity, career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.
Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics engineering, and translate it into quarterly outcomes the team and its partners can measure. Partner closely with Product Management to jointly shape the multi-year enterprise end-to-end data strategy.
Own the organization's budget, vendor relationships, and contractor or offshore capacity.
Establish and sustain an engineering culture within an analytics function: peer review, automated testing, documentation standards, source control, CI/CD, etc.
Analytics Engineering and Data Architecture
Drive maturity of the last-mile architecture in partnership with Data Engineering: curated marts, semantic layers, reusable data products, and certified datasets that serve reporting, ai enablement, data science, and downstream applications.
Define and enforce dimensional modeling standards, transformation frameworks, and modular, tested, version-controlled analytics code.
Own the enterprise metric layer so that key business measures carry a single, governed definition regardless of where they are consumed.
Partner with Data Engineering to define clear contracts and handoffs between pipeline and platform work and last-mile modeling, including shared tooling, standards, and escalation paths.
Manage query performance, warehouse consumption, and platform cost as first-class engineering concerns.
Data Governance, Metadata, and Lineage
Own cataloging, business glossary, data certification, and stewardship workflows, leveraging tools such as Atlan as the primary metadata platform.
Maintain column-level lineage across the analytics estate to support impact analysis, change management, audit, and root-cause investigation.
Leverage data access provisioning and entitlement models, including row- and column-level security, in partnership with Security, Privacy, and Compliance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to drive data quality monitoring, freshness and availability SLAs, observability, and incident response for analytic assets.
Enterprise Reporting and Data Visualization
Drive analytics engagement by leveraging enterprise visualization and provisioning platforms, including Domo and Tableau, in partnership with Data Engineering. Ensure best practices are followed in data architecture, governance, adoption, performance, and total cost management.
Set visualization and information design standards that make reports readable, consistent, accessible, and decision-oriented.
Rationalize the existing reporting portfolio: retire redundant and unused assets, consolidate overlapping content, drive down tech debt and drive consumption toward certified sources.
Build a durable self-service capability through training, templates, community, office hours, and clear guardrails on what belongs in self-service versus centrally managed content.
Advanced, Proactive, and AI-Enabled Analytics
Partner with Data Science to productize their work: build the visualization, interaction, monitoring, and feedback loops that turn models and research into products the business actually uses.
Partner with Product Management and Data Engineering to enable generative AI and LLM access to enterprise data. This includes preparing the semantic and metadata foundation that makes data legible to models, delivering conversational analytics, text-to-SQL, and retrieval-augmented experiences on governed sources, and establishing guardrails, evaluation, and accuracy monitoring so that answers can be trusted.
Build exception-based analytics that detect when an outcome deviates from its expected value in a statistically significant way, using seasonality-aware baselines, forecast residuals, control limits, and anomaly detection rather than static thresholds.
Route those exceptions to accountable owners with context, likely drivers, and a recommended next action; actively tune sensitivity and volume to prevent alert fatigue and preserve signal.
Design and deploy analytic agents that proactively monitor data, investigate variances, assemble narrative explanations, and deliver insight into the tools where people already work.
Shift the organization's consumption model from pull to push: the measure of success is not how many people opened a dashboard, but whether the right person was told the right thing at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership, Intake, and Prioritization
Operate as a true partner to Product Management: contribute to roadmap, requirements, user research, and release planning, and run analytics with a product mindset covering personas, adoption metrics, and asset lifecycle management.
Partner with Analytics Operations to run a transparent intake, triage, sizing, and prioritization process, with published capacity, explicit tradeoffs, and reliable delivery commitments.
Make capacity constraints visible to stakeholders and executives, drive reuse over one-off builds, and decline or defer work with evidence rather than friction.
Serve as a senior, executive-facing partner to business functions, translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytic solutions.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Demonstrated experience leading an organization of 25 or more people in a large, matrixed enterprise.
Strong hands-on foundation in SQL, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL design, with production experience on a modern cloud data warehouse or lakehouse (for example Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse) and a transformation framework such as dbt.
Experience applying software engineering practices to analytics work, including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Enterprise-scale leveraging of BI and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including governance, provisioning, adoption, and cost management.
Demonstrated ability to participate in driving data governance program covering catalog, lineage, glossary, stewardship, quality, and access, using platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Proven track record of delivering jointly with Data Engineering and Product Management, with clear ownership boundaries and shared accountability.
Direct experience partnering with Data Science, including operationalizing, visualizing, and monitoring model output for business consumption.
Working command of the statistical concepts underlying exception detection, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, variance and control limits, seasonality, and forecasting.
Experience running a formal intake, prioritization, and capacity planning process for a shared services or platform organization.
Excellent executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience managing budget, vendor contracts, and platform licensing.
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
Production experience delivering LLM-based analytics: retrieval-augmented generation over governed data, text-to-SQL or conversational BI, semantic layers designed for model consumption, and prompt, evaluation, and cost monitoring frameworks.
Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration for monitoring, investigation, and notification use cases.
Hands-on experience with Atlan, Domo, and Tableau specifically.
Proficiency in Python or R for prototyping, and familiarity with common statistical and ML libraries and MLOps concepts.
Experience deploying anomaly detection at scale, including alert routing, suppression, and fatigue management.
Familiarity with data product and data mesh operating models, domain-aligned ownership, and data contracts.
Experience operating in an Agile or product operating model at scale, including portfolio, OKR, and roadmap management. Deep experience with the “Silicon Valley” school of Product Management, as exemplified by the “Marty Kagan”-style academic approach a significant plus.
Experience leading global or matrixed teams, including offshore or vendor-partnered delivery models.
Track record leading a major platform migration, consolidation, or reporting rationalization effort.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining senior technical talent in a competitive market.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Editions, our network of delivery-only kitchens, is a key differentiator in France commercial ambition.
The Account Management Lead – Editions France role is created as part of a wider reorganisation of the Editions business as part of our regional strategy. The Role
As

, you will lead the Editions commercial team for France constituted of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Managers. You will be the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, accountable for its coordination and its execution on the ground, growing the performance and profitability of our sites while driving occupancy and the differentiation Editions brings to the French market.
You will own a portion of the Editions P&L. That means holding the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, making financial decisions with a clear view of both partner and Deliveroo profitability, and steering your team's portfolio towards sustainable growth rather than volume alone.
You will be accountable for the development plan for your team, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor the business. Your role will be commercially focused, however Editions is as much a project management discipline as a commercial one: you will work hand in hand with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing and the International Editions team to bring kitchens live and keep them performing.

Develop the business so that it fits within, and contributes to, the wider regional strategy, bringing the specificity of the French network to regional and international forums

Coordinate with the Media team to identify and negotiate revenue opportunities to generate additional value from Editions sites
Occupancy & Commercial Performance
Own the occupancy trajectory of the French network, partnering closely with Local teams to positively drive occupancy and secure signed contracts within agreed timelines
Own and enforce the Editions commercial scorecard for new kitchens, profitability checks against P&L guidelines, launch package, site specificities, ensuring the process is applied consistently across the team
Steer the lead generation and pipeline process, mapping high-potential restaurants and cuisine gaps by site, and mobilising other commercial stakeholders to qualify interest
Lead commercial negotiations with business owners and C-suite operators, supporting proposals with a robust P&L rationale
P&L Ownership & Governance
Own a portion of the Editions P&L, accountable for revenue, profitability and the financial health of your perimeter
Set, own and deliver performance targets across occupancy, partner health, site profitability and Deliveroo output metrics
Run a clear operating rhythm on reporting, velocity, sign-to-live, occupancy and sales reviews, and use it to make decisions, not just to describe results
Kitchen Launches & Cross-functional Execution
Work with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams to secure the successful build and launch of new kitchens
Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation, and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages, so that every opening lands on time and performs from week one
Manage and oversee project execution end to end, including B2B communication and cross-business-unit workshops
Propose process optimisation and automation: Deliveroo moves fast, and you will improve the processes that let Editions scale
Senior Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior point of contact and face of Deliveroo Editions for top restaurant partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and representing Deliveroo at partner events
Establish a strong operating rhythm with partners, including quarterly business reviews and monthly performance check-ins
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights on Deliveroo, competitors and broader industry trends

Previous general management experience, or experience running your own business would be desirable
Fluent in French and English is required

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
