About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About the role
We're looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving all of our infrastructure services — from core services to observability and private clouds.
Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 300+ physical servers, running predominantly on Ubuntu. The stack ranges from core services like LDAP, PowerDNS and NTP, to an observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger) and private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, as well as services such as GitLab, Artifactory and Vault.
You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST.
Why this role?
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production.
It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
Tasks
Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus etc;
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring;
Manage and support private clouds (Openstack and Kubernetes);
Design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems across different environments, including bare metal, virtual machines and containers.
Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis;
Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs;
Work towards reducing operational effort;
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously reduce manual effort;
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in production;
Keep infrastructure documentation and operational procedures up to date;
Engage in constant upskilling to stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a focus on infrastructure.
Extensive experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across various environments (bare metal, container, cloud);
Experience with Linux server configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in production.
Understanding of process control, logging and Linux service management.
Experience with infrastructure services such as Vault, Artifactory, DNS and similar platform components.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Salt;
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments;
Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Grafana, ELK, or Graylog;
Experience in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud solutions such as OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, or public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python;
Familiarity with configuring various servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc;
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
At least C1 in Russian and B1 in English.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting workloads and cluster-related issues.
Hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployment, configuration, maintenance or troubleshooting of private cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Chef.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience working with fintech/trading, or other high-load and mission-critical systems.
We offer
Full-time remote work (service provider contract).
Competitive compensation (EUR).
Flexible working hours.
Corporate AI subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc.).
Access to a rewards marketplace offering products and language courses, redeemable using the company’s internal currency.
A strong team of engineers.
Positive and friendly atmosphere.
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

Workplace: remote
Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, by helping customers deliver more personalised and profitable guest experiences. As a result, our digital ordering, payment, loyalty and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
While our roots are in NYC, we’re intentionally investing in Belfast and Northern Ireland as a key hub, with an established leadership presence, a local team, and community for the long term. This role is fully remote, offering you flexibility to work from anywhere within NI.
Your new role
In this role, you’ll join as a Software Engineer on the ‘BrandX’ team, which is part of the wider ‘Order Engineering’ group.
BrandX (Brand Experience) builds the tools restaurant brands and Olo's internal teams use to run their business on Olo. We own the Dashboard that brand operators log into every day, the internal Admin application, and the billing and invoicing systems that turn platform usage into invoices. We also own how brands sign in and manage their users, including SSO and two-factor authentication, and we are building Olo AI Assist, a natural-language assistant inside the Dashboard.
The team is seven engineers spread across the US and Europe, and you'd be our first hire in Northern Ireland. Because the team sits between brands, Finance, and the rest of Order Engineering, the work is varied. One week you might be shipping a new Dashboard settings page, the next you're tracing a billing discrepancy across our finance integrations or teaching Olo AI Assist a new skill so a brand can update hours across hundreds of stores just by asking. You'll pair with senior engineers, review and ship code most days, and use Claude Code as a normal part of how you work.
How you’ll make an impact
Learn the BrandX domain and technology stack, and get to know the brands, Finance partners, and Order Engineering teams we work with.
Own small-to-medium features end to end, from understanding the requirement to shipping it, with senior engineers available when you need them.
Write code that meets our standards, and participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer.
Build reliable and maintainable software, with test coverage that matches the risk of the change.
Contribute to the team’s delivery pipeline, including test coverage, CI, and deployment practices.
Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as your default way of building, and help the team push what these tools can do.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, learning how our systems fit together along the way.
Participate in team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives, sharing updates and feedback.
Take part in learning activities, including game days and training sessions, to build familiarity with Olo’s tools and processes.
Join the on-call rotation, with responsibilities that grow as you learn the team’s systems.
What will set you up for success
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects.
Working knowledge of C# and .NET, and comfort reading code you didn't write.
Some experience building web UIs. We use React and TypeScript, but any modern framework is a fine starting point.
Comfortable with SQL and relational data. A lot of our work is understanding how data moves between systems.
You understand the difference between unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and when each one earns its place.
AI coding agents are your default way of working. You use tools like Claude Code daily, you can explain the fundamentals underneath what they generate, and you're excited about a team that expects you to push them further.
You ask questions early, write things down, and are comfortable working with colleagues in other time zones.
About Olo
Olo is a leading restaurant technology provider with ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions that help brands increase orders, streamline operations, and improve the guest experience. Each day, Olo processes millions of orders on its open SaaS platform, gathering the right data from each touchpoint into a single source—so restaurants can better understand and better serve every guest on every channel, every time. Over 800 restaurant brands trust Olo and its network of more than 400 integration partners to innovate on behalf of the restaurant community, accelerating technology’s positive impact and creating a world where every restaurant guest feels like a regular. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll solve high-scope frontend problems and influence your team's technical and product direction. You'll ship moderately sized features with minimal guidance, improve quality and performance, mentor other engineers, and help establish standards for a high-scale web environment. You'll partner across product, design, backend, and frontend to make sound trade-offs, communicate clearly, and improve how the team delivers software.
This is an opportunity to shape product experiences and frontend architecture for a global platform while helping define how modern frontend teams use agentic artificial intelligence. You'll apply artificial intelligence-assisted engineering workflows thoughtfully and help create trustworthy user experiences that incorporate artificial intelligence responsibly in a remote-first, asynchronous organization.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderately sized frontend features and improvements with minimal guidance, making pragmatic architectural choices.
Turn ambiguous customer and product needs into clear technical plans and intuitive, accessible experiences.
Advocate for product quality, security, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and operational readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
Establish and improve practices for frontend architecture, styling, component design, testing, observability, maintainable code, and thoughtful use of artificial intelligence and agentic tools in production engineering work.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Engineers, share knowledge, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices.
Diagnose and prevent frontend performance and reliability issues at scale using observability and production signals, and participate in incident response or on-call responsibilities under your team's ownership model.
Design or review independently buildable frontend surfaces and explicit contracts for data, events, authorization, feature flags, error handling, testing, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with product, design, backend, quality, security, and other teams to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Experience applying frontend architecture, browser behavior, testing, accessibility, performance, and maintainability practices in a complex product or platform environment.
Experience designing or evolving modular frontend boundaries, independently buildable surfaces, component systems, or migration-safe architectures.
Experience making pragmatic trade-offs with product and design partners and turning complex requirements into clear user experiences.
The ability to lead through technical judgment, collaboration, and clear written communication rather than formal authority.
Experience mentoring engineers and improving team practices through code review, design review, documentation, or hands-on collaboration.
The ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous organization by managing priorities, creating clarity, and communicating decisions in writing.
Practical experience integrating artificial intelligence into a feature, workflow, or engineering process, or evaluating its reliability, security, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.
Helpful, but not required: experience with Vue, React, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript; PostgreSQL, Redis, or object storage; representational state transfer or GraphQL; Kubernetes, Google Kubernetes Engine, Docker, or Google Cloud Platform; Prometheus or Sentry; and Git, GitLab Runner, or GitLab continuous integration and continuous delivery.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both Postgres and Vitess clusters. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience.
Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn’t be higher. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help developers and businesses get the most out of PlanetScale, resolve issues quickly, and build the support function that helps us scale.
What’s the job to be done?
You will advise and handle support requests from customers and developers on the PlanetScale platform.
You will respond to, debug, and resolve customer support issues through support tickets, customer Slack channels, public discussions, and other support channels.
You will help customers understand how to use PlanetScale effectively, including how to reason about queries, schema changes, application behavior, database connectivity, and production workflows.
You will create and improve internal and external documentation, support playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing materials.
You will identify product gaps and recurring sources of customer friction, then work with Engineering to prioritize improvements.
You will contribute to the systems, processes, and practices that help PlanetScale deliver excellent developer-focused support at scale.
These attributes best describe you.
You are customer-focused, empathetic, and clear in how you communicate, while knowing when to push back in ways that help customers become successful on their own.
You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the curiosity and persistence to follow issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and product behavior.
You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether that means reading unfamiliar application code, digging into database behavior, testing a new framework, or learning a connector you haven’t used before, you’re willing to go where the problem leads.
You are a self-starting, enthusiastic individual who takes responsibility for outcomes and wants to make a meaningful impact on the business.
You can operate independently, but you know when to ask for help and how to bring the right people into an issue.
You are highly organized and able to operate in ambiguous or changing situations.
You are data-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating across many audiences.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and translating customer pain into actionable product, documentation, and process improvements.
What you will need.
Experience supporting production applications, databases, developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products.
Working knowledge of SQL, preferably with experience in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason through application and database behavior.
Programming experience. You will not be programming full-time, but you should be comfortable reading and navigating unfamiliar code to understand customer issues.
Experience with common application frameworks, ORMs, database connectors, or application deployment patterns.
Willingness to explore new languages, frameworks, tools, and customer environments as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong empathy for customers, developers, and teammates, with the ability to advocate for customer needs clearly and constructively.
What else will help you be successful.
Experience working in a remote organization.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and debugging tools.
Experience helping build support processes, documentation systems, or teams from an early stage.
Why PlanetScale.
We’re redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale — and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines helping developers and businesses solve real production problems, while also shaping the product, documentation, and support systems that make PlanetScale better for every customer.
PlanetScale is a profitable company with a philosophy centered around building small teams of p99 individuals and is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America.
At PlanetScale we believe in supporting people to do their best work and thrive no matter the location. Our mission is to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. If you have a disability, please let us know if there’s any way we can make the interview process better for you; we’re happy to accommodate!
Total Compensation and Pay Transparency
An employee’s total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process.
Base salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD
Location: San Francisco
NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.
Location: Des Moines, Iowa, United States

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.
