ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Mistral AI is building a new Compute Support team to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our GPU clusters in a Kubernetes environment. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its processes, standards, and culture.
In this hybrid L1/L2 support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for compute-related inquiries. You’ll also serve as the escalation point for complex issues, leveraging your deep systems knowledge, Kubernetes expertise, and operational debugging skills to ensure our AI workloads run smoothly at scale.
This is a support-focused role that blends system administration, customer-facing communication, and compute infrastructure expertise. While coding is not the primary focus, familiarity with Go for debugging and automation is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FIRST CUSTOMER’S POINT OF CONTACT
- Act as the first interlocutor for customers and internal teams, providing timely and effective responses to compute-related inquiries.
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring SLAs are met for acknowledgment, first response, and resolution.
- Gather and analyze initial issue details (e.g., logs, error messages, system metrics) to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and internal users, including temporary workarounds where applicable.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Serve as the L2 escalation point for Linux, Kubernetes, and compute infrastructure issues, providing deep technical troubleshooting for:
- GPU/TPU workloads (e.g., CUDA errors, memory leaks, job failures).
- Kubernetes clusters (e.g., pod crashes, node failures, networking misconfigurations).
- Bare metal and cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VMs, HPC clusters).
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, hardware failures, and resource contention in distributed systems.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., dmesg, journalctl, nvidia-smi, Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical compute systems
- Nice to have: Optimize system configurations (e.g., kernel parameters, filesystem tuning, network settings) for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads.
KUBERNETES & CONTAINERIZATION
- Debug Kubernetes clusters with a focus on:
- Pod and node issues (e.g., CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, ImagePullBackOff).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to understand and improve existing IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and Go-based tooling.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations, with a strong focus on compute-heavy environments (bare metal, cloud, HPC, or virtualization).
- Deep Linux/Unix expertise:
- Debugging kernel-level issues (e.g., OOM killer, I/O bottlenecks, CPU throttling).
- Performance tuning (e.g., sysctl, ulimit, filesystem optimizations).
- Networking troubleshooting (e.g., iptables, tcpdump, DNS, NFS, SSH).
- Storage management (e.g., LVM, RAID, NVMe, GPU-local storage).
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience is mandatory:
- Debugging pods, nodes, and clusters (e.g., kubectl describe, kubectl logs, crictl).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, containerd) and basic IaC awareness Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Basic scripting/automation skills (preferably Go, but Bash or Python are acceptable for ad-hoc tasks).
- Experience with bare metal, virtualization, or HPC environments (e.g., Fluidstack, Coreweave, Vast) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-pressure situations with a structured, calm approach.
- Commitment to meeting tight SLAs for issue acknowledgment, triage, and first response.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a
Product Analyst
to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand
why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next
— turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Our Work Style:
Tech Stack:
SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
Work Mode:
Hybrid – 2 days in office
Your Impact:
Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities
Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Assess and Measure Product Impact
Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
Upper-Intermediate or better English
Standout Qualities:
Python skills for data analysis
Experience with Amplitude
Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.
Team Dynamics:
You'll join a team of experienced Product Analysts working closely with Product and R&D teams. We use data not only to measure what happened, but to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and help teams make better product decisions.
We value curiosity, analytical rigor, ownership, business thinking, and collaboration, while continuously looking for ways to make analytics more scalable through reusable approaches, automation, and AI.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in London, UK. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is £294,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

The Opportunity
Flosum is looking for a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.
About Flosum
Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.
Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.
We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.
What You Will Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
AI & Innovation
Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Customer & Market Insight
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.
What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role
You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.

Months 6-12: Scale and Lead
Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.

Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate.
AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next.
Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.
