How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Customer & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- Excellent communication skills — can explain complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct investigations and analytical work using Chainalysis tools (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions) in response to customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical artifacts — Python notebooks, SQL queries, dashboards, investigative reports — tailored to customer use cases
- Work side-by-side with customers to design workflows that operationalise Chainalysis data in their environment
- Enable customer teams through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer — so they can operate independently
- Deliver live demos, investigative briefings, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity — technical discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping for prospective customers
- Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Global Intel
- Contribute to live training delivery in your domain of expertise
- Support multiple customers concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Develop your domain specialism through continuous learning, case work, and engagement with the broader investigations and intelligence community
Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and continuously learning about blockchain technology, investigations, and emerging threats.
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions.
- Deeply curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, investigations, and the evolving threat landscape
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission — whether that's making an arrest, filing a SAR, or building a compliance programme
- Credibility-driven — earns trust through expertise and delivery, not just presentation
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions
- Committed to developing deep domain expertise — not satisfied with surface-level knowledge
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We're looking for a driven, consultative
Account Executive
to own new business acquisition and account growth in Morocco. This is a remote role - you'll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - selling our CPaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, fintech, e-commerce, and other verticals with high-volume customer communication needs.

Our success is driven by innovative technology and talented people who shape our Messaging and Voice solutions. Join a fast-growing tech company where your ideas, growth, and ambition can make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing - for new business in Morocco and the wider MENA region
Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and network/referral channels
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, keeping accurate records in the CRM
Understand client needs across WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and push notification use cases, and position the right solution
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong client onboarding
Represent MMDSmart at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed
Provide market feedback - competitive intelligence, pricing sensitivity, local regulatory or business nuances - to help shape regional strategy
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Based in Morocco, with native/fluent Arabic and/or French and a strong understanding of the local market; Fluent English is required
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development — SaaS, telecom, martech, or CPaaS experience is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to close
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and business contexts within MENA
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with regular collaboration across a distributed team
Familiarity with messaging/communication platforms (WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, push notifications) is an advantage, not a requirement
Self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings and events

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.
You will use Notion every day in the same way our customers do, giving you firsthand insight into the workflows and AI transformation behind the roles you are hiring for. You will also help build a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI, workflow design, enterprise transformation, and customer outcomes. The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions for new and evolving teams.
- Deliver high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles, from sourcing through close, while creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Translate Notion’s product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives that help the right people self-select in.
- Use talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
- Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake, calibration, debriefs, manager coaching, and sourcing strategies that expand representation.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches, with the judgment to learn and represent evolving role profiles accurately.
- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria—and to influence senior leaders toward strong decisions.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across various Sales disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting function and help shape the next generation of our Finance organization. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting function while also serving as a key transformation leader across Accounting and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a builder's mindset. You will ensure an accurate, timely, and well-controlled close while rethinking how accounting work gets done—simplifying processes, improving systems and data, expanding automation, and driving practical adoption of AI across the accounting organization.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from defining the future-state accounting operating model to solving complex accounting, process, and systems challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Accounting
Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and related activities.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring financial results are accurate, well-supported, controlled, and delivered on time.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and build processes that scale with the growth and complexity of the business.
Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
Drive Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Build AI capabilities across the team through training, experimentation, and best-practice sharing while establishing appropriate governance and human oversight.
Establish metrics to measure improvements in close performance, automation, productivity, and quality.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of operating effectively in a fast-growing SaaS/Data environment.
Develop future leaders by increasing ownership and building stronger accounting, technology, and business capabilities across the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement where the team challenges existing processes and embraces technology, automation, and new ways of working.
Balance operational excellence with transformation, ensuring the organization executes reliably while continuously improving how work gets done.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions within a public company or similarly complex environment.
4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role goes beyond delivering an accurate close. You will help build an accounting organization that is increasingly automated, intelligent, scalable, and forward-looking.
You will create a more efficient and predictable close, reduce reliance on manual processes, embed AI and automation into how the team operates, and build a strong leadership bench. Ultimately, this role will help define what a modern Accounting organization should look like in an AI-enabled SaaS/Data company.
