About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness.
What You'll Do
Delivery planning and schedule integration
Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and required-on-site (ROS) dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.
Supplier execution and escalation
Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators on open orders; verify production progress against committed slots rather than accepting reported dates at face value.
Act as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays; drive recovery plans (expedites, partial ships, resequencing, alternate sources) with Sourcing and Engineering.
Partner with Sourcing on corporate-level supplier escalations, bringing site-level schedule intelligence to commercial conversations.
Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation-readiness performance; manage the change/claim process when delivery issues affect the GC's schedule.
Logistics and site readiness
Plan and coordinate transportation for oversize/overweight and high-value equipment — carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging coordination — with our logistics partners and the GC.
Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when site readiness and equipment arrival diverge; coordinate with Quality and Commissioning on receiving inspection and storage/preservation requirements.
Ensure equipment arrives complete — accessories, spares, documentation, and vendor startup support scheduled — so installation and commissioning are not delayed by missing pieces.
Risk management and reporting
Identify, triage, and report delivery risks across the portfolio; propose solutions and drive decisions to protect capacity milestones.
Establish and lead recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews giving leadership converged visibility into OFE delivery status and risk by site and by equipment category.
Track delivery KPIs — on-time-to-ROS, schedule drift by supplier and category, escalation cycle time, expedite spend — and use them to surface systemic issues.
Feed lessons learned back into Sourcing (lead-time assumptions, contract delivery terms, buffer strategy) and Construction (ROS sequencing) to improve the next program.
Who You Are
8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Japan is one of the most sophisticated enterprise technology markets in the world, and one where partners, not vendors, typically own the customer relationship. The Head of Partnerships, Japan will build and lead the team that makes Anthropic's partner ecosystem the primary route to Japanese enterprise.
You will set the partner strategy for Japan, develop the team that executes it, and own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and attach rate for the country. You will personally lead our most strategic partner relationships at the executive level while coaching your team to do the same across the GSI, regional SI, and reseller landscape.
This is a player-coach role for an experienced partner leader who has built and scaled partner businesses in Japan before, ideally for a US technology company entering or growing in the market. You will work day to day with the Japan sales leadership and the in-region Applied AI team, represent Japan within Anthropic's International Partnerships organisation, and carry the voice of Japanese partners and customers into our global product and go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and build the team
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing Japan partner team spanning GSI, regional SI and reseller coverage, sized and structured to the market opportunity
Set clear goals, territories and partner portfolios for each team member, and hold the team accountable to pipeline, revenue and attach-rate outcomes
Establish the team's operating cadence: one-on-ones, weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, partner QBRs and quarterly business planning
Coach the team on executive engagement, joint business planning and co-selling in Japanese enterprise accounts, and model those behaviours personally
Set and own the Japan partner strategy
Define which partner segments, partners and motions Anthropic prioritises in Japan, and in what sequence, based on revenue potential, customer reach and strategic fit
Design the partner coverage model across our partner landscape (NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Accenture and others), and where we go deep vs. broad.
Localise Anthropic's global partner program for Japan, including tiers, incentives, enablement paths and rules of engagement, and feed Japan requirements back into the global program design
Own the annual and quarterly partner business plan for Japan and report on it to International Partnerships leadership
Lead our most strategic partnerships
Own the executive relationships with Anthropic's most consequential partners in Japan, from joint business planning through to board-level sponsorship on both sides
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including resale, co-development and revenue-sharing constructs, working with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk
Lead the creation of joint solutions and industry offerings with partner practices in manufacturing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences and the public sector
Own partner pipeline, revenue and attach rate
Carry the Japan partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and the partner attach-rate target, for the team
Run a disciplined forecast with the team and with Japan sales leadership, ensuring partner deals are registered, progressed and closed with predictability
Decide where to deploy partner investments (market development funds, enablement, co-marketing, headcount) for the highest return
Build the reporting and systems hygiene that gives International Partnerships and Anthropic leadership a clear, trusted view of the Japan partner business
Represent Japan and drive cross-functional execution
Act as the single point of accountability for the partner business in Japan with Japan sales leadership, the Applied AI organisation, Marketing, Legal and Product
Ensure Japanese partner and customer requirements, including language, data residency, security and sovereignty needs, are understood and prioritised by global product and engineering teams
Partner with the Japan sales leader to embed partners into account planning and co-selling for the country's priority accounts
Resolve channel conflict between direct sales, SIs and resellers, and set the rules of engagement that keep the ecosystem healthy as it grows
Be the face of Anthropic's partner ecosystem in Japan
Represent Anthropic at partner executive forums, industry conferences and analyst engagements related to the partner ecosystem
Sponsor the development of Japanese customer success stories, delivered with partners, that resonate with Japanese enterprise buyers
Build Anthropic's reputation as the partner-first AI company in Japan through the way your team shows up every day
Minimum qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, with a substantial portion leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan
People leadership experience over partner or alliance teams, with a track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong performers
Direct experience building a partner business in Japan for a US or global technology company, ideally through a period of rapid growth or market entry (hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS, data or AI platform)
Proven ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets at a country or regional level, with the forecasting discipline to match
Established executive relationships with Japan's major system integrators, consulting firms, and a reputation they would vouch for
Experience negotiating complex partnership structures: resale agreements, joint solution development, and revenue-sharing or incentive models
Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, personally owning strategic relationships while building a team that scales beyond you
Comfort shaping strategy in ambiguity and turning it into an operating plan, while working closely with global teams in other time zones
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, and the cultural fluency to move between Japanese enterprise norms and a fast-moving US company
Based in Tokyo
Preferred qualifications
15 to 20+ years in enterprise technology leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan and 5+ years of people leadership over partner or alliance teams
Experience with AI, data or cloud platform partnerships specifically, including partner-built solutions and marketplace motions
Experience on the partner side, inside a Japanese SI or distributor, and an understanding of how those organisations make decisions
Experience localising a global partner program for Japan and influencing its design
Experience working alongside professional services or applied AI teams to deliver partner-led customer outcomes
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets and this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be our lead in-house payroll expert: the person we trust to own Dutch payroll end-to-end, build scalable workflows in AFAS, Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl, and set the standard for how payroll should run. If you've run native Dutch payroll from the ground up, know AFAS Nmbrs by Visma and/or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl inside out, have strong opinions on doing payroll right, and have helped build or transform a payroll function before, this role is built for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run payroll end-to-end. Own the full Dutch payroll cycle in-house; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data ownership. Oversee the validation of employee payroll master data; new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag), ensuring every change is processed accurately and within payroll deadlines.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run rigorous pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to keep payroll accurate before issues reach team members, customers or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. Loonaangifte (monthly payroll tax) and Jaaropgave (annual statement) — you own the Belastingdienst submissions. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing required government accesses (Belastingdienst, UWV).
- Own the payroll system. Configure and maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Product team to improve automation and scalability.
- Be the subject matter expert. Advise the business on Loonheffing (payroll tax), Sociale verzekeringen (social insurance), Dutch arbeidsrecht (labour law), 30% ruling applications and CAO (collective labour agreement) interpretation.
- Own the numbers. Oversee payroll journals, GL mappings, reconciliations with Finance, and full data integrity.
- Own complex escalations. Be the key point of contact for our most complex client payroll issues. Pair your deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to turn hard problems into a best-in-class experience.
- Reporting. Maintain and prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data, WKR and Ondernemingsraad (works council)-facing pay assessment documentation.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Level the team up. Improve processes, coach junior specialists through complex problems rather than solving issues for them, and back up Regional Managers when needed. Maintain a living knowledge base e.g. playbooks and SOPs. so legal updates and process knowledge stay documented and shared, never siloed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years running the complete native (in-house) payroll process for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a high volume of payslips per month.
- Advanced, hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl experience is non-negotiable.
- PDL (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie) and/or VPS (Vakopleiding Payroll Services) certification and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration; HBO (Bachelor) in Business Admin or Finance highly valued.
- Deep, current working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, and the confidence to advise stakeholders directly, not just execute.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable owning complex, sensitive client escalations; balancing technical precision with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- An analytical, productivity-obsessed mindset. You're not a corporate "just follow the process" type; you thrive working from a blank canvas to build and set up processes, with an automation mindset that keeps improving how the work gets done.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional change, even without an established playbook.
- Some experience coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues; you like building others up, not just solving problems yourself.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

You'll leverage your leadership expertise to propel revenue growth while developing a high-performing team. Working closely with Applied AI Engineering, Product, GTM, and Marketing teams, you'll help enterprise customers deploy AI solutions and refine our market positioning for Korea.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives
Strategic approach to market analysis combined with tactical excellence in execution
Passion for AI technology and commitment to its safe, responsible development
Business-level Korean required; English proficiency strongly preferred

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, 1Password’s product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern the applications their employees use. You’ll shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, connecting deep technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs involved in building for enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
• Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including single sign-on (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns, as well as responsible AI-assisted product development.
What you can expect:
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences should be sequenced to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

Fortune 100 refers to the top 20% ranked companies in the 2025 Fortune 500 list, published in June 2025. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab.
An overview of this role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll help lead two important areas for GitLab Security: the data layer behind our vulnerability and dependency management capabilities, and our move toward services outside the GitLab monolith. You'll design and develop systems that ingest, store, index, and query security report data, including integrations with key third-party systems. With a strong focus on PostgreSQL and scalable backend design, your work will support security features delivered by teams across GitLab.
You'll take ownership of large deliverables from early ideas through implementation, working directly with product, design, frontend, and engineering partners to shape the technical and product roadmap. You'll stay hands-on across GitLab's Ruby on Rails application and newer services, including greenfield projects, while helping the team build its expertise in modular service design.
What you’ll do
Lead large technical deliverables from initial problem definition through delivery, often across multiple months or quarters.
Design and develop backend systems for vulnerability and dependency management, including security report ingestion, storage, indexing, querying, and integrations with key third-party systems.
Build and improve systems using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, and contribute to newer services using technologies such as Go or Rust where appropriate.
Shape technical plans, break down complex work, and help other engineers deliver effectively.
Work directly with product, design, frontend, and engineering partners to make clear decisions, resolve constraints, and deliver measurable progress.
Influence the team's product and technical roadmap through hands-on investigation, clear proposals, and iterative delivery that demonstrates progress in each monthly release cycle.
Apply a security mindset when designing systems, including considering how GitLab identifies and handles malicious or vulnerable software packages.
Define patterns for modular services, provide technical leadership when vulnerability management work spans multiple GitLab areas, and share that expertise across GitLab Security.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading complex backend projects from idea through delivery while remaining hands-on with design and development.
Strong PostgreSQL experience, including evidence of query optimization, table optimization, and write-ahead log management in data-intensive systems.
Strong professional experience with Ruby on Rails or Go and comfort working in Ruby on Rails day to day. Experience with large monoliths is helpful, along with an interest in working across languages and services.
Experience shaping delivery plans, guiding technical decisions, and supporting the work of other engineers.
The ability to collaborate with a range of partners and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
Experience communicating with leaders, leading peers through complex delivery, identifying constraints, and moving work forward.
Experience using security tooling for activities such as vulnerability triage and remediation, or professional experience building vulnerability management, dependency management, or related security products.
Experience with large-scale data systems or established software products. We welcome transferable experience from outside the security domain.
Fluency in using artificial intelligence tools to improve delivery while applying sound engineering judgment.
About the team
The Vulnerability Management team contributes to GitLab's move toward modular services and will help other Security teams adopt these patterns over time. Today, we include two Staff Software Engineers, two Senior Software Engineers, and one Intermediate Software Engineer across the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, and India. You'll work closely with us, product partners, and engineering leaders across GitLab.
We work with clear goals and shared priorities. You'll receive clear context and outcomes, then have the space to own delivery, communicate decisions and progress, ask for help early, and work directly with the partners needed to get the job done.

The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the laptops and handsets every Anthropic employee works on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and every piece of configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the mobile side of the fleet is BYOD. This role exists to change that. You will design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program (managed company phones and managed Apple accounts) in every region Anthropic operates in, and take it from early design to production.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what a corporate mobile program looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: device standards, what we issue to whom, and how the program grows from a first region to everywhere Anthropic operates
Own the global logistics of issuing hardware: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles
Bring mobile configuration into the team’s config-as-code pipeline so mobile policies are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero-touch enrollment: Apple Business Manager and ADE with managed Apple accounts on iOS, the zero-touch equivalent on Android, so a new phone works the first time without hands-on setup
Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet, from issue to wipe
Build telemetry on the corporate fleet: which devices are checking in, OS and patch state, drift between reported and actual state
Own managed app distribution for mobile, from app approval through update rollout
Partner with Corporate Security on device posture, device trust signals, and travel devices for international trips
Decide how corporate-issued and BYOD coexist, and own that boundary as the program rolls out
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned a global or multi-region mobile device program end to end, with 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale
Go deep on iOS device management: enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager and ADE, APNs and certificate lifecycle, declarative device management
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Treat device configuration as code and have moved past clicking in consoles
Have run the infrastructure under an MDM, not just administered a SaaS console: a self-hosted MDM server, AWS, Terraform, and configuration that ships as code
Have built or launched a corporate device program, not just operated one, and can decide how it coexists with BYOD
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow

As the Head of National Security Sales (DoW/IC) at Anthropic, you'll lead and scale our national security sales organization to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. You'll leverage your deep understanding of defense and intelligence missions and proven sales leadership expertise to build a high-performing team while establishing strategic relationships with key defense and intelligence organizations. Working closely with GTM, product, policy, engineering and marketing teams, you'll define and execute our go-to-market strategy for the DoW and IC while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a national security sales team covering the DoW and IC, including hiring top talent, setting clear performance expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and development
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the DoW (including the military services, combatant commands, OSW, and defense agencies) and the IC, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and revenue forecasting
Anchor the team's work in mission impact: prioritize opportunities where safe, frontier AI materially changes how commands and agencies plan, analyze, and operate, and measure success by outcomes delivered to those who serve
Own overall national security revenue targets and ensure team performance against quotas, while providing visibility into pipeline health and deal progression
Win new business across the DoW and IC by helping commands, components, and agencies integrate AI into their technology stacks and mission workflows to accelerate delivery and mission outcomes
Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks specific to DoW and IC procurement, including FAR/DFARS compliance, classified and unclassified contracting pathways, and agency-specific security and accreditation requirements
Build and manage strategic relationships with cloud service providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base partners to create scalable go-to-market motions across classified and unclassified environments
Synthesize market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and competitive strategy, working closely with product and marketing teams
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and delivery teams to ensure successful contract execution and customer satisfaction
Maintain visibility and relationships with senior military, civilian, and IC leadership while empowering your team to own day-to-day customer relationships
Implement metrics, reporting, and performance management systems to drive team accountability and continuous improvement
Represent Anthropic at industry events and with key stakeholders, establishing our brand as the trusted AI partner for the national security community
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years managing sales teams selling into the DoW and/or IC, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing organizations
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage senior military, civilian, and leadership relationships across the DoW and IC—with an existing network of contacts across the national security community strongly preferred
Deep understanding of DoW and IC missions, organizational structures, modernization initiatives, and technology adoption patterns across multiple services, commands, and agencies
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while creating a culture of performance and accountability
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies in the national security space
Extensive experience with defense and intelligence contracting vehicles, procurement mechanisms (including OTAs and IDIQs), and compliance and accreditation requirements such as FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, and DoW Impact Levels
Strong track record of consistently exceeding team revenue targets and building predictable, scalable sales motions
Proven ability to build and manage strategic channel partnerships and ecosystem relationships, including cloud providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base primes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, from technical teams to senior military, civilian, and IC leadership
Experience implementing sales methodologies, CRM systems, and performance management processes
A passion for safe and ethical AI development, with the ability to articulate its importance in national security contexts and build trust with DoW and IC stakeholders

Anthropic is looking for product engineers to build internal products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design—you'll own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll work directly with users to understand their needs, identify the patterns behind their requests, and build the right abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.
What you'll do:
Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities
Spot patterns across user requests and reduce them into primitives, platforms, or middleware that support a variety of use cases—not just one-off features
Build tools that maximize autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users
Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs handed to you
Iterate quickly based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack
Can operate as a team of one when needed—you're independently capable of taking a product from idea to shipped, even if you won't always work that way
Think in systems and abstractions—you see the platform behind the feature request
Care about empowering users, not just building for them
Own outcomes, not just code—you care whether the thing you built actually solved the problem
Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating with ambiguity
Hold yourself to a high bar without needing external pressure
Strong candidates will have:
Proficiency across the stack (we use Python, TypeScript, React)
Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools that others build on top of
A track record of shipping products independently—not just contributing to larger efforts
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
