How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for experienced backend and distributed systems engineers to join the Agentic Systems team within our Platform organization. Agentic Systems builds Claude Managed Agents: the hosted platform for building, running, and scaling production agents on Claude. Instead of every developer hand-rolling an agent loop, sandboxed execution, state management, credential handling, and error recovery — and reworking all of it with every model release — Managed Agents pairs an Anthropic-built agent harness with production infrastructure for sessions, environments, tools, memory, and permissions, exposed through a small set of composable APIs designed to stay stable as models and harnesses evolve. It powers agentic products inside Anthropic as well as those built by customers on the Claude Platform.
Managed Agents is in public beta and growing quickly, and this is still an early team with a lot of surface area left to define. You'll drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through GA, own systems end to end from API design through operations, and partner closely with product, research, developer experience, and go-to-market teams to figure out what "managed" should mean for the next generation of agents. You should be comfortable going deep on hard distributed systems problems, care about APIs as a product in their own right, and be motivated by turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality, shipped platform capabilities that other engineers build their products on.
What you'll do
Scale the platform.
Managed Agents runs long-lived, stateful sessions that execute autonomously for minutes or hours/days, persist through disconnections, and resume cleanly — across Anthropic-hosted sandboxes, self-hosted environments on customer infrastructure, and other clouds. You'll design and operate the systems underneath that: durable session and event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation. Reliability, latency, and cost efficiency are product features here, and you'll own them in production.
Evolve the harness — and prove it with evals.
The harness is the loop that calls Claude, routes tool calls, manages context (caching, compaction, memory), and recovers from errors. Harnesses encode assumptions about what the model can't yet do on its own, and those assumptions go stale as models improve. You'll work alongside research to revisit them with each model generation, build the eval infrastructure that measures harness quality against research baselines and real customer workloads, and hold the bar that lets us say our harness gets the most out of Claude.
Help builders get the most out of Claude.
Our customers — internal and external — are building agents both as products for their users and to transform their own operations. You'll ship the capabilities that raise the ceiling on what those agents can do: outcome-driven execution where developers specify success criteria and a budget and Claude iterates until it gets there, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and the observability and tracing that make long-running agents debuggable. The goal is the highest intelligence per dollar of any agent platform, delivered safely.
Design APIs that outlast their implementations.
Agents, environments, sessions, vaults, and event streams are interfaces thousands of developers build against and that our own products depend on. You'll shape those primitives — versioning, ergonomics across API, SDK, and CLI, sensible defaults, escape hatches — with the expectation that the implementations underneath will change many times while the contracts hold.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineer
Have built and operated stateful, long-running, or high-throughput systems in production — workflow orchestration, streaming, storage, container or job orchestration — and can reason rigorously about durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
Have strong product sense and treat API design as a craft; you care about the developer on the other side of the interface and can ideate and execute product strategy with cross-functional partners in new domains
Are excited by 0 → 1 work and comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have ideally operated in both early-stage and more mature team or company settings
Use Claude or other AI tools as a core part of how you build software, and have opinions about what makes an agent harness good
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations (including on-call), to iterating on and improving what you ship
Care about building systems that other engineers and businesses love to use, and about doing so safel
Strong candidates may also have:
Built or contributed to an agent harness, agent framework, or LLM orchestration layer — tool execution, context management, memory, or multi-agent coordination
Worked on an AI or ML platform (model serving, inference infrastructure, developer tooling) at an AI lab or an AI-native product company, or led adoption of AI-driven development inside an engineering organization
Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for LLM or agent systems
Experience with durable execution or workflow engines, sandboxed code execution, or container runtimes
Shipped public developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs used by external developers at scale

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Claude Platform is growing rapidly and serves developers and enterprises at scale. Reaching the next tier of enterprise customers requires transforming how and where we deploy it, as well as the set of features we support out of the box.
The Distribution team owns that transformation: making the Claude API a cloud-native, managed product that runs wherever our customers need it, cross-cloud and on Anthropic's own infrastructure, with the enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational capabilities to support it. This work is split across to major workstreams that are covered in the next section, and we need your help across both.
What you'll do
Claude Platform on the Clouds: You will make the Claude Platform a best in class offering on the Cloud Service Provider’s platform (AWS, GCP, Azure), by bringing our API, control plane and Anthropic features through the provider’s front door. You’ll do cross-cutting work across the clouds and also have the opportunity to go deeper with CSPs on native integrations across a range of deep technical problems at unprecedented scale. You’ll get to collaborate across the company with teams such as Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, Databases, Inference and more.
Enterprise Readiness: You’ll make our platform even more suitable for Enterprise, shipping next gen enterprise enablement features that unblock our next wave of regulated customers or enable our existing ones to scale further. You’ll do so in an Enterprise SaaS context, with a specific focus on enterprise growth, security and compliance, with features ranging from key management & encryption, audit APIs, usage visibility, access control, and international data residency. You’ll also partner closely with core teams across the company, as well as collaborate with CSPs to make these available on our cloud platforms.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to adopt by our customers
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production and can do so independently.
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) at scale and/or Enterprise SaaS experience in a multi-tenant context, with background in security, compliance or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments.
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems language

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
- Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
- Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
- Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
- Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
- AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
NOT A FIT
- Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
- E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
WHO YOU ARE
- Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
- Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
- Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
- Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
- Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.
Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communication & Documentation
Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels
Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues to the team, and identify opportunities for automation or systemic solves
Operational Improvement
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Assist with scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and are methodical, curious, and persistent
Demonstrated supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Have significant experience with Google Workspace administration
Have experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Have substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
Understand identity and access fundamentals — SSO, MFA, directory services
Are familiar with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Have experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Think beyond the immediate fix — you ask "why did this happen?" and "how do we prevent it?"
Are organized enough to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
Propose solutions when you see a process that doesn't scale
Are looking to develop deeper technical skills and take on more complex systems administration challenges over time
Strong candidates may also
Be familiar with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Have experience with networking basics — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking fundamentals
Have contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support (migrations, tool rollouts, process redesigns)
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Location
This role is based in Tokyo, Japan and there is a 4 day/week in office expectation.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be joining a high-impact IT team supporting some of the world's leading AI researchers and engineers. The pace is fast and you'll have real ownership over your work. This isn't a role where you follow rigid scripts — you'll be trusted to use your judgment, improve our processes, and grow with the team. Because we're scaling rapidly, you'll have meaningful opportunities to shape how IT operations work at Anthropic.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

The GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier team coordinates how Anthropic's research reaches the market: how we run model launches commercially, how we partner with Capacity teams to allocate a finite compute supply across customers and surfaces, and how we translate what the field learns into reads that Research, Product, Finance, and GTM leadership act on.
One tangible example of the work this role will contribute to is new model and product introduction: the end-to-end commercial run of a model, product or capability release, from identifying market opportunities to preparing customer cohorts and the field through to the adoption readout that shapes where we go from there. We are hiring for someone who can run a high-stakes cross-functional program where the bar for execution is sky high, author the strategic analysis and readouts executive leadership needs, and create and optimize repeatable methodologies.
This role reports to the Global Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier, and sits at the interface between GTM, Applied AI, Product, Research, Security & Safeguards, Finance, and Compute.
Key responsibilities
Run launches
Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches: own account selection for pre-launch, coordinate field readiness across scaled pre- and post-sales teams, and run the launch-week operating room with extreme ownership.
Synthesize customer adoption signal (usage patterns, migration behavior, qualitative feedback from the field) into actionable reads for executive leadership across the company
Design and run the field response loop: how AE, CS, Applied AI and customer response and feedback gets captured, triaged, and routed to the teams who can act on it
Evolve the NPI methodology
Design and iterate GTM's NPI methodology across both standard releases and managed-access programs, including operating cadence, roles and handoffs with field teams, and the bar for launch readiness
Carry the executive reporting cadence for launches: what leadership teams see, how often, and how we make adoption trends legible early as well as retrospectively in a continual sprint environment
Partner across the company
Act as GTM's primary interface to Product S&O and Research on launch planning, ensuring commercial readiness is sequenced with product / model readiness
Work with Sales Strategy & Operations partners, Applied AI, and Customer Success on field execution, ensuring the launch motion lands consistently across segments and regions
Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning for account cohorts, assessing capacity-efficiency opportunity and executing against it with customer value at the core
Collaborate on protect-play targeting, sequencing, and post-launch competitive response when external launches and ours overlap
Minimum qualifications
Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy & operations
Built and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with many cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity product company, with a track record of turning effective heroics into a repeatable, scaled methodology
Ability to quickly weigh, select, and execute the balance between business, safety, and repeatability considerations
Written for and presented to senior executives; you can produce the readout leadership reads and hold the room with Product, Research, and Finance counterparts
Exceptional analytical skills, rooted in data but never without corresponding actionable insights. You can design the metrics and reporting that make a program legible, distinguish signal from noise in a messy week-one read, and work with analytics engineering teams to evolve data design to be fit for purpose
A bias toward extreme ownership - you see the gap, you fill it, and you hold the outcome regardless of where the org lines fall
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications
Strong analytical foundation: SQL and code-level data proficiency, sophisticated modeling in Sheets or Excel, and experience with BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, or similar)
Experience at an AI, developer-tools, or API-first company with consumption-based pricing (ideally as well as B2B SaaS)
Strong familiarity with, if not direct experience in, commercial roles (sales, rev ops, product marketing) or product management in addition to operations
Familiarity with safety, trust & safety, or security-review processes in a product context
Demonstrated success operating in ambiguity at a company where the product and the operating model are both changing fast
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is building a channel partnerships program from the ground up, and we're hiring our first Head of Revenue Partnerships to lead it — reporting to our VP of Revenue. You'll build Render's relationships with development agencies, PE firms, and — over time — systems integrators, to help Render customers who are migrating off competitive platforms, or who are pursuing new builds with Render.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map partner types — agencies, PE firms, SIs — and determine which are the best fit for Render's product and customer base.
- Build relationships with execs at partner firms to understand their priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Develop commercial agreements with partners to co-sell Render alongside their own services, to both existing and net-new customers.
- Develop Render-specific narrative and enablement materials: decks, pilot frameworks, ROI overviews.
- Design co-marketing models with partners — customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
- Work with our technology partner team to build a co-sell motion for large & enterprise accounts.
- For partners with a portfolio model, like PE firms, design scaled activation programs — webinars, cohorts, office hours — that drive Render adoption across many portfolio companies at once, without requiring 1:1 touch on every account.
- Drive the creation of new pipeline for both Render and the partner, and own the path from first engagement to partner-qualified referral to closed revenue.
- Set up the operating rhythm of each partnership: regular engagement cadences, co-sell activity, and a clear, repeatable path from first call to referral.
- Partner closely with Render's internal Sales and Delivery/CS leaders to align on how reps and partners work together, keep deal registration and pipeline hygiene clean, and avoid channel conflict with internal teams
- Define and report on success metrics for the channel, evolving from early engagement signals toward pipeline and revenue impact as the program matures.
- Build out a team of partner managers over time, dedicated to each partner type.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, GM/general management, or solutions engineering roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS, Infra or PLG company.
- A generalist with strong seller DNA — someone who is outcomes-obsessed and comfortable being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue, not just relationship-building.
- Comfort building a program without a playbook: you can hypothesize, run small experiments, and iterate quickly rather than waiting for a fully-formed process.
- Real experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs — ideally in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- A proven record of getting deals done — willingness to travel, get in front of partners in person, and find creative ways to keep partners engaged and motivated.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills — you'll work daily with Sales, Delivery/CS, Product Marketing, and Legal, and need to build trust and alignment across all of them.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, both with partner leadership and internally at Render.
- A technical enough orientation to credibly engage with developer-focused partners and speak to how AI is changing the questions partners are asking.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a channel program at an infrastructure, dev-tools, or other PLG-motion company.
- Familiarity with partner/ecosystem tooling such as Crossbeam, or experience running account mapping and pipeline reviews jointly with external partners.
- Experience navigating the emerging AI SI / AI consulting partner category.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
