Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Experimentation team.
The Experimentation team is building one of the company’s most strategic product areas: a platform that helps leading engineering organizations move beyond intuition and make product decisions with real statistical confidence.
Sitting at the intersection of large-scale systems, data science, and user experience, the team is creating a best-in-class experimentation product that lets customers set up, manage, and analyze experiments with ease while still earning the trust of even the most rigorous data teams.
From warehouse-native analysis to experimentation workflows built on top of LaunchDarkly’s massive feature management scale, this team is tackling ambitious technical problems with visible customer impact and a clear opportunity to define the future of modern software experimentation.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and operate the services that power this product, contribute to technical direction, and help deliver new functionality to customers.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers across LaunchDarkly to solve complex, data-intensive problems with meaningful customer impact.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs that power LaunchDarkly’s Experimentation product.
Own backend components across their lifecycle, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Build and evolve systems supporting experiment setup, event data ingestion, metric computation, results processing, and results presentation.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical proposals, making thoughtful trade-offs around scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and maintainability.
Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and adjacent engineering teams to translate customer needs and product goals into reliable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Data Platform, Warehouse Integrations, SDK, and other teams on shared data flows, services, and cross-team dependencies.
Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
Improve observability, testing, deployment safety, operational processes, and the reliability of the systems you build.
Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership of production systems in a you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
Support teammates through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating backend services in production.
Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows, including the judgment to direct, evaluate, and validate AI-generated output.
Experience designing and delivering customer-facing systems that are scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
Strong programming experience in Go or a comparable backend language such as Python, Rust, or C++. Our team is using Go.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, or data-intensive services.
Familiarity with analytical, operational, or warehouse data stores such as ClickHouse, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, data platforms, or similarly data-intensive products.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and an existing senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. About the Opportunity
The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
In this role, you will own OKX's Global Customer Complaints Program and report directly to the Compliance Chief of Staff. You will work closely with Local Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to promote consistent complaint handling across jurisdictions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, and provide effective second-line oversight and challenge.
A key part of the role will be turning customer complaints into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence. You will oversee complaints governance and quality assurance, identify trends and potential systemic issues, support root-cause analysis and remediation, and provide senior leadership with clear reporting on customer outcomes and emerging risks.
You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, coordinate, and track responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints, partnering with Legal and Local Compliance teams to gather and validate facts, prepare clear and defensible responses, manage review and approval processes, meet regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments, remediation, and follow-up through closure.
Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.
Oversee the end-to-end complaints control framework, including complaint identification and classification, regulatory and internal service-level requirements, escalation thresholds, documentation standards, investigation and resolution expectations, and closed-loop validation.
Own the second-line oversight and quality assurance, including risk-based testing of complaint handling, identification of control gaps and customer-outcome issues, tracking of remediation, and escalation of issues.
Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing or overseeing a global customer complaints program across multiple regulatory regimes, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, APAC, LATAM, and/or Middle East.
Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.

- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic trains and serves Claude across multiple cloud providers and accelerator platforms. The Platform Portability team owns the abstractions, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that make this possible without every engineering and research team needing to become experts in different clouds.
As an engineer on Platform Portability, you'll design and build the systems that let us bring up new capacity, ship our platform to cloud provider platforms & marketplaces, and move workloads between providers with confidence. You'll work closely with our cloud partners on capabilities we need that don't exist yet, and with internal Compute, Inference, and Security teams to make "which cloud is this running on?" a question most engineers at Anthropic never have to ask. Your work directly determines how quickly and reliably we can put safe, frontier AI in front of users — wherever they are.
What you'll do
Our work splits into two workstreams, and we need your help across both.
Portable infrastructure.
We build the provider-agnostic abstractions for storage, messaging, and connectivity that let Anthropic's systems run on any cloud, and they have to hold up at the scale of frontier model inference. You'll design and build those abstractions, plus the tooling that lets internal teams provision, configure, and operate services across clouds through one consistent interface. You'll also hunt down the provider-specific assumptions hiding in our codebase and set the patterns that keep new ones from creeping in.
Claude on partner clouds.
We ship Claude onto third-party cloud platforms, and every launch has to be repeatable. You'll own that delivery end to end, including the build, release, and validation pipelines behind it. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our cloud partners and internal infrastructure stakeholders to land the features we need, debug platform issues, and influence their roadmaps. Expect to go deep on native integrations with each provider, and to do the cross-cutting work that keeps our platform consistent across all of them.
Across both, you'll shape how the rest of Anthropic builds for multiple clouds. You'll review designs with cloud-portability implications, mentor engineers across the org on multi-cloud patterns, and bring internal stakeholders into alignment through clear writing and conversation. You'll also take your turn in the on-call rotation, and you'll design the postmortems, runbooks, and incident response that help us never fail the same way twice.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience building and operating production distributed systems
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production
Run the same production workload across multiple cloud providers, including the migration or abstraction work that made it possible
Understand how cloud IAM models and networking primitives (VPC peering, private connectivity, service mesh) differ across providers
Write production code in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust)
Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understand ML infrastructure and supporting interconnects
Ship software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
Bring a background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

We are looking for experienced backend and distributed systems engineers to join the Agentic Systems team within our Platform organization. Agentic Systems builds Claude Managed Agents: the hosted platform for building, running, and scaling production agents on Claude. Instead of every developer hand-rolling an agent loop, sandboxed execution, state management, credential handling, and error recovery — and reworking all of it with every model release — Managed Agents pairs an Anthropic-built agent harness with production infrastructure for sessions, environments, tools, memory, and permissions, exposed through a small set of composable APIs designed to stay stable as models and harnesses evolve. It powers agentic products inside Anthropic as well as those built by customers on the Claude Platform.
Managed Agents is in public beta and growing quickly, and this is still an early team with a lot of surface area left to define. You'll drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through GA, own systems end to end from API design through operations, and partner closely with product, research, developer experience, and go-to-market teams to figure out what "managed" should mean for the next generation of agents. You should be comfortable going deep on hard distributed systems problems, care about APIs as a product in their own right, and be motivated by turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality, shipped platform capabilities that other engineers build their products on.
What you'll do
Scale the platform.
Managed Agents runs long-lived, stateful sessions that execute autonomously for minutes or hours/days, persist through disconnections, and resume cleanly — across Anthropic-hosted sandboxes, self-hosted environments on customer infrastructure, and other clouds. You'll design and operate the systems underneath that: durable session and event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation. Reliability, latency, and cost efficiency are product features here, and you'll own them in production.
Evolve the harness — and prove it with evals.
The harness is the loop that calls Claude, routes tool calls, manages context (caching, compaction, memory), and recovers from errors. Harnesses encode assumptions about what the model can't yet do on its own, and those assumptions go stale as models improve. You'll work alongside research to revisit them with each model generation, build the eval infrastructure that measures harness quality against research baselines and real customer workloads, and hold the bar that lets us say our harness gets the most out of Claude.
Help builders get the most out of Claude.
Our customers — internal and external — are building agents both as products for their users and to transform their own operations. You'll ship the capabilities that raise the ceiling on what those agents can do: outcome-driven execution where developers specify success criteria and a budget and Claude iterates until it gets there, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and the observability and tracing that make long-running agents debuggable. The goal is the highest intelligence per dollar of any agent platform, delivered safely.
Design APIs that outlast their implementations.
Agents, environments, sessions, vaults, and event streams are interfaces thousands of developers build against and that our own products depend on. You'll shape those primitives — versioning, ergonomics across API, SDK, and CLI, sensible defaults, escape hatches — with the expectation that the implementations underneath will change many times while the contracts hold.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineer
Have built and operated stateful, long-running, or high-throughput systems in production — workflow orchestration, streaming, storage, container or job orchestration — and can reason rigorously about durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
Have strong product sense and treat API design as a craft; you care about the developer on the other side of the interface and can ideate and execute product strategy with cross-functional partners in new domains
Are excited by 0 → 1 work and comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have ideally operated in both early-stage and more mature team or company settings
Use Claude or other AI tools as a core part of how you build software, and have opinions about what makes an agent harness good
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations (including on-call), to iterating on and improving what you ship
Care about building systems that other engineers and businesses love to use, and about doing so safel
Strong candidates may also have:
Built or contributed to an agent harness, agent framework, or LLM orchestration layer — tool execution, context management, memory, or multi-agent coordination
Worked on an AI or ML platform (model serving, inference infrastructure, developer tooling) at an AI lab or an AI-native product company, or led adoption of AI-driven development inside an engineering organization
Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for LLM or agent systems
Experience with durable execution or workflow engines, sandboxed code execution, or container runtimes
Shipped public developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs used by external developers at scale

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
