ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE CONSUMER BUSINESS SERVICES TEAM
- Sierra partners with the businesses that power everyday life for consumers and enterprises alike — from the CPG brands on every shelf to the logistics networks that get products there, the real estate and facilities teams that manage the buildings people live and work in, and the energy and utility providers that keep the lights on. Our agents handle everything from order tracking and account management to field service scheduling and billing support, tuned to the voice and workflows of each business.
- This vertical spans a wide range of industries — consumer products, commercial real estate, automotive & mobility, transportation & logistics, industrial manufacturing, information & data services, consumer electronics, professional services, facilities management, construction, energy, and utilities — giving you the breadth to build relationships across some of the largest and most established companies in the world.
- Join us to bring AI agents to the businesses that quietly run the economy — and help build technology that makes these essential services faster, more reliable, and more human for everyone who depends on them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go deep on a few accounts. Learn each customer's business well enough that you could be wearing their badge in their hallways
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s incredible platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Decide when to bring in Agent Development, Product, Security, Legal, and Sierra leaders, and what each of them needs to do. You keep everyone aimed at the same goal
- Raise the bar for the SE team: mentor others, set standards for demos and pilots, and write the playbooks for Strategic deals and GTM processes
- Stay with the account after the sale, through the Agent Development handoff, launch, and expansion to new use cases
- Share what you see across your largest accounts with Product leadership and inform roadmap
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in leading the sales process with Strategic customers with deal sizes of $1M+ consistently
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Strong experience in relationship-building with prospect stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Experience leading architecture, integration, and security discussions with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and security teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- Experience growing accounts past initial sale and defining customer roadmaps to facilitate growth
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

- Go deep on your industry, the patterns, and winning motions to scale your work

Imunify360
is CloudLinux's security suite for Linux web servers: real-time and background malware scanning, automated cleanup, a WAF, runtime PHP protection (Proactive Defense), a database malware scanner, and IP reputation. It runs on hosting providers' shared, VPS, and dedicated servers, so new web-malware campaigns land on our fleet early.
We sit on one of the largest labeled corpora of live web-server malware in the industry: files, verdicts, cleanup outcomes, and analyst decisions collected from production hosting servers every day. It already drives our signatures, heuristics, and ML models, and there is far more to get out of it. We are looking for a
Senior ML Engineer
who will turn that data into detection that ships — classifiers, LLM-assisted triage and generated signatures — and keep exploring new ML/LLM methods against it, measured by the product's false-negative and false-positive rates, not by notebook accuracy.
Our dataset focuses on web malware — PHP, JavaScript, HTML phishing kits, infected WordPress and Joomla plugins and themes, database injections — with the context around each file.
What you'll work with:
Malware samples from production servers, with verdicts and analyst decisions
Years of signatures and detection rules
Customer-reported false negatives and false positives
Runtime behavior of code on live sites
Web-attack traffic
File metadata and how files spread across servers
Cleanup outcomes, including what came back
What you will do:
The goal is 10x more malware detected at the same or lower false-positive rate. Hand-written rules and faster pipelines will not get there; models trained on our data might.
Decide which files on a server deserve a closer look, within tight CPU and memory budgets
Tell malicious code from benign at fleet scale and a sensible cost per file
Generate detection signatures automatically from new campaigns
Catch malware that only looks malicious in context, such as phishing pages and script injections
Route each file to the right detection engine
Make cleanup precise so sites stay clean afterwards
Prove each model improves detection before it ships
How we work:
You get an experimentation track, GPUs, and a direct line to leadership; in return, you bring numbers, not opinions.
Remote-first, async
across UTC−5 to UTC+8. Decisions are written down (ADR-Lite) and public by default.
Hardware follows evidence:
Each training direction starts with dedicated GPUs on our own bare metal; leadership has committed to fund more when the case is made with data.
Agentic engineering:
Claude and Codex are the default tools, wired to GitLab, Jenkins, Redash, Jira, and Slite through MCP servers. We look at how engineers work with agents — context, specificity, review quality — not only at output.
Close to ground truth:
You work daily with malware analysts, detection and infrastructure engineers, and the rest of our ML team.
Ship gates:
No model or build goes out if it raises false positives or false negatives on our past-error sets. Blameless post-mortems within 24 hours.
What you'll deliver:
You own the path from raw samples to a model in production, and the numbers that prove it helped.
First month:
A first model trained on production data and measured against today's engines — suspicious-file triage or a metadata model. The evaluation harness in place: splits by time and campaign so families don't leak, and a regression set from past FPs and FNs.
By month 3:
Several models in production: some in shadow mode building evidence, some live and producing real detections, all gated on the past-error regression set. A training setup that keeps its GPUs busy. A written proposal (ADR) for the detection cascade, with cost per file and hardware needs.
By month 12:
Models are a main source of new detections, reported as share of new detections and FN-rate trend. Retraining on fresh analyst and FN labels on a fixed cadence. Generated signatures inside the analyst workflow. Two or three parallel training directions that other engineers can run with your tooling.
Requirements
What you bring:
5+ years building ML systems
that ran in production, including
2+ in an adversarial domain:
security, abuse, fraud, or spam.
Y
ou have trained and fine-tuned transformer models yourself
— data preparation, tokenizing code, LoRA/QLoRA or full fine-tunes, distillation, quantization — not only called hosted APIs.
Classic ML depth:
gradient boosting, linear models on sparse features, calibration, class imbalance, and judgement on when these beat an LLM.
Evaluation discipline:
leakage-free splits by time and family, precision at a fixed false-positive budget, regression sets, and an honest account of why production will differ from offline.
Inference cost engineering:
you have measured throughput and latency and made a model fit a CPU or memory budget (ONNX, llama.cpp, vLLM, int8/int4).
Strong Python, PyTorch and the Hugging Face stack; SQL
on large analytical tables (ClickHouse or similar).
Familiarity with PHP or JavaScript
, or willingness to pick it up working with our malware analysts.
You use AI coding agents
daily and can show how.
English at upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
, with particularly strong written communication for async work.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Web malware, webshells, phishing kits or WordPress security experience.
Models over code: AST or token features, code LLMs, graph models on program structure.
Malware clustering and similarity analysis.
Multi-GPU training on your own bare metal; MLflow or Weights & Biases; dataset versioning.
Go or Rust, for on-server inference.
Published work or talks on ML for security.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

CloudLinux Inc. develops the
Imunify family of security products
, designed to protect hosting environments from a wide range of cyber threats. One of these solutions is
Imunify Email
, an email security product that protects hosting servers against spam, phishing, and other email-based threats.
Imunify Email
filters mail on about 5,000 hosting servers. Today the filter is rspamd with rules and a scoring model we train in-house. We are replacing it with a transformer we trained ourselves that runs on the customer's own CPU in under 100 MB and already beats rspamd at every operating point we measured. We are looking for a
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
to join our team and work alongside the engineer currently responsible for both the existing spam-filtering pipeline and the new ML model. Together, you will drive the development, improvement, and production rollout of our email security technology.
What you will do:
Train, evaluate, and release spam-detection models: build the corpus, pick the threshold, read the precision/recall report, decide ship or retrain.
Build the production side of the new engine in Go: the inference service, the mail-filter integration, the tokenizer, the streaming message parser.
Fix detection quality end to end, from a customer's "this phishing got through" to a rule, a corpus fix, or a retrain, with the false-positive cost weighed against the catch.
Keep the corpus tooling and training infrastructure running.
Review and approve classifier, rule, and model changes, so no release waits on one person.
Answer partner engineers who ask why a message scored the way it did.
Write specs, handbooks, and post-mortems. That is how this team transfers knowledge.
Your first six months:
Month 1:
you ship a rule-model release on your own.
Month 3:
your first piece of the new engine is merged and running on staging.
Month 6:
a model release goes out while the principal engineer is away.
Requirements
What you bring:
5+ years of shipping detection or classification systems
where false positives have a cost you had to defend: anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware, fraud, abuse.
You have taken at least one ML classifier to production yourself:
corpus construction, threshold selection, error analysis.
Hands-on transformer training in PyTorch:
tokenizers, masked-language pre-training, fine-tuning, ONNX export, CPU inference measurement.
Linux, shell, and Python
on shared servers and a shared GPU.
Daily usage of AI coding agents and tools.
English at upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
, with particularly strong written communication skills for technical documentation, specifications, and code reviews. Your specs and merge-request descriptions count as much as your code.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Email internals:
SMTP, MIME, transfer encodings, SPF / DKIM / DMARC, how Exim, Postfix, and Dovecot handle mail to a filter.
Experience in creating embedded models
Go or Rust
for systems code:
parsers, streaming, memory budgets, concurrency.
rspamd or SpamAssassin internals: rules, composites, Lua plugins, mass-check scoring.
Multi-million-sample corpora, labelling pipelines, annotator tooling.
Small models for constrained hardware: quantization, distillation, latency budgets.
LLM-based labelers or validators for scaling annotation.
Hosting panels: cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data center in Bessé-sur-Braye, Pays de la Loire.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.
Skills we’re looking for
8+ years experience in marketing strategy, GTM analytics, or business performance within B2B SaaS, with scope and impact consistent with director-level leadership.
A demonstrated record of influencing investment decisions and delivering measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion, or marketing efficiency.

Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive recommendations through to execution and results.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including pipeline, ARR, conversion, velocity, acquisition costs, and attribution.
Hands-on fluency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, enabling independent investigation and effective partnership with Analytics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Clear executive communication, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to business decisions.
Bonus Skills
Experience navigating a merger, organizational integration, or significant GTM transformation.
Experience with experiment design, incrementality measurement, predictive modeling, or cohort analysis.
Familiarity with the modern data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker.
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software.

ABOUT XERO
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small businesses more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology, and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Xero is looking for a GM/VP of Growth Content to lead the next chapter of our global growth content function.
We have redefined how growth content is delivered at Xero from the ground up. Our growth content team uses an AI-powered approach to deliver high performing and always on-brand content at scale. We are looking for an individual who will lead a global team (including design, creative optimization and content automation) tasked with turning data-driven insights into a high-velocity, compounding content engine with automation at its core. This leader will develop and own our global content strategy across the funnel, they will champion a strict "test-and-learn" creative framework across all global growth channels, deeply analyzing audience signals and performance metrics to architect native content experiences that drive growth across paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, web, and sales assets.
The successful candidate will oversee the deployment of tailored, native content across all core channels—from high-impact visual hooks for paid ads to search-optimized web assets and high-converting lifecycle and sales collateral. This leader will need to constantly strike the right balance between delivering high performing content at scale and maintaining and elevating our brand consistency, in partnership with our internal agency ‘the foundry’.
This role requires someone who can operate at multiple altitudes. You need to be able to set direction at enterprise scale, work effectively in a complex global matrix, influence without always being the final decision-maker, and go deep into the executional details when the work demands it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
UNITE, DESIGN & BUILD THE CONTENT OPERATING MODEL FOR AN AI-NATIVE FUTURE
- Deliver the end-to-end content system, from inputs and briefs through creation, review, distribution, reuse, and performance optimization to unite siloed work streams.
- Build an AI-native operating model that improves speed, quality and scalability, not just efficiency on the current workflow. This will include the automation of atomization of flagship content across channels/funnel/audiences to scale distribution and expand impact.
- Simplify decision-making and review flows so the right people are involved at the right moments, with less drag and more accountability to exponentially improve output speed while raising the bar on content quality.
- Create repeatable ways to turn strategic inputs such as claims, positioning, customer insight, proprietary data, product truth, and channel learnings into effective content outputs.
- Maintain total brand consistency across all content touchpoints, aligned with our core principles and ambitions.
- Be hands on tools to lead the evolution and expansion of our content system, training the team and cross-functional partners on how to use most effectively.
RAISE THE BAR ON BUSINESS IMPACT AND MEASUREMENT
- Build a measurement approach that connects content performance to real business outcomes, not just activity or engagement metrics.
- Partner with analytics, product, performance marketing, regional marketing, and customer teams to understand what content is actually driving impact.
- Use data to shape investment decisions, optimization, channel mix, and content priorities.
- Create visibility for senior leaders into what is working, what is not, and where we should change course & how to get there.
- Build a culture that seeks the truth on content effectiveness and continuously improves from it.
IMPROVE CONTENT QUALITY, JUDGMENT, AND CHANNEL FIT
- Raise the standard of what great content and processes looks like at Xero and create calibration mechanisms so teams apply that standard consistently.
- Improve how we match message, format, and depth to audience need and channel context.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Performance Marketing, SEO, regional teams, and Sales Enablement to create more effective content across the funnel.
LEAD THE ORGANIZATION AND BUILD CAPABILITY
- Lead, coach, and develop a global content organization spanning multiple disciplines, markets, and seniority levels.
- Raise the bar on capability, performance, and leadership across the team and ensure the structure supports the organizational needs and is built for the future.
- Build a team culture that values clarity, quality, learning, strong judgment, and accountability for outcomes.
- Know when to stay at the strategic level and when to get into the details to unblock, improve, or accelerate the work.
OPERATE EFFECTIVELY IN A COMPLEX GLOBAL MATRIX
- Build strong partnerships across global, regional, and functional teams to scale impact through influence.
- Work effectively in an environment where ownership is shared, decisions are distributed, and progress depends on alignment as much as authority.
- Balance global consistency with regional relevance, especially in markets with different levels of maturity, capability, and need.
- Help cross-functional teams make better content decisions by bringing clarity, structure, and strong point of view.
SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- The content operating model has been materially redesigned for an AI-native future, with simpler workflows, stronger systems, and better use of human judgment.
- Content is on brand and inline with our brand principles and guidelines.
- There is an effective and continuous “test and learn” system and culture.
- Content performance is measured in a rigorous way, with strong links to business outcomes, adoption, utilization, and expansion.
- The quality bar is visibly higher, and teams have clearer standards for what good looks like.
- The team is stronger, with sharper talent, clearer roles, and a structure better suited to where the business is going.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- SaaS & Fintech Expertise: Deep leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B/B2B2C subscription ecosystem environments.
- Operating Model Transformation: Proven track record of redesigning operating models, not just optimizing existing workflows.
- AI Operational Integration: Demonstrated success using AI to rethink content systems, workflows, governance, and production economics at scale.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Strong partnership experience with Product Marketing, Communications, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Sales Enablement.
- Business Impact & Measurement: Strong evidence of driving measurable business impact through content across multiple stages of the funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Global Matrix Leadership: Experience working in a large global matrix, with the ability to influence across teams and functions without relying on formal authority alone.
- Strategic & Operational Agility: Ability to move between strategy and execution, including comfort getting into the operational details when needed.
- People Leadership: Experience leading and upgrading teams through change, including talent assessment, coaching, organizational design, and raising standards.
- Navigating Ambiguity: High comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and building structure where it does not yet exist.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience serving small business and partner audiences such as accountants, bookkeepers, or channel ecosystems.
- Experience building growth content systems that use proprietary data, customer insight, and research as differentiated inputs.
- Strong judgment on channel strategy, editorial and design quality, audience needs, and content effectiveness.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California and Washington: $229,300 to $315,300 USD
- Oregon: $208,800 to $287,800 USD
- Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page.
