Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
Paid acquisition is Salmon's primary growth engine, and we're scaling it fast — you'll own performance marketing end-to-end across our highest-volume channels.
What you'll do

- Work alongside a dedicated creative production team built to support high-volume testing, plus product, web/SEO, and analytics teams.
- Operate in a fast-scaling environment where new channels are constantly tested and budgets grow with performance.

- Launch and optimize campaigns directly and through partners across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
- Shape the creative pipeline: generate new concepts and maintain a structured creative backlog.
- Build and maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound across channels.
- Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to land campaigns across every growth stream.
What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.
- Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as your primary channel, plus at least one other major platform (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar).
- Experience promoting mobile apps, including web-to-app (W2A) funnels.
- A test-and-learn approach to performance: forming hypotheses, shipping variants, and drawing conclusions from data.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
- English B2, with the ability to read acquisition funnel data and spot where things are working or breaking.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the company
Our client makes CE Level 2 certified protective apparel for dirt bike, moto, mountain bike and snow riders: base layers, hoodies and jeans with armor built in. They run roughly 600 UGC videos and 1,000 static ads a month on Meta, produced by a team of creators, editors and AI creatives, with an outside media buyer who launches everything.
About the role
You keep the creative pipeline accurate. Every ad is QC’d and logged in the tracker perfectly, every creator and editor delivers on time, and every retainer count is exact.
You are the operations layer between the creative team, the media buyer and finance, so the Creative Strategist and CMO can spend their time on strategy instead of checking your work.
What you’ll own
Getting the tracker right is the core of the job.
Creatives tracker, daily
Check every new row: ad set name matches the naming convention exactly, creator key spelled right, funnel stage filled, product code and asset link correct
Catch mislabeled files, such as a TOF batch named BOF or a missing funnel tag, and get the editor to fix them. Never rename creator files yourself
Group rows correctly: one row per product batch, with TOF and BOF cuts split into their own folders
Match each row’s ad copy from the copy tab to its funnel stage, with no price in TOF copy
Keep the tracker in sync with Meta once ads go live
QC and approve ads in the sheet
Watch every video and static in full before approving
Enforce the ad set build rules, which change often but are firm
Tracking people down
Track every creator’s deliveries against their monthly quota and chase late or missing videos
Chase editors, the static designer and AI creators on deadlines once briefs are out, and log what is late
Retainer counts
Count each creator’s delivered videos against their quota by hand, using that creator’s count rule, whether per concept, per video or per variant
Who we’re looking for
Extreme attention to detail.
You are the last check before anything goes live. If a wrong name, a wrong color, a missing funnel tag or a miscounted video gets past you and someone else finds it, that is a miss. Your approval means it is right
Smart.
You pick things up fast, spot what is off, and do not need to be told twice
Great with people.
You work well with creators, editors and the team: friendly, clear, and you follow up without creating friction
Happy to run a system, not redesign it.
This role does not come with creative freedom. You follow the process precisely, and you make it better by being reliable
Hungry to learn.
The job will keep expanding with new tools and new tasks as the team scales, including uploading ads to Meta with AI. You are excited by that, not thrown by it
Motivated.
You take ownership, finish what you start, and care about getting it exactly right
If you want a lot of independence or creative freedom, or you are fine with “close enough”, this is not the right role.
Requirements
Meta media buying experience, strongly preferred. You understand campaign and ad set structure, funnel stages, naming conventions and how creative testing works in an ad account. That is what lets you QC ads properly, and uploads and buying support are where this role grows
1+ year in ad ops, creative ops or media buying for a DTC brand or agency
A track record of being the person who catches the errors other people miss
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Clear, plain written English
Strong with AI tools. You use Claude or similar every day to get real work done, and you check the output instead of trusting it
Comfortable in Slack, Google Drive and Meta Ads Manager
Nice to have: AdManage.ai, Motion, Triple Whale, experience with a UGC creator program, Todoist or Asana, or a creator or affiliate pay process
The basics
Contract, fully remote
Around 4 hours per day
The team works roughly 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PT, and you need at least 3 hours of overlap with that window. Hours are flexible for the right person
Finalists complete a short paid test after the interview
Details
Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Your 4-hour shift must fall within 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PST, the same shift every day
Benefits
Fully remote
Paid in USD

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead and elevate our mid-market sales organization, driving performance, consistency, and execution excellence across the segment.
This is a leadership role focused on developing talent, sharpening sales rigor, and building a repeatable, high-performing motion. You’ll coach a team of already-performing Account Executives to win complex deals, deepen discovery, improve close rates, and consistently exceed targets.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in high-accountability environments, loves developing talent, and knows how to build discipline and performance into a scaling mid-market team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own mid-market revenue performance, ensuring the team consistently hits and exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coach and develop Account Executives to improve discovery, objection handling, deal strategy, and closing effectiveness.
- Elevate call quality through regular deal reviews, call coaching, and structured feedback loops.
- Improve pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales execution rigor.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted enablement programs to raise performance across the team.
- Refine messaging, positioning, and demo execution to increase conversion rates and ACV.
- Lead by example in strategic deals, modeling best-in-class mid-market selling behavior.
- Establish clear performance standards and accountability across the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years leading mid-market or enterprise AEs.
- Strong track record of improving rep performance through hands-on coaching.
- Experience scaling and optimizing mid-market sales motions.
- Proven ability to drive forecast accuracy and operational rigor.
- Deep expertise in discovery-led, consultative sales.
- Ability to diagnose pipeline issues and implement corrective action quickly.
- Clear, confident communicator who can raise the bar on performance standards.
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in fast-moving, in-office environments.
WHO YOU ARE
- Coach first, manager second: you measure your success by how much better your reps get.
- Obsessed with deal quality, not just deal volume.
- Direct and high-accountability: you don't shy away from tough performance conversations.
- Energized by mid-market complexity: real selling skill, fast cycle times, operational discipline.
- In the weeds on calls, pipeline, and deal strategy, not managing from a dashboard.
- Builder mentality: you want to create something, not maintain it.
- High ownership, low ego: you do whatever it takes to make the team win.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $350,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.
About the Client
Our client helps high-achieving men rebuild their lives from the inside out, marriage, family, identity, and purpose.
They have an established content engine and a large existing audience across social platforms, with hundreds of long-form videos and a deep library of short-form content, client testimonials, VSLs, and organic content continually being produced and tested. They’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can turn that creative engine into predictable, scalable customer acquisition.
About the Role
Paid acquisition is a major growth channel for our client, and we need a dedicated owner of our Meta advertising.
This is not a general digital marketing position, and it is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns and checks Ads Manager once a day. You will own Meta campaign execution and optimization end to end: campaign structure,
budgets, testing, creative performance, audiences, tracking, lead quality, and scaling. You’ll work closely with our organic and creative teams. When content breaks out organically, you should know how to test it as paid creative. When an ad works, you should understand why it works and be able to tell the creative team what we need more of. Ultimately, your job is not to generate cheap clicks or leads. Your job is to help us acquire qualified prospects and customers at economics that allow us to scale.
Responsibilities
1. Meta Campaign Management
Own day-to-day execution across Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across the customer acquisition funnel.
Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, optimization events, and spend allocation.
Monitor account performance consistently and make informed adjustments rather than allowing declining campaigns to run unchecked.
Maintain clean campaign structures and naming conventions so the account remains organized, understandable, and scalable.
2. Performance & Budget Optimization
Own the numbers behind paid acquisition.
Monitor and analyze the metrics that matter, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, cost per booked call, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, spend, and revenue performance.
Understand where performance is breaking down. A rising CAC does not automatically mean the audience is the problem, and a low CPL does not automatically mean the campaign is successful.
Follow the lead beyond Meta. Work with our sales team to understand whether campaigns are generating qualified applications, booked calls, show-ups, and customers — not simply form submissions.
Identify where additional budget can be deployed profitably and where spend needs to be reduced or redirected.
3. Creative Testing & Analysis
Develop and maintain a structured testing system for hooks, angles, messaging, formats, offers, CTAs, and creative concepts.
Analyze creative performance and identify patterns across winning and losing ads.
Be able to explain more than “this ad has the lowest CPL.” We want someone who can identify why an angle is resonating, which hooks are producing qualified prospects, what is losing effectiveness, and what should be created next.
Give the creative team specific, actionable briefs and feedback based on performance data.
Work closely with our Social Media Manager to identify organic winners that should be tested as paid creative, including reusing organic post IDs where appropriate to carry existing social proof.
4. Testing & Scaling
Build a disciplined testing process rather than making random changes inside the ad account.
Know how to determine whether a test has enough data to make a decision and distinguish meaningful performance changes from normal fluctuations.
Identify winners, iterate on them, and scale them intelligently.
Know when to increase spend, when to consolidate, when to introduce new creative, when to let a campaign stabilize, and when something genuinely needs intervention.
Balance growth with efficiency. We don’t want someone afraid to spend money when the economics support scaling — or someone who increases budgets simply because Meta is reporting good numbers.
5. Tracking & Attribution
Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, landing-page tracking, and relevant CRM attribution are functioning correctly.
Identify tracking discrepancies and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
Understand the limitations of platform attribution and use available business data to develop a more complete picture of campaign performance.
Paid acquisition doesn’t end when someone submits a lead form. You should be able to connect ad → lead → appointment → sales outcome → customer acquisition cost.
6. Reporting & Communication
Own clear and consistent reporting on paid acquisition performance.
Communicate what happened, why it happened, what was learned, and what you’re doing next.
Report on spend, lead volume, CPL, qualified leads, booked calls, CAC, creative performance, testing results, and relevant funnel metrics.
Flag meaningful performance changes quickly rather than waiting for someone else to notice them.
Requirements
You have experience working with U.S.-based DTC e-commerce businesses generating seven- to eight-figure annual revenues.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling meaningful paid advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and scaling.
Strong creative analysis and ad-testing skills.
Ability to interpret advertising and funnel data and translate it into specific actions.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution.
Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics and connect advertising results to downstream sales outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify and solve performance problems.
Nice to Have
Experience with high-ticket coaching, education, personal development, mental health/fitness, or information-product businesses.
Experience working with a setter/closer sales model and understanding what happens to paid leads after they enter a CRM.
Experience with application, booked-call, VSL, or similar high-ticket acquisition funnels.
Experience working with founder-led or personality-driven brands.
Experience turning organic content into successful paid creative.
Strong understanding of CRM attribution and the connection between ad-platform data and actual sales outcomes.
What We’d Like to See From Candidates
We’re much more interested in proof of work than media-buying buzzwords.
Be prepared to show accounts or case studies you’ve personally managed and explain your role in the results.
We want to understand the monthly Meta spend you’ve personally managed, the type of business and offer you advertised, your CPL/CAC or other relevant acquisition results, how you approached creative testing, what you successfully scaled, and an example of a campaign that stopped performing and how you diagnosed it.
You should be able to explain your decision-making, not simply show us a screenshot of a successful Ads Manager dashboard.
Out of Scope for This Role
This is specifically a Meta Media Buyer position.
You are not responsible for organic social media management, community management,
email/newsletter marketing, or managing Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid advertising platforms.
Our Social Media Manager owns organic social end to end and influences paid creative but does not run the ad accounts.
Location: Mexico

About the Client

About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong, hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
In this role, you’ll coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website operations, ensuring that projects are executed correctly, systems are working as expected, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a traditional project management or high-level strategy role. We need someone who understands how e-commerce platforms and marketing channels work in practice, can confidently navigate tools like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo, and knows how to identify and troubleshoot issues when something goes wrong.
You won't necessarily be responsible for executing every marketing initiative yourself, but you'll need enough hands-on experience to evaluate the quality of execution, understand performance data, hold partners accountable, and occasionally step in to resolve operational issues.
You'll work directly with the business owner in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a growing e-commerce operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website management, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor Meta and Google Ads execution, review campaign activity and performance data, and ensure agencies are implementing campaigns correctly.
Oversee email and SMS marketing operations through platforms such as Klaviyo, checking campaign schedules, flows, launches, and performance.
Regularly review the Shopify storefront to identify issues, verify updates, and ensure website changes and initiatives are implemented correctly.
Investigate problems such as missed email sends, campaign setup errors, platform access issues, or website operational issues, resolving them directly when appropriate or coordinating with the responsible team.
Gather and interpret data across acquisition, retention, and website operations to provide visibility into performance, identify issues, and support informed business decisions.
Follow up on deliverables, identify execution gaps, communicate expectations, and ensure outstanding tasks are resolved rather than simply reported.
Keep initiatives moving across multiple channels, coordinate dependencies, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and priorities.
Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve processes, execution quality, and overall e-commerce performance.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, DTC marketing, e-commerce project management, or a similar hands-on role.
Experience working with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand, or at an agency supporting e-commerce businesses.
Practical familiarity with Shopify, including navigating the platform, reviewing storefront changes, and troubleshooting basic operational issues.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and a working understanding of paid acquisition campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email and SMS marketing platforms, including campaign scheduling, launches, and basic troubleshooting.
Exposure to Google Ads and an understanding of how paid acquisition fits into the broader e-commerce operation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate dashboards, interpret performance data, identify inconsistencies, and communicate findings clearly.
Proven project and stakeholder management skills, including coordinating agencies, following up on deliverables, and ensuring accountability across teams.
A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset. You're comfortable getting into the details, investigating problems, and taking action rather than simply escalating issues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with U.S.-based leadership and external partners.
Comfortable with occasional urgent requests outside standard working hours when business-critical issues arise. These situations are not constant, but flexibility and responsiveness are important.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place.
RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build.
This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale.
You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing.
RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar.
- You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure.
- You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions.
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque.
- Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition.
- Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test.
- Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages.
- Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why.
- Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet.
- Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction.
- Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment.
- Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value.
- Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area.
- Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them.
- Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone.
- Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them.
- Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area.
- Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users.
- Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones
