The role & impact
As our Affiliates Manager, you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero’s global affiliate channel, across both the Xero and Melio brands. You’ll look after publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns that bring new customers to our websites, optimising them towards lifetime value and first-time payers. Working across Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll manage a multi-million dollar channel and be accountable for clear, measurable returns.
This is a rare chance to help build an affiliate channel that sets the standard for SaaS, at a global, publicly listed company. You’ll help us move from doing acquisition well to doing it at scale, building tools and workflows (many powered by AI) that make growth repeatable. You’ll be the person who can sit down with an engineer or applied scientist to work through tracking, attribution and incrementality, then turn those insights into plans that publishers, partners and stakeholders get behind.
The team & how they connect
You’ll join our affiliates team, part of Xero’s wider performance marketing function, working alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specialises in publisher relationships. The two of you will share ownership of the channel, with your measurement and technical know-how complementing their partner expertise. You’ll Make it together with product, data science, engineering, brand and our external affiliate agency to bring every campaign to life.
Initially, the role will focus on
➔ Getting hands-on with our affiliate platforms, Impact for Xero and PartnerStack for Melio, and the tracking and reporting behind them.
➔ Reviewing performance and attribution data across both programmes, and closing any tracking gaps quickly.
➔ Growing and nurturing high-quality publisher partnerships across our core markets of Australia, the UK and the US.
➔ Shaping the channel’s roadmap, including AI-powered tools and automation that help us scale acquisition.
Where and how you can work
This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, near one of our offices. We work in a hybrid way, mixing time with your team in the office with time working from home, and our offices host regular boost days that make catching up in person easy.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
➔ You’ll bring hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale, whether from an affiliate network, platform, agency or the client side.
➔ Experience running programmes on platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, from partner recruitment through to optimisation and reporting, is something you bring.
➔ A strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality means you enjoy getting into the detail with engineers and data scientists.
➔ Building trusted relationships comes naturally to you, from publishers and partners to technical and business stakeholders.
➔ Owning budgets and commercial targets feels familiar, and you can turn data into clear insights that show the value of the channel.
➔ Curiosity about AI is part of how you work, and you Make it happen by finding, testing and rolling out new tools that help the channel scale.
Apply even if your experience isn’t a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the team
The Subscription Strategy & Performance team sets the strategic direction and performance bar for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across EMEA. We sit within Subscription EMEA, whose vision is to build the best local-commerce membership programme in the region. The Strategy & Performance team owns the subscription strategy, planning rhythm, and performance, turning subscriber data into priorities, investment choices, and leadership-aligned strategies that other teams can act on. We work closely with other subscription teams and market teams.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Associate to to own strategic projects and lead analyses that help define the strategy & goals for the team. You’ll partner closely with other subscription team members and local market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities and execute initiatives. You'll be expected to move fluidly between deep-dives, planning inputs, and stakeholder communication, and to be a trusted subscription counterparty on cross-functional projects. Success means you become the trusted counterparty for subscription related topics, leadership trusts your outputs, and your work helps to guide our priorities.
Typical problems you'll own
Where is subscription performance ahead or behind ambitions, what are the drivers and what interventions should we drive?
How do we ensure we stay competitive and build a top class membership product across markets?
What do customers value and how should we improve our product to be closer to our vision of a leading EMEA local-commerce membership programme?
What you’ll be doing
Identifying opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps, doing opportunity sizing
Building recommendations on levers to pull & product features to build to boost growth, improve profitability and build a winning subscription program
Translating findings and recommendations into leadership communications: writing clear strategy documents and presenting recommendations, trade-offs
Helping to set prioritization among investment choices when engineering, product and ops capacity is limited
Helping to run the weekly operating & reporting cadence
Exploring how AI and automation can speed up reporting, insight generation and recurring analysis workflows
Our humble expectations
2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations - ideally with exposure to subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech
Commercial acumen: comfortable with consumer subscriber and marketplace dynamics; able to connect analyses to business implications and understand the consumer lens
Analytical rigour: You go from question to query to narrative without needing a dedicated data engineer. You can read code, you’re comfortable with AI tools and master spreadsheets
Bias for action and ownership: you bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive work to a finish, driving execution beyond recommendations
Cross-functional influence: able to work with product, finance, legal, and local markets and align people around evidence
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you present trade-offs clearly to senior audiences
Based in Helsinki or Berlin and comfortable with occasional cross-border travel as needed
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.
- Define and document CMF specifications with the precision required for engineering handoff, colour, texture, durability, finish codes specifications etc…
- Work closely with Industrial Designers, Fashion Designers and UX Designers to ensure material decisions reinforce, not contradict, the product's form language and functional context.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to validate material feasibility within programme timelines and cost envelopes.
- Lead CMF reviews, presenting direction clearly to design leads and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to garment/soft goods material decisions where CMF and wearable design intersect.
- Build the CMF process from the ground up ; standards, workflows, review cadences & governance.
We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Location: Europe remote or London hybrid
THE ROLE:
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
- Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
- Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
- Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
- License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
- Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
- Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
- Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
- Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
- Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
- Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:
- Put the Customer First
- Own it & Go Direct
- Be Fast & Experimental
- Make the Journey Fun

- A flexible, remote friendly role based out of Europe or one of our hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich.
- 25 days of annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based.
- A generous referral scheme.
- Work from home set up.
- At Synthesia, you can work from anywhere (within reason) in the world for up to 60 days per year!
- A huge opportunity for career growth as you’ll help shape a market-defining product.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The Value Proposition & New Benefits team owns what our core value proposition for subscription should be, and the new benefits that bring it to life. We sit within the wider Subscription EMEA org, whose vision is to create the world's leading membership programme in local commerce, delivering unprecedented value and a world-class experience to members.
The role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription. This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll own:
What new benefits should we launch for Subscription — which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each?
How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity?
How do we define success for a new benefit before launch — what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?
Once live, how is a benefit actually performing — impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction — against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next?
How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work?
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap
for new benefits within Subscription — build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery
— partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline
— evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case specific, or otherwise), size their potential impact and cost, and decide what's worth building next.
Track ongoing performance
— maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and satisfaction against its cost to serve, flagging when something needs attention.
Scale what works
— take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating model, reporting cadence, and processes needed to run them sustainably.
Bring outside-in perspective
— track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are doing with membership benefits, and translate what's relevant into Deliveroo's context.
Communicate to senior stakeholders
— write clear strategy documents and present recommendations, trade-offs, and results to leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations — ideally with exposure to marketplaces, subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech.
Commercial acumen
: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable building a business case and owning a set of P&L-adjacent metrics.
Analytical rigor
: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business call — you'll partner with Data Science on the "how" and "so what."
Bias for action and ownership
: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems ("what should we build, and how will we know it worked?"), and to drive execution personally rather than just recommend.
Cross-functional influence
: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions (Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing) around a shared plan in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear recommendation for leadership.
Nice to have
Multi-market experience across EMEA
Background in a subscription, loyalty, or membership business (delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or otherwise).
Benefits (Deliveroo standard — adjust per market)
Free Subscription
Up to 5% matched pension contributions
Equity / share awards eligibility
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, plus 1 day paid volunteering leave
Funded private healthcare (core plan), with option to add family
Wellbeing perks: on-site gym / discounted gym membership, GymPass access
Enhanced parental leave from day one
Learning & development budget and access to RooLearn
Cycle to Work / Season Ticket Loan schemes
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing
We are seeking a Menu Growth Senior Specialist to support Restaurant growth by improving restaurant Menu Performance and driving adoption of menu-related growth initiatives across EMEA.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements
- Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies
- A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role
We’re looking for a VP, Compliance to lead our compliance function across Aave Labs and provide strategic compliance leadership across our global business, spanning both our regulated entities and the wider unregulated parts of the Group.
This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility across the Group, partnering closely with executive leadership, Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other teams to ensure we continue to grow and innovate within a strong and scalable compliance framework. The role will provide Group-wide oversight of compliance and regulatory risk, while recognising that the nature and intensity of regulatory obligations will differ across our businesses, products and entities.
You’ll oversee compliance across our products, entities and markets, including regulated parts of the business, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and relevant Boards. You’ll be expected to combine deep regulatory expertise with strong commercial judgement, helping the business navigate complex questions, launch new products, enter new markets and manage regulatory risk without losing sight of how the business operates
This is a role for someone comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from advising leadership on emerging regulatory issues, and assessing where regulatory boundaries apply across new and existing activities, to working directly with teams to solve complex compliance challenges. Given the role’s responsibilities across our regulated businesses, you’ll also be expected to hold relevant individual regulatory roles and approvals.
How you can make an impact:
Lead the Group compliance strategy and framework across our products, entities and jurisdictions, covering both regulated and unregulated activities and ensuring requirements and controls are appropriately calibrated to the nature and regulatory status of each business
Oversee the compliance frameworks of the Group’s regulated entities, ensuring they continue to meet applicable regulatory obligations, while providing proportionate compliance oversight and advice across the wider unregulated business
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and relevant Boards on compliance, regulatory risk and emerging issues, providing clear, pragmatic and commercially minded guidance
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal and Commercial teams to embed regulatory requirements into new products, features, partnerships and customer journeys from an early stage
Lead the assessment of regulatory implications associated with new products, markets, business models and strategic initiatives, developing practical approaches that enable the business to execute responsibly
Own and continuously develop the Group compliance programme, including policies, risk assessments, monitoring and testing, regulatory reporting, governance, remediation and management information
Oversee financial crime compliance across the Group, ensuring effective and proportionate frameworks for AML/CTF, sanctions, customer risk, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting and other relevant financial crime risks
Maintain effective regulatory relationships and lead engagement with regulators, including regulatory applications, examinations, information requests and remediation programmes where required
Monitor regulatory developments across our key markets and translate changes into clear implications, priorities and actions for the business
Provide clear and effective compliance reporting to executive leadership and relevant Boards, ensuring key risks, trends and areas requiring attention are understood
Let's connect if:
You have 12+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime, Regulatory or related functions within regulated financial services, fintech, payments or crypto, including significant experience in senior leadership roles
You have operated at Group or enterprise level with responsibility spanning multiple products, business lines, regulated entities or jurisdictions
You have advised executive leadership and Boards on complex compliance and regulatory matters and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when required
You have significant experience engaging directly with financial services regulators and understand how to manage regulatory relationships effectively
You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, cryptoassets and digital financial services, ideally across the UK, EU and US
You have experience supporting product development and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions without unnecessarily slowing down innovation
You’re able to operate strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to work through complex or high-risk matters when required
You have experience building and scaling compliance programmes, teams and infrastructure within a growing international organisation
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where regulation and business priorities evolve quickly and where there may not always be an established playbook
You are able to satisfy applicable FCA fitness and propriety requirements and are comfortable holding individual regulatory responsibilities in respect of our UK regulated businesses, including registration as an EMD and MLR Individual.
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
