ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 12+ years of software engineering experience specializing in build security, software supply chain security, or SDLC tooling
- Deep understanding of build process threat models across dependencies, environments, artifacts, and pipelines, along with effective mitigations
- Architectural experience in artifact signing, attestations, SBOMs, dependency security, CI/CD security, base image trust, or vulnerability intelligence
- Practical knowledge of supply chain security frameworks and standards
- Expertise in API design, service architecture, and scalable system integration
- Proven record delivering large-scale distributed systems for millions of users and enterprise customers
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS IMPACT
- Proven track record creating strategic technical plans that enable revenue, expansion, or enterprise deals
- Experience converting business strategy into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and how security impacts commercial outcomes
- Experience leading build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to lead large, cross-company technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Experience partnering with VPs and executives to define and execute technical strategy
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and build consensus without direct authority
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and driving organization-wide alignment
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leaders
ENTERPRISE CONTEXT
- Experience building products that serve enterprise customers with complex security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and their architectural implications
- Understanding of how enterprise security teams evaluate, procure, and operate tooling
PREFERRED
- Scale experience at a security, developer tools, or infrastructure software company
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or developer platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise billing, contracts, usage pricing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to migrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations
- Contributions to open-source security tools or supply chain security standards
- Recognized technical leader via speaking, publishing, or open-source work
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Security Posture
- Artifacts produced through Docker carry verifiable provenance by default, not by opt-in configuration
- Build-time threat classes are addressed architecturally rather than through detection after the fact
- Developers keep security controls enabled because the controls are fast and unobtrusive
Business Enablement
- Security and governance capabilities directly unblock enterprise revenue
- New product SKUs launch in weeks instead of months through the billing platform
- Usage-based billing supports monetization of new security and AI product lines
Platform Leverage
- Product teams ship enterprise-ready, secure-by-default features in under two weeks rather than months
- Shared security primitives replace fragmented per-product implementations
- Platform systems achieve 99.9%+ uptime for business-critical workflows
Organizational Impact
- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on build and supply chain security
- Multiple Staff and Principal engineers developed who can own major domains
- Docker's voice carries weight in the external supply chain security conversation
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills

As a Big Data Infrastructure Engineer in the Big Data Platform team, you’ll own the big data infrastructure of our international contour and be its technical lead. You’ll deploy, upgrade and operate the core services of the platform: HDFS, S3-compatible object storage (Apache Ozone), Iceberg and others. You’ll start by helping run an infrastructure pilot that changes how the platform is used: a small number of very large datasets will become thousands of small tables. You’ll introduce compute and storage quotas for business units, migrate us from the default Iceberg catalog to a more capable one (Lakekeeper or Gravitino), and rebuild monitoring and alerting so alerts mean something again. You’ll work closely with an engineer who runs the same stack in a parallel contour. You’ll share approaches and solutions with them and cover for each other. Our infrastructure runs on the latest versions of everything, and we actively replace outdated tools. The role suits an experienced engineer who wants real ownership and a big say in architecture.
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing, deploying and operating big data platforms.
Hands-on experience with HDFS / Hadoop: deployment, version upgrades, troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience deploying and operating S3-compatible object storage. Apache Ozone is ideal, but MinIO or similar solutions also count.
Experience with Apache Iceberg.
Experience setting up monitoring and alerting for data infrastructure.
English B2.
Ability to work in the GMT+3 time zone (up to 3 hours difference).
Nice to have
Experience with Trino, Kafka or Flink.
Experience with Iceberg REST catalogs (Lakekeeper, Gravitino, Polaris or similar).
Experience setting up resource quotas and cost allocation in a multi-tenant data platform.
Hands-on use of AI tools, such as Copilot or agents, to speed up your work.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
A structured onboarding, a personal development plan, and regular internal lectures and demos from the team.
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build the platform every ElevenLabs team ships on. From the GPU clusters that train and serve our models to the cloud platform our product teams build on, you’ll own the infrastructure that millions of users and thousands of businesses depend on.
You’ll work directly with research, product, security and safety engineers to launch new infrastructure, scale it as their needs grow, and lead the migrations and platform improvements that make it more reliable, secure and cost-efficient.
- Run and scale Kubernetes clusters, including GPU clusters for inference and training, across cloud and on-prem.
- Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for other teams as they grow.
- Host and operate the data systems product teams depend on.
- Build the tooling, automations and services that make infrastructure self-serve for the rest of the companyTake on large efforts, such as cluster builds and cloud migrations, and see them through end to end.
We’re a flat team, so you’ll be hands-on from day one. You have strong opinions about doing things right, and you can still move fast when parts of the stack aren’t perfect.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Strong experience with GCP, including designing, building and migrating cloud infrastructure end to end as an individual contributor.
- Strong Python and/or Golang skills and a habit of solving infrastructure problems with code and automation.
- Experience operating stateful systems (databases, observability stacks) on behalf of other engineering teams.
- Solid fundamentals in infrastructure as code (Terraform, ArgoCD), IAM management, and the pragmatism to prioritise what matters in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: experience with GPU clusters or ML training/inference infrastructure (e.g. vLLM, Slurm), on-prem/bare-metal or deep networking experience, or open-source contributions in the cloud-native community.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

#LI-REMOTE
Location: Remote - US West
About the Job:
We're looking for a senior security leader to run our Product Security team and partner to the Director of Security. In this role, you'll own how Security operates: a program led by risk rather than audit calendars, where engineering teams own their security health and Security informs, guides, and validates, where automation and AI take the first pass on every finding, and where posture is measured and published to executives every quarter. You'll build that model, starting with Product Security and extending across the division.
You'll bring a balance of people management, security judgment, and program leadership as you manage a team of security engineers, act as incident manager of record, hold delegated approval for vendor and access decisions, and run the division when the Director is in an audit, a board cycle, or on vacation. You'll work closely with every engineering team to make the secure path the easy one.
Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of your team's work, appropriately managing everyone's time and assigning them to the highest priority work.
Help your team and the engineering organization make sense of, and simplify, how security work gets done: who owns what, what is automated, and what Security stops doing.
Guide product engineering teams in owning their own security health: findings route to them with mapped severity, Security reviews and validates rather than fixes, and each team sees its security health in its own service review.
Own the wiring and routing of security findings and requests, driving down noise and the human-decision rate across intake, triage, and review.
Serve as incident manager of record for security incidents: first escalation for our service-level commitments, delegated approver for vendor and access decisions, and cover for the Director's operational duties.
Publish posture: monthly service-level attainment to engineering, quarterly posture to the executive team, and a risk register that drives priorities.
About You:
You have led a security team out of the gatekeeper model once already, and you can say what teams owned afterward, what Security stopped doing, and what the numbers did.
You think in risk, not control lists, and you would rather defend a priority call than a checklist.
You treat automation and AI as the first responder and yourself as the escalation path.
You have been the second leader to a director or CISO and know which decisions to make in their name.
You have run security incidents end to end, including the comms and the review afterward.
You were a strong Senior or Staff security engineer before you managed, and you can still read a PR, a threat model, or a cloud finding and make a call.
You track and drive metrics, and you understand what they can and can't tell you.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a formal security or engineering management role, including managing senior engineers.
Experience moving a security function from gatekeeper to team ownership, with measurable results.
Experience as incident manager for security incidents at a SaaS company, including external communication.
Experience guiding teams through technical tradeoffs and developing senior engineers' careers.
The ability to track and drive metrics, and the wisdom to understand what they can and can't tell you.
Familiarity with AWS security at scale and with external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP) as a participant or control owner.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A thoughtful, empathetic approach to leadership and collaboration.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Your main goal will be to make it simple and reliable for customers to buy, pay for, and grow their use of n8n. You'll own the foundations of how n8n's commercial system works: licensing and entitlements, customer accounts, and the metering and billing platform for both Cloud and Enterprise. Today these live across several teams and two billing stacks; you'll bring them into one stable home that the rest of the company builds on.
This is a foundations role. You build the system that pricing and packaging decisions run on, rather than running price experiments yourself. To do so, here are your core responsibilities:
OWN THE LICENSING & BILLING STRATEGY & ROADMAP
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Licensing & Billing in partnership with Engineering, Product leadership, Finance, and go-to-market.
- Prioritize foundational investments based on revenue integrity, enterprise needs, data correctness, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs explicit.
- Lead discovery with enterprise customers, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to understand how n8n is bought, renewed, and grown today, and where that breaks.
LICENSING, ENTITLEMENTS & ACCOUNTS
- Own the license server and entitlement model: issuance, renewal, and validation across Cloud, self-hosted, air-gapped, and OEM deployments, with one source of truth for which plan or deal grants which features.
- Introduce "account" as a first-class product primitive (accounts, purchases, license keys, activations) and expose it as the API contract our customer-facing console and multi-instance management are built on.
- Productize the deal-to-entitlement flow so a closed deal in Salesforce creates or updates entitlements without manual steps.
METERING & BILLING PLATFORM
- Own usage metering and billing for Cloud and Enterprise, including subscription billing: what counts as a billable execution, quota consumption, and overage charging.
- Lead the migration off Paddle Classic and unify Cloud and Enterprise billing into one platform.
- Build the mechanics for usage-based enterprise billing and reliable overage charging.
CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT
- Make the architecture and mechanism decisions (entitlement model, billing platform, enterprise invoicing path) and align closely with Finance and go-to-market on each of them. Every decision here touches money; you bring people along rather than inform them afterwards.
- Hold clear boundaries with adjacent teams: the customer console, execution limits, and access control live elsewhere; you own the data and mechanics they rely on.
- Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- Billing or licensing product experience: You have 6+ years in Product, with a substantial part spent owning a billing, licensing, entitlement, or quote-to-cash system at a B2B SaaS company.
- Shipped through Finance and RevOps: You've driven a cross-functional systems change where Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering all had a say, and you got it live.
- Systems and data-model depth: You can design or critique an entity model, reason about reconciliation and idempotency in a sync, read an API contract, and explain why two systems reading the same events end up with different numbers.
- Attention to detail: You know that if the billing data is wrong, everything built on it inherits the error, and you sequence work accordingly.
- Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or data-quality work to commercial outcomes.
- Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication: You're equally at home with engineers, the Finance team, and Sales, and you can make billing trade-offs legible to all of them.
- Enterprise reality: You understand what self-hosted, air-gapped, and OEM deployments mean for licensing and metering.
Nice-to-haves
- Usage-based billing: You've owned usage-based or hybrid (subscription plus usage) billing.
- Vendor billing stacks: You've worked hands-on with Paddle, Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora or similar, and know where they break at enterprise contract volume.
- Migration experience: You've run a billing-provider migration.
- Hands-on ability: You can read code, query data, or prototype, even if you're not shipping it.
- CRM integration: You've worked on Salesforce or CRM-to-billing integrations.
- Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, agent orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products.
- Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment.
Why join us?
At n8n, you'll be in the middle of the AI revolution. The shift from deterministic automation to agent autonomy is a genuinely open design space, and n8n has a credible claim to owning it. You'll join one of Europe's fastest growing startups at the sweet spot: small enough to have real impact and be empowered, big enough that your work already reaches massive scale and serious enterprise customers. You'll work with experienced engineers, Finance, and go-to-market on problems where the details are the product, in an AI-native, empowered culture of humble, kind, yet driven and direct people, where you're hired to think, not just to execute. And with our fair-code model, a passionate open-source community gives you a direct feedback loop on everything you ship.

- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.

Location: Remote, Global
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP.
This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers.
You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails.
- Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently.
- Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries.
- Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data.
- Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services.
- Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting.
- Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own.
- Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them.
- Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance.
- Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements.
- Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs.
- Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks.
- Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation.
- Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls.
This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money. That separation is the point of the role, and you will own the SOX controls that enforce it and help design the access model that keeps it that way.
This is an opportunity to build a vendor-master function from the ground up and leverage process automation with Claude while supporting the team making AI safe.
Responsibilities
Supplier onboarding
Run intake for every new vendor and payee: validate completeness, collect and verify supporting documentation, and enable records in the ERP backbone system against agreed service levels
Validate supporting documents; set 1099-reportable and tax flags correctly
Confirm third-party risk and restricted-party screening before activation
Set up one-time and non-vendor payees with the right record type rather than forcing them through full onboarding
Partner with TPRM and IA teams on control requirements and continuous process improvement
1099 annual reporting
Bank details and fraud prevention
Own every bank-detail setup and change; validate against a bank letter on letterhead or an approved equivalent (void checks, etc.)
Run independent callbacks per policy using contact details sourced independently of the request, and record the evidence
Validate international bank formats and addresses (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, ABA, SEPA, BSB, IFSC, Japanese bank/branch codes)
Identify and escalate business-email-compromise attempts and other payment-fraud red flags
Data quality and maintenance
Maintain vendor structure: parent/child and remit-to relationships, entity and country records, contacts and payment terms
Lead vendor consolidation: eliminate duplicate vendors and bank accounts, execute merges and inactivations in batched, logged, reviewed changes
Run periodic health reviews for dormant vendors, stale bank letters, missing tax forms and incomplete records; drive 1099 and TIN readiness for year-end
Own periodic vendor deactivation campaigns
Controls and audit
Own the vendor-master SOX controls as the named control owner: maker-checker on every create and change, change-log review, evidence retained on every record
Prepare the periodic review of bank-detail changes paid, and address Internal Audit and external auditor requests
Partner with Finance Systems to design and maintain ERP security roles so vendor master, invoicing and payments stay separated
Flag any suspicious vendor set-up activity through the appropriate channels
Process, systems and improvement
Own vendor-master documentation, intake checklists, requester guidance and service levels
Serve as the vendor-data expert through process migrations, including data conversion and post-migration fixes
Partner on automation: AI-assisted intake validation, document extraction, bank-format checks and a vendor self-service portal
Report monthly on onboarding volume, cycle time, bank changes, exceptions and data quality, and use the data to improve the process
Minimum qualifications
7+ years in vendor master or AP operations with 3+ years of ownership
Owned a vendor master in an ERP end to end — process, controls and data — across multiple entities and countries
Hands-on experience verifying bank details and preventing payment fraud: bank letters, independent callbacks, BEC red flags, international bank formats
Experience with vendor tax documentation: W-9/W-8 validation, TIN matching, VAT/GST IDs, 1099 flagging
Working knowledge of procure-to-pay controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker, change logs, audit evidence — and have performed or owned a SOX control
Led a vendor data cleanup, consolidation or ERP migration and can show the outcome
The confidence to hold the line with requesters, vendors and senior stakeholders under time pressure while staying clear and helpful
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets (dedupe, lookups, reconciliations) and exceptional attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
Workday Financials vendor management, and experience with Zip, Coupa or a similar procure-to-pay platform
SOX experience at a public company or one preparing to go public
Experience supporting APAC and EMEA vendors in a high-growth, multi-entity company
Experience designing or reviewing ERP security roles with a systems team
Comfort using AI tools to automate validation, follow-ups and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$230,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role & Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for taking technical ownership of key workstreams on EnerMech's Azure Databricks data platform, operating across the full platform stack: data modelling and pipeline development in Databricks, the underlying Azure infrastructure, and the CI/CD, DevOps and DataOps practices that keep the platform reliable, secure and scalable.
Working for our Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) function in the Mumbai Shared Service Centre, the role holder operates with a high degree of autonomy, makes and documents architectural decisions, resolves complex platform issues, and is a technical point of contact for the global EBS Team, and business stakeholders.
Key reponsibilities will include:
Design, build, quality and reliable operation of assigned workstreams on the Azure Databricks data platform, from scoping through to production deployment.
Integrity of the medallion data model (bronze/silver/gold) for assigned data domains, ensuring data is modelled, validated, documented and certified for downstream reporting and analytics.
Build and optimise Delta tables and materialized views, with attention to performance at scale.
Design and implement data quality frameworks (preferably DQX or equivalent), including quarantine/error handling and validation against data contracts.
Define job-specific compute configurations appropriate to each workload, balancing performance and cost.
Contribute to and troubleshoot Terraform-managed infrastructure (networking, storage, Key Vaults, Managed DevOps Pools, Dev Centers).
Own and maintain Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, variable groups/libraries, and repository security, permissions and branch policies.
Support environment-level Azure configuration, including subscription-level access, RBAC for user and pipeline (service principal) identities, and Terraform state backend management across multiple storage accounts and environments.
Operate autonomously across a workstream, from scoping through to production deployment.
Use AI-assisted tooling to support day-to-day development, validating outputs against authoritative sources (architecture decisions, technical leads, documentation) before acting on them.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including across time zones with colleagues in the UK, Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
The Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 6+ years in data engineering, including 3+ years hands-on with Azure Databricks in production.
Demonstrated ownership of medallion architecture design and data modelling.
Implemented data quality frameworks and data contracts in production.
Implemented PII protection (masking, tokenisation or access tiering) across environments.
Platform engineering experience: diagnosing infrastructure issues, not just consuming platform services.
Track record of autonomous delivery, including direct stakeholder engagement.
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate (minimum).
Desirable
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional.
Microsoft AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions.
Multi-environment Azure networking (VNet peering, DNS zone design, NAT Gateway).
Migrating or standing up CI/CD pipelines, incl. introducing pipeline templates/standards.
Governance and identity patterns (e.g. Entra ID, RBAC scoping).
Applying regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR) to data platform design.
Shared service centre or global delivery model experience, ideally in energy or industrial services.
