About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Direct experience building financial infrastructure within a fintech, neobank, payments company, or similar financial technology environment.
Experience with core banking, payments, ledgers, cards, FX, reconciliation, KYC/KYB, or money movement.
Proven experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Strong database architecture and data-modeling skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, queues, events, retries, idempotency, and transaction processing.
Strong engineering judgment and product instincts, particularly when balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and correctness.
Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous 0→1 environment and taking significant ownership without requiring extensive direction.
Natural initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Highly hands-on and excited to continue writing production code rather than moving into a primarily managerial role.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a strong individual contributor, early engineer, founding engineer, or technical lead within a high-growth fintech.
Background at companies such as Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, Modern Treasury, or similar.
Deep understanding of financial ledgers, reconciliation, transaction processing, or money-movement architecture.
Experience integrating multiple banking, payment, card, or financial infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding KYC/KYB and international financial services.
Experience building multi-currency, FX, card issuing, or cross-border payments products.
Previous experience helping build a product or engineering function from an early stage.

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity to build a high-scale financial platform from the ground up within a profitable, established ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to bridge the gap between company incorporation and global financial operations by building a neobank-style platform that handles everything from KYC and multi-currency accounts to complex money movement and card issuing. You will own the architecture and technical direction of a product that helps international founders launch and scale their businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure including KYC/KYB workflows, ledger systems, and transaction state machines.
Design and implement integrations with regulated banking partners, card issuers, and payment rails (ACH, Wires, FX).
Develop provider-agnostic systems that allow the platform to integrate multiple financial partners without vendor lock-in.
Build robust, secure APIs and data models capable of handling complex reconciliation and event processing.
Manage the full lifecycle of feature development, from initial database schema design to production deployment and internal compliance tooling.
Work directly with the founders to translate product goals into scalable technical solutions and engineering standards.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Proven track record of building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Mastery of database design, data modeling, and asynchronous workflows (queues, events, retries, and idempotency).
A high degree of engineering judgment; you understand when to build for scale and when to optimize for speed.
Exceptional ownership mentality—you are comfortable taking a problem and a goal and figuring out the path to completion independently.
Highly hands-on approach with a desire to write production code daily in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience in fintech, neobanking, or payments (specifically ledgers, reconciliation, or money movement).
Background at high-growth financial technology companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Airwallex, Brex, or similar infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with the regulatory nuances of KYC/KYB and international banking infrastructure.

Develop card issuing and card management integrations alongside multi-currency and FX functionality.

You're a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for cool technology and interacting with people and making them happy. You're a self-starter who's good at triaging problems and working on the most important one. You've worked directly with customers for a long time and are comfortable being the face of the company to them. One of the things that pleases you most in life is customers successfully using your product, being thrilled with its value, and telling you they're happy they partnered with you. Further, you're a curious person, and you'd love the opportunity to work with a technology team that includes data scientists, algorithm experts, back-end and front-end engineers to expand your knowledge.
About Us
Constructor.io http://Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you've probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We're approximately doubling year over year despite the market slow down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical.
We're a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
About The Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be joining a rapidly growing team that helps our customers increase their revenue by improving the search and product discovery experiences of their websites and mobile apps through integrating with our services.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Own the customer journey from project kick-off, launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization, ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes and are delighted with the partnership.
- Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging confidently with stakeholders ranging from engineers, data and product teams to Heads and Directors of Ecommerce, Digital, Product, and Technology, as well as VP and C-level executives.

- Plan and lead effective QBRs and EBRs that go beyond reporting: communicate measurable impact, facilitate strategic conversations, make recommendations, and align stakeholders on priorities and next steps.
- Identify risks, blockers, and changing customer priorities early. Lead escalations with clarity and urgency by defining the business impact, engaging the right internal teams, setting expectations, and maintaining customer confidence through resolution.
- Advocate effectively for customer needs while exercising strong judgment about when engineering involvement is required, how requests should be prioritized, and when an alternative solution can deliver the desired outcome.
- Use customer insights, performance data, and ecommerce best practices to provide proactive, strategic recommendations, not simply respond to requests.
- Maintain clear success plans, stakeholder maps, account documentation, training materials, and agreed actions so that both the customer and Constructor teams remain aligned.
- Partner closely with Account Management to support retention and growth by demonstrating value, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe every business needs an AI Agent for their customers and an AI Agent for their team. For customer experience teams, AI Agents are moving far beyond customer communication, to doing the vast majority of complex customer operations work and moving beyond taking direction from the human team, to giving direction, coordinating and undertaking work under human supervision.
We built and launched Operator this year - an internal Agent for customer operations. Operator deeply understands everything happening in a business's customer experience, finds the insights and areas for improvement, delivers recommendations, and makes the changes itself with permission. It’s a new category of Agent and is a hit with our customers.
This highly strategic role owns the end to end PMM work for Operator, working across product, marketing, GTM and leadership. You'll build the narrative, the positioning, and the go-to-market that makes Operator the next wildly successful product from Fin.
What will I be doing?
Build the external narrative for Operator and bring it to market in a way that creates and shapes the category for the industry
Shape and refine the ICP and audience for the Operator- who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Be deeply customer-obsessed - spend time with customers, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments, working cross-functionally to deliver crisp messaging that fits sales, campaigns, and content needs, delivering mindshare for Fin and pipeline for
Build crisp, high-impact narratives and enablement that sales actually uses - including the discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive positioning and work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials - and maintain the core 'brain' of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction. Above all, you can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B, with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've marketed something genuinely new - a product or capability with no clear comparison set - and built the narrative that gave buyers a way to think about it
You've owned a product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You're comfortable with technical depth: automation, workflows, analytics, agent behaviour, and the mechanics of how a product actually does the work
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, or with selling operational change rather than a feature set, is a strong plus
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.

Job Type
Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the Company
Our client is a growing UK digital marketing business managing paid media for a portfolio of external agency clients and more than 12 companies within its wider group.
Their focus is primarily on SMEs and local service businesses, so this role is ideal for a Paid Media Specialist who understands how to generate meaningful results with smaller, carefully managed advertising budgets—not someone whose experience is limited to large brands with significant media spend.
The team values accountability, commercial thinking, accurate tracking, and clear communication with clients.
Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple SME client accounts.
Google Ads will be your immediate and primary focus, with Meta Ads becoming an increasingly important part of the role as additional accounts come online.
This is not a strategy-only position. You'll personally build, audit, restructure, optimize, track, and report on campaigns.
It's also a highly client-facing performance marketing role. You'll be responsible for turning a client's budget and objectives into a structured campaign, accurately tracking results, and personally presenting performance to clients—including explaining what happened and what you're changing when results fall below expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns across multiple SME client accounts
Build, audit, restructure, and optimize Google Ads accounts from the ground up
Manage Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
Structure campaigns effectively, including account architecture, keyword strategy, and match-type separation
Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and daily spend pacing
Build and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager
Implement and troubleshoot call and lead conversion tracking
Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) implementation
Monitor performance and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours, rather than waiting for month-end reporting
Produce monthly written performance reports for each account with clear commentary explaining what changed, why it changed, and what happens next
Lead client performance and review calls
Communicate campaign wins, challenges, and underperformance confidently and professionally
Provide weekly internal summaries covering spend, conversions, CPA, and overall account performance
Recommend landing page and conversion-rate improvements based on campaign data
Brief internal creative resources on required ad creative and video assets
Feed paid search insights into organic search and SEO targeting
Maintain accurate daily time records for internal billing
Work with tools including GoHighLevel and Apollo where relevant; significant prospecting or list building is not expected, as target company lists are provided
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads across multiple client accounts
Strong experience working with SMEs, local businesses, or smaller advertising budgets
Demonstrable experience personally executing campaigns—not simply overseeing or delegating execution
Hands-on experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Display
Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Practical knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) setup
Ability to build conversion tracking from scratch, including Google Tag Manager
Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget pacing, CPA, conversion optimization, and attribution
Experience presenting campaign performance directly to clients
Confidence discussing underperformance and difficult results—not only campaign wins
Fluent spoken and written English with excellent client-facing communication skills
Highly self-directed and capable of identifying problems and restructuring accounts without constant instruction
Strong reporting discipline and ability to consistently meet fixed reporting deadlines
Comfortable with daily time tracking

The role is accountable for translating business intent into a scalable technical landscape, owning solution direction from discovery and architecture definition through delivery governance and production stability. The architect is expected to actively shape scope and commercial outcomes, driving decisions on what should be configured out-of-the-box (OOB) versus custom-built, while minimizing customization wherever the platform’s native capability can meet the need.

Language Proficiency
: Mandarin and English (both required).
Working Hours

Architect custom microservices as OMS extension points using cloud-native and event-driven patterns.
Own non-functional requirements, including scalability, resiliency, security, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with business, technology, and ISV teams to define scope, estimates, timelines, milestones, and phased delivery plans.
Provide cost inputs and trade-off analysis (build vs. configure, in-house vs. ISV-delivered).
Evaluate requirements against OMS OOB capabilities before recommending customization.
Document OOB versus custom decisions and rationale.
Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and governance processes.
Establish architecture review checkpoints and maintain architecture documentation.
Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and trade-off discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Represent architecture decisions in client governance forums.
Domain & Technical Expertise
Strong B2B OMS domain knowledge, including order lifecycle, inventory/allocation, fulfillment orchestration, and returns.
Preference for direct Burgeon OMS experience; experience with standalone OMS products and ERP-embedded OMS modules (e.g., Oracle EBS Order Management) is relevant.
Knowledge of OMS integrations with Payment Gateways, PLM, Loyalty Platforms, Recommendation Engines, WMS, and Promotion Frameworks.
Expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices, event-driven architecture, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis, Secrets Manager, and S3.
Engineering, Governance & Support
Define and enforce Agile delivery practices, architecture governance, and CI/CD standards.
Review delivery execution and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Define observability strategies using New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk.
Guide L3 support processes and work with L1/L2 teams to resolve systemic issues.
Proactively identify recurring issue patterns and drive automation opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional production issues requiring architectural judgment.

An overview of this role
The Purchase team sits within GitLab's Monetization section and owns the end-to-end purchase experience for all GitLab products, including new purchases, add-ons, upgrades, and self-service promotional discounts. As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work across the frontend and backend to build the interfaces customers use to buy and expand GitLab, along with the services that process transactions and integrate with billing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Because this work can directly affect revenue and involve confidential or financial information, you’ll use strong technical judgment, roll out changes safely and iteratively, and maintain a high bar for reliability and correctness.
This is a technical leadership role for the Purchase team. You’ll help set the technical direction for a unified purchase flow, mentor other engineers, and partner with Product, Design, Billing, and Support to improve how customers buy and grow with GitLab. This role reports to the Engineering Manager, Purchase.
Some examples of our projects:
Unifying separate purchase flows into one consistent purchase experience
Building and scaling GitLab Flex subscription flows that let customers reserve spend month to month across seats, artificial intelligence (AI) credits, Runners, and other GitLab capabilities without renegotiating their contract
Evolving self-service promotional discounts for existing and prospective customers
Modernizing the purchase frontend to improve clarity, accessibility, and conversion
Strengthening integrations between the purchase flow and downstream billing and CRM systems for accuracy and resilience
What you’ll do
Design and build fullstack features across the purchase journey.
Lead technical design for new purchasing capabilities and the unified purchase experience.
Partner with Product and Design to turn purchasing requirements into resilient, well-tested technical solutions.
Ensure purchase flows integrate correctly and safely with downstream billing and CRM systems.
Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, rollout safety, and monitoring.
Mentor engineers and review merge requests with thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Identify and reduce technical debt and architectural risk in the purchase experience.
Participate in incident response for purchase-related issues because of their direct revenue impact.
What you’ll bring
Professional fullstack engineering experience across frontend and backend code; our purchase applications use Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.
Experience owning technical direction for a product area and driving thorough, iterative solutions.
Experience building or maintaining transactional or checkout-style flows, ideally in billing, ecommerce, or subscriptions.
A strong bias toward safe, incremental delivery given the revenue and customer impact of this work.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems.
Proficiency in written and verbal English sufficient for success in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and a commitment to working in accordance with them.
Familiarity with third-party billing or CRM systems, such as Zuora, Salesforce, or Stripe, is a plus.
About the team
We partner with Sales, Finance, Information Technology, and Support to deliver secure and reliable purchasing, billing, provisioning, and utilization workflows. Our broader organization includes the Subscription Lifecycle, Billing Engine, Platform and Infrastructure, Observability, Monitoring and Integrations, and Compliance teams. We work asynchronously, with regular planning and retrospectives and a high bar for ownership across deployments, incident management, testing, and rollout safety.
