Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 37,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail, ownership mentality, and comfort working across time zones in a global team
You'll Thrive Here If You...

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical-creative weapon behind our enterprise business.
This role is part cinematic director, part AI production engineer, part educator. You build the demos and proofs of concept that show Fortune 500 brands what's possible, then make those customers succeed in production: broadcast-grade cinematic work, repeatable workflows on the Higgsfield stack, and trained client teams that keep creating after the engagement.
The bar for this role is insanely high-quality cinematic knowledge and taste. You know why a shot works: lensing, lighting, blocking, camera movement, pacing, edit rhythm. And you know how to get that out of generative models, reliably, at commercial quality, on deadlines measured in days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET UP ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS FOR SUCCESS
- Convert client briefs into tailored, visually stunning demos and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical-creative side of pilots from kickoff to production rollout.
- Track the generative AI model landscape constantly so our work stays ahead of anything the client has seen.
DELIVER CINEMATIC WORK
- Direct and produce cinematic AI campaigns end-to-end for enterprise customers: creative direction, shot design, character and asset consistency, generation, edit, delivery.
- Set and defend a broadcast-grade quality bar that makes the platform look world-class in public.
BUILD PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS
- Turn one-off wins into repeatable pipelines: model chains, presets, prompt systems, automation (APIs, MCP, agentic workflows).
- Reverse-engineer reference ads, film looks, and visual styles into reproducible Higgsfield workflows.
EDUCATE AND ENABLE
- Train customer teams hands-on: live workshops, demos, documented workflows they actually use.
- Become a trusted creative-technical advisor to CMOs, creative directors, and production leads.
FEED THE PRODUCT
- Bring what you learn in the field back to Product, Engineering, and Research: gaps, failure modes, feature requests, new use cases.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- A portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality. Portfolio first, we review every single one, and it matters more than your CV.
- 5+ years in commercial, film, or creative production; 2+ years hands-on with generative AI.
- Deep, current fluency across the generative stack: image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX and motion workflows. You can name the models, the pipelines, and exactly how you got each shot.
- Real cinematic craft: shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, editing. You can explain why a frame works, not just generate it.
- Proven client-facing delivery: pilots, PoCs, or commissioned productions taken from brief to finished high-end results on the client's timeline.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos under pressure.
- Ability to teach: you can make a non-technical creative team dangerous with these tools.
- High sense of ownership, drive and startup, can-do mentality. You are expected to get running on the ground from Day 1.
- High agency. Excellent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Background in film, advertising, fashion, or e-commerce content production (director, DP, editor, creative director).
- Expert-level familiarity with each AI model, including Higgsfield's proprietary models, tools, plugins and skills
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, APIs, ComfyUI, MCP, agent pipelines).
- Prior forward deployed, solutions engineering, or sales engineering experience at an AI or creative platform.
- An existing audience or community in the AI creative ecosystem.
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and Fortune 500 brands.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.
Location: Poland; Moldova; Albania; North Macedonia; Kazakhstan; Montenegro; European Union; Ukraine; Serbia; Bosnia; Georgia

Role Purpose
As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities.
What Makes This Role Different:
Build, don't just maintain.
You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process.
Full regional ownership.
This role spans the entire Europe region.
High visibility, real stakes.
You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment.
A technology-forward environment.
The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you.
Cross-functional reach.
You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews.
What You'll Do:
1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership
Audit Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off.
External Auditor Relationship:
Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items.
Consolidation Alignment:
Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process.
Pre-Audit Structuring:
Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests.
2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Filing Oversight:
Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness.
Tax Team Liaison:
Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready.
Notice & Assessment Management:
Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings.
Technology & Automation:
Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role)
A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it.
Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities.
Experience & Technical Skills
Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire.
10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.aiis the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield has grown roughly 35x in the last twelve months. 390 of the Fortune 500 are already on the product, and the adoption patterns look like nothing that came before — teams find us, adopt us and expand without anyone selling to them. That’s what an AI-native product does, and it’s how the company is built: small teams, no inherited process, decisions made in hours rather than quarters.
The opportunity now is to take that industry by industry. Advertising. Entertainment. Gaming. Retail. E-commerce. Each one is a category where a single person can go in, land the anchor accounts and own the vertical outright.
We’re hiring hunters for that. Not account managers working inbound — people who pick a vertical, build the target list themselves, and take it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own global B2B partnerships
- Drive the full partnership lifecycle end to end — sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with international partners.
- Build and scale the partnerships pipeline across key markets. You own the target list, not just the deals handed to you.
- This role travels: partners, in their market, in person.
Lead commercial execution
- Own revenue targets and deliver against multi-million-dollar goals.
- Structure complex deals, paid pilots and multi-year strategic agreements.
- Restart stalled deals because you decided to, not because a process told you to.
Shape strategy and go-to-market
- Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield’s capabilities into outcomes they can defend inside their own organisation.
- Design partnership models, pricing structures and GTM approaches from scratch.
- Switch verticals fast — a media holding this month, a consumer brand the next, a platform after that.
Own accounts and grow them
- Build durable relationships at C-level with founders, operators and decision-makers.
- Drive expansion, upsell and new revenue streams inside existing accounts.
- Carry the full commercial picture: what a deal books and what it costs us to serve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal.
- You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence.
- Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process.
- Heavy international travel.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- Sold into enterprise media, advertising, entertainment or consumer brands.
- Ran a P&L, a market or a vertical as a GM or country lead.
- Broke into an international agency or global commercial organisation as a non-native speaker.
WHAT WE WEIGH OVER BRAND NAMES
We optimise for intensity and ownership. Three deals you actually built beats a decorated CV of roles you inherited, and a thin LinkedIn profile is not a problem here — several of our strongest people have one. If your best work isn’t visible online, tell us about it in your application.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Also hiring: GM, Strategic Partnerships — same seniority, focused on GPU and compute economics, financial planning and investor-facing strategy. If your background leans consulting or corporate finance, or you come from the cloud and compute world, apply there https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/higgsfieldai/00807c29-404b-4267-9089-40f031bfc6d1 instead.

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor’s strategies, and consumer/user audience across mobile, web, and gaming. Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Sensor Tower's mission is to measure the world's digital economy. As the Product Manager for Web Insights, you'll own strategy and execution for our web and generative AI analytics products, ensuring they're accurate, intuitive, and solve real customer problems
You'll be assigned high-impact initiatives sourced directly from active customer requests, such as building an SEO/competitive-traffic solution with raw URL-level traffic data, improving competitive discovery and reporting UX, and expanding GenAI citations and brand-visibility tracking. You'll interact directly with users and business stakeholders to gather detailed use cases and translate them into clear requirements. You'll collaborate with Data Science to refine and expand web traffic and engagement estimates, and share implementation and project management responsibilities with Engineering to ship new features and data pipelines. You'll also partner with Product Marketing and GTM to communicate the value of new capabilities and drive adoption of the Web Insights product.
This is a great fit for a Product Manager who is energized by analytics products, comfortable getting into the data themselves, and excited about the web traffic, competitive intelligence, or digital marketing space.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Interview users to identify needs, workflows, and pain points related to web traffic and engagement data.
- Write clear technical requirements for new features, metrics, and data delivery solutions.
- Collaborate daily with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship improvements to web estimates and product features.
- Propose and maintain a roadmap for future Web and Generative AI Insights releases.
- Analyze usage and product data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of shipped features.
- Communicate functional and business details of upcoming releases to less technical teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success.
- Monitor data quality and accuracy of web estimates, working with Data Science to resolve issues and improve methodology.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management at a B2B or SaaS company.
- Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, or APIs.
- Comfortable with writing SQL and using data directly to inform product decisions.
- An interest in web analytics, competitive intelligence, digital marketing, or adjacent spaces (SEO experience is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
- AI-fluent and comfortable working daily with tools like Claude, building custom agents, and leveraging MCP integrations to move faster and unlock new workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Sales/GTM teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
