Location: Ramat Gan, Israel About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners. Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth. Role Summary We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel. You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki. What You'll Be Doing Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them. Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work. Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market. Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level. Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories. Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy. Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned. Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors. Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy. Our Expectations 12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both. A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required. A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members. Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues. Experience navigating regulatory authorities. Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing. Experience managing external agencies or consultants. A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required. Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience. Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage. Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .

Location: Home based - EMEA We are hiring a General Counsel , reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional and commercially-minded senior lawyer to lead the legal and compliance function of a profitable, fast-growing technology company that is privately held with the intention to list on a public exchange. We’re looking for someone with genuine fluency in the software industry and in open source dynamics, who can translate that insight into clear positions on licensing, commercial contracts and risk, and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly. In our selection process, we prioritize intellect and judgement alongside depth of practice. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, an active licence to practice, and demonstrable exposure to a multilayered global operational environment. Location: This role will be based remotely in EMEA time zones. The role entails Leading the global Legal and Compliance function: setting it's structure, standards and priorities across EMEA and the Americas. Building and managing a management capability: hire and develop managers, set objectives, review performance against a clear bar, and address under-performance directly. Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team. Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance. Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings. Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed. Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed. Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation. Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality. Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows. What we are looking for in you An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university. A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction. Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business. Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones. A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out. Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel. Technology related experience of: negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate. Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls. Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes. Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, hold colleagues accountable, and share ideas without hesitation. Professional written and spoken English with excellent drafting and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability. Nice-to-have skills Experience taking a company through an IPO, or practicing as counsel inside a listed company. A technical or engineering background, or fluency in how software is built and shipped. Experience of a subscription or recurring-revenue business model. Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function. A qualification in more than one jurisdiction. We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally. Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person. What you'll do at Figma: Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and clear ownership Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner before work begins Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolution or escalation when work is blocked Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations so these workstreams are engaged at the appropriate stage of delivery Ensure releases have appropriate acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide clear reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS, enterprise-technology, or internal-tools environment Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Product, Program, and Engineering Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software-delivery lifecycles. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to engage credibly in technical planning and tradeoff conversations Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish lightweight governance, present concise decisions and risks, and create accountability without relying on direct authority While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Direct experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk-management frameworks Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, low-code or no-code automation, identity platforms, data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement processes Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or establishing a new program-management practice in an emerging organization At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Location: New York, New York; Manhattan, New York; Brooklyn, New York; Trenton, New Jersey; Yonkers, New york; New York City Metropolitan Area; Newark, New Jersey Workplace: remote Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete. We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch. The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need. The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer. Responsibilities: Partner motion — Anthropic channel Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams. Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW. Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion. Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions. Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions. Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls. Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production. New logo hunting Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals. Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close. Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast. Cross-functional collaboration Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses. Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing. What You Need to Succeed: 2-5 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm. Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing. Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW). Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support. Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions). Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level. Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data. Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities. About Provectus: Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing. We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains. At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact. Why Join Us: Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS. A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell. Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption. High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership. Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions. B2B contract model or full-time model. OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. Unlimited Vacation policy. Generous health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(K) matching plan.

Location: Canada What The Role Is We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless. Babylist was built on editorial recommendations: products chosen by people with deep baby gear expertise. That editorial foundation is a big part of why millions of families trust us. We're now building ML-powered personalization on top of it, using one of the richest first-party datasets in parenting. We're early in this work, and we have a real mandate. A small Discovery team has initial retrieval and reranking models live on parts of the site and a steady cadence of A/B tests. We are looking for a Staff MLE who has seen personalization done well at scale and can set the technical direction for where we go next. Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting personalization problems in consumer e-commerce: latent intent, life-stage progression, multi-stakeholder gift dynamics, deep declarative signal in millions of completed registries, cross-retailer datapoints, and a user who genuinely wants help. If you want to join a mature ML org and tune models at the margins, this isn't the right role. If you've worked inside a strong recommendations team, learned what good looks like, and want to build from zero-to-one at a company earlier in the journey, read on. What You'll Own You'll be the technical lead for personalization on the Discovery team, working alongside a PM, Engineering Manager, Senior MLE and fullstack software engineers. You set where our models go over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and stay deep in building. A few examples of the problems you’ll get to shape: Product recommendations across every surface. Product detail pages, add-next recommendations after someone adds to their registry, vibes/aesthetic representations of products and the shared models underneath them. Personalizing the Feed. Deciding which products, editorial content and social content each family sees, and in what order. Personalizing search. Bringing what we know about a family into search results, and helping decide how much search should share retrieval and ranking with recommendations. Making Addie (our AI registry assistant) better at recs. Working with the team behind Addie so its product suggestions draw on the same models and signals as the rest of the site. In practice, you will: Take a fuzzy business problem from first sketch to production model, and own whether it moved the metric. Make the modeling and architecture calls that span surfaces and are expensive to reverse. Design the evaluation, offline and online, that tells us a model is good before and after it ships. Know when a rule or a simple baseline is the right first step, and when it's time to pursue more advanced approaches. Partner with product, design and data to help shape what's worth building. Coach engineers on the team, and more broadly be an ML expert and resource to the wider engineering org. Who You Are You’ve shipped recommendation and/or personalization systems that reached real users at scale within a consumer product, and can point to the business impact of your work. You’ve done this within a team that did ML well — you know what good looks like, and are motivated to bring that to a company earlier in their ML journey. You bring: Expertise in recommender fundamentals: for example, candidate generation vs. ranking, offline vs. online evaluation, cold start solutions, and handling position and popularity bias. Fluency in the Python ML stack and comfort owning models through deployment and monitoring, including contributions to our application backend. An ability to take an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture. A builder's instinct for early-stage ML. You understand effort vs. effectiveness tradeoffs and can advocate for when a rule beats a model, or a model is “good enough” for early learnings. An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue. AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. Compensation We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is 299,300 to 372,600 CAD plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly 359,160 to 447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope. How We Build AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome. The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers. The Stack Core app: Rails, Packwerk, React, TypeScript, Sidekiq Mobile: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin) Data, search & events: MySQL, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Weaviate, WarpStream, Hex, Sigma Machine learning: deep learning, matrix factorization, retrieval & ranking, AWS SageMaker, MLflow AI & dev tooling: Claude Code, Devin, Linear, CodeRabbit, Warden, LangChain, Bedrock AgentCore, Maxim Infra & ops: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, incident.io, LaunchDarkly Key integrations: Shopify (payments), Iterable (CRM) Why Babylist An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done. Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide. How We Work Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis. How We Hire Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish. Recruiter conversation (30 minutes). Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote. Technical screen (1 hour). One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles. Final round (4 hours). Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours. If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster. Benefits Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision A 401(k) match Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year A remote-work stipend Mental-health and wellness support A Few Things To Know We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws. We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking. If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know. Official outreach only ever comes from an @babylist.com address

Location: United States What The Role Is We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless. An overview of this role Data Products integrates GitLab and third-party SDLC data, and builds the dashboards, APIs, and data products that turn it into trusted, interoperable intelligence for customers and internal teams. This is a 0 to 1 team and we are hiring for a foundational engineering role. That means you bring technical leadership through ambiguity, helping figure out what to build, making the foundational design decisions, and keeping delivery moving while the picture is still forming. You own the full lifecycle of what ships and stand behind it. What you'll bring Proven ability to influence as a Staff owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams. High agency, i.e finds the owner, clarifies the path, makes the call, and keeps pushing until the work lands. Force multiplier and raise the people and the codebase around them Deep full-stack expertise, including strong proficiency in Go, Ruby and Node . Depth in at least one of analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems, CDC and warehouse integration. Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration. What you'll own Architect how GitLab and third-party data is ingested, modeled, and synced into the knowledge graph as a near-real-time graph of the development ecosystem. Lead integration with external systems for business context (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow), indexed into the graph. Architect the Data Marketplace so customers consume GitLab data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery with no engineering dependencies. Translate an ambiguous 0 to 1 problem space into concrete, iterable roadmaps in partnership with Product, Design, and the graph backend team. Resolve cross-team dependencies across graph backend, AI Platform, and Infrastructure without escalating everything upward. Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review. Create organizational leverage through speed. You identify systemic bottlenecks, simplify processes, and design systems that dramatically improve execution velocity. About the team Data Products work across three surfaces: Dashboard and Reporting Framework Builds AI-native dashboard components so customers and internal teams can see engineering health and GitLab's impact across DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, and quality, and launch their own custom dashboards on the same framework. Internal Ingestion Ingests third-party data into the GitLab and power tools like Knowledge Graph, building connectors so that signals from systems like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and observability tools become one queryable, near-real-time graph of the developer ecosystem. External Ingestion External makes GitLab and Knowledge Graph data consumable outside the product, through marketplace listings, data-sharing APIs and SDKs, and co-branded partner products. We are a new team in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space, and we need engineers who can create clarity while building, make practical tradeoffs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep pushing until meaningful customer value lands. Location: Amsterdam Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights. Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own design for the heart of Tebi: the point of sale, kitchen display and payment flows that restaurants use every minute of service. On a busy Friday night, one restaurant might run Tebi on an iPad at the bar, handhelds on the floor, payment terminals at the tables, screens in the kitchen and a printer at the pass. All of it has to work together, often for staff who only started that week. A lot of merchants like Tebi because it's as easy to use as a consumer app, so training new staff takes less time. You'll help keep it that way as the product grows. You'll work with a product manager and five engineers, and across teams on the work we share. Some of the problems waiting for you: - Making onboarding so simple that a restaurant can get set up and run its first service with confidence. - Making the kitchen display valuable even for kitchens that still print tickets. As a design team, we want to ship work we're proud of, own our seat at the table, and push the company to aim higher. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own design for the core aspects of hospitality service. The sales flow on the POS, the floor plan during service, the kitchen display, receipts and cash management. - Make paying the easy part. Checkout, splitting the bill, tips and service charges, settling up, and the terminals staff use to take payment. - Own the design system in the native app. We want the whole Tebi platform to share one design DNA. You'll own how it shows up in our native app: the design system, its components, and the details of how they're built. - Work AI-first and design AI into the product. Prototype in code, ship UI yourself, and help reinvent Tebi to be more helpful and proactive, like setup that configures itself for each restaurant. - Champion our merchants. Get close to the people who run their business on Tebi, and help the whole company understand them too. - Shape what we build. You'll work with the PM and engineers on which problems we take on and how we solve them. - Help the whole team level up. We're a small team, so your experience goes a long way. You'll mentor, give feedback and help other designers do their best work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - You've led design end to end on a product people depend on, and other designers looked to you on craft. - You make complex things feel simple. Your work holds up for someone using it for the first time, in a rush, with a queue in front of them. - You're at home in the complicated system underneath: states, edge cases, money, and what happens when things go wrong. - You use AI tools in your work, or you're keen to learn fast. It's a requirement of the role, but we don't expect you to be an expert on day one. It's a bonus if you've worked on: - Native apps for tablets, phones or handhelds - Payments or fintech - Products that span several devices or real hardware - Building or running a design system - Hospitality. If you've worked a shift in a restaurant, bar or café, you'll know what the people using Tebi are up against. This probably isn't the role for you if you're happiest designing dense desktop tools for expert users. The person using your work could be on their very first shift. People who succeed at Tebi are independent, curious and passionate about hospitality. If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers. This role is based in our Amsterdam office, with at least three days a week in the office. We can sponsor visas, if you are already based in the Netherlands. BENEFITS - Start-up Equity - Competitive Salary - Lunch Provided in Office - Team building events - Unlimited time off WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE? Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it. From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy. HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed. At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
