Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Timezone: EST Hours
Job Summary
We are looking for a modern, high-velocity Web Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and conversion optimization. This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.
Local SEO Experience: Proven track record building service-area landing pages that rank.
Automation Skills: Experience with Make/Zapier for complex lead routing and CRM workflows.
Industry Experience: Background working with home-service businesses or in a high-volume marketing agency.

💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who will turn the CMO's strategy into execution, lead our distributed marketing team day to day, and own the performance of our paid channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings solutions, not questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build quarterly plans, set team priorities, and deliver on agreed targets independently
• Lead the marketing team day to day: task allocation, 1:1s, feedback, performance management
• Own the performance of Paid Search and Paid Social: optimize campaigns and reallocate budget between channels within agreed limits
• Lead AI adoption across the team: design and launch AI workflows for content, creative, lead qualification, and reporting, with measurable impact
• Review and approve briefs, creatives, content, and landing pages before launch
• Run funnel analytics and weekly reporting (GA4, GTM, HubSpot, dashboards, attribution)
• Manage SEO, content, and CRM initiatives through the specialists who own them
• Manage agencies and contractors based on outcomes; recommend replacements when needed
• Work with Sales leadership as a peer: analyze lost deals, objections, CRM notes, and call recordings, and turn findings into changes in messaging, targeting, and content
• Execute partnership and PR programs with architects, interior designers, and trade professionals
• Build documented processes, briefs, and quality standards
• Act as the CMO's deputy when needed
REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5+ years in marketing, including 1-2 years of team leadership
• Direct experience managing about 4+ marketing specialists or contractors, including hiring, feedback, performance management, and tough personnel decisions
• US-market marketing experience: demand generation and brand presence, with accountability for results
• Hands-on AI implementation in marketing operations with measurable results
• Experience managing paid media budgets and reallocating them between channels
• Strong analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot (pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, attribution reports), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush
• Experience with agent and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier AI, HubSpot Breeze, Claude or OpenAI APIs), AI image and video tools, landing page optimization and A/B testing, Figma or Canva for design review, and call recording tools (Gong or similar)
• English C1 with strong written English
STRONG ADVANTAGES
• Premium or luxury market experience; interior design, architecture, high-end residential construction, furniture, or similar
• Marketing through architects, designers, contractors, or other specifier channels
• Showroom, trade-show, or physical retail marketing
• New product launches in an established market
• PR and media relations in design, architecture, or lifestyle
• Experience with AI agents and prompt engineering
WHO THRIVES HERE
Analytical and data-driven, with strong ownership and independence. Accountable for outcomes, comfortable in a lean and fast-changing organization, and able to balance brand building with measurable revenue.
Location: Remote (US)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Ondo Finance is looking for a Growth PM to own user-facing product strategy across our unified platform interface, Ondo Finance App. This role is the growth counterpart to our platform PMs — and will be the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention across Ondo's expanding product suite (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing to build world-class user journeys for a new generation of on-chain financial products.
What You'll Own
User acquisition: Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and entry points that bring new users into the Ondo ecosystem
Activation: Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience — from first visit to first meaningful transaction — across Ondo Finance Web App and eventually mobile
Retention & engagement: Build features and feedback loops that keep users active, informed, and deepening their relationship with Ondo's product lines
User journey design: Map and continuously improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web App
Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineering
Cross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfaces
Requirements
4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products — particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms
Personal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoes
Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale
Strong product instincts — you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadership
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions
US-hours based (preference per current team structure)
Nice to have
Familiarity with on-chain / Web3 user onboarding challenges (wallet setup, KYC flows, etc.)
Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product lines
Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent products
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients on high ambiguity GenAI, agentic AI and AI-enabled workflow transformation initiatives. This role is designed for someone who can operate at the intersection of customer discovery, hands-on engineering, solution architecture, early delivery and production adoption.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and users to uncover the real operational problem, build thin end-to-end solutions with real systems and data, validate feasibility, shape the delivery path and stay involved through MVP or first production release to assure alignment with expected outcome.
ROLE MISSION
Your mission is to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated, production-grade AI solutions.
You will help Solvd move from “we can build this” to “we have proven this works in the customer’s real operating environment.” You will bridge presales, discovery, prototyping and delivery, while converting field learnings into solution blueprints and service accelerators.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI / Agentic AI initiatives, working directly with client stakeholders, users and technical teams to understand workflows, systems, data and business constraints.
- Drive early-stage opportunities partnering with account executives, product analysts and technology SMEs to prototype, define scope, implementation roadmap and effort estimates.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into validated AI solution designs covering model strategy, data access, orchestration, tool use, integration patterns and production constraints.
- Build proof-of-concepts fast, prioritizing speed and impact over perfect design, technical spikes to validate architectural assumptions using real or representative systems and data.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, platforms and tools, including LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, cloud AI services and agentic tooling.
- Present, defend and explain complex AI, architecture and delivery concepts in simple, practical terms for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay involved through MVP or first production release to preserve context, support delivery teams and validate that the solution works in the customer’s operating environment.
- Define evaluation criteria for AI quality and business impact, including accuracy, groundedness, tool-call correctness, latency, cost, adoption and workflow effectiveness.
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, compliance, Responsible AI, observability and production-readiness principles.
- Convert field learnings into reusable Solvd assets, including solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks and service accelerators.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A seasoned hands-on technical leader who has evolved from full-stack or server-side software engineering into the GenAI and agentic AI domain.
- Experienced in designing, prototyping and integrating systems that combine LLMs, agentic frameworks, enterprise data and business workflows.
- Proficient at combining established engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Skilled in guiding teams and clients through ambiguity - able to prototype rapidly, validate assumptions and converge toward delivery-ready designs.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, product teams, operational users and engineers alike, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable solution narratives.
- Pragmatic, curious, collaborative and obsessed with customer problem — equally focused on technical soundness, business value, user adoption and delivery readiness.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong experience in software design and engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting or building GenAI or agentic AI systems using modern LLM ecosystems, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience supporting presales solutioning, discovery, prototyping or early delivery for AI engagements.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool-calling patterns.
- Understanding of cost modeling for AI workloads, including token usage, inference scaling and hosting models.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and its AI/ML service offerings.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders in presales, discovery or early delivery phases.
- Strong command of software engineering fundamentals, API design, integration patterns and production-readiness practices.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability and DevSecOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
OPTIONAL
- Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Field Engineer, staff engineer, solution architect or technical product lead.
- Prior experience with traditional AI/ML systems, including model training, MLOps, data pipelines or feature stores.
- Familiarity with frameworks for agentic or multi-component AI pipelines.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, data privacy and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience creating reusable solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks or technical accelerators.
- Industry-recognized cloud and AI certifications from Anthropic, AWS, Azure or Google.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.
How To Apply
Send us your CV and a short note explaining:
Your greatest achievement in a similar role.
Which KPIs you owned.
How you usually prioritize marketing ideas when there are more ideas than time.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by alumni of Goldman Sachs' Digital Assets team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world, including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and growing quickly. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Data Science team turns on-chain and off-chain data into the analytics, risk, and decision-making infrastructure behind Ondo Global Markets (tokenized stocks) and Ondo Perps. We're hiring
Ondo's first Data Engineer
to build the foundational data platform that this work depends on—consolidating fragmented data sources, standing up a unified warehouse in BigQuery, and making trustworthy, well-modeled data available to the entire team.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role with end-to-end ownership. You'll lead the migration of analytics into BigQuery, work directly in the Go services that power Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse, and build the repeatable ETL pipelines that let data scientists, risk, and analytics move quickly and self-serve. You'll partner closely with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to replace today's siloed, ad-hoc pipelines with reliable, observable, and reusable data infrastructure.
Our team operates with high autonomy, high trust, urgency, and an uncompromising quality bar. We're looking for someone who improves the platform without waiting to be asked, cares deeply about data quality and correctness, and pairs strong engineering judgment with humility. You'll shape both Ondo's data foundation and how our Data Science team builds and scales analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of analytics and existing data workflows into BigQuery, establishing it as Ondo's unified, trusted warehouse and reporting layer.
Read, understand, and extend the Go services powering Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse (e.g. changefeeds and streaming/batch sinks from production systems).
Design, build, and operate repeatable, well-tested ETL/ELT pipelines that the wider Data Science team can rely on and reuse.
Consolidate fragmented and siloed data sources—internal databases (CockroachDB, QuestDB), on-chain and market-data vendors (Allium, Dune, Databento), and product analytics—into consistent, well-modeled datasets.
Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation (e.g. dbt), orchestration, testing, lineage, and documentation so definitions are consistent and self-serve.
Experience building foundational metrics and dashboards, with strong opinions on data lineage and quality, in partnership with Data Science.
Own data quality, observability, monitoring, access controls, and cost management across the pipelines and warehouse.
Partner with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to turn analytical and reporting needs into durable data infrastructure.
Requirements
5+ years of data engineering experience building and operating production data pipelines and warehouses.
Deep hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse—BigQuery strongly preferred—including performance, partitioning, and cost optimization.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, plus experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Dagflow-style schedulers, or similar).
Experience designing batch and streaming ingestion (CDC/changefeeds, event pipelines) from operational databases into a warehouse.
Experience building data infrastructure for fintech, trading, or other high-integrity financial systems where correctness and auditability matter.
High standards for data quality, reliability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Clear communication, high ownership, and a track record of delivering effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to haves
Proficiency reading and writing Go, or strong general software-engineering ability and a track record of quickly ramping on unfamiliar production codebases.
Experience with crypto-native or on-chain data, and vendors such as Allium, Dune, or Databento.
Familiarity with CockroachDB, QuestDB, Snowflake, or similar operational and analytical stores.
Experience enabling self-serve analytics and AI-over-data workflows for analytics and data science teams.
Exposure to risk, quantitative analytics, or trading microstructure data.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences. We're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus a flexible vacation policy.
A remote-first team across many countries. You'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and engineering practices.
A+ colleagues. Our team includes alumni from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors. We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and venture firms, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
