COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Own the data engineering function end-to-end: build and maintain production pipelines from Tennr's application into Snowflake, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Lead EHR discovery and integration initiatives across ~5–10 healthcare systems. Understand what data is available, what integrations we have, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and build creative solutions to extract and ingest data into Snowflake.
- Own Snowflake as our strategic data platform: architect instance setup, implement security best practices and governance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure zero data exposure.
- Design and implement data models that transform raw data into usable assets. Surface and safely share that data across Tennr so internal teams can build their own analytics and tooling.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting to detect pipeline issues quickly and resolve them with minimal business impact.
- Explore innovative approaches to structure and extract insights from unstructured referral documentation, including potential AI-enabled models to unlock value from clinical text data.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Proven expertise with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP); hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data—claims, EHR systems, and data integration patterns—or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex domain-specific systems.
- Healthcare-data security awareness and familiarity with best practices (e.g., HIPAA considerations, data governance, compliance) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with complex, ambiguous integration challenges—not just standard connector configuration.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and healthcare concepts to a diverse audience.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is building the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) embed with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. Our delivery model pairs two roles: FDEs own the technical artifact, and TDLs own the engagement end to end, from statement of work (SOW) through production deployment.
As a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA, you lead a team of TDLs embedded with strategic customers. You own engagement portfolio health across your team, set the bar for delivery quality, and define where we play: which customers and which use cases are ready for production AI today. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation across the region. This role is based in London.
This is a player-coach role. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with a customer's engineering leads and equally comfortable in front of executive sponsors. You will also lead the most complex engagements yourself when the stakes call for it. Most of your impact will come through the people you hire and the standard you hold them to. You won't write production code, but you will pressure-test the technical decisions your TDL team makes with FDEs.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interview loop that holds that bar.
Manage each TDL directly: regular 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, and a growth plan. Build a bench that runs engagements well without you in the room.
Define the delivery strategy for your portfolio: which kinds of companies we engage, which use cases we prioritize, and how that differs by market and industry. Hold each TDL accountable for a clear account strategy: what we want to achieve with the customer and the exit gates that tell us we got there.
Own portfolio health across your team. Track which engagements are on track, at risk, or closing out, and intervene early when delivery drifts. Run engagement quality reviews with your team.
Own customer outcomes across the portfolio. Hold the executive relationship with customer sponsors, run steering committees, and represent Anthropic with senior business, risk, legal, and engineering leaders.
Make the staffing call for each engagement. Work with FDE managers to match TDLs and engineers to each customer, and adjust as scope changes.
Lead the most complex engagements yourself. Take the TDL seat when engagement size, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for it, from SOW through production deployment.
Set the bar for delivery excellence: SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement. Ensure every engagement has a defensible impact story.
Build regulatory requirements into how the team scopes and delivers, working with Legal, Security, and customer risk functions, so compliance shapes the plan from the start rather than blocking it late.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks across the team. Turn what works in the field into delivery infrastructure that lets the practice scale, and adapt global playbooks to EMEA markets.
Partner with Sales to qualify engagements, shape scope, and inform SOWs. Partner with Marketing and Sales on EMEA go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning.
Run the team's operating rhythm: engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, and escalation support, and feed the wider post-sales cadence and dashboards. Set team goals tied to customer outcomes.
Bring the field back to Anthropic. Surface delivery lessons and emerging use cases from EMEA to Product and Research, and represent the region in leadership discussions.
Consistently uphold Anthropic's values as you lead your team. TDLs should be strong representatives of Anthropic's culture as they work within customer environments.
Travel to customer sites across EMEA (25–50% expected), with occasional travel to the US.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, whether you came up as a founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher and moved into deployments, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
Have a track record of building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments across more than one EMEA market, ideally including embedded or forward-deployed teams working at client sites.
Have delivered AI/ML or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Bring depth in at least one industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare and life sciences). You understand how security, compliance, and regulatory review shape what ships, and you can speak credibly with a CIO, a chief risk officer, and a head of engineering.
Know the EMEA enterprise landscape: how buying and procurement differ across markets, and how regulatory requirements affect what customers can deploy.
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and judge whether a proposed agent design is realistic.
Have experience with value-based scoping, including TCO/ROI quantification and post-deployment impact measurement.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists. You have built a team, practice, or function from an early stage.
Have executive presence: polished, credible, and concise with senior leaders in high-stakes settings, and just as effective in a hands-on engagement review with your team.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Working proficiency in a second European language such as German or French is a plus.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£190,000
—
£230,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral AI is looking for a Domain Expert in crashworthiness simulations to help build AI-accelerated simulation capabilities for industrial engineering.
You will work at the intersection of industrial simulation, physics modeling, machine learning, and engineering workflows. Your role is to bring deep solid-mechanics expertise into the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of AI Physics Models for real engineering use cases.
This is a hands-on technical role. We are looking for someone who understands industrial structural simulation not only conceptually, but through direct experience with simulation models, solver workflows, data generation, validation, and engineering decision-making.
You will work with research, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure that our models are useful against real engineering standards — not only benchmark metrics.
Relevant application areas may include automotive crashworthiness, aerospace structures, consumer-electronics drop/reliability, manufacturing, durability/fatigue, and other nonlinear structural mechanics problems.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with our research team to define, generate, and iteratively improve simulation datasets for training and evaluating crashworthiness foundation models, balancing coverage of relevant physical scenarios, simulation fidelity, and computational cost.
- Design and run high-fidelity simulation campaigns using structural mechanics solvers such as Abaqus, LS-DYNA, Ansys Mechanical, Radioss or equivalent tools.
- Define the relevant variation space for training data: geometry, mesh resolution, material behavior, boundary conditions, loading, contact, joints, failure modes, and engineering KPIs.
- Build or guide automated pipelines for simulation setup, execution, post-processing, dataset creation, and model evaluation.
- Work with research teams to train and evaluate AI models on simulation data, and diagnose failure modes caused by data gaps, poor coverage, numerical artifacts, or model limitations.
- Evaluate model outputs against industrial engineering needs, including field-level accuracy, scalar KPIs, deformation modes, load paths, energy absorption, stress/strain fields, failure indicators, uncertainty, and out-of-domain behavior.
- Work with industrial customers to understand their simulation workflows and engineering priorities, define use cases and success criteria, and incorporate their feedback into model development and validation.
ABOUT YOU
- You have deep expertise in crashworthiness, solid mechanics, and structural mechanics, with substantial experience in industrial simulation workflows.
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent technical depth in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, civil/structural engineering, computational mechanics, applied physics, or a related field.
- You have 4+ years of relevant industrial experience (or PhD +1 years) in domains such as automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics.
- You have hands-on experience with explicit dynamics for crash or impact simulation and understand nonlinear FEM and related topics such as contact, plasticity, structural dynamics, buckling, material modeling, fracture/damage, fatigue, crashworthiness, or durability.
- You have direct experience with simulation validation, correlation, model quality, numerical sensitivity, and engineering KPI definition.
- You are a strong Python developer who can build and maintain reliable tools for simulation automation, data processing, and model evaluation. You apply sound software engineering practices, including version control with Git, automated testing, code review, and clear documentation.
- You have hands-on experience working in Linux and HPC environments, including submitting and monitoring batch jobs, selecting appropriate compute resources, and troubleshooting simulation workflows. You can run simulation campaigns efficiently across a compute cluster.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguous technical environments and turning poorly defined industrial problems into scoped datasets, experiments, metrics, and execution plans.
- You communicate clearly with both deep technical experts and non-specialist stakeholders.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU
- Have experience applying machine learning, surrogate modeling, reduced-order modeling, optimization, or data-driven methods to simulation problems.
- Have contributed to reusable internal tools, open-source code, simulation automation frameworks, or production-quality engineering workflows.
- Have experience working directly with industrial customers, product teams, or engineering decision-makers.
- Have publications, patents, internal technical leadership, or recognized contributions in engineering, simulation, computational mechanics, or ML-for-physics communities.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

on what that will take.
About this role:
Are you an experienced engineer at the stage of your career where, above all, you want to do good?
This role is about using engineering to support fundraising: delighting our donors; helping our fundraisers; getting donations recorded and safely started on their journey to our recipients; telling donors and the public about what happens to their gifts. A bit of website development. A lot of plumbing.
The good news about
this
position:
You will make a difference to people in extreme poverty
You will work independently, with few constraints
You will work directly with lovely people from across our fundraising teams
The trade-offs:
There is only one other fundraising engineer and mostly you will be working on your own
Our technology is a mixture of boring (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML and CSS) and legacy (Salesforce, Wordpress, wrangling CSV files sent by our partners)
We're growing, but this is a role for someone who values depth and impact over a fast title ladder.
The maybe good maybe bad news about the role depending on who you are:
We are all in on AI where it allows us to get more $ to people in extreme poverty

This role is right for you if:
You care about our mission
You agree with
our values
You have the right to work in one of the countries we're able to hire from (you can check the current list

).
You're happy working remotely, and taking meetings across East Africa Time and US Eastern Time.
You are happy to travel to meet your colleagues in the US, Europe and Africa a few weeks a year
You are fluent in English
You have 4+ years of engineering experience
You're happy working autonomously: defining what needs doing, doing it, getting it tested and launched, fixing the bugs, and hustling to make progress every day.
You're comfortable being on-call on peak donation days (Giving Tuesday and the last weeks of the year), including owning an incident: working out what matters, communicating with fundraisers, and debugging on legacy and others' code, sometimes when no other engineers are available.
You are happy with our boring and legacy technologies (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Wordpress, SQL, wrangling csv files etc). You don’t have to be experienced in all of them, but you do have to be genuinely happy to use them (many engineers are not…).
You are happy and skilled at working directly with non-engineers on messy, poorly defined, rapidly changing, sometimes boring tasks
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems, agents, workflows, tools, and integrations across SIE.
Role Summary:
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of modern AI technology, security risk, architecture, and enablement. You will conduct AI security reviews using SIE’s established security risk assessment methodology, policies, standards, and control expectations, adapting their application to AI-enabled and agentic systems and identifying where AI-specific guidance or controls are needed. You will coordinate risk-focused design and architecture input and translate AI-specific weaknesses into decision-ready recommendations and engineering actions.
You will serve as an approachable security partner, working cross-functionally with teams across SIE’s business units and functions to support a diverse range of AI use cases, systems, and technologies. You will work especially closely with Responsible AI & Governance and coordinate expertise across Information Security teams and IT & Engineering organizations.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys working directly with teams, navigating ambiguity, and using AI tools themselves. You will be the primary hands-on practitioner in an emerging AI Security capability, partnering with the AI Security strategy lead and specialist teams across SIE.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
Assess end-to-end designs to identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage and classification, and operational concerns.
Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and partner with stakeholders to track resolution.
Serve as a trusted security partner by providing early consultation, education, and reusable guidance.
Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance, relevant security and technical teams to deliver consistent, well-informed reviews.
Use security tooling and discovery insights to identify emerging risks, engage owners, and support appropriate remediation. Document reviews and findings within SIE GRC systems.
Improve AI security requirements, review practices, reference patterns, and supporting tools as technologies and risks evolve.
Track portfolio trends, communicate significant risks and recurring gaps, and escalate matters requiring additional expertise or risk authority.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including significant recent hands-on work with generative AI.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI application stacks and the ability to interrogate designs, trace data and system interactions, and identify meaningful security weaknesses.
Sound understanding of security fundamentals - including identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, and monitoring – and ability to apply these to AI-enabled and agentic systems as well as mapping back to existing security policies and frameworks.
A practical builder mindset, with experience using AI tools, APIs, cloud services, code, or automation to explore systems and improve workflows.
Proven ability to build trust and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security teams.
Familiarity and ability to stay current with emerging AI technologies, evolving security risks, AI risk frameworks, and industry trends.
Strong communication, empathy, and sound judgment, with the creativity to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build trust while operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Desirable:
Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM and agentic systems.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
Experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, creator technology, or similarly innovative product environments.
Experience reviewing complex technical designs and translating identified weaknesses into practical, prioritized recommendations that support timely delivery.
Relevant certifications are desirable and may include GIAC AI Platform Security (GAIPS), CISSP, CRISC, IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP), CCSK, CCSP, or equivalent AI, cloud, or security credentials.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota
Interview Information:
Our interview process begins remotely. Interviews are typically conducted via Zoom. To ensure every candidate can participate, please let us know if you are unable to access Zoom. Some roles may require an in-person meeting with a team member as part of the final stage.

Our employees are the heart of the company and only by having a core set of beliefs and values will we be successful. We hire and live by these core values:
