ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end partnership strategy for Sierra’s US, Canada, and UK Government & SLED ecosystem, identifying, prioritizing, recruiting, and structuring the systems integrator, reseller, distributor, and strategic alliances that will most accelerate Sierra’s growth and expand our public-sector reach.
- Build and lead joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, developing compelling joint value propositions, identifying priority accounts and use cases, and aligning sales motions, pipeline goals, and shared success metrics to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Build a scalable partner program and enablement engine from the ground up, including training, certification paths, sales plays, field-facing materials, commercial frameworks, and onboarding programs that give partners the tools and confidence to effectively position, sell, and deliver Sierra.
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships from initial engagement through long-term success, cultivating executive-level sponsorship while establishing the operating rhythms, joint planning, business reviews, governance, and scorecards needed to keep partnerships accountable, productive, and scaling over time.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sierra and the broader public-sector partner ecosystem, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal; bringing market intelligence and partner feedback back into Sierra; representing the company at key industry and procurement events; and using pipeline and performance data to determine where to invest, course-correct, or evolve our partnership strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel strategy, with significant experience across US, Canada, and/or UK Government and SLED markets and a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
- Strong relationships across the government technology ecosystem, including resellers, systems integrators, distributors, and strategic partners such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, Accenture Federal Services, or comparable public-sector organizations.
- Deep understanding of government procurement and public-sector requirements, including RFPs/RFIs, cooperative purchasing vehicles, GSA schedules, CCS/G-Cloud frameworks, Canadian procurement vehicles, and relevant compliance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to earn senior-level trust and sponsorship while developing GTM frameworks, enablement programs, and operating cadences that scale partnerships.
- AI fluency and a builder mindset, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools and insights in day-to-day work and applying that knowledge to partnerships around an AI-native product like Sierra, along with the ability to travel across the US, Canada, and UK as needed.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience working at or partnering closely with government-focused organizations such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, or Accenture Federal, ideally within a high-growth enterprise company where you helped build and scale a public-sector partner ecosystem.
- Experience structuring and growing strategic partnerships, including negotiating commercial terms, developing co-sell and governance frameworks, and driving joint GTM initiatives, customer events, executive engagement, and partner marketing programs.
- Knowledge of the government technology landscape, ideally including CX/customer service technology, AI/ML applications and public-sector AI policy/procurement trends, with an existing security clearance or eligibility to obtain one where applicable.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional
Staff Machine Learning Operations Engineer
to join our
Platform
Engineering team
. This role will report to the
VP of Platform Engineering
. As Garner's foundational dedicated MLOps Engineer, you will assume responsibility for the reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of our production machine learning systems. You will lead the development of a robust platform designed to facilitate the secure and consistent deployment of models by our machine learning and data science teams. Given that these models directly influence health outcomes and cost-effectiveness for millions of patients, maintaining the highest standards of production quality is imperative.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the reliability, performance, functionality, and cost-efficiency of Garner's production ML systems, including establishing SLOs, observability, and on-call responsibilities.
Architect Garner's ML platform including required data infrastructure (including feature store, model registry and CI/CD for models), and standardized service patterns.
Implement ML-specific CI/CD pipelines: Transition our deployment process from manual notebook hand-offs to automated, PR-driven CI/CD workflows that include automated data quality checks and statistical model validation prior to deployment.
Drive down cost and latency through improved architecture, hardware choices, and model optimization as appropriate.
Lay the foundation for a future Garner MLOps team, including workflows, standards, and KPIs that enables rapid teammate onboarding and helps stakeholders and teammates quickly identify the health of the team’s products, allowing engineers to focus on areas where issues reside
Establish Drift Monitoring: Design and implement automated data drift and concept drift monitoring systems that alert the team when models degrade, laying the groundwork for future Continuous Training (CT) architectures
The ideal candidate has:
7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent operating ML or data-intensive systems in production at scale.
Deep experience with the modern ML production stack: model serving (e.g., Sagemaker, Triton, or equivalent), feature stores, model registries, and CI/CD for ML.
Strong infrastructure and platform engineering fundamentals: Kubernetes, containerization, cloud (AWS preferred), Terraform/IaC, observability, and incident response.
Experience designing ML platforms or significant components of one (not strictly consuming SaaS) and the judgment to know when to build vs. buy.
Strong collaboration with ML, data, platform engineers, data scientists, and product engineering teams, with the ability to set technical direction as the most senior MLOps voice in the org.
Healthcare, regulated-data, or other high-stakes production ML experience is a plus but not required.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Sagemaker, Terraform, S3, Snowflake, Airflow, Datadog
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $298,000 - $351,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager of Forward Deployed Engineering on Notion’s Services team, you will lead a team responsible for the hands-on technical delivery of our most complex customer engagements. Your team will design, build, and deploy production-ready solutions that help enterprise customers integrate Notion as the operating layer for their business.
You will combine people leadership, technical judgment, and customer-facing delivery. You will coach Forward Deployed Engineers through discovery, architecture, implementation, and launch while remaining close enough to the work to guide difficult technical decisions, unblock delivery, and build trust with senior customer stakeholders.
The team’s work includes custom code, production-grade agents and AI workflows using MCP, Agent APIs, and Notion’s automation and execution infrastructure, as well as integrations, data pipelines, enterprise migrations, and complex challenges involving scale, permissions, and governance.
You will help establish how Services delivers complex technical implementations across EMEA. This includes building a high-performing team, improving delivery standards and reusable technical assets, partnering with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and turning lessons from customer deployments into product and platform improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex enterprise customer engagements across EMEA.
- Create a high-performance team environment with clear expectations, strong technical standards, effective feedback, and meaningful career development.
- Own the quality and outcomes of engagements from technical discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, launch, and handover.
- Act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor to customer engineering, IT, security, and business leaders, helping them make informed architectural decisions and deepen their use of Notion.
- Guide the design, build, and operation of custom agents, integrations, automations, and data pipelines that connect Notion with customers’ systems and workflows.
- Oversee large-scale content and data migrations, including discovery, scoping, data modeling, transformation logic, validation, cutover, and post-migration optimization.
- Review technical designs and implementation plans, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly when an engagement requires senior technical leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Services leaders on qualification, feasibility, scoping, effort estimation, staffing, and delivery planning for strategic opportunities.
- Balance customer priorities, team capacity, and technical complexity to make sound staffing and sequencing decisions.
- Help define and scale the operating model for Forward Deployed Engineering, including hiring, onboarding, delivery methodologies, quality reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 8+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, customer engineering, software engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, or leading engineers responsible for customer-facing technical delivery.
- A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python, with the technical depth to review production-quality code and guide implementation decisions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, data transformation, and production systems.
- Experience leading technical discovery, assessing feasibility, identifying risks, scoping work, estimating effort, and translating ambiguous requirements into executable plans.
- Strong architectural judgment and debugging skills, with the ability to isolate root causes across code, APIs, permissions, integrations, data quality, automation logic, system limits, and customer-specific environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex customer engagements while maintaining quality, team health, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences from practitioners through executive stakeholders.
- A customer- and outcomes-oriented approach, with sound judgment about when to standardize, when to customize, and how to manage tradeoffs.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a Forward Deployed Engineering, professional services, or customer engineering function in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience deploying AI agents in complex coding or business workflows.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows involving MCP, APIs, LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval or RAG systems, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with ETL or ELT workflows, schema mapping, validation scripts, and large-scale content or data migration tooling.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps or architectural decisions based on customer implementation needs.
- Experience supporting pre-sales and early engagement phases, including technical discovery, migration scoping, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, prototypes, and custom scripts.
- Experience establishing technical delivery standards, quality review processes, discovery methodologies, or internal engineering tooling from the ground up.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY

Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About the role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in NYC. Reporting to our presales VP of Solutions Engineering, this is a founding leadership role where you'll help us establish the discipline from the ground up, shaping the playbook that drives your region's success while collaborating across the business to share best practices.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have full ownership of your team's success; you'll be hiring and developing Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on in the highest-impact deals in your market. You'll set the bar for how your team runs discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations. You'll regularly partner with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes. You'll own forecasting, performance, and the overall health of your market, collaborating with presales leadership on strategy and priorities.
Recruitment and Development
- Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs)in your region, across experience levels, from mid-career to subject matter experts.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring a high quality of discovery, demos, and technical evaluations across the team.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture where Solutions Engineers support each other across deals, not just their own book.
Execution
- Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of Concept, champion building, and handover to customer success) with consistency across your team.
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, so your team proves business value quickly regardless of use case.
- Build and maintain the presales toolkit for your team with Synthesia's product and operations teams for demo environments, reusable assets, evaluation guides, and objection handling; iterating where you see gaps for your market.
- Evangelize and drive consistent use of AI tools across your team, from call prep to demo delivery to turning discovery notes into follow-up documentation to improve win rate and deal size.
- Partner with Enablement and senior SEs in other markets to share what's working and avoid rebuilding the same assets twice.
- Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement in your market, and report on team performance, win rates, and Proofs of Concept throughput to presales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account and territory strategy, resourcing your team against the highest-value opportunities.
- Bring visibility to deal risk, timeline, and technical dependencies across your team's active opportunities, and unblock what your SEs can't unblock alone.
- Route field feedback, product gaps, and competitive intelligence from your team up to Product, Product Marketing, and SE leadership.
Domain and Playbook expertise
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Use your experience in expert-level discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept scoping to coach SEs at every level.
- Build fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks across your team through coaching on real-world application, not framework recitation.
- Deliver and coach Proofs of Concept and executive readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, holding the room with C-level audiences yourself when the deal calls for it.
About you:
- Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
- You've owned the full employee life cycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions, across tenures from early stage to specialised individual contributors. You've done this with teams you've inherited, plus those you've built from scratch.
- Your path to leadership started as an IC executing straightforward opportunities against a playbook, then evolved into solving complex problems with product partners - ultimately building deep expertise in a specific business area or vertical.
- Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent execution of an established presales process, not through reinventing it.
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales perspective, not mimicking the AE perspective.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with the credibility to coach both new and experienced SEs on applying them.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value narratives, and can teach others to do the same.
- Collaborative leadership style, comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership as peers, not just stakeholders.
Location: This role is hybrid (2+ days a week in our NYC office depending on needs), and we offer 60 days "work from anywhere" annually.
Beneftis
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment for NY based employees
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan + company match
- Paid parental leave
- 25 days of annual leave + Public holidays + paid sick leave
- Fun culture with regular socials
- A generous referral scheme
- A brand new computer + monitor, + a working from home stipend
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company building reliable, interpretable AI systems like the Claude family of large language models.
About the role
Prompts specify what Claude does. Evals measure whether it did. The Product Prompt and Eval Design team handles both for product design: the system prompt greeting new users, tool descriptions deciding whether Claude searches, instructions maintaining quality, and evals testing all of it. The role focuses on building evals that check prompts, the harness running them, and tools enabling designers to do this work independently. It involves close collaboration with surface owners, engineers, and prompt engineering teams during model releases.
Key responsibilities:
— Write and revise prompts behind Claude's tools, features, and behaviors on product surfaces; test, fix, ship, and confirm prompts.
— Build graders to validate prompt fixes and rerun on new models; automate evals from designers' rubrics and analyze transcripts.
— Develop visual, low-code eval tools for designers without engineering help: assemble comparison sets, convert rubrics into graders, compare prompt variants, and present results.
— Observe designers using tools and simplify them.
— Support model releases by testing surfaces, writing prompt fixes and migrations, and creating prompts for new features.
— Establish and scale the eval harness to test 50-100 tools with reliable settings, maintain eval stability across models, and diagnose regressions.
— Package issues unfixable by prompting for training, including graders, human-feedback questions, and good/bad pairs.
Minimum qualifications:
— Production-quality Python.
— Experience building and maintaining evaluation pipelines for LLM products: graders, rubrics, comparison sets, regression suites, and their orchestration.
— Experience creating internal tools with user-friendly interfaces for non-coders.
— Experience setting up test harnesses, sandboxing tool calls, and stabilizing settings for comparable runs.
— Experience shipping prompts or working closely with prompt shippers, understanding prompt failures across models.
— Ability to read transcripts beyond scores.
Preferred qualifications:
— Experience within a model-launch cycle.
— A/B testing experience linking offline evals to online outcomes.
— Front-end or notebook-to-app experience and insights on eval result legibility.
— Experience converting product rubrics into training signals: graders, human-feedback questions, or preference pairs.
— Concern for Claude's behavior for users, beyond metric changes.
Logistics:
— Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
— Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% office presence expected.
— Visa sponsorship available with legal support.
Anthropic values diversity and encourages applications from underrepresented groups. The company emphasizes AI safety and ethical implications, fostering a collaborative environment focused on impactful AI research.
Compensation:
— Annual salary range: $305,000 - $385,000 USD.
Work location:
— Hybrid in San Francisco or New York offices.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.
