WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and French
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.
By clicking “Submit Application,” I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Freedom24 is a CySEC-regulated stockbroker and part of Freedom Holding Corp, listed on Nasdaq. Clients trade over a million instruments across 15 exchanges through the platform. The Group is headquartered in Limassol and has been steadily opening offices across Europe, we have 10 offices in Europe, and now needs a single document management architecture that can actually support all of them.
That's the mandate here. Someone is needed to sit down with a blank sheet of paper and figure out how a regulated European financial group should manage everything from contracts and corporate records to Board papers and client files, across Cyprus and every subsidiary. You'll report straight to the Chief Legal Officer and have full autonomy. The first six months are focused entirely on this: auditing where things stand today and designing the model the Group should move to. What comes after depends on what you find and build during that time, but this is very much a first chapter, not the whole story.
To be clear: the current Document Management team is doing a good job running things day to day. Nothing here suggests otherwise. What's missing is the layer above that, the architecture the Company needs now that it's operating across this many countries, and building that layer is the job.
Why this role exists
The Group has outgrown a document management model shaped mainly around Legal's needs. As the Company expands across European subsidiaries, document management needs to become a structured, centralized, auditable discipline — not a set of local routines. That's the gap this role is built to close.
What you'll do
Audit the current landscape end-to-end: WSS / Prime Docs, DocuSign, approval routes, contract administration, electronic archives, original-document handling, and cross-entity workflows.
Run a rigorous gap analysis — process, governance, systems, subsidiary integration, reporting, AI-readiness — and separate what should stay from what needs to change.
Design the target operating model: centralized governance, document taxonomy, RACI and ownership, approval and e-signature principles, archive and access-rights framework.
Assess whether to enhance, integrate, or replace current systems, and translate the future model into clear IT business requirements — including where AI can add real value (classification, extraction, search, key-date monitoring).
Deliver a phased, board-ready implementation roadmap for Cyprus and the European subsidiaries, with a clear view on how the role itself should evolve afterward.
What makes this role different
Direct line to the CLO and real influence on how the Group operates, from day one.
A true build-from-scratch mandate — you set the architecture, not just optimize a process.
Strong signal for the next chapter of your career: proven potential to evolve into a permanent global document management leadership role.
You'll work with the existing team, not around it. Their operational expertise is your foundation, not something to route around from a standing start.
Requirements
10-12+ years in document management, records management, information governance, legal operations, CLM, or business process transformation.
Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, payments, or a comparable multinational, multi-jurisdictional group.
Hands-on knowledge of EDMS and e-signature platforms, contract registers / CLM logic, electronic archives, metadata, and access-rights models.
A track record of auditing complex cross-functional processes and turning findings into a practical, adoptable operating model.
The stakeholder skills to lead a transformation with no direct authority and the tact to frame gaps as scale-driven, never as a verdict on the current team.
A plus: experience with AI-enabled document intelligence, automation, or document classification tools.
What this role is not
Not a legal review role, a general legal-ops role, an IT developer role, or an administrative position.
Not a replacement for the current Head of Document Management — this is a senior transformation and systems-design mandate that builds on top of the existing operation, not instead of it.
Benefits
Competitive salary package;
Annual performance bonus;
Relocation package and visa support for you and your family;
Company-provided life insurance;
The company covers 50% of the annual cost of the Healthy Plan, which the employee can arrange with any insurance company.
21 working days of paid vacation;
Public holidays under applicable law are substituted by the Employer with alternative 12 days off. The Employee can have 1 (one) additional day off per month – 12 (twelve) additional days off per year.
Up to 3 days per month’s sick leave without a medical report from a licensed general physician justifying such absence;
Access to Freedom Cafe, our on-site café and social space offering freshly prepared coffee;
Corporate Freedom GYM and yoga classes in the office;
Team-building activities, corporate and sport events, football and volleyball clubs.

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talents with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a dynamic technology consultancy and systems integrator specializing in scalable digital transformation and cloud-based infrastructure. They partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to streamline complex business processes through expert automation, CRM optimization, and custom software architecture. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, the team helps modern businesses leverage data-driven insights to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is a "builder" at heart. This team works with elite B2B SaaS founders and executives, turning high-level insights into a scalable content engine. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.
Social Amplification: Manage the social media tech stack, handle all posting schedules, and engage in light community management (cross-tagging and responses) to drive reach.
LinkedIn Automation: Oversee and optimize existing LinkedIn outreach and posting automation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
Email & Growth Ops: Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management (ideally within GoHighLevel), and triggering outbound sequences.
Ad Management (Bonus): Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content.
Requirements
GoHighLevel Mastery: Experience building out email funnels and CRM workflows within GHL.
Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
Tool Stack Knowledge:
Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.
Performance Marketing:
Experience with paid social ads and A/B testing.
Creative Skills:
Basic video editing or design skills to support content teasers.
Growth Mindset:
Interest in connecting marketing efforts to direct revenue generation and sales performance.

💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams

About the role
We're looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to join us in our goal of making the ElevenLabs developer experience the gold standard other companies look up to.
You'll help design, build and maintain our open source projects to drive developer adoption. Whether it's our server and client side SDKs or MCP server, you'll be directly involved in the developer journey for new and existing products.
Additionally you'll help design and improve the ElevenLabs API, build developer tooling, and act as "customer zero" for new developer products.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys open source software and jumping between multiple programming languages across the stack. This role is for engineers who are motivated by improving the developer experience — hands on keyboard, building the developer experience.
Requirements
- You enjoy building and maintaining open source projects — ideally you've created or maintained SDKs.
- A strong full-stack engineering skillset with a flair for API design.
- A passion for writing engaging technical content incl. in-depth blog posts.
- Are an excellent communicator able to triage technical issues.
- Bonus: You enjoy attending, speaking and engaging at developer conferences.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to help scale Sierra’s internal systems during a critical period of growth. You’ll be the second member of our IT Engineering team, partnering closely with our IT Lead, GRC Lead, and Platform Engineering team to build and operate the systems that support our company day-to-day.
This is an engineering-first role. Our team approaches IT the same way product engineering teams build software: through code, automation, and well-designed systems. We build internal tools, ship integrations, and operate CI/CD-style workflows to manage identity, security, and infrastructure at scale.
This is a foundational role with significant ownership. You’ll help design and implement core infrastructure, strengthen security controls, and improve how we operate internally. The right person enjoys building high-leverage systems, automating repetitive work, and creating well-documented, scalable solutions that make the entire company more effective.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In your first few months, you’ll focus on:
- Iterating on and improving internal tools that power IT and security workflows
- Deploying a DLP solution and integrating it into automated enforcement pipelines
- Building API-driven integrations between internal systems and our compliance automation platform
More broadly, you will:
- Design and scale internal infrastructure using code and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Build and maintain internal tools and services
- Improve and develop automation pipelines for provisioning, access management, and security controls
- Treat IT systems like software: versioned, tested, and continuously improved
- Partner with Platform Engineering and Security to implement scalable, programmatic solutions
- Create clear, durable documentation to support long-term scalability
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Think of IT problems as engineering problems, and default to building over manual work
- Have strong experience with identity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, SCIM, OIDC)
- Have deployed or managed DLP or related security solutions (e.g., ZTNA, Cloudflare)
- Have extensive experience with IaC (Terraform)
- Are comfortable writing code for automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)
- Have experience building internal tools or services that integrate via APIs
- Are comfortable working with CI/CD concepts and automation pipelines
- Are fluent in using and administering modern AI tooling
- Understand SaaS lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Communicate clearly and document your systems well
- Are comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
EVEN BETTER...
- Background in software engineering or prior experience on a product engineering team
- Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling
- Familiarity with security tooling such as CASB, EDR, or MDM
- Experience with access audits, data residency, or compliance controls
- Experience deploying systems using AWS and infrastructure-as-code
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an IT Support Specialist in New York, you'll be the hands-on, on-the-ground owner of day-to-day IT for one of our fastest-growing offices. You'll be the first person teammates turn to when something isn't working, and the person who makes sure hardware, conference rooms, and the office network simply work. This is a role for someone who thrives in execution mode and enjoys solving problems quickly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- IT Support: Serve as the first line of defense for employee IT issues in New York, with deep focus on macOS troubleshooting, application support, and network connectivity.
- Global Support Queue: Share responsibility for Sierra's global IT helpdesk queue during your regional working hours: triage new requests, resolve issues across offices, keep ownership clear, coordinate escalation, and provide clean cross-time-zone handoffs.
- Technical User Support: Support engineers and other highly technical teammates with curiosity and confidence, using logs, command-line tools, and clear written communication when appropriate.
- AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: Use approved AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, hypothesis generation, and documentation while protecting sensitive data and independently validating consequential recommendations.
- Hardware Management: Own the full device lifecycle locally—procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, loaner pool oversight, and device re-provisioning for offboarded users.
- AV & Conference Rooms: Keep every room meeting-ready. Maintain and troubleshoot conference room AV, proactively test rooms, and own the peripheral and accessory inventory.
- Office Build-Out & Moves: Partner with Facilities, our project managers, and AV integrators to spec, stage, and commission IT and AV for our new New York space, and support the move from our current location.
- Network & Vendor Coordination: Triage office network and connectivity issues, then drive them to resolution with our ISP, network, and building vendors.
- IT Onboarding: Set up laptops and essential software for new hires, delivering a seamless first-day experience.
- SaaS Administration: Handle routine administration in Okta, Google Workspace, and other core applications, including users and groups, app assignments, access changes, licensing, and basic audit-log review.
- IT Projects: Take on well-scoped endpoint, SaaS, access, inventory, or workplace technology projects with clear success criteria, appropriate review, testing, documentation, and rollback planning.
- Process Improvement: Look beyond the immediate ticket, respectfully challenge inefficient or fragile practices, propose practical improvements, and help implement and document better ways of working.
- IT Logistics: Support software installs, device shipments to East Coast teammates, repair and warranty coordination, and proactive hardware refresh planning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: 2-5 years in hands-on IT support or systems administration, with strong macOS experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with endpoint management and MDM systems (e.g., Jamf), identity tooling (e.g., Okta), and troubleshooting across Mac hardware and software.
- SaaS Foundations: Hands-on experience with basic Okta, Google Workspace, or comparable SaaS administration and a desire to grow into broader systems ownership.
- Engineering Environment: Experience supporting engineers or other highly technical users, or clear evidence that you can communicate credibly, work from technical evidence, and learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Troubleshooting Judgment: A structured, hypothesis-driven approach; strong follow-through; and the judgment to recognize uncertainty, seek review, or escalate before a risky change.
- Queue Ownership: Able to manage competing requests in a shared global queue, communicate priorities, maintain accurate status, and carry issues through resolution or a clear handoff.
- Continuous Improvement: Curious about why work is done a certain way and comfortable constructively challenging the status quo with specific, practical recommendations.
- AV & Network Fluency: Practical troubleshooting of conference room AV and office networking fundamentals—Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs—and the judgment to know when to escalate to a vendor.
- Organization: Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset—able to track devices, accessories, and inventory accurately across multiple offices.
- Execution Focused: Bias for action and the ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and follow through without constant direction, while knowing when to seek review or escalate.
- Communication: Friendly, clear communicator who can help teammates quickly and patiently—whether they're in-office or remote.
- Work model: This role is based in our New York office, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience supporting an office build-out, relocation, or new-site commissioning from the IT and AV side.
- Familiarity with Zoom Rooms and hardware such as Neat, Logitech, or Poly.
- Past experience with Apple Business Manager or zero-touch deployment tools.
- Passion for documentation, process improvement, and enabling others to solve simple issues themselves.
- Change-Control Exposure: Familiarity with version control, peer review, staged rollout, rollback planning, infrastructure or configuration as code, or other disciplined change practices.
- Automation: Experience using APIs, scripts, Terraform, or similar tools to make routine administration safer and more repeatable.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is building and securing data center capacity at an unprecedented pace, and the power and cooling equipment that goes into those sites — switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and unforgiving of defects. A single nonconformance discovered at site can cost weeks of schedule.
We're hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to own quality at the source: inside our OEMs' and integrators' factories. You will qualify suppliers, define acceptance criteria, witness factory acceptance tests, drive corrective action to closure, and make sure equipment leaves the factory complete, conforming, documented, and ready to install. You are the person who catches the problem in Ohio before it becomes a problem in Texas.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, partnering daily with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Construction, and Commissioning. It is not a supplier-relationship-management role and not a people-management role — the emphasis is technical quality engineering at manufacturing facilities.
What You'll Do
Supplier qualification and readiness
Lead quality qualification of new and existing suppliers of power and cooling equipment, including on-site process audits, capability assessments, and manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) ahead of production release.
Translate Anthropic engineering specifications into supplier-facing quality requirements: inspection and test plans (ITPs), acceptance criteria, witness/hold points, and documentation deliverables.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing to embed quality requirements, Supplier Quality Agreements, and FAT/documentation expectations into RFPs and contracts.
Factory acceptance and in-process quality
Plan, witness, and sign off factory acceptance tests (FATs) for electrical gear (switchgear, UPS, transformers, gensets, busway, PDUs) and mechanical systems (chillers, CDUs, CRAH/fan walls, dry coolers, pumps, piping skids), including functional, performance, and integrated-system testing.
Conduct in-process and pre-shipment inspections at supplier facilities; verify build-to-print conformance, workmanship, labeling, and traceability.
Review and approve supplier test reports, quality data packages, and turnover documentation; ensure equipment ships complete and installation-ready.
Nonconformance and corrective action
Own the nonconformance (NCR) and deviation process for factory-found issues; lead containment, disposition, and root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and fault-tree methods.
Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to verified closure with measurable, sustained improvement.
Investigate field-reported defects that trace back to manufacturing, and feed lessons learned into supplier requirements, ITPs, and future RFPs.
Metrics and continuous improvement
Define and track supplier quality KPIs — first-pass FAT yield, defect rate, NCR aging, on-time documentation, supplier scorecards — and report them in quarterly supplier business reviews.
Apply SPC and statistical analysis to supplier process data to identify systemic risk before it reaches a FAT.
Help build the quality framework for a rapidly scaling, multi-supplier, multi-region equipment pipeline — templates, checklists, audit standards, and the operating rhythm around them.
Who You Are
6–10+ years of quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or supplier quality experience in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing, mission-critical infrastructure, or a comparable regulated/high-consequence industry.
Hands-on experience with at least one side of the data center equipment stack — medium/low-voltage switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, busway, or chillers, CDUs, air handlers, pumps — and the curiosity to come up to speed fast on the other.
Proven record planning and witnessing FATs and conducting supplier audits, with the judgment to know when to hold a shipment and when to accept with deviation.
Deep fluency in structured problem-solving and quality tools: 8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, control plans, PPAP or equivalent.
Able to read electrical one-lines, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings and check a build against them.
Strong technical writing — you produce ITPs, audit reports, and NCR packages that stand on their own.
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity, and communicating clearly to engineers, suppliers, and leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center equipment supply chains, or with OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Familiarity with liquid-cooling systems (CDUs, manifolds, quick disconnects) and the cleanliness, pressure, and leak-test regimes they require.
Working knowledge of relevant standards: UL 891/1558/1778, IEEE C37, NEMA, AHRI 550/590, ASHRAE 90.4, ASME B31.x, ISO 9001 auditing.
ASQ CQE/CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or lead-auditor certification.
Experience standing up a supplier quality function or QMS from a small base.
Proficiency with QMS/ERP platforms and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar).
Logistics
Location: [San Francisco / hybrid — or remote US with hub access?]
Travel: [40–60%] to supplier and integrator factories across the US and [internationally], with occasional visits to active construction sites.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI for Defense team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments.
As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify impact, and align solutions with mission and organizational objectives.
AI Solution Design & Deployment

- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, security, and impact.
- Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the potential of our technology and paving the way for full-scale deployment.
Value Realization & Customer Success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in Mistral.
- Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product, science, and security roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence in regulated settings.
- Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTIONS
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it.
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners).
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments (defense, public sector, critical infrastructure) is a plus.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE CRITERIA
- Eligibility: must hold citizenship in the target territory (France for now).
- Clearable: must meet all local requirements for high-level security clearance (e.g. no criminal record, fulfillment of national service obligations).

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
