ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Creator Marketing Manager at OnePay, you'll help build our creator program from the ground up — and own the execution that makes it run. You'll keep every campaign moving, every piece of content compliant, every creator relationship warm, and every piece of data organized, working directly with the creator lead and our external agency so nothing falls through the cracks from brief to post to report. You will:
- Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end — including creator briefings, follow-ups, and deadlines from brief through content review, approval, and publishing
- Track deliverables across active campaigns, flagging delays before they become problems
- Run first-pass content reviews against brand guidelines and briefs, flagging FTC disclosure, platform policy, or brand safety risks
- Route content through legal and compliance review, maintaining version control and a running record of approvals and sign-offs
- Build and maintain the creator database — contacts, rates, audience data, performance history, and contract status
- Compile post-campaign performance data and support recap reports with metrics, screenshots, and insights
- Research and surface potential creator partners aligned to campaign briefs and audience fit
- Coordinate creator contracts and payment processing in partnership with Legal and Finance
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, either at a creator/influencer agency or in an in-house brand role
- Deep YouTube expertise — you know the creator ecosystem inside and out, and instinctively prioritize YouTube-native creators over those who simply cross-post
- Experience working with external agencies specifically managing new workflows and developing processes
- Strong creator marketing instincts. You understand what makes creator content feel authentic and platform-native versus overly scripted or “brand-y”, and you know how to balance a creator’s voice with the needs of the brand.
- Exceptional project ownership. You naturally create structure where it doesn’t exist. You build a tracker before anyone asks, anticipate dependencies, flag risks early, keep stakeholders aligned, and follow through until the work is actually done.
- Familiarity with major social platforms and creator content norms across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

An overview of this role
As Lead Legal Counsel, Corporate, you'll own securities, public company reporting, and corporate governance work for GitLab, a growing public technology company. You'll join the Legal & Corporate Affairs (LACA) team as a senior individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Compliance.
You'll bring a strong securities law foundation and a broad corporate perspective to a small team. Your work will span quarterly reporting and earnings, the annual proxy statement and stockholders meeting, board and committee matters, equity plans, and subsidiary governance. You'll also support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic initiatives.
You'll work closely with Accounting, Corporate Development, Finance, Investor Relations, People, Product, Stock Administration, Tax, and Treasury. You'll translate complex legal issues into clear recommendations, build trust across functions, and balance legal risk with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Own securities and public company reporting matters, working with internal stakeholders and external auditors on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, quarterly reports, earnings releases, the annual proxy statement, investor presentations, and other public disclosures.
Advise on corporate governance, including board and committee processes, the annual stockholders meeting, corporate approvals, equity plan matters, executive compensation, and related compliance requirements.
Provide legal guidance on complex entity matters across jurisdictions, including formation, maintenance, reorganizations, intercompany agreements, and wind-downs.
Support M&A and other strategic transactions, contributing to diligence, documentation, approvals, signing, closing, and post-closing integration.
Engage and manage outside counsel across jurisdictions, coordinating work and ensuring practical, high-quality, and cost-effective advice.
Identify legal and business risks, present clear options to senior stakeholders, and monitor legal developments to keep policies, processes, and controls current.
Build and improve playbooks, checklists, templates, and workflows for recurring corporate legal work. Train junior legal team members and cross-functional partners to use these resources.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of demonstrated relevant legal experience, including law firm experience advising US-listed public companies on securities law, corporate governance, and public company reporting. Prior in-house experience is a plus.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to a US state bar.
The ability to independently manage complex legal matters and cross-functional projects, prioritize competing needs, and drive work to completion with limited direction.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical legal issues to non-lawyers and senior leaders and build trusted working relationships.
The ability to investigate unfamiliar legal questions, weigh risks against business objectives, and turn recommendations into action.
Experience improving legal processes, templates, policies, or other scalable resources.
The ability to collaborate in a remote, globally distributed team across time zones and cultures, and willingness to use GitLab in your day-to-day work.
Helpful but not required: in-house work at a public software-as-a-service (SaaS), software, or open core company; M&A; cross-border corporate matters; outside counsel management; or legal technology that helps scale legal work.
About the team
The Corporate & Compliance team supports principled corporate governance and GitLab's culture of compliance. We work with leaders and subject matter experts across LACA and the broader company to provide practical, timely legal guidance.
LACA is a globally distributed team that supports GitLab's growth through legal expertise, business partnership, and continuous process improvement. ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Infrastructure Engineers to build the platform every ElevenLabs team ships on. From the GPU clusters that train and serve our models to the cloud platform our product teams build on, you’ll own the infrastructure that millions of users and thousands of businesses depend on.
You’ll work directly with research, product, security and safety engineers to launch new infrastructure, scale it as their needs grow, and lead the migrations and platform improvements that make it more reliable, secure and cost-efficient.
- Run and scale Kubernetes clusters, including GPU clusters for inference and training, across cloud and on-prem.
- Set up compute, networking, permissions and access for other teams as they grow.
- Host and operate the data systems product teams depend on.
- Build the tooling, automations and services that make infrastructure self-serve for the rest of the companyTake on large efforts, such as cluster builds and cloud migrations, and see them through end to end.
We’re a flat team, so you’ll be hands-on from day one. You have strong opinions about doing things right, and you can still move fast when parts of the stack aren’t perfect.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Strong experience with GCP, including designing, building and migrating cloud infrastructure end to end as an individual contributor.
- Strong Python and/or Golang skills and a habit of solving infrastructure problems with code and automation.
- Experience operating stateful systems (databases, observability stacks) on behalf of other engineering teams.
- Solid fundamentals in infrastructure as code (Terraform, ArgoCD), IAM management, and the pragmatism to prioritise what matters in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: experience with GPU clusters or ML training/inference infrastructure (e.g. vLLM, Slurm), on-prem/bare-metal or deep networking experience, or open-source contributions in the cloud-native community.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Arcadia is the most trusted healthcare platform powering outcomes. We transform complex healthcare data into trusted intelligence, helping providers, payers, and life sciences organizations act with clarity, make confident decisions, and achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Built on a comprehensive data foundation spanning tens of millions of patient lives, Arcadia combines advanced analytics and responsible AI to surface meaningful insights, coordinate action, and improve performance at scale. Our approach to AI and automation is governed and transparent — designed to strengthen human expertise, not replace judgment or obscure responsibility.
Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Medicaid policy analysis
Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable
Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead
Technical analytical delivery
Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena
Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks
Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff
Customer presence and engagement
Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences
Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building
Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have
Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus
Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness
Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks
Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight
A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction
Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI
What “Principal” means here
This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can:
Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information
Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership
Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example
Don't need a project manager or close direction
We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before.
Would Love For You To Have
Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus
Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis
Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows
Experience mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO
The opportunity to:
Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program
Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded
Protect Yourself
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
In this role, you are responsible for following all security policies and procedures to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship, as well as Arcadia intellectual property. For security-specific roles, the hiring manager defines any additional responsibilities.
Arcadia does not discriminate based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, religion, age (40 and older), equal pay, disability or genetic information (including family medical history or genetic tests or services), and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Program Overview
Many of the questions that will shape our future have no single checkable answer. Reasoning well about them, whether in law, policy, philosophy, economics, cognitive science, or AI safety itself, takes the kind of judgment experts spend years building. We believe frontier AI, developed safely, can become a real partner on these questions, but getting there means working closely with the people who know these fields best.
This fellowship brings researchers and experts from
philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy, and law
into Anthropic for four months to work alongside our research teams. Fellows pair deep domain expertise with our frontier models and internal tooling to evaluate, improve, and apply Claude's capabilities in their field.
What to Expect:
A concrete, scoped project matched to your background, with mentorship from Anthropic researchers.
Access to frontier Claude models and internal evaluation tooling.
A cohort of incoming Fellows to collaborate with and a connection to Anthropic's broader research community.
Compensation:
$100,000–$167,000 USD for the four-month fellowship (equivalent to $300,000–$500,000 USD annualized), and other benefits.
Key responsibilities
Identifying key open problems in your field, assessing approaches to solving them, and using Claude to make progress on them.
Identifying grand societal challenges which the expertise of your field is crucial for addressing, and assessing Claude’s strengths and weaknesses in tackling them.
Designing evaluations and RL environments that test models in your field systematically, turning your expertise into working tests of how well Claude reasons in your field.
Team up with other Fellows in your field to build environments that push Claude on the hardest, most judgment-heavy problems your discipline has to offer.
Minimum qualifications
Are excited about the potential for AI to reason well about hard questions in their field where expert judgment matters.
Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in your day-to-day workflow.
Hold (or are completing) a PhD in philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy or law, or have equivalent research experience.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-agency atmosphere for a few months and delivering concrete results.
Existing authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
Preferred qualifications
Experience designing evaluations, benchmarks, datasets, or expert rubrics.
Demonstrated expertise in your field, shown through research, scholarship, or expert-level analytical writing.
Representative projects
A philosopher building hard cases that require normative judgment in ethics or formal epistemology.
A cognitive scientist designing experimental-design and model-comparison tasks.
An economist writing modelling and identification problems with ground truth.
A policy scholar drafting regulatory and cost-benefit analysis tasks with expert rubrics.
A legal scholar building AI-policy-relevant law datasets.
Logistics - Fellows

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first. As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you'll own Anthropic's security business across the accounts in one of our business units, such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or technology. You'll lead the security strategy with CISOs, partnering with the Account Executives who own the accounts in your industry to drive opportunities and put Claude to work on their hardest security problems.
You'll help decide how we sell security, what we learn from customers, and how that shapes our products. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well.
Key responsibilities
Build and close security business, from the first conversation with a CISO's team through contract and expansion, working with the Account Executive who owns each relationship
Create security pipeline with the Account Executives in your industry, from their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and joint work with partners
Lead with the customer's problem: finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely
Partner with your Applied AI engineers on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture, and know when to bring them in
Guide customers through security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement
Teach the Account Executives in your business unit to spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what you hear from security teams back to our product, safeguards and marketing teams
Minimum qualifications
Experience selling or supporting the sale of cybersecurity products or services to enterprise customers
Deep experience in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
Ability to hold credible conversations with a CISO, an application security lead and a security engineer about how their work gets done
A consultative approach to selling: you understand the problem before you propose anything, and you're honest about what a product can't do
A commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
5 or more years in sales or other customer-facing roles, including 3 or more years selling or supporting cybersecurity products or services for enterprise customers
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver
Experience as a specialist alongside account teams while carrying your own number, and the ability to say exactly what you did to win the deal
Experience building pipeline where there's no playbook yet, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
A record of leading through influence, not authority: Account Executives bring you into their accounts because you help them win
Experience selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Hands-on experience as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$380,000

$450,000 USD

Resolve issues directly or coordinate with Marketing Operations and Salesforce admins.
Keep these systems aligned with Marketing, Sales, Events and campaign execution.

Hands-on experience running a CMS and publishing workflow at scale, including templates, metadata and SEO implementation, and comfort building and publishing pages yourself.

Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content governance.
Working knowledge of marketing and lead-generation tooling such as Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) and Chili Piper.
A strong UX eye and comfort using analytics to find problems and prove improvements.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for Ramp’s founding Public Sector Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team will drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp: Public Sector.
You will build and evolve Ramp’s Public Sector go-to-market motion from the ground up. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing SDRs, setting team strategy, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to drive pipeline and business outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the Public Sector SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, messaging, and operating processes.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, Public Sector positioning, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting strategy, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Define Ramp’s Public Sector competitive differentiation and develop resources to strengthen objection handling and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with AEs and partners across Product, Sales, and Marketing to achieve company objectives.
- Report on segment performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Public Sector Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into the Public Sector.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools and familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience selling financial-services products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Experience building a Public Sector SDR function from the ground up or scaling a team within a new segment.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

This role takes end-to-end ownership of the main website to convert engineers, architects, and data platform leaders into pipeline. This is a hands-on role. You design, build, test, and optimize; owning the tool, the framework, and the output.
What You Will Do:
Core Website
User flow optimization and on-site UX: navigation, conversion paths, internal linking, and the overall experience from entry point to conversion action
Manage relationship with brand and development team to design and build core Webflow pages
Design system stewardship: maintain visual and component consistency across the site as brand direction evolves, in partnership with brand

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Director of Autonomy at Humanoid, you will lead the team that teaches our bipedal platform to perform locomanipulation tasks in homes and service environments: tidying a room, loading and unloading a dishwasher, putting groceries away, folding laundry, and similar tasks. The output of your team is capabilities that run reliably on real robots and pass our evals, not papers or one-off demos. This is a player-coach role: you own the roadmap, hiring, and delivery, while also training policies, curating data, and debugging failures on the robot yourself. That hands-on work is how you lead: it's how you find what slows the team down and fix it for everyone.
This role sits at the intersection of applied deep learning, robotics, and people leadership, working closely with the Controls team on whole-body teleoperation and combining RL controllers with learned policies, and with the Core Technology team on foundation model pre-training for five-finger dexterity and RL methods. If you have hands-on experience with real robot hardware, a track record in applied deep learning, and have led engineers doing this kind of work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own The Capability Roadmap: Work with product to identify use-case priority, choose the execution strategy, define the evals, and deliver on the agreed timeline.
- Lead The Team: Hire, develop, and manage a team of robot learning engineers; set engineering and experimental standards; run day-to-day prioritization.
- Co-Own The System 0/1 Interface: Agree with the Controls team on what the policy commands (end-effector targets, root velocity, pelvis height, foot targets, hand joint targets), debug failures across that boundary, and push requirements into the whole-body control roadmap.
- Partner On Data Strategy: Specify what good data looks like for bipedal locomanipulation with data collection and external acquisition organizations, ensure diversity and coverage, iterate on operator instructions, and supervise collection on the biped.
- Drive Sim-To-Real Transfer: Work with the Simulation team to set up RL training on the digital twin for bipedal tasks, then iterate on reward and simulation quality to ensure transfer to the real world.
- Shape Base Model Development: Feed bipedal requirements — embodiment coverage in the pretraining mixture, action representations, latency budgets — into the VLA Core Technology team's base model development, and adopt new base models as they land.
- Inform Hardware Design: Interface with the Hardware Design team so findings about hands, arms, and legs on the current generation are reflected in future designs.
- Report On Progress: Communicate progress to leadership in terms of capabilities working on the robot, eval results, and failure analysis.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years working on robots (industry or research) with shipped artifacts to show for it, including learned manipulation or locomanipulation policies deployed on real hardware.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers doing applied robot learning, including hiring and people management, with capabilities delivered to a deadline.
- Hands-on today: you've trained and debugged policies within the last year and intend to keep doing so, and can curate data, post-train a policy, and diagnose failures without delegating that work.
- Experience post-training VLA-class policies (autoregressive, diffusion, or flow-matching based) via behavior cloning and/or RL.
- Solid understanding of the modern teleoperation and low-level control stack — whole-body control, inverse kinematics, RL locomotion controllers — and the ability to tell whether a failure lives in the policy, the controller, or the data.
- Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong grounding in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs crisply to engineers and leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-fingered dexterous hands: teleoperation and retargeting, tactile sensing, in-hand manipulation.
- Experience with legged platforms: bipedal locomotion, whole-body control, humanoid teleoperation.
- Experience applying RL to robotics problems in simulation or on real robots.
- Familiarity with Physical Intelligence (π) models, NVIDIA GR00T, or similar open VLA frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or deep learning conferences (CoRL, RSS, ICRA, NeurIPS) or equivalent open-source contributions.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $300,000-$450,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how experience maps to our internal leveling.
Location: Remote - US West
About the Job:
We're looking for a senior security leader to run our Product Security team and partner to the Director of Security. In this role, you'll own how Security operates: a program led by risk rather than audit calendars, where engineering teams own their security health and Security informs, guides, and validates, where automation and AI take the first pass on every finding, and where posture is measured and published to executives every quarter. You'll build that model, starting with Product Security and extending across the division.
You'll bring a balance of people management, security judgment, and program leadership as you manage a team of security engineers, act as incident manager of record, hold delegated approval for vendor and access decisions, and run the division when the Director is in an audit, a board cycle, or on vacation. You'll work closely with every engineering team to make the secure path the easy one.
Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of your team's work, appropriately managing everyone's time and assigning them to the highest priority work.
Help your team and the engineering organization make sense of, and simplify, how security work gets done: who owns what, what is automated, and what Security stops doing.
Guide product engineering teams in owning their own security health: findings route to them with mapped severity, Security reviews and validates rather than fixes, and each team sees its security health in its own service review.
Own the wiring and routing of security findings and requests, driving down noise and the human-decision rate across intake, triage, and review.
Serve as incident manager of record for security incidents: first escalation for our service-level commitments, delegated approver for vendor and access decisions, and cover for the Director's operational duties.
Publish posture: monthly service-level attainment to engineering, quarterly posture to the executive team, and a risk register that drives priorities.
About You:
You have led a security team out of the gatekeeper model once already, and you can say what teams owned afterward, what Security stopped doing, and what the numbers did.
You think in risk, not control lists, and you would rather defend a priority call than a checklist.
You treat automation and AI as the first responder and yourself as the escalation path.
You have been the second leader to a director or CISO and know which decisions to make in their name.
You have run security incidents end to end, including the comms and the review afterward.
You were a strong Senior or Staff security engineer before you managed, and you can still read a PR, a threat model, or a cloud finding and make a call.
You track and drive metrics, and you understand what they can and can't tell you.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a formal security or engineering management role, including managing senior engineers.
Experience moving a security function from gatekeeper to team ownership, with measurable results.
Experience as incident manager for security incidents at a SaaS company, including external communication.
Experience guiding teams through technical tradeoffs and developing senior engineers' careers.
The ability to track and drive metrics, and the wisdom to understand what they can and can't tell you.
Familiarity with AWS security at scale and with external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP) as a participant or control owner.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A thoughtful, empathetic approach to leadership and collaboration.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.
The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both.
Recent work spans enterprise controls, management APIs, developer observability, onboarding, and self-serve growth. Ahead of us is the shift to agents that discover tools, write code, pay for services with x402, and operate onchain infrastructure on their own.
Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Agent-native developer tools: our CLI, SDKs, MCP server, x402 payments, and Agent Wallets.
- Enterprise capabilities for teams running production traffic: organizations, roles, SSO, key management, audit history, and spend controls.
- Public and management APIs for usage, billing, apps, and teams, used by developers, internal tools, and coding agents.
- Developer observability and product quality: usage analytics, request logs, alerts, and the reliability of the surfaces developers use every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility.
- Build data models and services that stay correct and reliable as traffic and customer needs grow, with security built in for users, agents, and services.
- Build the user-facing side of your features across our dashboard, CLI, and SDKs, so developers and coding agents can discover and use them safely.
- Instrument what you ship. Use activation, adoption, and conversion data, plus direct developer feedback, to decide what to build next.
- Write design docs, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation. Review code and technical designs to keep quality high.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At six months, you have:
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production.
- Ownership: Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan.
- Impact: Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets.
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality.
- Direction: Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required.
- Developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools, including SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Temporal or another workflow orchestration system, plus caching and analytical data systems.
- Observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain products or developer tools, or agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open source contributions, talks, or technical writing.
