- 2–6 years of experience in a problem-solving role, such as strategy or management consulting, operations, strategy & operations, implementation, customer strategy, or program management.
- Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems, while juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data (e.g., SQL, Python) to diagnose problems and support decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams, from frontline operators to senior leaders.
- A high level of ownership. You don’t stop at the recommendation; you stay with the problem until it’s solved.
- A deep curiosity that drives you to reason from first principles and dig until you find the root cause.
- A habit of going to the source: testing the feature, listening to the agent call, calling the customer, or running the workflow.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- We are remote-first, giving you the flexibility to work with us from many places.
- Fast-paced startup environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A hiring process that rewards skills, not just experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot, our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our customers on both sides of the marketplace.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
At Clipboard, we don't believe proxies are a reliable way to measure ability. We prefer to evaluate candidates by having them do work that closely resembles the actual job. We are hiring for several teams through this one posting, so the process also helps us find the team where you’ll fit best. Here is how it works:

Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

About Alvys
Alvys is on a mission to revolutionize transportation logistics. Combining hands-on industry experience with a world-class technical team from Wonder, Jet, and ServiceTitan, we’re building the preferred supply chain operating system, starting with the $800B US freight industry.
Alvys’ all-in-one solution is designed to help Carriers, Brokers, and Hybrid Operators book and move more freight with more automation and lower costs.
About the Role
As an EDI Growth Specialist at Alvys, you will own EDI integrations from kickoff through go-live. You'll work directly with our customers and their trading partners (shippers, 3PLs, VANs, and payment processors) to gather requirements, build mappings, establish connectivity, and run testing until each integration is certified and live in production. This role is critical to scaling our EDI capabilities, and it suits someone who is as comfortable chasing down a trading partner for a spec guide as they are working through an X12 file segment by segment.
What you’ll do
Partner and customer communication
- Own communication with trading partners and Alvys customers for every integration you manage, from kickoff to go-live
- Gather requirements, including spec guides, sample files, ISA/GS identifiers, connection details, and the transaction sets in scope
- Follow up consistently on open items, keep projects moving, and escalate when a partner or customer stalls
- Coordinate go-live timing, cutover, and sign-off with all parties
Mapping
- Build and maintain decoder and encoder mappings between X12 transactions (204, 990, 214, 210, 997) and the Alvys platform data model
- Interpret partner spec guides and sample files, and identify where a partner's actual data differs from their documentation
- Work with APIs and JSON payloads to make sure mappings are technically correct and fit our backend systems
- Apply and contribute to our mapping templates and standards
Connectivity
- Set up and troubleshoot AS2, SFTP, and VAN connections, including identifiers, MDNs, directories, and test vs. production environments
- Configure customer integration profiles in the platform
Testing and go-live
- Run end-to-end testing across the full transaction cycle: inbound tender, 990 response, 214 status updates, and 210 invoicing
- Exchange test files with trading partners, interpret 997 rejections and partner feedback, and iterate until the integration is certified
- Validate integrations against the customer's real day-to-day workflow, not just the test cases
- Confirm production readiness, verify the first production transactions at go-live, and hand off to Support with complete documentation
Project management and documentation
- Manage several concurrent integrations, keeping ticket status, due dates, and notes accurate and current
- Document mapping logic, partner-specific quirks, assumptions, and edge cases so another team member could pick up any integration you own
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our onboarding process, testing standards, and internal best practices
What you need
- 2–4 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 transaction sets (204, 214, 990, 210, 997 strongly preferred)
- Background in transportation and logistics, ideally with a carrier, broker, 3PL, or TMS provider
- Hands-on experience with EDI connectivity (AS2 and/or SFTP); VAN familiarity is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data mapping between different systems and formats
- Proficiency reading and manipulating JSON, and experience working with APIs (reading documentation, understanding requests and responses)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing problems from raw files, logs, and data
- Excellent written communication with external enterprise partners, with the persistence to follow up without damaging the relationship
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize independently
- Basic SQL is a plus

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We're building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55.
We're looking for a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and a deep understanding of human emotions.
Your mission is simple: turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes that people can't stop watching.
You'll work with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors, taking creative ownership from script review to the final finished episode.
You won't need to write the scripts or generate every video yourself. Your role is to guide the creative execution, identify what needs improvement, and ensure every episode meets our standards.
No AI experience? No problem. We’re looking for exceptional storytellers and filmmakers, not AI experts. If you’re a talented screenwriter or director, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about AI filmmaking technologies.
We believe AI is opening up incredible new opportunities for creative professionals, allowing them to bring their ideas to life faster and with fewer traditional production limitations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge tools, develop valuable new skills, and become part of the next generation of filmmaking.

- Establish the visual style and creative standards for each series.
- Guide AI video creators on cinematography, framing, character performance, lighting, and emotional delivery.
- Review generated footage and identify scenes or shots that need improvement.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across episodes.
3. Editing & Final Approval
- Review episode edits for pacing, tension, emotional impact, music, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Give clear, prioritized feedback to editors.
- Approve final episodes before release.
- Ensure the finished video delivers the intended emotional experience.
4. Production Quality & Efficiency
- Work with multiple AI video creators and editors.
- Help the team increase production speed without sacrificing creative quality.

- Use audience feedback and retention data to improve future episodes.

- Strong attention to detail – you easily spot continuity errors, weak performances, awkward cuts, or emotional moments that don't work.
- Clear communicator – you can explain exactly what's wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it.
- Pragmatic – you don't make changes just to make changes. You know when something is good enough to approve.
- Comfortable with fast-paced production – you can make strong creative decisions quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
BIG PLUS
- Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
