Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.
We're hiring a Senior/Lead Product Marketing Manager to join a small team with outsized impact.
Attio is defining the future of go-to-market. PMM delivers the message to the world. You'll shape how Attio shows up to our core audiences, from early-stage founders to the operators running today's category leaders. The work spans customer storytelling, product launches, and sales enablement, three levers that take a great product and turn it into a market-defining one.
You'll work directly with our founders, EPD, Sales, and Marketing. If you're looking for a builder role that owns meaningful outcomes for customers, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead product launches end-to-end. Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new products and features. Ship launches that land with customers and move the business.
- Develop product-focused content. Build the pages and posts on attio.com http://attio.com that bring our product story to life, and partner with Support to give customers the education they need to get the most out of Attio.
- Bring customer stories to life. Create a steady library across the audiences that matter most, in whatever format the story deserves: case studies, video, web, social, or something we haven't tried yet.
- Arm Revenue to win deals. Build the training, collateral, and enablement that helps Sales close new business and Success grow existing accounts.
- Partner with EPD. Translate what we build into clear customer outcomes, and bring market signal back into how we build it.
- Champion the customer. Be the in-house expert on who we sell to, why they buy, and what they need next.
- Sharpen our competitive edge. Know the market cold: where Attio wins against legacy CRMs, where the new wave of challengers is going, and where the openings sit for our product and positioning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing.
- You're a great writer. Whether it's positioning, web copy, a script, or a case study, you make every word count.
- You have great taste. Even if you're not a designer by trade, you know what great looks like and can articulate a vision to produce beautiful work.
- A bias for speed. You own projects from start to finish and move fast with teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Builder mindset. You'll join a small but mighty team at Attio. You'll define playbooks, not inherit them.
- Fluent in AI. We expect you to know how to use AI to work smarter and ship better.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Produced beautiful work across a variety of formats, especially video and web
- Prior experience at a design-led company
WHAT WE OFFER
- A competitive range of $145,000-$240,000 (leveling to be determined during interview process)
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sequoia One
- 401K
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

Initial conversations
- 30-minute intro with a member of our Talent team

We are growing and have ambitious plans to expand across Europe, employing the best minds and technology to let us do this.
The impact you'll have:
Reporting to the CPO, you will build and own a capability that loveholidays has never had before: a dedicated function that connects market intelligence to proposition development, and proposition development to commercial outcomes.
This is a new role. You will define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon: what we sell, to whom and in which markets. You will own the process of getting new propositions to market, from first validation through to launch. And you will maintain the competitive edge of our existing proposition as we scale across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer insight and platform delivery. Your ability to translate market understanding into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, and to drive cross-functional momentum behind launches, will be central to our growth.
Your day-to-day:
Product proposition pipeline
- Translate company strategy, our vision and competitive intelligence into clear proposition expansion opportunities
- Build a deep understanding of different customer segments: their needs, motivations and the perceived and real value of our proposition to them, getting hands on with research and experiencing the product to create deep empathy and knowledge and share that broadly across the business.
- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders
- Define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon and translate that vision into clear proposition and experience requirements for platform and commercial teams
Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch
- Define the value position and segmentation approach for each launch
- Own the assessment of initial launch performance and drive the iterations required to hit product-market fit, before handing over to our core and international operating teams to trade independently
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies
- You are hands-on. You can move between setting direction and doing the work, depending on what the moment requires.
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave.
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.
At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams. And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.
The interview journey:
1. Intro to loveholidays with a member of the Talent team - 30 mins
2. 1st stage interview with CPO - 45 mins
3. 2nd stage - Culture and Values interview with CPO & CMO - 45-60 mins
4. Onsite Presentation - Present a product strategy case study to our CPO and other key stakeholders, followed by business stakeholder meets - 120 mins

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is dedicated to developing AI assistants that are helpful, harmless, and honest. As usage of our AI services grows, we need to ensure they are not misused. The Safeguards team is at the forefront of protecting our users from the risks of powerful AIs as well as ethical, technical, and social risks from the use of generative AI. The Safeguards team at Anthropic builds protections for new AI features enabled by the research teams and protects new products and surfaces developed by our product teams. As a Product Manager for the Safeguards team at Anthropic, you will own the ideation, design, development and deployment of Safeguards systems and relevant product UX to ensure we are advancing frontier models safely to users across various cloud platforms. You will work closely with our research and product teams to develop detections, evals, interventions, and tools to measure and mitigate deployment and user risks.
We are looking for a product manager who is deeply committed to making AI safe and beneficial for humanity. You are aware of the risks and are committed to working with experts and coming up with ideas for Anthropic to implement. You have deep technical expertise in development, deployment and measurement of Safeguards systems. You thrive in rapidly moving and ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities:
Determine how to build in safety by design upstream and leverage downstream defenses for Anthropic’s frontier models, AI products, customers on different surfaces - Claude.ai, 1P API, external Cloud providers.
Ability to write safety evals and communicate externally about safety.
Drive impact via ruthless prioritization by clearly defining problems, solution options forward, clarity on both business & technical tradeoffs and accordingly clear requirements toward MVP vs. ideal state.
Align & collaborate with policy, enforcement, research, engineering and cross functional stakeholders.
Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem to plan for mitigation of deployment risks of increasingly powerful models and determined adversaries.
Lead the development of metrics to understand the area, performance, blindspots to help inform future project planning.
Minimum Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you have:
Ability to make technical tradeoff decisions; ideally with experience working across policy experts, AI/ML research engineers and software engineering teams to design and build state of the art safety systems.
Strong user understanding of how our products are used, their Safeguards concerns and how we provide the best solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build product and engineering strategy across multiple cross-functional teams for a rapidly changing space.
Demonstrated experience in designing and building metrics to evaluate risks, system performance, user impact and making crisp tradeoffs
Very strong ability to navigate, and prioritize amidst rapidly changing product specs, and to flex into different domains to bring clarity and execute.
Evidence of exercising judgment and decision making in ambiguous situations.
Planning, building, launching and measuring new products / systems in a zero to one environment.
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, and think beyond past checklists and playbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in product management with a focus on fast problem understanding, building roadmaps with tractable progress, ability to get into the details on data, detection & interventions, infrastructure & tools, and/or evals.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Getting a model into production still takes real expertise: choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, Truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with great DevEx and make it effortless for far more developers to self-serve deploy models on Baseten than can today.
This role fits someone who gets technical by instinct and does whatever it takes to ship for customers, not only strategy, UX, or docs. You'll define the design system and the patterns from scratch rather than work inside ones someone else built, and you're obsessed with improving your product craft with AI.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Engineering teams:
- Building multi-component AI workflows at scale with Chains https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-chains-explained/
- Announcing Baseten for Model Labs https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-baseten-for-model-labs/
- Introducing canary deployments on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/canary-deployments-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collapse time to production, taking a developer from first sign-up to a running, maintained production deployment and driving down the time it takes to get there.
- Make the CLI and SDKs the primary way developers and their AI agents build on Baseten, converging the authoring surfaces (CLI, console, Truss, config.yml, model.py, chains.py) into one coherent path.
- Make a developer's first run effortless across onboarding, model discovery and deploy via the Model Library, and a first deploy where errors surface clearly and builds show progress.
- Own the deployment lifecycle that lets teams ship safely, including environment promotion from dev to staging to prod, version history, an artifact and model registry, reproducible deployments, and the progressive delivery controls developers set and read: canary, shadow, A/B, scheduled promotion, and one-gesture rollback.
- Define how developers compose multi-model apps through Chains and the DevEx for developers building multi-modal agents and applications.
- Grow self-serve deployment across FDEs and customers by living in customer conversations and turning deploy-and-operate friction into roadmap, so work that needs an FDE today becomes something a developer does alone.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years building developer-facing or technical products, as a product manager or as a product-minded engineer.
- Built dev tools as an engineer before becoming a PM, shipping SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces with your own hands.
- Proof of dev tooling and dev products you've shipped and take pride in.
- Genuine taste for developer experience across both local (CLI) and UI, with a specific example of where you made something complex feel simple.
- Strong opinions on CLI, API-first, and agent-first design, treating the coding agent as a first-class user rather than a feature.
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about what's under the hood, because you've been under it.
- A rigorous researcher who lets customer reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API products.
- You've deployed and served models yourself.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Location: North America
Workplace: Remote
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a small team, we're all generalists that work across the full stack (built in TypeScript end-to-end). We’re looking for engineers that thrive in an environment of autonomy and individual responsibility to help us build the future of product development.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Work closely with founders, product, and design to implement new concepts and ideas
- Build AI-powered functionality into the core of Linear
- Update our collaborative content editor used across all internal surfaces
- Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components
- Obsessively improve application performance
- Refine our software development processes to keep the team operating at high velocity
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of experience building customer-facing products at a software company with a high engineering bar
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, with experience across the full stack (Browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features (not just incremental improvements and refactors) with visible impact on the product
- Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead; you can help to shape the problem, not just implement a solution
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped
- Thrives in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team
- Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar
Our tech
This stack reflects the systems we build and operate. You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be excited to work close to product, performance, and real-world scale.
- Agentic workflow system utilizing temporal, operating at production scale
- Proprietary websocket data sync engine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnOpm3a1fRE built for speed and offline support
- React, MobX, StyleX on the frontend
- Extensive, highly-trafficked GraphQL API and SDK
- Node, PostgreSQL, Temporal, and Redis on the backend
- Hosted on Google Cloud with k8s
- GitHub, Slack, Notion
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
