An overview of this role
Data Products integrates GitLab and third-party SDLC data, and builds the dashboards, APIs, and data products that turn it into trusted, interoperable intelligence for customers and internal teams.
This is a 0 to 1 team and we are hiring for a foundational engineering role. That means you bring technical leadership through ambiguity, helping figure out what to build, making the foundational design decisions, and keeping delivery moving while the picture is still forming. You own the full lifecycle of what ships and stand behind it.
What you'll bring
Proven ability to influence as a Staff owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams.
High agency, i.e finds the owner, clarifies the path, makes the call, and keeps pushing until the work lands.
Force multiplier and raise the people and the codebase around them
Deep full-stack expertise, including strong proficiency in
Go, Ruby
and
Node
.
Depth in at least one of analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems, CDC and warehouse integration.
Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration.
Experience operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed deployment.
Direct communicator who builds alignment across teams.
Bias to write things down and make reasoning legible.
What you'll own
Architect how GitLab and third-party data is ingested, modeled, and synced into the knowledge graph as a near-real-time graph of the development ecosystem.
Lead integration with external systems for business context (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow), indexed into the graph.
Architect the Data Marketplace so customers consume GitLab data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery with no engineering dependencies.
Publish GitLab observability as OpenTelemetry and broker the data-sharing APIs.
Define operational readiness for everything the team ships across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
Translate an ambiguous 0 to 1 problem space into concrete, iterable roadmaps in partnership with Product, Design, and the graph backend team.
Resolve cross-team dependencies across graph backend, AI Platform, and Infrastructure without escalating everything upward.
Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review.
Create organizational leverage through speed. You identify systemic bottlenecks, simplify processes, and design systems that dramatically improve execution velocity.
About the team
Data Products work across three surfaces:
Dashboard and Reporting Framework
Builds AI-native dashboard components so customers and internal teams can see engineering health and GitLab's impact across DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, and quality, and launch their own custom dashboards on the same framework.
Internal Ingestion
Ingests third-party data into the GitLab and power tools like Knowledge Graph, building connectors so that signals from systems like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and observability tools become one queryable, near-real-time graph of the developer ecosystem.
External Ingestion
External makes GitLab and Knowledge Graph data consumable outside the product, through marketplace listings, data-sharing APIs and SDKs, and co-branded partner products.
We are a new team in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space, and we need engineers who can create clarity while building, make practical tradeoffs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep pushing until meaningful customer value lands.

The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants (asistentes jurídicos), corporate secretarial and legal operations professionals, and executive or administrative assistants with legal exposure.
What You Will Do
Documentation & Data Hygiene
Template and Contract Management:
Maintain, update and organize standard regional legal templates and demand letters in designated folders and within the agreement management system.
Signature Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of legal documents, including active tracking, obtaining signatures and rigorous follow-ups with internal and external signatories.
Information Management:
Manage digital filing systems and shared directories, performing periodic audits to ensure strict data hygiene and consistent naming conventions.
Entity Data Maintenance:
Keep a master record of corporate entities (jurisdictions, directors, registered addresses, filing deadlines) up to date.
KYC, Finance, Billing & Vendor Support
Bank and Regulatory KYC/KYB Support:
Support the KYC/KYB processes required by banks and regulatory authorities for the group's own companies, including gathering and submitting corporate documentation (certificates of incorporation, UBO information, director details, proof of address, etc.) and coordinating with internal stakeholders to respond to bank and regulator requests.
PO and Invoice Management:
Handle the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process within internal ERP systems, validating invoices against engagement letters and following up on outstanding payments or billing discrepancies.
External Counsel Liaison:
Act as the primary operational point of contact for external law firms on invoicing, billing updates, conflict checks and routine document follow-ups.
Certificate Requests:
Handle routine requests from clients and vendors for certificates of good standing, insurance certificates and similar documents.
Operations, Logistics & Governance
Legalization and Logistics:
Coordinate specialized legal document processes, including public notarization, apostille certifications and secure regional courier logistics.
Regulatory Status Tracking:
Liaise with local and regional corporate registries and regulatory authorities to monitor application statuses, filing updates and compliance requirements.
Contract Repository Reporting:
Produce periodic reports on contract status, KYC completion rates and outstanding signatures for global leads, and obtain those outstanding signatures directly.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in a law firm, in-house legal or corporate administration, or in an executive or administrative support role is a plus.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation across multiple jurisdictions without anything slipping through the cracks.
Proficient English, both written and verbal (essential); additional languages relevant to the regions covered are a plus.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, managing competing priorities across multiple entities, time zones and stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starting mindset: you chase outstanding items and flag issues before they become problems, without needing to be prompted.
A genuine interest in administrative, operational and process-oriented legal work, with a clear wish to build and grow in this type of role over the long term.
Why Join Aleph
Real impact:
You become the operational backbone of the legal function, keeping contracts, signatures, entity records and bank KYC/KYB requests moving across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Room to grow:
This is a long-term path into legal operations, a discipline that is growing quickly in Spain, with direct exposure to global legal leads, ERP processes and external law firms.
A collaborative team:
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones, in a role that rewards ownership, initiative and clear communication.

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in LATAM Southern Cone. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
As our first marketing hire in LATAM Southern Cone, your work will shape how Southern Cone businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Southern Cone priority industries — from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Own field marketing for the region: plan and run self-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, workshops), represent ElevenLabs at third-party conferences and sponsorships, and bring in creative, high-touch formats (experiential activations, executive dinners, partner co-hosted sessions) that build pipeline and brand with technical buyers.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound — choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Southern Cone market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. About GDFT
Gaming, Developer, and Future Technology (GDFT) are the technology specialists at PlayStation. We build the underlying systems that power core platform capabilities and developer tools. Our mission is to enable world-class gaming experiences by delivering low-level, high-performance technology for PlayStation platforms.
The Role
We are looking for an engineer to join the GDFT department, working on the design and optimisation of PlayStation’s real-time game streaming technologies.
You will contribute to the development of low-latency video streaming systems across current and future PlayStation platforms, working on performance-critical areas spanning frame capture, media pipelines, codec configuration, system services and streaming transport.
The role is particularly suited to engineers with a strong C/C++ background and experience working with native video or media systems, including embedded devices, TV firmware, set-top boxes, consoles, or similar.
Our work sits at the intersection of product engineering and R&D. Alongside delivering production technology, engineers are encouraged to investigate new approaches to reducing end-to-end latency, improving visual quality and reducing bitrate, using measurement and experimentation to determine where meaningful improvements can be made.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop, optimise and maintain low-level C and C++ components within PlayStation’s game streaming stack.
Investigate opportunities to reduce end-to-end streaming latency across frame capture, buffering, encoding, transport, decoding and presentation.
Optimise the use and configuration of hardware video encoders, applying knowledge of codec behaviour and low-latency encoding techniques.
Analyse existing media pipelines to identify unnecessary buffering, memory copies, synchronisation delays and other sources of latency.
Use software and hardware instrumentation to measure system behaviour, validate hypotheses and quantify the impact of performance changes.
Investigate and debug issues across user-space applications, system services and daemon-level components.
Prototype and evaluate new approaches to improving streaming quality, latency and bandwidth efficiency.
Work with engineers and researchers across the wider organisation on areas such as codec development, rate control, Forward Error Correction and emerging media technologies.
Contribute technical findings and recommendations to design discussions, working with senior engineers to determine appropriate production solutions.
Collaborate across teams to integrate and validate streaming technologies within PlayStation platform software.
Attend periodic in-person workshops or team events, with travel possible a few times per year.
What We Are Looking For
This is a mid-level opportunity. You should bring some of the following skills and experience:
Strong proficiency in C and C++.
Experience developing native, performance-sensitive software rather than primarily web or managed application stacks.
Experience working with real-time video, media pipelines, codecs or embedded multimedia systems.
Practical understanding of video compression and media formats, including concepts such as chroma subsampling, bit depth and colour representation, with familiarity of codecs such as AVC, HEVC or AV1.
Understanding of concepts relevant to low-latency video encoding, which may include GOP structures, reference frames, rate control, VBV, quantisation parameters, slices, tiles or hardware codec APIs.
Strong debugging, profiling and performance-analysis skills.
An ability to investigate complex technical problems, identify likely causes and use evidence and instrumentation to support conclusions.
Comfortable working in unfamiliar parts of a large system and developing an understanding of how multiple components interact.
An experimental mindset, with an interest in prototyping, measuring and evaluating alternative technical approaches.
Ability to contribute to technical discussions and work with senior engineers when deciding how findings should be taken forward.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous; we do not expect candidates to have experience across all of them:
Familiarity with techniques for evaluating video codec performance, including bitrate/quality/latency trade-offs and objective or perceptual video quality metrics (such as PSNR and VMAF).
Familiarity with compressed video bitstreams and codec signalling, such as NAL units/OBUs, parameter sets, profiles/levels and supplemental enhancement information.
Experience developing native video players, media frameworks or codec pipelines on TVs, set-top boxes, consoles, mobile devices or other embedded platforms.
Experience configuring or integrating hardware video encoders or decoders.
Deeper knowledge of H.264, HEVC, AV1 or other current and emerging video codecs, beyond high-level API configuration, such as reference structures, rate-control behaviour, bitstream structure or encoder-specific optimisation.
Experience optimising real-time video for low latency, visual quality or bitrate efficiency.
Familiarity with frame capture, graphics presentation pipelines, framebuffers or GPU/CPU synchronisation.
Experience identifying and reducing memory copies, queueing delays, memory-bandwidth limitations or other system-level performance bottlenecks.
Experience working with system services, daemons, firmware interfaces or other low-level platform components.
Familiarity with techniques such as content-aware encoding, region-of-interest encoding, adaptive resolution or frame rate, alternative reference-frame strategies or similar streaming optimisations.
Experience with Forward Error Correction or other techniques for improving the resilience of real-time media.
Experience with SIMD, vectorisation, cache optimisation or multithreaded performance tuning with instrumentation.
Experience with console or embedded systems development environments.
Experience with Git, Jenkins or similar CI/CD workflows.
Why Work in GDFT
Focused on platform-wide technology development
Room to explore and innovate within performance-critical system areas
Work on cross-regional collaborative projects
Flexible and relaxed working environment, with strong support for hybrid work
Opportunities for extensive professional development, technical conference attendance, and participation in internal hackathons
