ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the research team at ElevenLabs, focused on the data infrastructure that powers our frontier AI models. The quality of our models is bounded by the quality and scale of the data behind them, and you will own the systems that make world-class data possible. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy:
- Building large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train state-of-the-art models.
- Training models used in our data processing pipelines, such as classifiers, quality filters, and labeling models.
- Designing data curation strategies such as deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation that measurably improve model performance.
- Creating tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Ideally, you bring:
- Experience building data-intensive systems, ideally in support of machine learning training pipelines.
- Strong engineering skills in distributed data processing at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, or custom pipelines over large datasets).
- The capacity to autonomously evaluate how data quality, composition, and curation affect model outcomes, and to build the tooling to measure it.
Bonus: Experience building or operating web crawlers.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Location

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re hiring a Commercial Counsel to be a core member of Sierra’s legal team. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in commercial contracts, but also someone who is eager to broaden their scope across IP, regulatory, and product. You will thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling challenges beyond your comfort zone, and be excited to contribute across the business. In return, we’ll provide the support and opportunities you need to grow and excel as a lawyer. You’ll be part of a legal team that is highly respected within both the company and the broader legal industry—committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
- Commercial Contracting: Structure, negotiate, and advise on all commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, technology licenses, professional services agreements, channel partner agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Commercial privacy and security contracting experience (e.g., DPAs, BAAs, security agreements) is a plus.
- Operational Excellence: Help build out our commercial function to be best-in-class. We aim to be the fastest and strongest, where the legal team is the differentiator in the contract lifecycle. You will be developing templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of practice areas that underpin the commercial practice, including contract law, IP and privacy. You will also want to work in AI and understand the nuances of law as it relates to AI, including the evolving regulatory frameworks. You will be expected to advise broadly on all contractual issues and be comfortable doing so.
- Teamwork: A team player first and foremost. Sierra is a unique place to work, with a strong sense of togetherness, and the legal team is no exception. You will look out for your colleagues and be accustomed to sharing and helping the team succeed.
- Judgment: Understand risk in the context of a hyperscaling business, have sound judgment, and be strategic in your decision-making. You will not be afraid to make judgment calls, and you will be empowered to do so.
- Approach: A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection and expect that of others.
- Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams to support revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2-6 years of legal experience, with a combination of both large law firm and in-house experience at a tech company.
- A strong background in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience of privacy/regulatory frameworks and can advise on data processing agreements and security-related contract provisions.
- Non-English languages, especially Spanish, German and French.
- A passion for AI, with a deep understanding of AI products, LLMs and the related legal issues.
- Law firm experience at a top-tier, internationally recognized law firm.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup and operating with a sense of ownership.
- Industry specific knowledge in any of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms, Insurance and/or Consumer.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Audit & Assurance runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework the program hangs off. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and helps run that integrated audit program, plan the audits we add next, and assess the frameworks and scope changes we are considering.
About the role
You'll help run Anthropic's unified audit program: quarterly audits across SOC 2, HIPAA and the ISO 27000 family including ISO 42001, plus the rest of our certifications, working with our audit firms, our GRC Partners, and control owners across the company. You'll plan new audits as we expand to new frameworks, platforms and regions, and run the gap assessments that tell us what each expansion takes before we commit to it.
You'll help build the audit operating model and runbook, and drive automation in the program so evidence is collected once and reused across frameworks, requests reach control owners once, and each audit cycle takes less effort than the last. Building with Claude is a normal part of the job, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role for someone with program management experience who writes clearly, stays calm under deadlines, and likes making a busy program simpler.
Key responsibilities
Run the audit program as a program: one integrated plan and calendar across audits and expansions, with milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions tracked, and regular status to GRC leadership and stakeholders
Plan and run the quarterly audits, from scoping through report and findings closeout
Run audit readiness ahead of each fieldwork window: control owner prep, evidence pre-checks and walkthrough dry runs
Scope each audit's boundary with Product and Engineering: which products and deployment paths are in scope, and flag when a launch or new platform changes it
Help build the audit operating model and runbook for a unified audit program, and keep both current as the program grows
Drive automation in the program: evidence collected from source systems, request tracking and audit reporting, with evidence and walkthroughs reused across frameworks
Coordinate audits across frameworks and firms so audit windows line up and control owners are asked for the same evidence once, and drive new ways of automated evidence generation and collection with GRC Engineering
Plan new audits and audit expansions as we commit to them
Run framework and scope expansion evaluations and gap assessments, with a recommendation and an effort estimate leadership can act on
Work closely with control owners and GRC Partners: prepare control owners for audits, get evidence delivered and findings closed, and hand findings that need extended remediation to GRC Partners
Manage day-to-day auditor relationships, and report audit status, findings and program metrics to GRC leadership
Minimum qualifications
Several years of program management: running multi-workstream programs with a plan, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and status reporting to leadership
Several years running external security audits (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 at minimum), on the company side or at an audit firm, including seasons with several frameworks at once
Working knowledge of SOC 2, the ISO 27000 family, ISO 42001 and HIPAA, and where their requirements overlap
Experience leading a gap assessment for a new framework or scope change and presenting the result to leadership
Experience building or improving an audit process: calendars, request tracking, runbooks, roles and responsibilities
Enough technical fluency to understand how evidence is produced in cloud environments and to judge whether a system-generated report is complete and accurate, and to build simple automations with Claude
Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure
Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Audit firm experience (Big 4 or a SOC 2 or ISO certification body), especially as a senior or manager on technology clients
Experience adding new frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27701 or 27018, CSA STAR, or international schemes (for example IRAP, ISMAP or C5)
Have automated evidence collection or audit reporting, or use Claude or other LLMs day to day to plan, track and report program work
Experience with a GRC platform or building lightweight internal tooling
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list. The combination is running a global audit calendar well, plus the instinct to make it simpler each cycle
Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or similar are welcome but not required
Have prior AI industry experience
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're hiring a Product Counsel to be a core member of Sierra's growing legal team. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel, Product and Privacy, as part of our growing product legal function. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in product counseling for AI or other emerging technologies. You will be a legal partner for Sierra’s product and engineering teams, and help shape how our products go to market responsibly, ensuring privacy, compliance, and risk considerations are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. You will thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling challenges beyond your comfort zone, and be excited to contribute across the business. In return, we'll provide the support and opportunities you need to grow and excel as a lawyer. You'll be part of a legal team that is highly respected within the company — committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.

- Partner with the privacy team to implement AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Monitor legal developments affecting AI products, advising product leadership on risks, trends, and design implications.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of legal experience, with a combination of large international law firm and in-house experience at a tech company.
- Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development, ideally involving AI/ML, communications, or platform products.
- Working knowledge of the legal domains that touch product development, including privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework), consumer protection, and IP.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to understand all aspects of Sierra's product offering.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection, and expect that of others.
- Be a team player first and foremost. Sierra is a unique place to work, with a strong sense of togetherness, and the legal team is no exception. You will look out for your colleagues, be accustomed to sharing and helping the team succeed.
EVEN BETTER…

- Familiarity with machine learning models and their associated risks.
- Previous experience developing trust and safety or responsible AI programs.
- Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity.

About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the devices Anthropic’s people work on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the fleet is mostly macOS, with a growing mobile footprint.
Anthropic also works with vendor and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners whose teams need access to Anthropic systems. Those programs are growing, in more countries and with more vendors. Anthropic-owned Chromebooks issued to vendor staff are becoming the default device for vendor teams. This role exists to make ChromeOS a supported platform with a dedicated owner. You will own ChromeOS end to end, from how devices are bought and enrolled to how they are locked down, monitored, and retired, and help bring Android in as a second platform.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what ChromeOS looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Own ChromeOS as a platform at Anthropic: device standards, Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise setup, organizational unit design, and policy
Manage ChromeOS policy as code through the Chrome Policy API, GAM, and Terraform, in the team's config-as-code pipeline, so changes are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero touch enrollment through resellers, so a Chromebook arrives enrolled and works the first time in every country our vendor partners work from
Work with IT Operations and procurement partners on buying and shipping devices internationally, including regions our current partners don’t reach
Design device models for vendor teams (kiosk, managed guest sessions, shared devices, and assigned devices) and pick the right one for each program
Lock devices down to what the work needs: copy and paste, downloads, printing, USB, and app and extension controls
Own the device lifecycle for vendor fleets, from enrollment to wipe, lock, and retrieval when an engagement ends
Feed ChromeOS device data into our fleet telemetry, tracking which devices are checking in, OS version, and drift between expected and actual state
Partner with Corporate Security on hardware standards (such as Verified Access attestation and minimum AUE date), device trust signals, and access decisions
Work with Security on the contractor access model and on keeping Anthropic data off vendor devices
Run data loss controls through Chrome Enterprise Premium
Work with Security on the vendor identity model: which accounts vendor staff use and in which tenant
Support Android as a second platform, working with the corporate mobile program on Android Enterprise and zero-touch enrollment
Write the runbooks IT Operations and vendor partners use to stand up a new program
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned ChromeOS as a platform for a fleet of thousands of devices
Know the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise well: OU design, device and user policy, enrollment, and reporting
Have automated ChromeOS policy through the Chrome Policy API or GAM
Have run kiosk, managed guest, or shared device programs for frontline, contact center, or outsourced teams
Have set up zero touch enrollment with resellers and shipped devices across several countries
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience, including vendor partners
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Manage device configuration as code (pull requests, CI, staged rollout) instead of clicking in consoles
Have managed ChromeOS alongside macOS or mobile fleets
Have used VDI or browser-based access to keep data off the device for outsourced teams
Have supported BPO or vendor programs through fast growth into new regions
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
ChromeOS management through the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise
Google Admin SDK, Chrome Policy API, and GAM for automating policy and reporting
Android Enterprise management (working knowledge)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ClickHouse has a lot worth saying. The database has become a platform for real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. Many of the most interesting AI and software companies of the last few years run on it. Our founders and leaders hold clear, well-formed views on where data and AI are heading. And every week the customer base produces proof points most companies would build a campaign around. What we have not yet built is the function whose job it is to turn all of that into one story the market hears consistently, and from us.
We are looking for a Head of Story & Communications to build that function from the ground up. You'll own the company narrative: what ClickHouse should be known for, how the platform story gets told above the level of features, and how the proof we generate adds up to a thesis. And you'll build the machine that carries it into the world: the announcement calendar, press and media relationships across technology and business media, and executive platforms for our founders and leaders. This is a build role and a player-coach role. You won't inherit a team; you'll hire one as the function grows, directing our agency partners in the meantime and staying in the work yourself. You'll report to the VP of Global Marketing and work closely with the executive team, product marketing, and the people closest to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define what ClickHouse should be known for and turn it into a rolling narrative and communications strategy that the marketing and executive teams work from
- Build the communications machine: announcement calendar and tiering, press materials, holding statements, a reporter cadence, and launch amplification, directing agency partners and holding them to outcomes
- Own press and media relations across technology and business media, taking the ClickHouse story beyond the tech press and re-educating the market on the full platform
- Build executive platforms for our founders and leaders: the themes each owns, the moments and formats worth their time, and a clear way to evaluate inbound podcast, mainstage, and sponsored event opportunities
- Shape quarterly release moments and major launches so they earn attention and show up consistently across press, social, community, and the field
- Set the standard for how ClickHouse sounds in public: voice, quality bar, and the discipline that every published claim, number, and proof point is approved, current, and consistent
- Hire and lead the team as the function grows, and build the planning and review rhythm that keeps narrative, communications, and social aligned
What You Bring Along
- Experience building or rebuilding a communications function at a growth-stage infrastructure, developer, or data company
- A record of landing stories in tier-one business media as well as technology press, with the relationships and news judgment to do it again
- Experience working directly with a CEO and executive team: shaping their points of view, preparing them, and declining opportunities not worth their time
- Media-company operator instincts: you think in themes, arcs, and audiences
- Player-coach approach: you write and edit yourself, give useful feedback, and set the bar by example
- Comfort with a technical product and a technical audience, including credibility with engineers and developers
- Experience directing agencies to outcomes, with judgment about what belongs in-house
- Analytical grounding: you track what is landing, form a view on why, and use it to decide where to focus
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring a Embedded Engineering Manager to build and lead a new embedded team for a next-generation wearable. The team owns the firmware that members interact with directly on the device: how it responds to them, how it presents their data, and how it feels to use every day. It takes that firmware from early prototypes through new product introduction and into production.
This role combines technical leadership with people management. You will lead a team of full-time and contract firmware engineers and grow it as the program scales. You will take part in architecture decisions with the program's technical leads, review the team's code, and own its delivery schedule. You won't be the team's primary developer, but you will be close enough to the code to step in when it helps. You will work closely with Product, Design, Hardware, and Quality, and with the firmware teams building sensors, connectivity, and power on the same device.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of embedded engineers through hiring, onboarding, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Direct the work of contract engineers alongside full-time staff, holding both to the same design and code quality bar.
- Lead the team's delivery of the member's on-device experience firmware, from prototype through production release.
- Partner with the program's technical lead and senior engineers on architecture for responsive, power-efficient firmware on resource-constrained multi-core hardware.
- Serve as a player-coach who reviews code and shapes designs, contributing directly when the team needs it.
- Own the team's planning and delivery cadence, keeping scope, dependencies, and risk visible to partners and leadership.
- Partner with Product and Design to turn member experience goals into firmware requirements that fit the hardware's memory, compute, and power budgets.
- Set engineering practices for testing, hardware-in-the-loop validation, release readiness, and field diagnostics.
- Foster a culture of high standards, direct feedback, accountability, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of embedded firmware development in C or C++, including experience as an engineering manager or team lead responsible for mentorship, feedback, and career development.
- Experience shipping firmware in a consumer electronics product, from early hardware bring-up through production.
- Hands-on experience with an RTOS (Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or similar) on microcontrollers or embedded SoCs.
- Experience optimizing firmware for performance, memory, and power on constrained hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver in ambiguous environments, including early-stage hardware programs where requirements are still forming.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to Product, Design, and leadership.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work meets the same quality bar as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$215,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn ($2 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast.
The Impact You’ll Make
Growth at Incode owns the top of funnel - the pipeline that feeds every region's revenue number. This role exists to build the systems that generate it.
You'll ship AI agents, automations, and workflows across the full top-of-funnel surface: outbound, inbound, lead qualification and routing, event and conference motions, account and competitive research. The work is grounded in live Salesforce, Supabase, and Outreach data and supports revenue teams across NAM, LATAM, and EMEA. The Growth AI Office - our multi-agent GTM operating system - is where it lives, and a fleet of these agents is already in daily production use.
Today that fleet is built and maintained by a single engineer. You are the second builder.
You'll design and ship new agents, harden the ones already running, and own the integration layer that connects them to the systems revenue actually runs on. This is not an internal-tools ticket queue and it is not research. It is applied engineering where the output is measured in qualified pipeline, meetings held, and hours returned to a 24-person revenue team.
A note on the title:
"Growth Engineer" means different things at different companies. Here it does not mean product-led growth or experimentation infrastructure - Incode sells to banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments, and there is no self-serve funnel to optimize. It means engineering applied to pipeline generation. You will write and deploy production Python and Node services, stand up MCP servers, and own your own CI/CD - not configure a no-code platform. If your strongest work is A/B test infrastructure and activation metrics, or enrichment waterfalls inside a vendor UI, this is the wrong role. If you are an engineer who chose revenue systems as your problem space, keep reading.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Top-of-Funnel Agent Development
- Design, build, and ship production LLM agents that generate and qualify pipeline: scoped skills, explicit guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and clean multi-agent handoffs. Take agents from concept to daily use by non-technical operators across outbound, inbound, and event motions.
MCP & Integration Infrastructure
- Build and operate the Model Context Protocol servers and clients that connect agents to Salesforce, Outreach, Supabase, ZoomInfo, Notion, and Slack. Own authentication, token scoping, pagination, rate limiting, and graceful failure - including for systems with no native integration path.
Grounding & Evaluation
- Keep agent output tied to real records, not plausible-sounding invention. Build schema-aware retrieval, reconciliation checks, eval harnesses, and regression tests so a prompt change never silently degrades a production agent.
Workflow & Decision Automation
- Implement routing, scoring, and trigger logic across automation platforms (n8n, Tines-class) and custom services: webhooks, scheduled jobs, event-driven pipelines.
Internal Tooling & Reporting
- Build the web apps, dashboards, and interactive reporting that put agent output in front of BDRs and leadership in a form they'll actually use.
Documentation & Durability
- Write the runbooks, skill specifications, and architecture docs that make the agent fleet maintainable by more than one person. Enable GTM operators to extend what you build without filing a ticket.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
Agent-Native Builder
- You've shipped LLM-powered systems that real people depend on, and you know the difference between a demo and something that survives contact with messy production data.
Integration Instinct
- You default to connecting systems rather than replacing them, and you're comfortable building the middleware that vendors didn't.
Evaluation Discipline
- You treat prompts and agent skills as code: versioned, tested, measured. You can tell someone whether a change made an agent better, with evidence.
Data Integrity First
- Before you automate on top of a number, you check whether the number is trustworthy. You've been burned by a bad join and you don't intend to be again.
GTM Fluency
- You can read a pipeline report, hold a conversation about conversion rates, and design for how a seller actually behaves rather than how the org chart says they should.
Ownership Under Ambiguity
- You scope your own work from a business problem, ship something usable fast, and iterate. You operate like a founder with a unicorn's resources behind you.
Handoff Mindset
- You write so that the next person can run it. You measure success partly by how little you're needed for maintenance.
Your Background
Engineering foundation
4+ years professional software engineering
1+ year building and shipping LLM-powered applications or agents to production - used daily by people who are not engineers
Strong Python and Node.js/TypeScript in production; React sufficient to build internal UI end to end
At least one internal application you built start to finish: data model, backend, interface, auth, deployment, and the maintenance afterward
CRM and revenue systems - required
Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and HubSpot. We run both, and this role writes against both. We are not asking for admin certification - we are asking for working fluency: standard and custom objects, field-level behavior and validation, record ownership and sharing, REST and bulk APIs, and a clear sense of what breaks downstream when you change something upstream
Sales engagement platform experience - Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo: sequence and step models, prospect and mailing data structures, and API access patterns
A realistic view of how revenue data degrades in practice: duplicates, stale ownership, unenforced picklists, half-migrated fields - and what that means for anything automated on top of it
Bonus: enrichment and contact data providers (ZoomInfo, Clay, Lusha-class) at the API level rather than the UI level
Databases and data work
Production experience with Postgres or Supabase: schema design, migrations, indexing, query tuning, row-level security
SQL fluency against a warehouse - Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery-class - including window functions and incremental models
You have reconciled the same metric across two systems, found the delta, and explained it to a non-technical stakeholder
Automation, end to end
You have designed, built, deployed, monitored, and maintained automations in production - not just built them. You own the alerting and the failure modes for your own work
Webhooks, queues, scheduled jobs, retries, idempotency, and backfills. You have debugged a job that silently stopped firing
Automation platform experience (n8n, Tines, Zapier-class) and the judgment to know when to abandon the platform and write the service instead. We care more about the second half of that sentence
Routing, scoring, and decision logic implemented as code with test coverage, not as a chain of conditional blocks nobody can read
AI and agents
Hands-on with MCP - servers, clients, custom endpoints - or an equivalent tool-calling and agent framework
Production LLM API integration (Anthropic-class): structured output, tool definitions, context management, cost and latency tradeoffs
Prompt and skill design treated as versioned artifacts, with some method for evaluating whether a change helped
Deployment, integration, and security
Cloud deployment ownership: AWS, containerized hosting, CI/CD (GitHub Actions); Terraform or another IaC tool a plus
OAuth flows, token lifecycle and refresh, credential vaults, header auth, and least-privilege scope review on the integrations you build
Nice to have
Experience supporting a multi-region revenue team (NAM, LATAM, EMEA) and the data-residency questions that come with it
Event and conference lead-capture tooling
Notion and Slack API work
Experience enabling non-technical teams on AI tooling - documentation, training, internal adoption
The Work You've Done Before
Come ready to walk us through two or three things you have built. The strongest candidates we have seen have shipped work like:
An internal application a non-technical team now uses every day, where you owned it from data model to deployment
A two-way integration between two systems that had no native connector, including how you handled auth, rate limits, and partial failure
An agent or automation that replaced a recurring manual process, with a before-and-after number attached to it
A data reconciliation between a CRM and a warehouse where the two disagreed and you determined which one was right
Something you built, documented, and handed off - that someone else now runs without you
We care more about what you shipped and what broke than about which tools were on the sticker. If your strongest work used a stack we did not list, tell us about it anyway.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole acquisition process on Paid Social acquisition channels: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has already run Paid Social Ads at scale, who knows how to grow profitably in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of acquisition across all paid social ad networks (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and more): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Scale spend profitably in the US market while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and player-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across acquisition channels and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional channels.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, deposit / purchase optimization, attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run in the US within each platform's rules. Keep ads and handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running acquisitions in the US market.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience scaling accounts profitably.
- Hands-on AppLovin (AppLovin Ads / AXON) experience, scaling it as an acquisition channel.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
