ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI delivery, and Ramp’s core product teams. You will partner with enterprise/strategic customers to deeply understand their finance workflows—especially corporate finance and controllership priorities like close, controls, and spend governance—identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation, and translate those needs into clear problem statements, solution designs, and actionable feedback for Ramp’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions. This role required high proactivity and bias to action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Discover and diagnose customer needs. Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams. Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
- Translate needs into solution requirements. Turn qualitative input into crisp artifacts: problem statements, success metrics, constraints, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Balance speed, safety, and scalability across MVPs, iterations, and broader rollouts.
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows. Work closely with Ramp engineers and AI builders to design and ship solutions that meet real customer workflows. Specify data inputs, integrations, governance needs, policy rules, auditability requirements, and edge cases.
- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product. Synthesize learnings across customers into reusable patterns and product opportunities. Write high-signal briefs for Product and Engineering that explain what customers need, why it matters, and what should be built next.
- Communicate impact and guide executives. Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to customer operators, executives, and internal stakeholders. Quantify impact through time saved, error reduction, improved compliance, faster close, and other business outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem framing: you can turn messy workflows into clear systems and priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing (briefs, requirements, postmortems) and verbally (workshops, exec readouts).
- A builder mindset: you like shipping, learning, and improving the system.
- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows, including accounting close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, and AP operations.
- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration (e.g., ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments), including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
- Ability to partner with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
- Familiarity with finance operations workflows (AP, procurement, expenses, cards, accounting close).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML (you do not need to be an ML engineer).
- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration (APIs, ETL, SQL, spreadsheets, data quality).
WORKING STYLE
We collaborate best when we’re close to the work and close to each other. This role is hybrid in New York, with time in-office to partner tightly with product and engineering teams. Importantly, this role required spending time with customers to understand real workflows, so travel and flexibility are critical to success.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close and Operational Accounting
- Prepare and support assigned month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, true-ups, journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare journal-entry support and submissions, including account and cost-center coding; monitor approval, posting, and rejection status and coordinate timely follow-up with authorized employees.
- Perform vendor- and contract-level reconciliations, monitor actuals against accruals, resolve differences, and support recurring management reporting.
- Support lease, fixed-asset, construction-in-progress, and related infrastructure accounting as assigned, including data capture, schedule maintenance, modifications, and period-end entries.
Contract, Invoice, and Data Validation
- Maintain complete and accurate contract and pricing records across new agreements, amendments, credits, delivery or drawdown changes, extensions, and terminations.
- Translate commercial terms into accounting inputs and operating workflows and ensure relevant changes are reflected in recurring accounting processes.
- Validate vendor invoices and operational data against rates, usage, commitments, delivery, resource attributes, and accounting mappings.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
Controls, Audit, and Issue Resolution
- Follow established accounting policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over source data and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks, evidence retention, and reviewer-ready documentation.
- Respond to audit and control requests by assembling tie-outs, schedules, explanations, and source evidence.
- Use company information only through approved systems and devices, follow least-privilege and security requirements, and promptly escalate suspected data, security, or access issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve accounting and operational blockers.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Escalate unusual contracts, accounting judgments, control exceptions, or access requests with clear context and recommended next steps.
Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring data-quality issues, process delays, and control gaps, and surface trends and recommended improvements to the appropriate team lead.
- Write clear requirements, test system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis and documentation, and support scalable and agentic workflows while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent execution as systems, accounting requirements, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and workpaper preparation.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to recognize and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Experience interpreting contracts, invoices, and large operational datasets and translating them into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear documentation habits, and the ability to independently manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, external vendors, and time zones.
PREFERRED
- Operational accounting experience in a technology, cloud-computing, or infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and lease-accounting, fixed-asset, or similar finance systems.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Exposure to cloud and compute costs, lease accounting, fixed assets, construction in progress, or related infrastructure arrangements.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position sits within Ramp’s Channel team and reports to Partner Consulting. In this role, you’ll build and scale Ramp’s long-term System Integrator (SI)-led implementation program. You’ll enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to support a meaningful volume of Ramp-referred customers, deliver high-quality implementations, and extend the capacity of Ramp’s Customer Success organization.
Ramp’s current SI pilot is the starting point - not the end state. You’ll translate the pilot’s learnings into the operating model, technical readiness, commercial foundations, and quality controls required to scale responsibly from an initial cohort to a broad network of partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.
You’ll be Ramp’s technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery: enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully, defining clear scope and certification standards, measuring implementation quality and customer outcomes, and turning field learnings into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.
This is a senior IC role, not a people-management role. You’ll need equal credibility in technical implementation conversations and commercial partner-program design, working closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management.
- Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management - defining what partners can deliver independently, when Ramp co-delivery is required, and what remains out of scope.
- Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners: resolve standard implementation and integration questions, orchestrate specialist support for true exceptions, and convert recurring issues into scalable playbooks, training, or product feedback.
- Establish the delivery-quality and performance system for the program, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, remediation plans, and reporting on time-to-live, activation, CSAT, rework, capacity, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Design the commercial and capacity model in partnership with Channel and Finance, including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, accelerators, partner capacity commitments, joint business planning, and the program economics required to scale sustainably.
- Lead responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement, and influence Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Accounting Integrations using structured field feedback.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution.
- Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business, such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS or at a systems integrator/consulting firm that implements those platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, partner certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance.
- Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design; engineering depth is not required, but sound judgment on when to engage specialists is.
- Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics.
- Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem - from specialized regional SIs to global strategic consultancies - including the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness is insufficient.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model.
- Experience with Card, Bill Pay, Procurement, AP automation, ERP integrations, multi-entity environments, or global finance operations.
- Experience expanding an SI/channel program across North America and international markets.
- Prior 0-to-1 partner-program or services-program experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Establish the SI operating model, including partner readiness, certification, service packages, quality standards, escalation paths, and reporting.
- Enable existing partners to deliver the supported scope with greater independence, predictable quality, and a commercial model tied to verified milestones and customer outcomes.
- Publish a data-backed expansion plan across products, ERP ecosystems, and regions, with clear readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement.

Workplace: Hybrid
Perplexity is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the design of our enterprise product. You'll design new experiences across enterprise and multiplayer use cases — making software that feels like the future but can be understood and used by anyone in the world today.
These surfaces are net-new and, in many cases, unprecedented. You'll be building them 0→1, which means bringing deep knowledge of how enterprise software actually works: organizational and seat management, and deeply nuanced role-based experiences that account for workplace policy, compliance, administrative management, privacy, permissions, and security. You'll ship features that balance well-established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI, working independently and strategically to find both the problems worth solving and the solutions worth shipping.
Good design that nobody gets to use is wasted, so you'll optimize for getting great software into customers' hands and learning from real usage. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and the broader design team, and you care about everything it takes to make a product great: product, interaction, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering, and marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design net-new, 0→1 enterprise surfaces across enterprise and general multiplayer use cases
- Design for the realities of enterprise software: organizational management, seat management, admin controls, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance
- Craft deeply nuanced role-based experiences that adapt to workplace policy and different levels of access and responsibility
- Ship features that balance well-established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI
- Make software that feels like the future but can be used and understood by anyone in the world today
- Work independently and strategically — finding the problems and the solutions
- Own work end-to-end, from 0→1 product design through large-scale optimization
- Contribute to process so we're always shipping changes you're proud of, as often as possible
- Partner with brand design to ensure the enterprise product is not only useful but memorable
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software: organizational and seat management, role-based access, admin management, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance
- Experience designing non-deterministic tools used by large workplace cohorts — eg.Figma, Slack, Ramp, Airtable
- Comfortable thinking about both 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
- An excellent communicator with team members and users
- Comfort prototyping or coding your ideas
- You care about shipping great software more than anything else
- 5+ years of industry experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Some of our design team writes production code — we welcome existing skills or interest in coding with React or SwiftUI

PAYOR INTELLIGENCE SR. ANALYST
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a Payor Intelligence Analyst with deep knowledge of the U.S. payor landscape and a talent for turning fragmented, conflicting information into durable logic. Understanding how payors actually relate to one another, which entities own which plans, who delegates what, and which policy applies when, is work our entire product depends on. You'll build and own payor intelligence at Tennr as a zero-to-one function.
The payor landscape is a massive, constantly shifting dataset: parent organizations, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage plans, delegated UM vendors, acquisitions, and rebrands. Your job is to make it legible, building the taxonomies, hierarchies, and governance that let our models and teams reason correctly about it, and translating that reality into product requirements alongside engineering, clinical, and operations.
If you've developed deep payer expertise inside a large organization, this is the rare seat with clear ownership and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own payor entity mapping: the hierarchies, families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, and delegated relationships that define how coverage and authorization actually flow.
- Source, interpret, and govern medical policies, coverage criteria, government guidance, and fee schedules, establishing effective dating, provenance, and version control.
- Design the delegated-relationship logic behind prior authorization, determining which entity owns the decision for a given plan, product, and service.
- Identify and track the clinical content sources our policies depend on, such as InterQual and NCCN, and own what we need to contract for and when.
- Map prospect and customer payor data back to Tennr's payor model, turning a recurring manual effort into a repeatable system.
- Embrace a founder's mindset, proactively driving projects from conception to completion, and contributing significantly to our company's growth and success.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years working across the U.S. payor landscape, with real breadth across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and MCOs, and commercial lines of business.
- Fluency in payor structure: payor families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, delegated entities, regional versus national plans, and self-funded versus fully insured arrangements.
- Experience researching and interpreting payor policies, government guidance, fee schedules, or clinical guidelines, including reconciling sources that disagree with each other.
- A track record of building taxonomies, frameworks, databases, or mapping systems that other people rely on, not just answering questions as they come in.
- Exceptional analytical and pattern-recognition skills, with the investigative instinct to work productively from ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Self-directed ownership of a domain end to end, without predefined process or constant validation.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex payor concepts to a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with SQL or comparable data tooling is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we're not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you'll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office (travel to office on quarterly basis)
BENEFITS
- Remote Flexibility
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Perplexity is looking for a technical program manager to be the connective tissue between our model providers, engineering, and product teams, driving our core inference platform forward.
Perplexity runs one of the highest-throughput inference stacks in the industry, serving Ask, Computer, and API traffic across a large and constantly shifting portfolio of first-party and third-party models. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and finance: you'll orchestrate across model providers and internal teams to keep new models and capacity moving smoothly into production, while executing the roadmap for the inference platform itself. The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, thrives coordinating across teams and external partners with competing timelines, and is energized by building the operating model for a function that doesn't have much precedent yet.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity's mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they've learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute the roadmap for the inference platform request handling, rate limits and quotas, usage controls, and the reliability and observability surface engineering and product teams depend on
- Be the connective tissue between model providers and Perplexity's engineering and product teams coordinating onboarding, launch readiness, and rollout for new models and capacity
- Drive latency, throughput, uptime, and cost-efficiency as core execution metrics, surfacing tradeoffs between them rather than letting them become side effects
- Run the operating model for model-release and optimization programs, including day-zero launches, across performance engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
- Lead cross-functional delivery for inference-stack changes, from planning through launch and post-launch validation
- Build the mechanisms that make releases predictable rituals, dashboards, launch checklists so inference releases stay low-risk at Perplexity's scale
- Partner with GPU capacity and compute teams to reconcile execution decisions against cost, capacity, and vendor constraints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with technical program management or product management in infrastructure, distributed systems, or ML/model-serving products
- Direct experience with production LLM or ML inference understanding what makes serving fast, reliable, and cheap rather than just what a roadmap slide says about it
- Comfort orchestrating across external partners and internal engineering teams with competing priorities and timelines
- Experience with data and metrics, and the judgment to surface difficult tradeoffs between latency, throughput, uptime, and cost
- Thrives in a small, agile team; has initiative and desire for ownership without much precedent to lean on
- 6+ years of combined technical program management or product management experience

Reports to:
Regional Head of Compliance, EMEA (with matrix reporting to the OEM Board and Global Compliance)
Regulator:
Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)
About the Team
The compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company's AML and regulatory obligations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited is our MFSA-authorised investment services entity. Its licence covers the operation of a multilateral trading facility alongside our MiFID derivatives business. Operating a trading venue puts a distinct set of obligations on the firm: venue rulebook governance, member admission, market surveillance, transparency and reporting, systems resilience and orderly trading controls. This role owns compliance for that venue.
What You Will Be Doing
As Head of Compliance for the MTF, you will hold the MiFID compliance function for the trading venue and act as the MFSA-approved person for that role. The MLRO function sits separately; you will work alongside the OEM MLRO on financial crime matters that touch venue activity.
You will:
Own the MTF compliance framework end to end: policies, procedures, controls, registers and the compliance monitoring programme covering MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR and the MFSA Investment Services Rules applicable to MTF operators.
Act as the primary compliance point of contact for the MFSA on venue matters: authorisation variations, notifications, thematic reviews, RFIs, inspections and remediation.
Own the venue rulebook. Keep it current, ensure it is enforceable, and run the governance process for changes.
Oversee member and participant admission: eligibility criteria, non-discriminatory access, direct electronic access arrangements, sponsored access controls, and ongoing monitoring of members' compliance with the rules of the venue.
Oversee admission to trading of financial instruments, including the compliance assessment of new instruments, product classes and tokenised or DLT-based instruments where relevant.
Provide compliance oversight of orderly trading requirements: systems capacity and resilience, testing of members' algorithms, circuit breakers, order-to-trade ratios, tick sizes, market making schemes and clock synchronisation.
Provide compliance oversight of pre- and post-trade transparency, waivers and deferrals, transaction reporting, reference data and the accuracy and completeness controls behind them.
Advise the business on the interaction between the MTF and OKX's wider European footprint: the MiFID derivatives business, MiCA-authorised activity in OKX Europe Ltd, and the DLT Pilot Regime where a DLT MTF is in scope.
Deliver the annual compliance risk assessment, the compliance monitoring plan and the compliance report to senior management and the Board.
Build, lead and develop the MTF compliance team, and set the compliance training curriculum for venue-facing staff, trading operations and technology.
Give day-to-day advice to product, engineering, trading operations, legal and market operations in a fast-moving regulatory environment, including sign-off on venue changes, launches and marketing where required.
Oversee compliance aspects of outsourcing, critical third parties and operational resilience, including DORA obligations relevant to the venue.
Prepare Board, committee and matrix stakeholder reporting, and represent OKX with the MFSA, ESMA consultations, industry bodies and peer venue forums.
What We Look For in You
10 years plus in regulatory compliance within financial services, market infrastructure, fintech or crypto, including time at a senior or head-of-function level.
Direct experience of trading venue compliance: MTF, OTF, regulated market, SI or an equivalent execution venue. This is the core requirement.
Working knowledge of MiFID II and MiFIR as they apply to venue operators: Articles 18–20 and 31 (MTF operating requirements and rule monitoring), Articles 48–50 (orderly trading), MiFIR transparency and transaction reporting, and the associated RTS.
Practical experience of market abuse surveillance and MAR obligations for a venue operator, including STOR decision-making.
Experience developing and owning a compliance framework that has stood up to regulatory examination, and a track record of engaging supervisors directly.
Experience preparing and defending compliance reporting to a board or regulator.
Familiarity with MFSA Investment Services Rules and Malta's regulatory environment, or a demonstrable ability to get there quickly from another EEA jurisdiction.
Strong project management skills and the ability to run several regulatory workstreams to deadline.
Comfortable working independently and in a dispersed, cross-border team across multiple varied tasks.
Highly ethical, intuitive, and willing to question and challenge at every level of the business.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain venue regulation to engineers and commercial teams.
Eligible for MFSA approval as the holder of the compliance function.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the crypto industry, particularly tokenised instruments, crypto derivatives or a MiCA-authorised trading platform.
Experience with the DLT Pilot Regime or another distributed ledger market infrastructure.
Experience of a trading venue authorisation or a licence variation to add MTF operation.
Familiarity with surveillance platforms (Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, Eventus, Scila, Steeleye or similar) and with transaction reporting tooling.
International Compliance Association, ACAMS, CISI or equivalent compliance certification.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Devin, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
