The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.

Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role

About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments:
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments team, focused on maximizing the impact of Claude in the life sciences. Our goal is ambitious: accelerate scientific progress from R&D through translation by an order of magnitude. That means making Claude the go-to tool for the life sciences ecosystem from early discovery in academia to paradigm shifting biotech to reimaging pharma pipelines — and building the technical infrastructure to back that up.
You'll work directly with flagship research partners like Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The Allen Institute, embedded in their scientific workflows. This isn't consulting from the outside — you'll be building alongside their engineers, prototyping agents that fit into real research pipelines, and developing the ecosystem-level tooling (MCP servers, benchmarks, reusable agent skills) that extends Claude's usefulness across the broader life sciences community. This role will be part of the founding Beneficial Deployments applied AI team focused on bringing more of life sciences closer to the frontier and be responsible for building with our partners.
Responsibilities:
Partner deeply with flagship life sciences research institutions — understand their scientific workflows end-to-end, build hands-on with their engineering teams, and help take projects from early exploration to production systems integrated into how they do science day-to-day.
Develop reusable ecosystem infrastructure, like MCP servers for domain-specific data sources (genomics platforms, literature databases, experimental repositories), instruments, scientifically-grounded benchmarks, and agent skills that other institutions can adopt without starting from scratch.
Identify what's actually hard about deploying AI in life sciences (heterogeneous data, auditability requirements, the prototype-to-trust gap) and feed those findings back to product, engineering, and research.
Create technical content and documentation that lets partners self-serve, so what works for one institution can scale globally without the same level of hand-holding.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
4+ years as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder — with production experience shipping systems that real users depend on.
Deep research experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing. Bonus if you've studied genomics, neuroscience, or drug discovery specifically and are comfortable getting deeply technical with academics.
Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications: prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks.
Builder credibility from shipping production code as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical founder.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$280,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform.
Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic.
Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files.
Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency
Define pricing for new products and resources.
Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale
What you need
You've built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms
You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic
You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements
You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes
Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification and were awarded our first contract with a federal agency. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead Sierra’s public sector sales team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of account executives serving strategic federal, state, or local government accounts. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and consistent execution.
- Own revenue growth and territory strategy: Translate Sierra’s public sector ambitions into territory coverage, account priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue plans. Allocate resources thoughtfully, maintain rigorous forecasts, and drive the team to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create opportunities around mission outcomes: Build executive relationships with agency leaders and help your team translate priorities such as constituent access, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and program integrity into compelling AI agent opportunities. Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
- Guide complex sales cycles from discovery through award: Coach account executives through long, multi-stakeholder government buying processes and engage directly at critical moments. Mobilize cross-functional support for executive alignment, solution development, business cases, security and legal reviews, pricing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close.
- Shape acquisition and capture strategy: Ensure every priority opportunity has a credible path to contract and a disciplined capture plan. Help the team navigate funding, fiscal-year timing, competitive dynamics, and procurement pathways—including GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, state schedules, and cooperative purchasing agreements. Lead deal reviews that surface risks early and turn strategy into clear next steps.
- Scale Sierra’s partner ecosystem: Partner with public sector and partnerships leadership to build productive relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, small-business partners, and technology providers. Guide decisions about direct sales, subcontracting, teaming, and partner-led transactions to expand customer access and accelerate growth.
- Lead strategic prime and teaming relationships: Establish executive alignment with key partners and help shape account ownership, deal registration, workshare, and joint go-to-market plans. Ensure partnerships bring meaningful customer access, past performance, implementation capacity, or procurement pathways—and translate into qualified pipeline and successful delivery.
- Drive disciplined pursuit and proposal decisions: Partner with the Public Sector GM on bid/no-bid recommendations and prioritize resources across strategic pursuits. Align sales, legal, security, product, engineering, and delivery teams to produce procurement responses that are compliant, differentiated, and precise.
- Stay accountable for customer success: Build trust with senior agency leaders, establish strong handoffs from sales to delivery, and remain engaged through deployment and expansion. Help resolve escalations and ensure commitments made during the sales process support lasting customer relationships.
- Build a repeatable public sector go-to-market motion: Work with public sector leadership to refine account segmentation, hiring and capacity plans, capture processes, partner strategy, contract-vehicle priorities, and sales playbooks. Bring market signals and customer feedback to product and company leadership to shape Sierra’s platform and public sector strategy.
- Lead an AI-native sales organization: Embed AI into how the team researches accounts, develops outreach, synthesizes calls, plans opportunities, creates proposals, and forecasts. Model effective use, share successful practices, and help account executives spend more time on judgment, strategy, and customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 15+ years of selling experience: Extensive experience in enterprise customer-facing sales role, specifically selling to the U.S. government.
- People leadership experience: 10+ years managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Enterprise experience: You've run and managed end-to-end complex deals ($1M+).
- Strong fluency in government acquisition and procurement, including funding and budget cycles, competitive solicitations, proposal processes, task orders, and common Federal or state contract vehicles.
- Experience developing and executing capture strategies before a solicitation is released—not simply responding once an RFP is public.
- A strong network and demonstrated ability to work with government technology partners, including prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and small-business teaming partners.
- Sound judgment about direct, channel, prime/subcontractor, and teaming models, with the ability to select and execute the right path for a particular agency and opportunity.
- The ability to build credibility with agency executives, program leaders, contracting and procurement officials, security teams, and technical stakeholders—and to align those groups around a shared path forward.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, account planning, and forecasting skills. You are rigorous about details, procurement milestones, and next steps.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of government institutions to improve outcomes for the people they serve.
- Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage business: you create structure where it does not yet exist, move with urgency, and collaborate deeply across functions.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow.
Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority.
You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out.
- Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories.
- Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market.
- Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it.
- Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape.
- Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap.
- Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist.
- Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers.
- Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement.
- A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results.
- Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you.
- Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land.
- Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again.
- Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect."
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
- Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals.
- Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing.
- Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it.
