About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
At seQura, we are looking for someone who doesn't just animate scenes, but brings ideas to life.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
Senior Motion & Graphic Designer
to shape how seQura looks, moves and feels. Motion is becoming a core part of how we express our brand, and this role will elevate seQura's positioning through every visual touchpoint, becoming a creative reference across the company.
This role goes far beyond moving elements on a screen. We are looking for someone with a strong visual culture across motion, photography and graphic design; someone who can read an image before animating it, understand what makes a story work, and find the right rhythm to make an idea move.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn concepts into compelling visual stories that build the seQura brand, while also bringing your expertise to projects across the company.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Turn concepts into high-quality motion graphics, video and visual storytelling that go beyond campaigns: work that repositions the company and strengthens its brand narrative.
Define and document seQura's motion language: principles, timing and transitions that other designers and partners can apply consistently.
Join projects from the idea stage, shaping concepts alongside copywriters and other creatives rather than executing finished briefs.
Build visual narratives where rhythm, composition, photography, typography and movement all serve a clear purpose.
Own every project from concept to final delivery, with consistency and attention to detail at each step.
Bring structure to the process: manage timelines and deliverables without lowering the creative bar.
Integrate AI tools into your workflow to explore faster and push further, never as a substitute for judgement or craft.
Become a trusted reference for teams across seQura, contributing wherever your expertise adds value.
Keep exploring new tools, formats and approaches that raise how we communicate as a brand.
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits and snacks.
Moreover, we offer a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, environmental consciousness). Each area will include a variety of activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need
🫱🏼🫲🏽
A portfolio that shows craft and systems thinking together, not just showreel moments.
Senior-level judgment: you know which risks are worth taking, and which aren't.
Conceptual depth: the ability to connect motion, brand and interaction into one coherent experience.
Fluency with AI and generative tools for image, motion and audio generation.
Expert in motion & editing tools
:
it's not about which tools you prefer, but how well you use them. Think After Effects for motion, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to finish a project end to end, Cinema 4D/Blender for 3D, but if you achieve the same results in a different way, that works too.
A solid foundation in composition and photography: you understand what makes an image work before you animate it.
Sharp judgement, connecting every visual decision to the idea behind the piece.
Experience developing ideas with copywriters and other creative profiles, not just receiving briefs.
Real ownership: you manage projects, meet deadlines and answer for your work end to end.
Flexibility to move across projects, formats and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, technology or other fast-paced environments.
Experience in Figma.
About you
You notice when an animation feels just a little too slow.
You know when an easing curve doesn't quite feel right.
You care about craft but understand how to ship quickly.
You're comfortable working in ambiguity, helping define patterns before they exist.
Most importantly, you believe motion isn't decoration. It's a critical part of how great products communicate.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our backend team at Zerion.
This team builds and evolves the backend systems at the core of our products and customer-facing solutions.
In this role, you'll design and operate distributed systems, work with Web3 infrastructure, and collaborate closely with product, support, and the clients building on our API to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
We value strong ownership, thoughtful system design, and a high bar for code quality.
If you enjoy building solid systems, moving fast without cutting corners, and using AI as a core part of how you work, you'll feel right at home with us.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain
scalable distributed backend systems
powering platform and product capabilities.
Own
backend services end-to-end
: from architecture and implementation to monitoring and long-term reliability.
Work closely with
product and engineering peers
to actively shape product decisions — not just execute specs.
Scope
solutions with the clients

Build and evolve
Web3 platform backend components
, including protocol integrations, support for newly emerging blockchain networks, and reliable interactions with smart contracts.
Ensure
high standards of code quality
, performance, security, and observability.
Operate comfortably in a
fast-paced startup environment
, balancing speed and correctness.
Use AI as a core part
of your engineering workflow — designing, reviewing, debugging and shipping with it. This is how the team works day to day, not an experiment we're running.
Contribute to
technical discussions
, reviews, and mentorship within the engineering team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of experience designing and building
distributed backend systems
.
Strong knowledge of
algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced startup environment
.
Strong desire to
actively contribute to product evolution
, not just implementation.
Comfortable
working directly with customers
— hearing a vague problem and coming back with a concrete proposal.
Hands-on,
daily use of AI in your engineering work
. You should be able to talk concretely about where it has changed how you build, and where you've learned not to trust it.
High standards for
code quality, system reliability, and user experience
— you care about getting it right, not just getting it done.
Strong
ownership mindset
— you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
Clear and proactive
communication
in a distributed team.
Pragmatic decision-making: knowing when to
move fast vs. go deep
.
Ability to
learn quickly and adapt
.
Technical Skill Set
Excellent knowledge of
Golang is a plus, not a blocker.
Experience with
containerized systems
: Docker & Kubernetes.
Experience with
databases
:
SQL: Postgres
NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra
Experience with
monitoring and observability tools
: Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is scaling compute internationally — growing our footprint in new countries. We're hiring a Country Lead to be the single, accountable owner of our compute strategy in Canada: the person who leads a team of cross-functional experts driving site selection, leasing, energy, financing, government relations and policy, community engagement, construction, and operations. This person will be ultimately responsible for bringing gigawatts of compute online in Canada.
You won't build this alone. The specialist functions — leasing, energy, policy, construction, finance — are hired and managed centrally by functional leads based in San Francisco. Your job is to provide cross-functional leadership over that team in-country: coordinating and driving accountability across workstreams, while representing Anthropic externally with government and industry counterparts in Canada.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing, cross-functional effort without needing formal authority to do it.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and coordination for Anthropic's compute build-out in Canada, from initial site selection through construction and operations. While each component will be run by subject matter experts, this role will act as the overall leader and coordinator of that team.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for cross-functional workstreams; leasing, financing, energy, government relations/policy, community engagement, construction, and operations.
Provide working leadership to the in-country cross-functional team, driving alignment and unblocking issues.
Represent Anthropic with government officials, utilities, energy providers, and other external stakeholders in Canada.
Build and maintain relationships within the Canadian government and the energy industry to support site, power, and policy outcomes.
Track progress and surface risks across parallel workstreams as the country's compute footprint scales from initial sites to multiple gigawatts.
Translate between Anthropic's global compute priorities and the specific regulatory, political, and market conditions in Canada.
Requirements
Canadian national with established links into government and the energy industry strongly preferred.
Structured thinker with a track record of learning new domains quickly and going deep fast.
Excellent communicator, comfortable representing Anthropic to senior government, utility, and industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own multiple concurrent workstreams at once.
Comfortable with ambiguity; a problem solver who drives structure into undefined situations.
Background in energy, infrastructure, or a related sector.
Nice to have
Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure or datacenter development.
Existing relationships with Canadian federal or provincial government bodies relevant to energy, land use, or industrial development.
Experience managing or overseeing capital-intensive projects.
Familiarity with the compute, cloud, or datacenter industry.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
