ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp’s Sales organization is looking for self-motivated teammates who are excited to learn the craft of outbound selling and help accelerate our growth. As an SMB Sales Development Representative, you will be an early point of contact for prospective customers by researching, engaging, and qualifying finance leaders at growing businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
- Research companies, prioritize accounts, and identify the right prospects to contact.
- Build thoughtful phone, email, and multi-channel campaigns that create relevant conversations with finance leaders.
- Qualify prospects through consultative discovery and uncover business challenges before positioning Ramp.
- Clearly explain how Ramp can help finance teams simplify spend management, reduce manual work, and gain visibility and control.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to improve research, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Use coaching, data, and feedback to improve performance and contribute qualified pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Curiosity about business challenges and how finance teams operate.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that includes repetition, feedback, and rejection.
- A builder mindset: you spot friction, create simple improvements, learn from results, and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated coachability and willingness to ask for help, practice, and improve.
- Practical AI fluency and sound judgment when using tools to improve work quality and speed.
- A genuine interest in beginning a sales career and building foundational outbound skills.
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer-facing, sales, fundraising, service, or leadership experience.
- Experience working toward goals, metrics, or performance targets.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization is responsible for the systems that train our models, serve our products, and support our engineering teams. That includes datacenter operations, capacity planning across cloud providers and our own facilities, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking. It’s a lot of surface area, and the demands on it are growing fast.
We’re hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this whole ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. We’re bringing up new datacenters, scaling multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure, managing datacenter construction, and building the software infrastructure to keep pace. The team is growing very quickly, and we’re looking for a senior leader with experience at scale to build and scale this team to support Anthropic’s rapid growth. You’ll report to the Head of TPM, partnering closely with various engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support where it is most impactful.
You’ll personally drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your teamin parallel. This is a role where you need to be comfortable doing the work yourself before you can hand it off.
What you'll do:
IC Program Leadership
Own and drive 2–3 of the highest-priority programs across infrastructure while you build the team
Run the actual programs—datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, cross-team reliability efforts, or whatever the most pressing needs are
Build the processes and playbooks as you go—figure out what works by doing it, then codify it for the team
Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution, not just strategy
Team Building & Development
Set the standard for what good TPM work looks like in this domain through your own output
Coach and develop TPMs
Transition programs to your team as you hire
Grow the team with excellent TPMs by defining roles, writing JDs, sourcing candidates, and closing hires
Planning & Prioritization
Work with various engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support
Make real tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip given limited TPM capacity during the build phase
Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs—status, risks, dependencies, blockers
Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams (Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal) on programs that span organizational boundaries
Drive alignment on programs that cross the hardware/software line—e.g., capacity plans that feed into training schedules, or efficiency work that spans accelerator kernels and serving systems
Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs and ideally some experience leading larger TPM organizations
Have built a team or function from scratch before—you know the difference between hiring for a defined role vs. figuring out what the roles should be
Have scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing, fast-moving company environments
Have worked across physical and software infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling. You don’t need to be deep in all of it, but you need to be conversant enough to ask the right questions and spot the real risks.
Have run large-scale compute or infrastructure programs—capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations, or similar
Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership without losing the important details
Are good at context-switching between doing the work and managing people, and don’t see the IC work as beneath you
Are comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information
Deadline to apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$565,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we're investing, what we're getting in return, and where we can operate more effectively.
We are looking for an FP&A Manager who will help build Sentry's FP&A function while focusing on establishing best-in-class FinOps practices. You'll partner across the business on forecasting and financial analysis, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and other areas where better financial visibility can translate directly into better decisions.
You will be expected to understand the economics behind our infrastructure, build the financial models and reporting needed to manage it, identify meaningful opportunities, and work with Engineering and other partners to turn those insights into action.
You'll also operate as a generalist FP&A partner and play an important role in building the processes, models, and operating rhythms that Finance will use as Sentry grows.
You will report to the Director of FP&A.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for significant areas of Sentry's operations, with particular emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand the drivers of cloud and AI spend, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop reporting that makes cloud and infrastructure costs understandable and actionable, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and significant variances.
- Help evaluate cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions by modeling their financial implications and tradeoffs.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process that gives budget owners clear visibility into their spend, forecasts, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ongoing financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs in partnership with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and other corporate FP&A work alongside the Director of FP&A.
- Develop models and analyses to answer important business questions, particularly around efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual or fragmented finance processes with scalable ones.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and business leaders to ensure financial information leads to action rather than simply producing another report.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are a self-starter who likes owning a problem from messy data through recommendation and implementation.
- Get genuinely interested in understanding why a cost moves rather than simply reporting that it moved.
- Enjoy working with technical partners and can translate infrastructure or product concepts into financial drivers.
- Like building processes, models, and reporting from scratch and making them simpler each time they run.
- Have strong financial instincts but aren't afraid to get into large or imperfect datasets to find the answer.
- Are comfortable moving between detailed cost analysis and broader company FP&A work.
- Know that good cost management is about helping teams make smarter tradeoffs—not simply telling them to spend less.
- Are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs is strongly preferred. Direct FinOps experience is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization is a plus; FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, particularly the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turn analysis into action.
Not sure you meet every qualification? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about the opportunity, have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, drive change, and want to help us build a great finance function.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

- The Role
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at ClickHouse, you'll own the technical side of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Greater China. You'll engage with data platform engineers, architects, SRE, and the VP who owns the standard — and your job is to design something that satisfies all of them and then prove it at production scale.
This is a role for engineers who want the hard version of the problem: real scale, real constraints, and an incumbent to displace. Prior pre-sales experience helps but isn't required — technical depth is non-negotiable.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts across Greater China — from discovery through POC or competitive bake-off, architecture sign-off, security review, and first production workload.
- Engage across a wider set of stakeholders than a single team: data platform engineers, architects, SRE, security, and the executive who owns the standard. Design solutions that hold up with all of them in the room.
- Design for production scale — sizing, sharding and replication strategy, ingestion topology, tiered storage, cost modeling, and what happens when something fails at 3am.
- Win competitive displacements against Elasticsearch, Splunk, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Pinot, and homegrown systems, using benchmarks the customer's own team can reproduce.
- Own the migration plan — sequencing, dual-run, validation, and cutover — so the customer's team can see exactly how they get to production.
- Clear the security and procurement path: questionnaires, compliance artifacts, network and identity architecture, data residency requirements, and BYOC or private deployment requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to progress and close opportunities — you own the technical win, they own the commercial close. Build the TCO case against the incumbent/competition together.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering — you're the voice of the technical buyer inside ClickHouse.
- Contribute reference architectures, benchmark harnesses, migration guides, and objection handling material that help the team scale what's working.
What You Bring
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English, written and verbal. You can run a deep technical workshop in Mandarin and represent the same architecture to a global internal audience in English.
- Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure — built through experience as a data engineer, platform engineer, software engineer, DBA, or solutions architect.
- Production experience with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Druid, Pinot, Vertica) and with operating them, not just querying them.
- Distributed systems judgment: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, query execution, and a felt sense for where things break under load.
- Fluency across the modern data stack — Kafka and CDC pipelines, orchestration, object storage, BI tools, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud) at architecture level.
- Experience running a technical evaluation against a named competitor and winning it, including designing the migration off the incumbent and the parts of it that are genuinely hard.
- Customer-facing experience with real stakes — pre-sales, consulting, technical account management, or a staff-level engineering role that put you in front of customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can whiteboard with a staff engineer in the morning and present to a VP of Engineering in the afternoon.
- Comfort with longer cycles and more stakeholders. Enterprise evaluations don't close in three weeks, and you know how to keep one moving without letting it stall.
- Willingness to say ClickHouse isn't the right tool for a given workload when that's true.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience selling or supporting technical sales into the Greater China market
- Familiarity with the local cloud and data ecosystem (Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and how enterprises there build around it.
- Open source community experience, including engaging developer and engineering audiences in the region.
- Experience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization..

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a member of the Research Legal team, you'll advise on legal topics across the full lifecycle of building and studying frontier AI models: data acquisition and use, training pipelines, model evaluation and launch, and alignment, interpretability, model welfare, societal impacts, and beneficial deployments research, as well as Responsible Scaling Policy work on biological risk. You'll be a subject matter expert on copyright, privacy, data use, and AI regulation (including the EU AI Act, U.S. state laws, and emerging global rules), and will work directly with researchers on questions that often have no settled answer.
The ideal candidate will have navigated complex legal questions at the intersection of machine learning, data, and academic research in a fast-moving technical environment, with the judgment to work at the cutting edge of AI development while effectively solving issues, enabling innovation, and calibrating risk. This is a uniquely positioned role touching many different facets of AI, presenting the opportunity to be a leader in AI legal thought.
Key responsibilities
Advise research and data teams on data sourcing, licensing, partnerships, and use, and help shape Anthropic's data acquisition and use strategy as laws and markets evolve

Engage with academics, regulators, industry groups, and civil society to help develop norms and best practices for responsible AI development and data governance
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based (California or New York preferred)
Practical, creative problem-solving: the ability to apply legal requirements to fast-changing, deeply technical work, with an understanding that the goal is to enable responsible research and product development in a risk-calibrated environment
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and uncharted legal territory, turning complex technical and legal analysis into advice people can act on
Familiarity and comfort advising on the EU AI Act, U.S. legislation and AI frameworks, GDPR/CCPA, and comparable regimes globally, sometimes where no AI-specific legislation exists
Interest in thinking deeply about the impact of AI on society and how to make humanity's transition to the AI age as beneficial as possible
Sound judgment about when to be flexible and when to hold a line; comfort making high-stakes calls in unsettled areas and outside your core expertise; and a low-ego, collaborative approach, doing the work needed rather than delegating it or being territorial
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience advising technology companies on copyright, privacy, data, AI regulation, and related product and policy issues, ideally including time in-house and work on AI/ML products or services
Experience engaging directly with regulators or standards bodies
Working technical literacy: enough familiarity with how models are trained, evaluated, and deployed to ask researchers and engineers the right questions and spot the legal issues in a technical design
An academic or publishing background, or experience with copyright, open-source, and data licensing
Experience with biosecurity, dual-use research, export controls, or safety frameworks such as Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy
Experience advising on academic or industry research, including publications, external collaborations, data sharing, or human-subjects and consent questions, ideally in AI or an adjacent technical field

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel of n8n’s commercial engine, helping Marketing leadership make sharper investment decisions across both our PLG and SLG motions.
To do so, you’ll turn demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view that leadership can act on:
OWN MARKETING PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down targets and cross-functional alignment through regional segmentation, budget ownership, and consolidation into the company plan.
- Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product marketing, and events to set budgets, forecast spend, and sharpen investment trade-offs.
- Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and sponsorship commitments, phasing, seasonality, and in-year reallocations.
MODEL FUNNEL & CHANNEL ECONOMICS
- Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and velocity with Marketing Ops and RevOps across both PLG and SLG motions.
- Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line model and quantify the financial impact and trade-offs of changing them.
- Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using attribution, incrementality testing, and other causal methods where appropriate.
BUILD A RIGOROUS MARKETING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK
- Establish a repeatable process for material marketing bets covering hypothesis, baseline, expected return, confidence range, leading indicators, scale-or-stop triggers, and post-investment review.
- Build and defend investment cases for brand, community, content, events, and other spend that does not attribute cleanly to closed revenue.
- Use internal evidence, external benchmarks, and post-investment learnings to drive in-year reallocations toward the highest-impact opportunities.
TURN DATA INTO DECISIONS
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to keep the financial view aligned with n8n’s attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Own the financial metric definitions behind Marketing reporting and ensure teams are operating from a consistent view of performance.
- Turn financial reporting and variance analysis into tangible insights and recommendations for Marketing leadership, executives, and board-level audiences when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📊 FP&A experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
- 🗂️ Complex planning experience: You have led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end.
- 🤝 Marketing business partnering: You have deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an enterprise/SLG demand generation motion, plus a strong working understanding of the other.
- 📈 Funnel and channel economics: You are fluent in CAC and CAC payback by channel and motion, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion, and velocity.
- 🧭 Judgment on unattributable spend: You have built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never attribute cleanly to a closed deal.
- 💶 Program spend ownership: You are comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency costs, vendor economics, and reallocations.
- 🧮 Financial modeling: You build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain robust as assumptions, scenarios, and operating inputs change.
- 🗣️ Executive communication: You translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and are comfortable presenting to Marketing leadership, executives, and board audiences when needed.
- 🤖 AI- and automation-first mindset: You naturally use AI and automation platforms such as n8n to improve the quality, speed, and repeatability of your planning, reporting, and analysis.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🔄 PLG + SLG fluency: You have deep experience across both product-led and sales-led demand motions rather than primarily one.
- 🧑💻 Developer-focused environment: You have worked at a community-led, open-source, or developer-focused product company.
- 🧪 Incrementality & experimentation: You have exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or marketing mix modeling.
- 🛠️ Marketing & RevOps tooling: You have experience consuming data from tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, attribution platforms, and Salesforce.
- 📋 Planning platforms: You have worked with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment in complex, multi-entity, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- 🧑🔬 Data self-sufficiency: You are comfortable using SQL and building your own views in tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Hex rather than waiting on a Data team.
- ⚙️ Relevant SaaS domain experience: You have worked in workflow automation, developer tools, or infrastructure SaaS.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll own the financial view of one of the most important joins in our growth engine: where community, product-led adoption, and enterprise demand generation meet. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership and counterpart FP&A Managers covering the PLG and SLG bottom of funnel, giving you visibility across the full commercial plan and real influence over how we allocate one of our largest discretionary investments.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company where finance is expected to help shape decisions, not simply report on them. As n8n expands the opportunity around AI agent orchestration and helps businesses unlock measurable ROI through automation, you’ll help build the planning discipline, investment frameworks, and automation-first finance practices that support our next stage of growth.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers
