What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As an Enterprise Sales VP, you'll be embedded in the Enterprise Sales team and report directly to the VP, Public and Labor.
The Enterprise Sales VP, Labor and Trust will expand our footprint with large labor health & welfare funds through direct sales. This is an individual contributor seat with a defined national territory: a named book of private multiemployer Taft-Hartley funds at 10,000 to 100,000 participants. We are expanding our team in order to continue to hit our ambitious Enterprise Sales goals. We are searching for a candidate who possesses the exceptional ability to establish and cultivate high-level relationships, as this will be instrumental in our pursuit of growth and innovation.
What you will do
Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management across a named national book of labor health & welfare funds
Sell to boards of trustees: build fund office relationships, navigate joint labor-management board dynamics, and win both the labor and management sides of the room
Keep current with market knowledge and competitor products to effectively communicate the value proposition of a relationship with Garner
Support the development of new, strategic relationships with fund professionals (administrators, actuaries, counsel, and consultants) and carrier labor channels, including working the conference circuit (IFEBP), and influence the buying decision
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) via brokers, consultants, and insurers
5+ years selling into labor / Taft-Hartley funds strongly preferred, with fluency in how these funds actually work: joint boards, collective bargaining linkage, and fund professionals (administrator, actuary, counsel, investment consultant)
Existing, reference-checkable relationships with trustees, fund administrators, and the labor consultant ecosystem (Segal above all), plus credibility in the room with union leadership
A data literacy with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive actions
Proven experience with developing processes (sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation, etc), and executing on sales strategies to promote long term success
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics.
What you'll get here
You'll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You'll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you'll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It's demanding by design. You'll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
Visa sponsorship:
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + bonus) range for this role is $425,000 - $475,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that's what you're looking for, we'd love to meet you.

This role is remote, with optional in-person attendance in either the New York or San Francisco office.
About the Team
The Data Foundations team at Patreon builds the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power both customer-facing and internal data products. The Data Infrastructure function within the team owns the foundational platform — streaming, batch, and data lake infrastructure — that every data pipeline, analytics workload, and ML system at Patreon runs on.
You'll join a small, high-craft team that partners across Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the rest of Engineering to make sure the platform underneath all of that work is reliable, scalable, and easy for other engineers to build on.
About the Role
- Architect, build, and operate large scale batch and streaming platforms that directly power Patreon product features, analytics, and experimentation.
- Stand up and scale event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and delivery to different data storage systems.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate pipelines with minimal friction.
- Partner with the broader Infrastructure, Platform, and product engineering to drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, deployment, and orchestration to align the data ecosystem with Patreon’s roadmap.
- Build the tooling, monitoring, and observability that gives engineers confidence in the data platform's reliability and performance.
- Mentor other engineers on infrastructure and streaming best practices, and help shape the long-term data infrastructure roadmap.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on data or platform infrastructure.
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting both batch (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and stream processing systems at scale (Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, or similar).
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Java, Scala, or Go a plus) and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and broad fluency across data stores: Object storage (S3), RDMS (MySQL, or Postgres, etc.), Key value (DynamoDB), OLAP (Clickhouse, Pinot, or Druid, etc.), search/indexing (Elasticsearch) plus data flow patterns for keeping them in sync with source systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable driving cross-functional infrastructure decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Delta Lake/Iceberg, AWS, or Databricks.
- Contributed to open-source streaming or infrastructure tooling.
- Experience supporting ML/AI workflows, training pipelines, or evaluation systems.
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
