We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (High-Touch) for the German-speaking market, you will be the trusted post-sales partner for some of n8n’s most strategic enterprise customers. With a deliberately small book of business, you go deep: you learn each customer’s business, build relationships across their organization, and turn product usage into measurable outcomes and clear ROI.
You will own retention and expansion for your accounts, running a tight operating cadence of kickoffs, success plans, health checks, QBRs and renewals, while proactively managing risk and escalations.
In close partnership with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales, you turn technical success into durable revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own a small book of n8n’s largest, most strategic enterprise customers in the German-speaking market, acting as their primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption and renewal
- Build an account strategy for each customer and a footprint across their organization, from IT and engineering teams to senior business and executive stakeholders
- Own retention and expansion targets, driving renewals and growth (upsell/cross-sell) in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, responsibilities and measurable outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences, unblocking implementation and accelerating time-to-value
- Run a strong operating cadence (health checks, exec syncs, QBRs), using usage and health data to proactively spot risks and manage escalations
- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, outcomes and impact
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering and Product to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and share what you learn with the wider CS team
REQUIREMENTS

💼 Revenue ownership: You’ve carried a retention and/or expansion target, know your KPIs, and have a track record of renewals and growth
💻 Technical acumen: You lean toward the technical end of the CSM spectrum and can confidently engage with IT/engineering stakeholders (APIs, integrations, auth basics, environments), and you know when to bring in Support.

📊 Commercial acumen & value mindset: You translate product usage into measurable outcomes, ROI and executive-ready business cases
🧭 Account strategy & operational rigor: You build account plans, a clear operating cadence and a footprint across large organizations, keeping stakeholders aligned with structure and follow-through

Nice-to-haves
🤖 Automation + AI curiosity: You’ve used automation/AI tools (or iPaaS/workflow platforms) and can bring ideas that improve customer value realization
🧩 Familiarity with n8n or similar tools: Prior exposure to workflow automation/integration platforms helps you ramp faster
🚀 Startup/scale-up experience: You’ve operated in high-growth environments and enjoy “build the plane while flying it” work
🎓 Technical or STEM education: Degree or equivalent training in a technical field is a plus (Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
🌍 Multi-region experience: You’ve worked with global enterprise accounts across EMEA/US time zones and complex stakeholder groups

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help local merchants reach more customers, and the New Verticals teams make sure those partners have a great experience working with us. You'll join the Quality team in New Verticals EMEA, which works across both regional and global levels to improve how we support, onboard and grow our merchant partners across all of our markets, including Wolt and Deliveroo.
You'll sit at the intersection of merchants, account management, and our support and quality organizations. You'll work on large, cross-market initiatives and partner closely with our regional teams and global heads.
What you'll be doing
This role is about taking a global view of merchant quality and operational excellence, and turning what you find into initiatives that make best practices. You contribute to our quality targets – most importantly reducing items not found and cancellations, and improving efficiency and product substitutions. You'll own the initiatives and projects you drive, for instance occasions and go-to-market, and you'll work hands-on with the internal team stakeholders, while staying close to the merchant experience.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Act as the point of contact and build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product and customer support, helping resolve defects and recurring issues at a global level
Drive product rollouts across markets, informing and training Account Managers and ensuring merchants are set up for success
Analyse how things work in practice across regions, spotting and grouping similar issues and feeding those insights back to the right teams
Lead global and cross-regional initiatives such as occasions and best practices, working with regional heads to improve performance in their markets
Collaborate with specialists across countries, running initiatives together
Use data and AI tools to analyse, automate and prototype solutions yourself, rather than waiting on others
Our humble expectations
Confident working with data. You can pull, analyse and draw conclusions on your own
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to automate work and speed up analysis, while knowing they're a starting point and not a replacement for judgment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from different markets and levels of seniority
Solid project management skills and a track record of taking initiatives from idea to delivery
A generalist mindset: you're curious, pick things up quickly and are happy to dig into the details
A strong sense of ownership and a drive to go beyond what's expected
Fluent English both written and spoken.
What we offer
Global visibility: work on initiatives that impact many markets and collaborate directly with global heads
A real opportunity to make an impact and shape how we work with merchants worldwide
A clear growth path. Many people in this role move on to take regional ownership or product ownership
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We see Support at GitBook as a key function to strengthen customer trust. Every conversation is a chance to shape the product and make our support model more scalable. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll help technical teams document and share what they know with GitBook. You’ll answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with custom domains, integrations, APIs, SSO/SAML and bugs. You’ll use your knowledge of Git and DNS, and your ability to read logs across platforms to track down problems. You’ll keep first-response time, resolution time, and CSAT on track and share recurring feedback with Product and Engineering to improve GitBook. You'll turn what you learn into insight that shapes our roadmap, reduces friction and helps customers succeed long-term.
🫶YOU WILL BE VALUED FOR
- Technical foundations: You know Git, GitHub/GitLab, SAML SSO, DNS and web fundamentals such as caching and redirects.
- Developer fluency: You’re comfortable reviewing code, testing APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications to support customers using our Integrations Platform.

- Systems thinking: You don't just solve tickets. You ask why they happened and how to prevent the next hundred.
- Remote collaboration: You troubleshoot with teammates, share what you learn and know when to work async or jump on a call.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You take ownership, try things, ask for help when needed and learn as the product and team evolve.
- Market curiosity: You follow how technology, AI, documentation and developer tools are changing and where GitBook fits. You dig into customer problems and bring ideas back to the team to improve our product, processes and customer experience.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Solving high-impact technical problems: Triage, troubleshoot and debug customer problems, knowing what needs urgent escalation and what belongs in a bug report or roadmap discussion. Document complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Supporting customers: Help customers through our Helpdesk, Slack or Teams with everything from Authenticated Access and SAML SSO to monorepos and redirects. Ask follow-up questions to understand what they’re trying to achieve, help them get more from GitBook and build relationships where they feel comfortable sharing honest feedback.
- Turning support into product insight: Spot recurring bugs, friction points and feature requests. Quantify their impact, suggest workarounds and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to Product, Engineering and Design.
- Shaping how we work: Help our small team improve how we prioritize, triage and automate support. You’ll work with evolving processes rather than a fixed playbook, take initiative with limited guidance and speak up with ideas and concerns.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.
