Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Freedom24 is a CySEC-regulated stockbroker and part of Freedom Holding Corp, listed on Nasdaq. Clients trade over a million instruments across 15 exchanges through the platform. The Group is headquartered in Limassol and has been steadily opening offices across Europe, we have 10 offices in Europe, and now needs a single document management architecture that can actually support all of them.
That's the mandate here. Someone is needed to sit down with a blank sheet of paper and figure out how a regulated European financial group should manage everything from contracts and corporate records to Board papers and client files, across Cyprus and every subsidiary. You'll report straight to the Chief Legal Officer and have full autonomy. The first six months are focused entirely on this: auditing where things stand today and designing the model the Group should move to. What comes after depends on what you find and build during that time, but this is very much a first chapter, not the whole story.
To be clear: the current Document Management team is doing a good job running things day to day. Nothing here suggests otherwise. What's missing is the layer above that, the architecture the Company needs now that it's operating across this many countries, and building that layer is the job.
Why this role exists
The Group has outgrown a document management model shaped mainly around Legal's needs. As the Company expands across European subsidiaries, document management needs to become a structured, centralized, auditable discipline — not a set of local routines. That's the gap this role is built to close.
What you'll do
Audit the current landscape end-to-end: WSS / Prime Docs, DocuSign, approval routes, contract administration, electronic archives, original-document handling, and cross-entity workflows.
Run a rigorous gap analysis — process, governance, systems, subsidiary integration, reporting, AI-readiness — and separate what should stay from what needs to change.
Design the target operating model: centralized governance, document taxonomy, RACI and ownership, approval and e-signature principles, archive and access-rights framework.
Assess whether to enhance, integrate, or replace current systems, and translate the future model into clear IT business requirements — including where AI can add real value (classification, extraction, search, key-date monitoring).
Deliver a phased, board-ready implementation roadmap for Cyprus and the European subsidiaries, with a clear view on how the role itself should evolve afterward.
What makes this role different
Direct line to the CLO and real influence on how the Group operates, from day one.
A true build-from-scratch mandate — you set the architecture, not just optimize a process.
Strong signal for the next chapter of your career: proven potential to evolve into a permanent global document management leadership role.
You'll work with the existing team, not around it. Their operational expertise is your foundation, not something to route around from a standing start.
Requirements
10-12+ years in document management, records management, information governance, legal operations, CLM, or business process transformation.
Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, payments, or a comparable multinational, multi-jurisdictional group.
Hands-on knowledge of EDMS and e-signature platforms, contract registers / CLM logic, electronic archives, metadata, and access-rights models.
A track record of auditing complex cross-functional processes and turning findings into a practical, adoptable operating model.
The stakeholder skills to lead a transformation with no direct authority and the tact to frame gaps as scale-driven, never as a verdict on the current team.
A plus: experience with AI-enabled document intelligence, automation, or document classification tools.
What this role is not
Not a legal review role, a general legal-ops role, an IT developer role, or an administrative position.
Not a replacement for the current Head of Document Management — this is a senior transformation and systems-design mandate that builds on top of the existing operation, not instead of it.
Benefits
Competitive salary package;
Annual performance bonus;
Relocation package and visa support for you and your family;
Company-provided life insurance;
The company covers 50% of the annual cost of the Healthy Plan, which the employee can arrange with any insurance company.
21 working days of paid vacation;
Public holidays under applicable law are substituted by the Employer with alternative 12 days off. The Employee can have 1 (one) additional day off per month – 12 (twelve) additional days off per year.
Up to 3 days per month’s sick leave without a medical report from a licensed general physician justifying such absence;
Access to Freedom Cafe, our on-site café and social space offering freshly prepared coffee;
Corporate Freedom GYM and yoga classes in the office;
Team-building activities, corporate and sport events, football and volleyball clubs.

About the role
We're looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to join us in our goal of making the ElevenLabs developer experience the gold standard other companies look up to.
You'll help design, build and maintain our open source projects to drive developer adoption. Whether it's our server and client side SDKs or MCP server, you'll be directly involved in the developer journey for new and existing products.
Additionally you'll help design and improve the ElevenLabs API, build developer tooling, and act as "customer zero" for new developer products.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys open source software and jumping between multiple programming languages across the stack. This role is for engineers who are motivated by improving the developer experience — hands on keyboard, building the developer experience.
Requirements
- You enjoy building and maintaining open source projects — ideally you've created or maintained SDKs.
- A strong full-stack engineering skillset with a flair for API design.
- A passion for writing engaging technical content incl. in-depth blog posts.
- Are an excellent communicator able to triage technical issues.
- Bonus: You enjoy attending, speaking and engaging at developer conferences.

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $150,000–$250,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

- Design and implement reusable, composable React components that are flexible, accessible, and production-ready
- Partner closely with designers to translate design systems, tokens, and interaction patterns into code
- Build reliable UI quality systems
- Develop design system tooling and improve workflows around theming, tokens, versioning, testing, and component discovery (e.g. Storybook)
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions that enable accessibility, performance, consistency, and maintainability across LangChain’s UI stack
- Improve UI build and test workflows
- Optimize build performance, bundling strategy, and package versioning for the component library
- Maintain tooling for testing, dependency management of the UI app
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Extensive experience building modular, composable, and well-documented component libraries and/or design systems
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, familiarity with: styling approaches (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Sass, etc.) and design system toolings (Storybook, Chromatic, tokens pipelines, etc.)
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and non-engineering partners
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft and genuine passion for accessibility and inclusive design
- Familiarity with testing UI components and visual regression testing

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
- Excellent English and Hindi
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You're the single point of excellence for ClickUp's visual brand. You set the standard and ensure every touchpoint (from landing pages to social to product marketing assets) feels cohesive and world-class. But here's what makes this different: you're building a design system that AI tools and non-designers can produce bar-raising creatives on their own with your infrastructure. You build the guardrails that make everyone else excellent and ensure the company is never bottlenecked by design.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and evolve ClickUp's brand design system (tokens, components, patterns, guidelines), continuously elevating the aesthetic bar as the brand grows
- Serve as quality gatekeeper: review and approve brand-facing creative produced by AI tools, vibe-coded outputs, and external agencies
- Create and maintain design system documentation, templates, component libraries, and automation-friendly asset packages that enable others to produce on-brand work without design support
- Design and ship high-volume web assets (landing pages, campaign pages, feature announcements) alongside high-impact brand moments like launches and keynotes
- Audit and rebuild the brand design system from incomplete foundations, establishing documentation and structure where little currently exists
Requirements:
- 8+ years of brand/visual design experience, with significant time owning or leading a design system
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, color, motion, and systematic thinking
- Actively uses AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Figma AI, etc.) and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in their current workflow, with light familiarity with GitHub.
- Has built or adapted design systems specifically to enable high-quality AI-generated outputs at scale.
- Experience building design systems used at scale, including templates, component libraries, and constraints that enable non-designers and AI tools to produce on-brand output consistently
- Experience QA'ing and refining AI-generated design outputs; knows where AI breaks down and how to build guardrails
- Thrives as the sole designer on a team, making high-quality decisions autonomously with AI and tooling as force multipliers

An overview of this role
As a Fullstack Engineer on the Duo Client SDK team at GitLab, you'll build the shared foundation for every GitLab Duo client. Today, the logic that powers Duo in editors lives inside the GitLab Language Server. We're extracting it into a true software development kit (SDK): a set of well-versioned TypeScript packages that editor extensions, our web-based Duo Chat on GitLab.com, and eventually external applications can use.
You'll work in TypeScript across frontend and backend systems. You'll design the SDK's Node.js core and public application programming interface (API), and work in the clients that use it. The work rewards care about interfaces, versioning, and backward compatibility as much as features because other engineers will depend on what you build.
You'll have senior and staff engineers alongside you to help with design. You'll own the implementation of scoped packages and ship improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating with the team on larger architectural changes.
Some examples of our projects:
The Duo Client SDK, extracting versioned, publishable packages from the GitLab Language Server
The GitLab Language Server, rebuilt on top of the SDK as our polyglot surface
Duo Chat on the web, as one of the SDK's first consumers
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, and performant TypeScript features that solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance, writing tests with every merge request and contributing to code reviews and design discussions.
Extract and publish TypeScript packages from the GitLab Language Server, migrating consumers incrementally so no parallel implementation is left to drift.
Design durable public APIs with clear interfaces, semantic versioning, changelogs, and deprecation paths for external consumers.
Build isomorphic core packages that isolate platform-specific behavior in adapters at the edges.
Build and improve SDK client surfaces, including Vue 3 components in Duo Chat on the web, in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Strengthen credential handling across hosts, including bearer tokens, session cookies, and CSRF protection.
Optimize bundle size, startup cost, and dependency weight for browser consumers, and support a Tier 2 on-call rotation for urgent engineering issues.
What you'll bring
Strong proficiency with TypeScript across frontend and backend systems, including experience building and maintaining Node.js services.
Experience with modern build and packaging tools, including monorepos, multi-module builds, ECMAScript modules (ESM), and dependency management.
Experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API, or comparable component-based frontend experience and a willingness to learn Vue.
Experience designing APIs that other people use, with the ability to explain what you'd do differently.
Understanding of the differences between running code in Node.js and in the browser, and how to write code that works in both.
A security-minded development approach, including careful credential handling and performance optimization.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing about technical problems, propose iterative solutions, and work effectively in an agile environment.
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the judgment to ask for help when needed while thriving in a fully remote organization aligned with GitLab's values.
About the team
The Duo Client SDK team sits in GitLab's AI Clients stage and works closely with teams building GitLab Duo experiences. We collaborate across client surfaces to make thoughtful technical decisions as the platform evolves. We work fully remotely and asynchronously across regions, in the open, following GitLab's values of transparency and open communication.
