ABOUT THE ROLE
The Payments team owns how ElevenLabs charges customers: billing, usage tracking, pricing and payments across self-serve and enterprise. Everything we do has to be correct, because it underpins the company's revenue and is immediately visible to every customer and team.
We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) to expand and evolve our payments systems. Your responsibilities might include:
- Building and maintaining usage tracking so that requests are metered accurately without impacting latency.
- Leading our migration of enterprise pricing and usage processing, including new stream-processing services for usage events.
- Making it easy for customers to upgrade and pay, including paying through different entities and supporting new payment providers.
- Working with Finance and Tax teams to meet compliance, audit and reporting requirements.
- Enabling pricing and Growth experiments with Growth and product teams.
- Debugging complex customer billing scenarios: piecing together what happened from the customer's experience, logs and code, and fixing the cause.
- Collaborating with Sales, FDEs, Finance and engineers across the company.
Much of this work extends or replaces systems that already exist, so you will scope carefully, plan migrations, and roll changes out without disrupting customers.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require:
- Expertise in Python.
- A strong background in backend development.
- Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures.
- Strong test design and security fundamentals.
- Care and attention to detail when changing live systems that handle money.
- The ability to learn a large existing system quickly and to debug complex production issues.
Bonus:
- Experience with payment processing providers, or with billing and usage-based pricing systems
- Experience with stream processing or high-throughput event pipelines.
- Experience working with finance, tax or audit requirements.
- Experience with Kubernetes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed.
We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include:
Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers)
- Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more
- Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures.
- Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI.
Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams)
- Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly.
- Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access.
- Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code.
In both teams you will:
- Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected.
- Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems.
- Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code.
- Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require:
- Expertise in Python.
- A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it.
- Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures.
- Strong test design and security fundamentals.
- Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals.
Bonus:
- Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar).
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company - one that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €68,000 - €76,000.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer
As a growing fintech with ambitious goals, we offer you the chance to make a real impact on the infrastructure that powers Finom's teams and products. You'll work with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how we build and operate our internal systems.
This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.

Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage

Demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market, with familiarity with local talent dynamics and employment norms
Track record of strong stakeholder partnership — building trust quickly with hiring managers in fast-moving environments

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for an
Lead QA Engineer (AI Native)
to join a new product in our portfolio.
Your will join a small senior team of four, and we build in a truly AI-first way: almost all of our code is written by AI agents (Claude Code, Codex), while we design the processes, set the tasks and verify the results. The codebase already spans millions of lines, with complex components and integrations, and the product works with real money. Ensuring its reliability is a challenge no textbook covers yet. That's why we need someone to own it.
This is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with no people management. Your leverage comes from processes, automation and AI agents, not team size.
Your main tasks will be:
Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents: pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, release and production gates;
Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code: where risks are highest, what coverage is needed, and how to keep it sustainable at scale;
Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, choose and integrate external tools and services;
Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with special focus on critical financial flows;
Work closely with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into the development process and find the right trade-offs between speed and safety;
Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling;
Drive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team.
We expect from you:
Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or a senior engineer responsible for testing strategy;
Strong engineering background: understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes;
Hands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of your work, and genuine interest in AI-first development;
High autonomy and ownership: ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion without detailed specs;
Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

ABOUT THE TEAM
Great teams don't just happen. We help build them. 🚀
At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.
It's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.
You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.
- Assess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.
- Maintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.
- Track internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.
SALARY

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
