We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.

The role
As our 'Engineering Manager - Data', you will lead the engineering team responsible for creating and maintaining core models on our data platform. In this role, you will balance strategic leadership with technical delivery, shaping platform architecture while staying close enough to execution to ensure delivery, stability, and quality standards are met.
You will empower and grow senior engineering talent, establish operational standards, and manage risk and dependencies across key quarterly initiatives. Partnering closely with product, platform, and security teams, you will ensure high-quality, scalable data products are delivered to solve meaningful customer problems.
The team & how they connect
The 'Dataverse' team consists of nine engineers located across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada who build and maintain the core models in our data platform. Working across remote locations, the team collaborates closely to manage cross-team dependencies and maintain continuous alignment. They foster an environment grounded in knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and empathy for stakeholders.
Initially, the role may focus on
- Designing and building core models on the data platform using AWS and Snowflake infrastructure.
- Streamlining real-time data flows and streaming architecture across platform services.
- Leading delivery execution for complex data platform initiatives while managing dependencies and risks.
- Coaching senior engineers, elevating engineering standards, and supporting team adoption of DataOps practices.
Where and how you can work
This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements based out of our Sydney or Melbourne offices. You can balance remote work with designated office boost days to connect, whiteboard, and collaborate in person with your team.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role:
- A background in data platform delivery alongside data engineering expertise and data modelling capability.
- Practical familiarity with cloud infrastructure like AWS and Snowflake, along with an understanding of real-time streaming technologies and data flows.
- Your leadership style combines delivery focus with the technical breadth required to guide architectural decisions and step in hands-on when required.
- Proven capability in coaching senior engineers, setting clear expectations, and supporting individual career progression.
- Demonstrated proficiency managing platform health, establishing Service Level Objectives, and leading operational performance.
- Strong collaborative skills to build trusted relationships across product, platform, and security teams.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales.
Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product.
You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with.
- Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work.
- Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work.
- Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions. You design workflows that combine tools, data, controls and human judgment appropriately.
- Spot the next bottleneck before it bites. You design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast at the same time, rather than trading one for the other.
- Measure what you ship. You set clear goals and check them, so every change makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the people they serve.
In your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped a first system that gives the teams you serve one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate.
- Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use.
- Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for the Corporate team and for the people they serve.
- Established a clear approach to measuring adoption, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What you bring
- You have built things people kept using. You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools, whether at work or on your own projects. You can explain what you built, why you built it and how people used it.
- You understand AI-enabled workflows. You are familiar with current AI tools and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations. You are interested not only in using AI tools, but also in combining them into reliable workflows that solve real problems.
- You are drawn to regulated work. You want to understand why these processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you. Hands-on experience in one of these areas is a plus that speeds your ramp-up, not a requirement.
- French and English (professional level).
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Builder mindset: You can operate independently, make progress with incomplete information, prioritise ruthlessly, involve the right experts and bring a project to a useful outcome without waiting for perfect certainty.
- Explorer mindset: You are curious about a vague problem, dig deep to frame it well, stay solution-oriented, and escalate early.
- Systems thinking: You look beyond isolated tasks and understand how people, processes, tools, data and controls fit together.
- Appetite for regulated complexity: The complexity of regulated work energises you as much as the tooling does, and you approach it with a try-and-retry, challenger mindset.
- Sound judgment: You sense where a shortcut would break a legal, privacy, security or compliance requirement, and you know when to stop and ask.
- Project ownership: You drive projects end to end, from user research and planning to delivery, and you own what happens after launch: adoption and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication: You are proactive and clear with stakeholders, you show progress, and you explain why.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.

Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
