HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
👉 ABOUT THE ROLE

The community of designers is vibrant and inclusive; we are all learning, growing, and improving together!

- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller, employing written visual and verbal techniques.
- Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers, from identifying problems and opportunities to finding solutions and delivering the product(s).
- Develop and evangelize design understanding and sensibility across the organization, improving ways of working and design processes.
- Mentor junior designers, increasing collective performance and quality across the team.
- Deliver a UI consistent with Alan’s brand with thoughtful design choices and a high-quality bar in delivering products.
- Contribute to the design system with components documentation for designers and engineers.

🙌 Products or teams you may work on
You'll be designing the direct touch points that connect our members with their healthcare journey. Your work will focus on:
- Alan Clinic: When prevention alone is not enough, our members need the best care possible. That's what the Alan Clinic is for. 120 health professionals (and one AI) work behind the scenes to answer all our member's questions, consult in video, redirect you to the nearest hospital, interpret your lab results. And while it feels effortless for members, the logistics behind it are next level. We plan to grow the clinic further in the best medical suite of tools for both members and doctors.
- Alan Spain: We're building Alan's own health network from scratch in Spain, designed around the real needs of Spanish members: from navigating a fragmented system to accessing the right care at the right time. At the heart of it is Alan Flex, our subscription model that goes beyond insurance to become a true health companion for individuals and families.

You will build Airalo's public affairs function from scratch and oversee our external relationship with the world's regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies. This isn't a communications role with a government relations side — it's a substantive policy and advocacy role for someone who understands how to shape the environment a fast-growing tech company operates in.
You will advise senior leadership and represent Airalo in regulatory processes across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, and ensure that market-access risks are identified early and addressed proactively. Develop a forward-looking policy horizon scanner to anticipate regulatory change before it becomes a fire to fight.
Government Relations & Advocacy
Lead direct engagement with government ministries, telecom regulators (TRAIs, Anatel, OFCOM equivalents, etc.), and consumer protection bodies across priority markets.
Represent Airalo in regulatory consultations, public hearings, parliamentary or congressional inquiries, and trade body working groups.
Build a trusted network of policymakers, civil servants, and industry peers who see Airalo as a credible and constructive actor in the sector.

Industry & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and manage Airalo's relationships with industry associations (GSMA, MVNO associations, digital economy coalitions) and shape our participation in their policy workstreams.
Represent Airalo at industry events, conferences, and forums as a senior external voice.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure policy work is integrated into broader business decision-making.
Working with legal, support market-entry workstreams by providing regulatory assessments for new geographies.
Align external messaging with Internal Communications and PR to ensure consistent positioning.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in public affairs, government relations, policy, or regulatory affairs — in-house at a tech or telecoms company, or in a public affairs consultancy serving this sector.
Demonstrable track record of influencing regulatory outcomes and managing multi-jurisdictional government relations programmes.
Deep understanding of the telecoms, digital economy, or platform regulation landscape .
Ability to operate autonomously as a first hire, building structure and process without a team underneath you from day one.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills .
High political intelligence: you know how to frame Airalo's interests in a way that resonates with government stakeholders, not just internal audiences.
Comfortable operating remotely across time zones in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.

Prior experience building a public affairs function from the ground up.

— Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression
— Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
Location: Remote (Global)

Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3. Join us as we empower people to easily and freely digitize all the world’s assets on one open, programmable blockchain platform.
Lead the engineering org building Fortary's institutional digital asset platform: custody, trading, lending, staking, and treasury management for regulated financial institutions. You'll own the architecture and technical strategy for our distributed MPC custody system, grow the team, and partner with Product, Security, and executive leadership to ship secure, resilient infrastructure at institutional scale.
This is a leadership role at the intersection of distributed systems, applied cryptography, and institutional finance. You set technical direction, you're accountable for what ships, and you build the org that ships it.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple teams delivering Fortary's custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallet infrastructure, and blockchain integrations
- Own the architecture and roadmap for the distributed MPC custody platform, including disaster recovery, governance, and transaction policy controls
- Partner with Product, Security, BD, and executives to prioritize investments against customer, regulatory, and business needs
- Support multiple deployment models: managed platform and licensed software
- Ensure engineering practices meet the security, compliance, and governance bar required as Fortary moves toward chartered-institution status
- Lead incident response for outages, security events, and key management scenarios
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior engineers
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering across the org
What you'll bring
- 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ leading teams shipping production-scale secure distributed systems
- Track record owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from architecture through production
- Deep expertise in modern cryptography and secure key management: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs
- Experience building cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability) with security and resilience as first-order concerns
- Fluency in the compliance frameworks for regulated finance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC, and awareness of the SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA landscape
- Experience across digital asset infrastructure: custody, trading, staking, treasury, and blockchain settlement
- Ability to communicate credibly with executives, institutional customers, auditors, and regulators
Bonus
- Experience scaling an org toward a chartered or licensed financial entity
- Background delivering both managed-service and licensed-software products
(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
