ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs.
Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts.
The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack: frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure. You should be equally comfortable building a user-facing feature, designing the services behind it, and deploying and operating the system in production. You will combine strong engineering with product judgement, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features and using real customer feedback to guide what we build next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs and data storage.
- Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation.
- Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing.
- Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering.
You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction.
Location:
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
REQUIREMENTS
We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned.
We are looking for:
- Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend, with a track record of independently building complete production applications.
- Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs and data models, and understanding how these components work together as a system.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing and observability, with the ability to debug and resolve problems across the full stack.
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership, strong product judgement and clear communication, taking ambiguous problems from technical design through to shipping and ongoing operation.
You should be excited about creative agents and comfortable learning quickly as models, tools and user needs evolve.
Hands-on experience building production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors or multimodal products would be particularly valuable, as would experience building in a small, fast-moving team.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
How would you like to shape the product experience behind a portfolio of apps already generating hundreds of millions in ARR, growing 100% year over year, in one of the world’s largest categories that still remains wide open? You’ll lead product development for Welltech’s next app, with real cross-functional authority to take a defined concept and turn it into a product millions of people use. It will be built on the same new, shared tech stack that powers YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit, so it can lean on proven foundational capabilities (onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and more) and experiment and innovate faster than it could alone.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own the new app’s end-to-end in-app experience, from onboarding and activation to personalization and content discovery. As the core Product counterpart to the Head of Growth, you’ll work as one team to turn growth opportunities into product initiatives and scale the app into a top market player. You’ll translate the defined vision into impactful product decisions, balancing breakthrough innovation with fast, iterative feature development to deliver value to millions of users. You’ll also own the unit economics behind that growth, making sure every improvement in activation and retention translates into sustainable, profitable revenue.
Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, passion, innovation, and having fun through continuous self-improvement, learning, and actively sharing feedback to constantly improve performance. You will move fast and are used to driving yourself and your teams in a quickly changing environment. You will challenge the norms and address innovation at pace and at scale. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping your own ideas (AI-assisted where it helps) before handing them to engineering to build for real, and you’ll address challenges in a systematic, proactive manner to find solutions that increase customer value and happiness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the moment that matters most. Drive the onboarding and activation experience of the new app. You’re not inheriting legacy decisions; you’re making them.
- Turn the concept into a product. Translate the defined app vision into a clear roadmap and MVP scope, working closely with the Head of Product, and make the day-to-day trade-offs between speed and quality to get it launched.
- Own the unit economics. Track and improve the app’s unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, and payback period), run monetization experiments, and work with Growth on paywall, pricing, and packaging decisions, so you always know whether growth is sustainable and profitable, not just fast.
- Build on what already works. Make the most of the shared capabilities, data, and learnings from across Welltech’s apps.
- Turn hunches into proof. Design and run experiments focused on activation. You’ll always know what’s actually working, not just what feels right.
- Reimagine how content gets discovered. Define modular, quick-access experiences that go beyond long-form-only browsing and meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they’ll be.
- Make big ideas ship. Partner day-to-day with engineering, design, data, and marketing to turn priorities into delivered features, keeping everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
- Prototype, build, and ship faster. Build working prototypes yourself, using AI tools and agents where they help, to test ideas before engineering invests in full implementation. You’ll also have the opportunity to build selected new features directly into the app code using AI agents, working within the existing tech stack and development practices. Engineers will review and approve code changes, merges, and subsequent release steps to ensure quality and maintainability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Direct-to-consumer, mobile-first track record: a proven history of building and scaling these products, ideally somewhere that lived and died by retention, not just downloads
- Performance marketing partnership: real experience working alongside it. You understand what it’s brilliant at, and exactly where product has to pick up the slack
- Proven impact: a track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention, not just shipped, but proven
- Unit economics and monetization: a solid understanding of subscription unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, payback period, and paywall conversion), and experience using them to shape product decisions and judge whether growth is sustainable and profitable
- Data fluency: experience with SQL and a product analytics tool such as Amplitude or Mixpanel to build funnels, analyze cohorts, and measure the impact of product changes
- Communication and stakeholder instincts: you can bring marketing and engineering into the same room and actually get alignment
- AI fluency: comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own. You don’t need to wait for engineering to know if a concept has legs
- Scale-up or startup background: forged in environments where you’re energized by speed, experimentation, and metrics, not slowed down by them

We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs.
Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts.
The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team shaping its capabilities and architecture, with ownership from backend systems and agent infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience. You will help discover what works, turn experiments into reliable features, and use real customer feedback to guide what we build next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building production agents and expanding their capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations.
- Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, with strong performance, observability, scalability and security.
- Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
- Owning features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting them in production, alongside product, design and engineering.
You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving and operating a live product.
REQUIREMENTS
We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned.
We are looking for:
- Strong backend engineering skills, experience operating production systems, and sound fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience developing agents, with an understanding of prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations and the challenges of reliable, secure operation.
- Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership and confidence working across the stack, including frontend delivery when needed.
- Good product judgement, clear communication and enthusiasm for creative agents.
We may also consider exceptional engineers with closely relevant experience. Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets and asynchronous workers will help you build reliable communication between services and recover from failures.
Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or building products in a small, fast-moving team would be particularly valuable.
Location:
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: Almaty, Almaty, Kazakhstan

About The Role
Our Business Intelligence department owns the trusted data warehouse and the analytics every department relies on.
We build and maintain the models and reports behind management reporting and daily decision-making, with a strong focus on getting the numbers right and on time.
We're hiring a hands-on, SQL-strong data engineer to drive development work forward in our GCP + dbt + Power BI stack.
Reporting Line
— Head of Data Warehouse
Worksite
— Remote
What You Will Do
Develop and look after reliable, scalable data models, transformations and pipelines across BigQuery and dbt.
Bring together data from a range of different systems — databases, APIs, file feeds and external providers.
Translate reporting needs into accurate, well-tested and documented datasets.
Put validation, checks and monitoring in place so data problems are spotted before they spread.
Make sure the day-to-day data lands correctly and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Must have
In-depth knowledge of SQL — you are confident in writing and debugging complex queries, and you understand the underlying data.
Substantial experience working in a production environment with ELT pipelines, data integration and data modelling.
A deep understanding of the principles of data quality assurance and data warehouse design.
Reliability and independence — you are able to take responsibility for resolving data-related issues and see the task through to completion.
Nice to Have
Experience with designing and building data models in dbt.
Comfortable using Python to move and integrate data across GCP services.
Practical experience querying and working in BigQuery (or a comparable cloud warehouse).
Solid grasp of star-schema design and semantic modelling for Power BI.
Confident with version control and CI/CD workflows, GitLab a plus.
Background working with brokerage, banking, asset-management, payments or fintech data.
We Offer
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
Flexibility that fits your life — work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits package — choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work — an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning — ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure — work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:

Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.

You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.

Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.

Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.

Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. The role and its impact
When something goes wrong in security at Xero, our Response team are first on the scene. We're looking for a Senior Security Operations Analyst who loves incident response, enjoys building things, and wants a hand in shaping what a SOC looks like when AI agents are part of the team.
You'll lead our complex investigations and take command of medium and high impact incidents, keeping people calm, decisions moving and stakeholders in the loop. When things settle down, you'll make sure what we learnt changes something, whether that's a detection, a runbook or the way we train.
You'll also help us build. Our Analysts improve the queue as well as working it, so part of your time will go on creating automations and AI-assisted workflows that take repetitive work off the team and leave more room for the investigations that need a person.
The team and how they connect
Response is a follow-the-sun global team. You'll be in the Southern Hemisphere half, based in New Zealand or Australia, and at the end of your day you'll hand over to colleagues in the UK and North America, who hand back to us the next morning. You'll work business hours in your time zone and take a share of our on-call roster for after-hours incidents.
You won't be doing it on your own. You'll join a cohort of Senior Analysts who share the load on complex work and lead our initiatives, with a Lead Analyst alongside for the hardest problems. Our XFLT, a cross-functional leadership team of Security Operations Managers, our Lead Analyst and our Product Manager, sets the direction and clears the way, so there's always someone to think out loud with.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
We're building towards an agentic SOC, where AI agents and automation carry more of the first pass, and analysts direct them and step in where judgement matters. We're working through it carefully: which low-risk work agents can take on, where the guardrails and human approvals belong, and how we'll know it's working. People still make the big calls, because our robots aren't that good yet.
You don't need to be an AI expert. We'd love you to be curious, to have tried a few things, and to want to help us get this right.
You’ll also:
- Lead complex investigations and step up as Incident Commander for medium and high impact incidents
- Be a go-to escalation point for our Graduate, Associate and Analyst crew, and coach them through the tricky stuff
- Run post incident reviews that lead to real change in detections, runbooks and training
- Lead initiatives with our Product Manager and Security Operations Managers, turning goals into work that gets delivered
- Build and improve automations and AI-assisted workflows, with guardrails and human sign-off where they matter
- Work with our Defence engineers on detection and response logic, and test new capabilities in real incidents
- Turn threat intelligence into practical action for Xero
- Give customers and internal teams clear, timely answers to their security concerns
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
Here are some of the things we're looking for
Incident response comes first for us, so we're looking for:
- Solid experience in security operations, and a real passion for incident response
- A track record of leading complex investigations and incidents through to resolution, including coordinating people and making calls under pressure
- Sound technical judgement and good knowledge of attack and defence techniques, particularly in cloud and SaaS environments
- Confidence writing queries in a SIEM or log platform
- Clear, calm communication and a generous approach to sharing what you know
It'd be great if you also have:
- Scripting skills (Python or similar) and experience building automations in a SOAR platform. We use Tines, and we're happy to teach it.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in security work, or a clear view of where they help and where they don't
- Intermediate or advanced certifications in incident response, threat hunting or cloud security
- Experience in a distributed team working across time zones
If you're strong on incident response and the builder side is still growing, we'd still love to hear from you.
You'll do work that matters to millions of small businesses and their advisors, in a team that shares what it knows and backs each other up, with a real say in how an AI-powered SOC works in practice.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
seniorWe believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief
