About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) team ensures compute fleet availability through hardware and IT operations. At our partner-operated sites, this role manages the interface between Anthropic and the strategic site operations partner performing day-to-day data hall work.
As the site lead, you own site outcomes for your assigned sites including: deployment velocity, availability, and incident response. Rather than managing operations staff directly, you provide tactical direction, set priorities, and define the standards for the vendor's on-site teams, paired with performance oversight and ongoing operational assessment to ensure all operational commitments are met.
You will define the operational processes, quality gates, and governance rhythms for partner-operated sites. Expect to build the playbook as much as you run it, not just at a site level, but defining and developing program improvements fleet-wide.
What you’ll own
Operational outcomes.
Own site availability, deployment milestones, and repair turnaround, verified with independent data rather than vendor self-reporting.
Vendor direction.
Set daily and weekly priorities and lead the operating cadence, including standups and business reviews.
Process definition.
Author and improve procedures for deployment, break-fix, change management, security, and EHS compliance. Analyze operational trends and standardize lessons across the program.
Performance management.
Track vendor performance against SLAs and staffing commitments, driving corrective actions when necessary.
Incident response and on-call.
Participate in the incident escalation on-call rotation. When designated Anthropic Incident Commander for a site-specific incident, direct vendor response, own communications, and close out post-incident actions.
Internal interface.
Translate engineering requirements into vendor direction and communicate site constraints and risks to leadership.
Representative work
Leading weekly operations reviews and scorecards with vendor site leads.
Directing deployment surges to meet first-compute-online milestones.
Analyzing failure patterns to identify root causes and driving fixes with owners.
Creating break-fix ownership matrices and training vendor teams.
Serving as Incident Commander for facility events and producing post-mortems.
Establishing operational readiness for new data halls, including spares and security.
Identifying process gaps and codifying improvements as program standards.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations (hardware, IT infrastructure, or critical facilities) as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for production availability.
Have managed vendors, MSPs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: SOWs, SLAs, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Carry hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level infrastructure, enough to independently verify vendor claims and audit quality.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes, not just run them.
Have served in an incident command or lead-responder role and communicate clearly under ambiguity.
Can support non-standard hours, including an on-call rotation and availability during deployment surges and maintenance windows.
Bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with third-party colocation providers or partner-operated sites, delivering IT operations outcomes inside a facility someone else runs.
Experience standing up operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first deployment.
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure.
Familiarity with multi-vendor sites where facilities and IT operations are performed by different partners.
Experience leading projects from initiation to completion across teams you didn't own.
Background in incident management frameworks, contract/SLA design, or EHS programs.

Anthropic is building and securing data center capacity at an unprecedented pace, and the power and cooling equipment that goes into those sites — switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and unforgiving of defects. A single nonconformance discovered at site can cost weeks of schedule.
We're hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to own quality at the source: inside our OEMs' and integrators' factories. You will qualify suppliers, define acceptance criteria, witness factory acceptance tests, drive corrective action to closure, and make sure equipment leaves the factory complete, conforming, documented, and ready to install. You are the person who catches the problem in Ohio before it becomes a problem in Texas.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, partnering daily with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Construction, and Commissioning. It is not a supplier-relationship-management role and not a people-management role — the emphasis is technical quality engineering at manufacturing facilities.
What You'll Do
Supplier qualification and readiness
Lead quality qualification of new and existing suppliers of power and cooling equipment, including on-site process audits, capability assessments, and manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) ahead of production release.
Translate Anthropic engineering specifications into supplier-facing quality requirements: inspection and test plans (ITPs), acceptance criteria, witness/hold points, and documentation deliverables.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing to embed quality requirements, Supplier Quality Agreements, and FAT/documentation expectations into RFPs and contracts.
Factory acceptance and in-process quality
Plan, witness, and sign off factory acceptance tests (FATs) for electrical gear (switchgear, UPS, transformers, gensets, busway, PDUs) and mechanical systems (chillers, CDUs, CRAH/fan walls, dry coolers, pumps, piping skids), including functional, performance, and integrated-system testing.
Conduct in-process and pre-shipment inspections at supplier facilities; verify build-to-print conformance, workmanship, labeling, and traceability.
Review and approve supplier test reports, quality data packages, and turnover documentation; ensure equipment ships complete and installation-ready.
Nonconformance and corrective action
Own the nonconformance (NCR) and deviation process for factory-found issues; lead containment, disposition, and root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and fault-tree methods.
Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to verified closure with measurable, sustained improvement.
Investigate field-reported defects that trace back to manufacturing, and feed lessons learned into supplier requirements, ITPs, and future RFPs.
Metrics and continuous improvement
Define and track supplier quality KPIs — first-pass FAT yield, defect rate, NCR aging, on-time documentation, supplier scorecards — and report them in quarterly supplier business reviews.
Apply SPC and statistical analysis to supplier process data to identify systemic risk before it reaches a FAT.
Help build the quality framework for a rapidly scaling, multi-supplier, multi-region equipment pipeline — templates, checklists, audit standards, and the operating rhythm around them.
Who You Are
6–10+ years of quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or supplier quality experience in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing, mission-critical infrastructure, or a comparable regulated/high-consequence industry.
Hands-on experience with at least one side of the data center equipment stack — medium/low-voltage switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, busway, or chillers, CDUs, air handlers, pumps — and the curiosity to come up to speed fast on the other.
Proven record planning and witnessing FATs and conducting supplier audits, with the judgment to know when to hold a shipment and when to accept with deviation.
Deep fluency in structured problem-solving and quality tools: 8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, control plans, PPAP or equivalent.
Able to read electrical one-lines, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings and check a build against them.
Strong technical writing — you produce ITPs, audit reports, and NCR packages that stand on their own.
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity, and communicating clearly to engineers, suppliers, and leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center equipment supply chains, or with OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Familiarity with liquid-cooling systems (CDUs, manifolds, quick disconnects) and the cleanliness, pressure, and leak-test regimes they require.
Working knowledge of relevant standards: UL 891/1558/1778, IEEE C37, NEMA, AHRI 550/590, ASHRAE 90.4, ASME B31.x, ISO 9001 auditing.
ASQ CQE/CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or lead-auditor certification.
Experience standing up a supplier quality function or QMS from a small base.
Proficiency with QMS/ERP platforms and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar).
Logistics
Location: [San Francisco / hybrid — or remote US with hub access?]
Travel: [40–60%] to supplier and integrator factories across the US and [internationally], with occasional visits to active construction sites.

The Auth & Identity team builds the authentication, authorization, and identity platform that underpins every Anthropic product: the API, Claude Code, Claude.ai, and our Enterprise offerings. Every login, API key, OAuth token, access decision, and organization record flows through the systems we own. As Claude moves from a chat product to an agentic platform, we are defining what identity and access look like when the actor is a human, a service account, or an autonomous agent acting on someone's behalf.
We are a platform team with a product surface. The horizontal is the set of services every product consumes: credential minting and exchange, authorization controls, and the canonical record of users, service accounts, agents, and the organizations they belong to. The vertical is the experience where admins author that policy: SSO and SCIM setup, roles and permissions, IP allowlisting, and API key policies.
Our work falls into four pillars:
Authentication
– Who you are. Credential minting, exchange, and lifecycle; sessions; workload identity federation; auth for async and agentic workloads.
Authorization
– What you can do. The policy framework for model, membership, role, and resource access.
Identity
– Who belongs to what. The tenant and organization model, and first-class identity for humans, service accounts, and agents, portable across surfaces and cloud environments.
Enterprise
– How enterprises connect. SSO, SCIM, login policies, and the admin controls that let customers provision and govern users from their own identity provider.
What you'll do
You will own critical, high-traffic systems end to end, from design through rollout, operations, and iteration, and help shape the technical strategy for how identity and access work across Anthropic. Representative problems we are working on right now:
Designing credentials for agents and long-running autonomous workloads.
Routing every access decision through a unified authorization system, with low latency, security guarantees, and multi-region resilience.
Building a first-class identity model for service accounts and agents, and linking those identities to other identity and auth systems.
Global distribution and multi-region failover for some of the company’s most mission-critical services.
Deepening enterprise integration: login policies and recovery methods, self-service allowlisting, and tighter integrations with providers.
You will work closely with product, security, infrastructure, and the product teams that consume our primitives, and you will be expected to set technical direction, not just execute on it. Many of the problems are 0-to-1 with no established pattern to copy; others are careful migrations of systems that every Anthropic customer depends on in the hot path.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience building and operating backend or platform systems at scale, ideally including identity, authentication, authorization, or security-adjacent infrastructure.
Have worked with some of: OAuth 2.0 and OIDC, SAML, SCIM, JWTs and token exchange, workload identity federation, policy engines such as Cedar or OPA, or RBAC and resource-level access control models.
Care deeply about reliability and security. You design for on-call, failure modes, revocation, and the engineer who inherits your system, and you treat availability of auth as table stakes for every product built on it.
Are comfortable owning large migrations in live, high-traffic systems: shadow modes, incremental rollouts, and clean retirement of legacy paths.
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and build primitives that are easy for other engineers to adopt correctly, with documentation and self-service as part of the deliverable.
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Are familiar with using AI tools as part of your software development workflow.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with globally distributed databases and multi-region service architecture.
Experience working in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript across a rapidly changing codebase.
Prior work on enterprise identity integrations with major identity providers and cloud IAM systems.
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.

With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays

Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes

Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines

THE ROLE AND IMPACT
This is a role for a search specialist who wants to work at genuine scale. As a Senior Engineer on Xero's Search team, you will help maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere; part of an entire vertical stack delivered to customers. The work is both meaningful and technically stretching: keeping 50+ million searchable documents and 400 terabytes of searchable data at global scale running at 99.9% uptime, whilst contributing to a significant four-year platform rebuild that will shape the next generation of Xero's growth. Currently serving over 200,000 daily active users, this is a product at meaningful scale.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role is about real ownership. You will contribute across both search-specific and generalist engineering work, raise and review pull requests, and lead projects. If you are someone who cares about quality and gets energised by hard problems at scale, this is a place where your work will genuinely matter.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Search team is a small, tight-knit group spread across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, now part of Xero's Catalyst platform division. You will partner closely with this experienced group who are building the next generation of search infrastructure, a dedicated Product Manager, a Principal Architect, and the Catalyst Platform team who coordinate changes and releases across services. The team brings a high-quality mindset to everything they do, and solves challenging technical problems together.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- A large-scale search platform rebuild (Horizon 2) – a multi-year project at the heart of Xero's infrastructure, addressing critical infrastructure limits and building a scalable future
- Maintaining and evolving the cluster to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime whilst serving over 200,000 daily active users
- Integrating with the ODL (Operational Data Layer) on the ingestion pipeline for the new platform
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with Mobile, Files, and AI-adjacent search capabilities as the platform evolves
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have genuine flexibility in where you work day to day. The team comes together in Melbourne approximately every six months; a chance to connect, align, and spend time in person with colleagues across regions. Xero also offers boost days, giving you the option to work from the office and collaborate with the broader Xero community when it suits you.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring strong search engineering experience and know what it takes to build, maintain and scale search systems in a production environment handling hundreds of millions of documents
- Solid software engineering and development fundamentals are part of your toolkit, and you are comfortable contributing to both search-specific and generalist engineering work
- Quality comes first for you – you hold a high bar for the code you write and review, and care about doing things properly
- Working collaboratively with others comes naturally to you, whether that is with engineering, product or infrastructure teams across a distributed environment

An overview of this role
As a Fullstack Engineer on the Duo Client SDK team at GitLab, you'll build the shared foundation for every GitLab Duo client. Today, the logic that powers Duo in editors lives inside the GitLab Language Server. We're extracting it into a true software development kit (SDK): a set of well-versioned TypeScript packages that editor extensions, our web-based Duo Chat on GitLab.com, and eventually external applications can use.
You'll work in TypeScript across frontend and backend systems. You'll design the SDK's Node.js core and public application programming interface (API), and work in the clients that use it. The work rewards care about interfaces, versioning, and backward compatibility as much as features because other engineers will depend on what you build.
You'll have senior and staff engineers alongside you to help with design. You'll own the implementation of scoped packages and ship improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating with the team on larger architectural changes.
Some examples of our projects:
The Duo Client SDK, extracting versioned, publishable packages from the GitLab Language Server
The GitLab Language Server, rebuilt on top of the SDK as our polyglot surface
Duo Chat on the web, as one of the SDK's first consumers
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, and performant TypeScript features that solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance, writing tests with every merge request and contributing to code reviews and design discussions.
Extract and publish TypeScript packages from the GitLab Language Server, migrating consumers incrementally so no parallel implementation is left to drift.
Design durable public APIs with clear interfaces, semantic versioning, changelogs, and deprecation paths for external consumers.
Build isomorphic core packages that isolate platform-specific behavior in adapters at the edges.
Build and improve SDK client surfaces, including Vue 3 components in Duo Chat on the web, in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Strengthen credential handling across hosts, including bearer tokens, session cookies, and CSRF protection.
Optimize bundle size, startup cost, and dependency weight for browser consumers, and support a Tier 2 on-call rotation for urgent engineering issues.
What you'll bring
Strong proficiency with TypeScript across frontend and backend systems, including experience building and maintaining Node.js services.
Experience with modern build and packaging tools, including monorepos, multi-module builds, ECMAScript modules (ESM), and dependency management.
Experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API, or comparable component-based frontend experience and a willingness to learn Vue.
Experience designing APIs that other people use, with the ability to explain what you'd do differently.
Understanding of the differences between running code in Node.js and in the browser, and how to write code that works in both.
A security-minded development approach, including careful credential handling and performance optimization.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing about technical problems, propose iterative solutions, and work effectively in an agile environment.
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the judgment to ask for help when needed while thriving in a fully remote organization aligned with GitLab's values.
About the team
The Duo Client SDK team sits in GitLab's AI Clients stage and works closely with teams building GitLab Duo experiences. We collaborate across client surfaces to make thoughtful technical decisions as the platform evolves. We work fully remotely and asynchronously across regions, in the open, following GitLab's values of transparency and open communication.

This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.

We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Sales Commission Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and analytics. Owning the accuracy, integrity, and clarity of how Clipboard pays its revenue-generating teams.
You're likely someone with sharp spreadsheet instincts and a low tolerance for unexplained numbers. You're comfortable enough in SQL to pull your own data, fluent in comp plan mechanics, and just as capable of explaining a payout discrepancy in plain English to a rep as you are tracing the formula that caused it. You take ownership of the details because you know one uninvestigated row error erodes trust in the whole system.
You will:
- Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle, catching and resolving discrepancies before they land in a paycheck.
- Own the mechanics of our commission plans, the calculations, tiers, and accelerators. Keeping the spreadsheets and systems that run them aligned to plan documentation.
- Query and reconcile data across systems to validate commissionable revenue and investigate payout questions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out new or updated comp plans, translating plan changes into working, auditable calculations.
- Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear, reliable written communication.
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards that make commission tracking transparent and self-service for reps and managers.
What you bring:
- Spreadsheet mastery. You build and audit complex, multi-tab models without breaking them.
- Working SQL skills, comfortable pulling and reconciling data across sources.
- Comp plan literacy. You can read a plan document and translate it into an accurate calculation.
- Sharp attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a payout problem.
- Strong, reliable written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.
- Project ownership. You can take a commission cycle or plan rollout from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Experience
- 0-2 years in FP&A, sales operations, commissions/compensation, analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility

Job Summary
We are looking for a modern, high-velocity Web Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and conversion optimization. This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.
Local SEO Experience: Proven track record building service-area landing pages that rank.
Automation Skills: Experience with Make/Zapier for complex lead routing and CRM workflows.
Industry Experience: Background working with home-service businesses or in a high-volume marketing agency.

ABOUT CANTINA:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Lifecycle Product Manager to own how Cantina reaches users outside the app and brings them back to value inside it. Sitting on the product management team, you'll own the end-to-end user journey across email, push, and in-product messaging — and, critically, the deep-linked landing and post-click experiences that complete the loop. You'll develop a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of how people move through Cantina, turn that into a lifecycle strategy that grows activation, retention, and resurrection, and partner with Data and Engineering to launch, measure, and compound improvements. This is a hands-on role with company-wide visibility: you'll write the strategy, ship the journeys, run the experiments, and bring senior stakeholders along.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for Cantina's owned channels, mapping journeys across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Lead the design, launch, iteration, and optimization of templates and journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging — including the deep-linked landing and post-click product experiences that complete the loop.
- Optimize the lifecycle portfolio, not just individual sends: improve message inventory, relevance, personalization, prioritization, and per-user frequency so users get fewer, better-timed messages.
- Build a deep, evidence-based picture of the user journey — combining product analytics, cohort and funnel analysis with qualitative signals like session reviews, support themes, and user research — and use it to find where users stall and what would move them.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality reads) and hold the bar on measurement: retained activity and incremental value, not opens and clicks.
- Partner with the Data team to build the measurement system behind lifecycle — instrumentation, eligibility and audience definitions, dashboards, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with Engineering to ship campaigns end to end: triggers, personalization payloads, deep links, and the in-product surfaces each journey lands on.
- Define the operating model — intake, templates, approvals, QA, and quality standards — so lifecycle scales across teams without channel chaos or user fatigue.
- Set and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders, translating a messy portfolio into a clear multi-quarter direction and defending tradeoffs with data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention — ideally in a consumer mobile or AI product operating at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle or engagement programs that moved a real business metric (activation, D30 retention, resurrection, or conversion), with the analysis to prove it.
- Strong quantitative fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL and working in a BI/analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Looker, or similar) to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves without waiting on a queue.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle/CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io http://Customer.io, or similar) — segmentation, triggered canvases, personalization, and deliverability.
- Rigorous experimentation judgment: you understand holdouts, incrementality, sample sizing, and the difference between a delivery metric and a value metric.
- Technical and product fluency across event and identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure — enough to design a system with Engineering. Coding not required.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence, with a track record of aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
- Craft-level instinct for messaging: you can write the copy, critique the journey, and tell when a notification is helpful versus annoying.
- Preferred: experience with AI/consumer-social products, localization or multi-market lifecycle, and building lifecycle tooling or self-service platforms with Engineering.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $250,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients on high ambiguity GenAI, agentic AI and AI-enabled workflow transformation initiatives. This role is designed for someone who can operate at the intersection of customer discovery, hands-on engineering, solution architecture, early delivery and production adoption.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and users to uncover the real operational problem, build thin end-to-end solutions with real systems and data, validate feasibility, shape the delivery path and stay involved through MVP or first production release to assure alignment with expected outcome.
ROLE MISSION
Your mission is to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated, production-grade AI solutions.
You will help Solvd move from “we can build this” to “we have proven this works in the customer’s real operating environment.” You will bridge presales, discovery, prototyping and delivery, while converting field learnings into solution blueprints and service accelerators.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI / Agentic AI initiatives, working directly with client stakeholders, users and technical teams to understand workflows, systems, data and business constraints.
- Drive early-stage opportunities partnering with account executives, product analysts and technology SMEs to prototype, define scope, implementation roadmap and effort estimates.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into validated AI solution designs covering model strategy, data access, orchestration, tool use, integration patterns and production constraints.
- Build proof-of-concepts fast, prioritizing speed and impact over perfect design, technical spikes to validate architectural assumptions using real or representative systems and data.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, platforms and tools, including LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, cloud AI services and agentic tooling.
- Present, defend and explain complex AI, architecture and delivery concepts in simple, practical terms for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay involved through MVP or first production release to preserve context, support delivery teams and validate that the solution works in the customer’s operating environment.
- Define evaluation criteria for AI quality and business impact, including accuracy, groundedness, tool-call correctness, latency, cost, adoption and workflow effectiveness.
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, compliance, Responsible AI, observability and production-readiness principles.
- Convert field learnings into reusable Solvd assets, including solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks and service accelerators.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A seasoned hands-on technical leader who has evolved from full-stack or server-side software engineering into the GenAI and agentic AI domain.
- Experienced in designing, prototyping and integrating systems that combine LLMs, agentic frameworks, enterprise data and business workflows.
- Proficient at combining established engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Skilled in guiding teams and clients through ambiguity - able to prototype rapidly, validate assumptions and converge toward delivery-ready designs.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, product teams, operational users and engineers alike, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable solution narratives.
- Pragmatic, curious, collaborative and obsessed with customer problem — equally focused on technical soundness, business value, user adoption and delivery readiness.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong experience in software design and engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting or building GenAI or agentic AI systems using modern LLM ecosystems, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience supporting presales solutioning, discovery, prototyping or early delivery for AI engagements.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool-calling patterns.
- Understanding of cost modeling for AI workloads, including token usage, inference scaling and hosting models.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and its AI/ML service offerings.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders in presales, discovery or early delivery phases.
- Strong command of software engineering fundamentals, API design, integration patterns and production-readiness practices.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability and DevSecOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
OPTIONAL
- Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Field Engineer, staff engineer, solution architect or technical product lead.
- Prior experience with traditional AI/ML systems, including model training, MLOps, data pipelines or feature stores.
- Familiarity with frameworks for agentic or multi-component AI pipelines.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, data privacy and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience creating reusable solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks or technical accelerators.
- Industry-recognized cloud and AI certifications from Anthropic, AWS, Azure or Google.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
