Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities—and repeat that success here.
Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
Nice to Haves
Built an agentic system from scratch
Shipped agentic / LLM applications in production
Finance, payments or another highly regulated industry.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team owns full project lifecycles and client deliveries end-to-end; keeping Security Research, Secure Development, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Executive team and clients aligned on a shared plan throughout the entire delivery. Core responsibility of the Customer Success team is client satisfaction as well as supporting any renewal discussions and ongoing partnership. The type of deliveries span across the security services work (audits, reviews, applied research), smart contract library development, web3 tooling as well as marketing and developer relationship engagements.
What you'll be doing
Own the Engagement:
Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
Drive Delivery:
Lead client kickoffs, manage scope through a structured change-order process, oversee end-to-end audit delivery, coordinate quality review and publishing, and proactively escalate risks to internal leadership.
Administer Program Governance:
Operate the day-to-day governance framework for each engagement — RASCI matrices, workstream structures, and engagement models — and keep the program's working cadence and reporting metrics current. Maintain core program artifacts (milestone plans, scope/MVP definitions, RAID logs) as the definitive source of truth, and formulate executive-level status reports for client and internal leadership.
Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
Experience in a high-growth startup building processes from scratch.
PMO or people management experience.

About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ability to communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
The ability to take ownership, follow through on details, and help teams turn ideas into shipped experiences.
Genuine interest in learning about centralized exchange products and the customers who use them.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Experience designing for customers across multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
Experience contributing to or working with a mature design system across platforms.
At senior or staff level, experience mentoring designers, leading cross-team initiatives, or raising design quality beyond your immediate product area.

The Product Compliance team is responsible for embedding compliance into the product lifecycle and supporting the compliant development, launch and ongoing operation of OKX products and features globally across all markets in which our products and services are offered. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to identify regulatory and compliance requirements, assess product risks and develop practical solutions that support responsible commercial growth.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and commercially minded Senior Compliance Manager to join our Product Compliance team.
This is a senior individual-contributor role focused primarily on the day-to-day review of new products, material product changes and existing product enhancements. The emphasis is on delivering timely, well-reasoned product compliance assessments using a risk-based approach, ensuring that material compliance risks are sufficiently mitigated and the firm’s regulatory positioning protected.
You will act as a trusted compliance partner throughout the product development lifecycle, helping Product and Engineering teams navigate complex regulatory requirements while enabling commercially viable outcomes. You will be expected to distinguish between legal or regulatory constraints that cannot be crossed, risks that can be addressed through proportionate controls, and residual risks that require documented escalation or risk acceptance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and deliver day-to-day compliance reviews of new products, features, market expansions and material changes to existing products across OKX's global business and product suite.
Review product requirements, technical documentation, user journeys, onboarding flows, trading or transaction mechanics, reward structures, disclosures and operational processes.
Apply a risk-based waterfall that distinguishes hard legal or regulatory blockers from risks that may be addressed through controls, product conditions, jurisdictional restrictions, monitoring or escalation.
Conduct and document product compliance risk assessments covering areas such as regulatory perimeter and licensing, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions, trading and market conduct, asset safeguarding, data privacy and third-party risk.
Produce clear, concise and evidence-based and solutions-based compliance recommendations setting out identified risks, required mitigants, residual exposure and the proposed approval or escalation route.
Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to develop practical and scalable solutions to identified compliance requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
Promote a compliance-by-design culture within the product lifecycle; communicate the Product Compliance framework and program requirements to relevant stakeholders and deliver targeted training or guidance to Product, Engineering and business teams as required.
Support special projects and priority product launches in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
What We Look For In You
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services, fintech, payments or the cryptocurrency industry.
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk assessment, including advising on new products and material product changes.
Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and the products offered by crypto platforms, including trading, custody, payments, staking or earn products, lending, structured products, wallets or DeFi.
Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing and regulatory-perimeter considerations, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions and trading or market-conduct requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze products or initiatives involving significant complexity and risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical product requirements and controls.
Experience in and demonstrated success in leveraging AI-enabled technology to maintain risk assessment standards, including ongoing tuning of agentic skills aligned with the Company’s risk appetite.
Excellent risk judgment and the ability to balance compliance rigor with a pragmatic, risk-based approach that supports responsible commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and deliver repeatable product compliance solutions, controls and review processes aligned with broader group requirements.
Strong project-management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews, maintain accurate documentation and meet product-launch deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations and lead discussions with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, senior management and other Compliance stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence product decisions and constructively challenge proposals without compromising Compliance rigor.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced, globally dispersed team.
High personal integrity and sound professional judgment, including the ability to identify when an issue requires escalation.

About Logos:
Logos is building the technology and community required for a more sovereign, decentralised world.
Our technology stack spans decentralised infrastructure, communications and storage, with a focus on privacy, censorship resistance and permissionless systems. We work at the intersection of protocol development, Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem building.
We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to own and drive business development across Logos, while leading a team of two.
This isn't a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who is deeply embedded in the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, with a strong understanding of how decentralised networks operate and experience working with/launching privacy-focused protocols. Crucially, you'll have been through a mainnet launch and understand what it takes to build the partnerships, ecosystem and infrastructure relationships required both in the lead-up to launch and as the network scales post-mainnet.
The role:
As Head of Business Development, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow the Logos ecosystem. You will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, designing and executing growth strategies and building any relevant commercial relationships.
You'll identify where Logos technology can solve real problems, build relationships with protocols and infrastructure providers, and work closely with our technical teams to turn opportunities into integrations and long-term partnerships.
You'll also manage and develop a team of two, providing direction and prioritisation while remaining highly hands-on yourself.
A core part of the role is being able to operate credibly with technical stakeholders. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should understand the technology stack well enough to have substantive conversations with protocol teams, founders and engineering leaders without relying on someone else to translate the technology for you.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Logos’ BD and partnership strategy, building strategic relationships ahead of mainnet and driving ecosystem growth and adoption through expanded distribution channels post-launch.
Identify the ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure providers and applications where Logos technology can deliver the greatest value and bring users and volume to Logos network
Build a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities rather than pursuing partnerships for their own sake.
Establish clear priorities and success metrics for BD activity, owning the performance of BD goals against budget.
Own opportunities from initial identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management.
Build technically meaningful partnerships:
Develop relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, including wallets, centralised exchanges, on/off-ramps, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols and aggregators, multisigs and other infrastructure providers, with a particular focus on those actively engaged in the privacy ecosystem.
Identify opportunities for integrations, deployments, ecosystem partnerships and adoption of Logos technology.
Understand prospective partners’ technical architecture and identify how Logos can complement their technology stack through its privacy capabilities, while attracting privacy-focused applications and protocols to build on the Logos ecosystem.
Work with technical teams on both sides to move opportunities from conversation to implementation.
Represent Logos credibly with founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams and technical decision-makers.
Understand the technology:
You should be comfortable discussing concepts such as:
L1s, L2s and modular blockchain architectures
P2P and decentralised networking
Nodes, validators and network operators
Consensus and distributed systems
Decentralised storage and messaging
RPC and blockchain infrastructure
Wallet and application infrastructure
Token and network incentive models
Testnets, mainnets and network launches
Privacy-preserving and censorship-resistant technologies
You don't need to write production code, but you need genuine technical curiosity and enough depth to understand what we're building, why it matters, and how it can be used by others.
Lead the team:
Manage, mentor and develop an existing team of two BD contributors.
Set priorities and ensure the team is focused on the opportunities most likely to create meaningful adoption.
Establish a disciplined approach to pipeline management, ownership and follow-through.
Support the team on complex partnerships and negotiations.
Create accountability without introducing unnecessary processes or bureaucracy.
Remain hands-on with strategically important relationships and opportunities.
Work across Logos:
Partner closely with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem and communications teams.
Bring market and partner feedback back into the organisation to help inform product and ecosystem priorities.
Translate technical capabilities into clear propositions for different partners and use cases.
Help technical teams understand the commercial and strategic context behind potential integrations.
Ensure partnerships result in tangible outcomes rather than announcements alone.
Required skills:
Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure.
Strong understanding of the technical architecture of blockchain networks and Web3 infrastructure.
Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships or a closely related role.
Evidence of building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue.
Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to distinguish strategically valuable opportunities from noise.
Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, highly technical organisation.
A builder mentality; you enjoy taking opportunities from an initial idea through to something that actually exists.
We'd be especially interested in people who have worked within privacy focused ecosystems in areas such as:
Privacy focused L1 or L2 ecosystems
Decentralised networking projects relating to messaging, storage and or Privacy tools and applications
Wallets
Experience in Open-source protocols is a must
Hiring process:
Interview with our Talent team
Interview with Martin, Ecosystem Development Lead
Interview with Rahul, Partnerships Manager in Ecosystem Development
Task
Interview with Agata, Chief Legal Officer
Interview with Co-founders, Jarrad & Carl
We occasionally use cognitive tests and/or personality tests to gain insight into candidates' suitability with our org. The results provide an additional data point for us when making our hiring decisions.
The steps may change along the way if we see it makes sense to adapt the interview stages, so please consider the above as a guideline.

Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling the data platform that powers analytics across Trust Wallet. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and data models, ensuring a seamless, scalable and reliable flow of data from source systems through to the decisions it supports. Leveraging your experience with Databricks and Spark across both streaming and batch workloads, dbt or a similar transformation framework, cloud infrastructure, and custom solutions in Python, you'll work closely with our data analysts and engineering teams to turn data into a strategic asset for our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Platform Engineering: Architect and maintain robust, scalable and secure data infrastructure on Databricks, covering both streaming and batch workloads.
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, primarily in Python and Spark, to automate ingestion and transformation across internal systems, external providers and on-chain sources.
- Data Modelling: Design and maintain dimensional data models and transformation layers in dbt, with tests and documented contracts, so metrics are consistent and reusable across the company.
- Data Lake Management: Oversee the data lake and lakehouse layers, ensuring efficient storage, effective partitioning, high data quality, and monitoring and alerting that surfaces issues early.
- Integration and Customisation: Integrate Databricks with a wide range of data sources, including change data capture from operational databases, third-party APIs and blockchain data, and adapt data flows to specific business needs.
- Performance, Scalability and Cost: Optimise pipelines and storage for performance, reliability and cost efficiency at scale.
- Data Governance and Security: Apply best practices for governance, security and compliance in cloud and Databricks environments, including access control, encryption and monitoring.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with platform engineers, data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, and document infrastructure, models and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Data Engineering: 3+ years as a Data Engineer, with hands-on ownership of production pipelines and lakehouse or data warehouse architecture.
- Databricks and Spark: Strong practical experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Spark, including both streaming and batch processing, and the judgement to choose between them.
- Data Modelling: Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions and data warehouse design, with the ability to define and defend the grain of the models you build.
- Transformation Frameworks: Experience with dbt or an equivalent framework for managing transformations, testing and lineage.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong cloud fundamentals, including identity and access management, object storage, networking and infrastructure as code. We run on AWS; deep experience with Azure or GCP transfers well.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL: Comfortable writing production transformations as well as services and connectors.
- Data Quality and Governance: Experience implementing testing, monitoring and governance practices in cloud data environments.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with change data capture and replication from operational databases
- Familiarity with blockchain or on-chain data
- Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform, and CI/CD for data workloads
- Experience with BI and semantic layers such as Holistics, Looker or similar
- Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
