We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is rapidly building the leading ecosystem of generative models, bringing the best models from AI labs around the world to our users alongside our own. We are looking for an IC to source, activate, and scale relationships across Runway's growing portfolio of model partners. This is a role for someone who wants to own whatever needs owning, take new models from first conversation to launch, and write the playbook where none exists yet. You will work closely across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a broad portfolio of model partners end to end, across modalities
- Track the model landscape relentlessly: spot new labs and releases early and bring the strongest ones to the team as candidates for integration
- Take new partners from zero to launched: source, structure and negotiate commercial terms, then close with Legal and Finance
- Be the partner's main point of contact through launch, working closely with our engineering team
- Build deep, trusted relationships with founders, BD leads and research teams at our partners, and turn those relationships into early access, better terms and joint launches
- Run the portfolio with rigor: set check-in cadences, monitor relationship health, and spot and escalate risk early
- Track usage, spend and margin by partner and model, and use that data to decide where to invest, renegotiate or step back
- Partner with Marketing and our partners on co-marketing for model launches
- Build the frameworks and tools that let the function scale as the ecosystem grows
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience across some combination of partnerships, business development, GTM, consulting, or founding/operating, with a track record of having owned outcomes end to end
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, ideally usage-based, API or platform deals
- Genuine obsession with generative AI: you know the labs, you try new models the day they ship, and you have opinions on what makes one good
- Demonstrated range: you've done the deal and the integration and the launch
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position

Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Webflow is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own how our workforce, devices, and automations authenticate and get access to what they need. Okta is our primary identity platform, and you’ll take it from a tool that works to a platform that is deliberately architected, governed, and easy to build on.
You’ll partner extensively with Security on policy, risk, and detection, bringing the engineering depth to turn their requirements into systems that run reliably. Making access safe by default without slowing people down is the central challenge of the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology
AS A LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER, IDENTITY & ACCESS, YOU’LL:
- Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform, including build versus buy decisions
- Bring our Okta tenant under proper management, with configuration standards, hardening, change control, and configuration as code (Terraform, APIs, Okta Workflows, or scripts where the platform falls short)
- Automate the identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, using our HRIS as the source of truth and SCIM to downstream applications
- Build paved roads for application onboarding, including standard SSO patterns, provisioning templates, and federated access to our cloud and source control platforms, so app owners can integrate without platform team involvement
- Design the access model: role based access control (RBAC), least privilege, request and approval workflows, and access reviews, with tooling that answers “who has access to what, and why” and produces audit evidence automatically
- Strengthen how access is granted through phishing resistant MFA, device trust and risk signals, and governed non human identities (service accounts, tokens, OAuth grants, and AI tools and agents), and stream identity telemetry to Security for detection and response
- Serve as the top escalation point and primary responder for identity incidents and outages should they arise, including on call coverage for critical identity services, post incident reviews, and log analysis with Security
- Manage the Okta vendor relationship, licensing, and cost
ABOUT YOU:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years in identity, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including ownership of a workforce identity platform at meaningful scale
- Deep hands on experience architecting an enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred
- Fluency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM, including debugging at the token and assertion level
- Experience with identity governance, including RBAC design, HRIS driven lifecycle automation, and meeting audit requirements
- Strong grounding in Zero Trust and identity based attacks, including device trust and the security of non human identities
- Scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
- Clear communication with senior and executive audiences, including driving architecture decisions
- Nice to have: experience governing identities for AI tools and agents, and Okta certifications
You’ll thrive as a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access if you:
- Design like an attacker, asking how every control could fail or be abused, and respect that one policy change can lock out the whole company
- Get results with Security, HR, and application owners through influence, not authority
- Care as much about adoption as correctness
- Bring order to an under managed environment without waiting for a perfect plan
- Use AI tools with good judgment
- Are comfortable as the lead identity expert, mentoring others and setting the standard
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow 0x’s footprint across the leading trading apps in crypto. We already power many of the top wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads on EVM. You’ll build on that position while helping establish 0x on Solana.
This role is for someone who’s part of crypto, not just selling into it. You use onchain products daily, follow CT and are well connected across the space. You’re as comfortable closing a structured, multi-month deal with a major wallet as an informal one in a Telegram chat.
You’ll join a team of three, reporting to our Head of Sales and working alongside our Institutional Sales Lead.
New York location preferred, but we’re open to exceptional candidates elsewhere in the Americas or Europe with strong overlap with US working hours.
What you’ll do
- Find and qualify opportunities across EVM and Solana, from new apps that need swap infrastructure to established platforms that can benefit from 0x’s trade execution.
- Own deals from first outreach through go-live: lead discovery, technical scoping, commercial negotiations and contracting, bringing in Engineering and Legal to resolve blockers along the way.
- Drive trading volume and revenue through your partnerships, staying close to customers to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering on routing, execution quality, latency, feature gaps and more.
- Help shape our cryptonative sales playbook, including targeting, lead qualification, positioning and deal terms.
- Represent 0x at conferences and ecosystem events around the world.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in business development or sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with cryptonative teams.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and an existing network of founders, operators, and decision-makers across Solana wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads.
- Experience selling a technical product, such as APIs, infrastructure or developer tooling, to engineers and business teams alik
- Experience building your own pipeline from scratch, without SDR support.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products, such as swap fees, trade surplus, API pricing and revenue-sharing agreements.
- A strong understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including how price impact, slippage, gas costs and fees affect trading outcomes.
- Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
Nice to have
- Comfortable navigating onchain data from platforms like Dune and DefiLlama to spot trends, size opportunities and benchmark 0x against competitors.
- Experience at a DEX, aggregator or onchain trading infrastructure company.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $225,000 + variable pay + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
