About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers. As those programs have grown, so has the volume of work that makes them happen, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to own it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. One week that means running a developer event in San Francisco; the next, pulling together campaign assets. You'll get clear direction and real ownership.
This is a great fit if you like variety, move fast, and want to build range across every part of a growth function. You'll work directly with the Growth lead and partner closely with sales, design, and product. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, though it's a plus. What matters is that you come from a technical or B2B software environment where you understood what the product did and who was buying it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
- Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
- Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked, surfacing what we should do more or less of.
- Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Build real knowledge of WorkOS products, our developer audience, and the AI-native companies we sell to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience.
- Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct.
- Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader.
- Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences.
- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.
- Domain Understanding: Enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it.
- Self-starter: Previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations.
- AI-Native: Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows.
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, or API products.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support team is at the heart of Attio’s customer experience — maintaining an exceptional 98% CSAT average over the past six months. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, care, and quality.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice of Attio to our customers — helping them solve problems, unlock value, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, share product best practices, and act as the customer’s advocate across teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves getting into the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a complex issue into a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our customers love Attio — and help us set a new benchmark for excellence in B2B SaaS support.
This is Attio’s first hire in the APAC region, offering a unique opportunity to help establish our presence in Australia. As such, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical and operational processes that keep our customers successful. You’ll combine empathy, product expertise, and clear communication to deliver best-in-class support.
Customer support excellence: Provide fast, high-quality support across email, chat, and video, maintaining strong CSAT and meeting SLAs across APAC hours.
Advanced technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Attio’s API (REST payloads, authentication, error handling), webhooks, SDKs, and integrations — identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
Multi-system debugging: Investigate issues spanning Attio and third-party platforms, interpreting logs, error outputs, and system behaviours to triage effectively before escalating to Engineering.
Automation & workflow support: Advise on and troubleshoot customer-built automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), diagnosing failures and recommending improvements, while supporting equivalent builds within Attio’s native workflows.
AI & integrations support: Troubleshoot MCP server connections and support customers integrating Attio into AI-powered workflows and toolchains.
Autonomous regional ownership: Act as the primary technical support contact for APAC, independently managing a wide range of queries — from foundational product questions to complex technical investigations.
Customer advocacy: Surface recurring issues, patterns, and product feedback from the APAC region, acting as the voice of the customer to Support, Product, and Engineering.
Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to Help Center content, internal documentation, and support workflows, continuously improving how we operate.
Product mastery: Build deep expertise in Attio’s product, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of new features to support customers with confidence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who combines technical curiosity with empathy and a love for helping others succeed.
Proven experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer support role within SaaS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong technical depth: Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and workflows; comfortable working with logs, debugging issues, and understanding system behaviour.
Automation experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n — either supporting customers or building automations directly.
AI & modern tooling curiosity: Experience with AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and managing complex issues without constant oversight.
Excellent communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Customer empathy: Strong instinct for understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Curiosity and initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 12% Superannuation contribution
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

Applicants can expect the following:

- 30-minute introductory chat with a member of our Talent team
- 30-minute track record interview with our Technical Support Specialist Manager
- Core Interviews
- Take-home technical exercise
- 45-minute team panel interview to assess skills and collaboration style

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!
If you want to see what we’ve been up to, please check out these
blog posts
and Honeycomb.io
press releases
.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$250,000
—
$280,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our first Data Engineer to build Teleport's internal data platform. You will design and own the pipelines and warehouse that turn raw data from across the company, including product usage, production costs, budgets, and sales, into data that any team can use to answer their own questions.
You will work closely with teams across the company, including product, engineering, finance, and revenue, to understand their data needs and deliver reliable, well-modeled data they can depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and operate a low-maintenance cloud data warehouse and transformation workflow.
- Evaluate managed connectors, source exports, and native cloud services before building custom ingestion software.
- Model data from CRM, contracts, finance, billing, product usage, and cloud infrastructure into coherent business entities and metrics.
- Establish canonical customer identity and mappings between accounts, tenants, billing entities, and other source-specific identifiers.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to define concepts such as ARR, adoption, infrastructure cost, and gross margin.
- Build data quality checks, reconciliation, documentation, lineage, and observable failure behavior into the system.
- Protect customer and employee information through appropriate access control, minimization, redaction, and retention practices.
- Manage warehouse performance and cost, and keep the platform understandable and operable by a small team.
- Use Python or Go for integrations that cannot be handled safely and economically by managed or warehouse-native capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md to design and build an analytics warehouse for a fictional business.
- Builder mentality; experience building a data engineering function from scratch at a growing startup is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL and dimensional or analytical data-modeling expertise.
- Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into documented, testable business definitions.
- Production experience with dbt or an equivalent SQL transformation workflow.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience with managed ELT, APIs, object storage, incremental loading, and source schema evolution.
- Strong data-quality and reconciliation practices, including explaining how published numbers relate to their sources.
- Experience handling sensitive data, access control, and retention responsibly.
- Practical experience with Python or Go, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.
- Sound judgment about build vs. buy decisions, operational simplicity, and managing scope in a startup environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with stakeholders across the company.
- No-ego mindset of collaboration, transparency, and seeking feedback from others.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the data engineering challenge and answer your questions.
3. Challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff product engineer — not a generalist who happens to touch frontend and backend, but someone who thinks like a product owner and ships like an engineer.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
End-to-end ownership
You take on the problems nobody's claimed — the ones that span squads with no obvious owner — and carry them from a fuzzy first conversation to what's actually live. If it touches the customer, it's yours to chase down.
Comfort in ambiguity
Half-formed problems and conflicting signals are your starting material, not a blocker. You define the problem before you solve it, form a point of view on what's worth building, and move without waiting for someone else to de-risk the call.
Customer-first, always
You think from the customer's problem backward, not the codebase forward. Every technical call traces back to what it does for the person on the other end of the message — and you can explain that connection to people who don't write code. Given the choice, you ship the thing that changes their experience, not the thing that's merely elegant.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Shipping your part isn't the bar. You bring in the right people before a problem becomes theirs to clean up, and you leave enough behind — docs, patterns, delegation — that the team keeps moving without you in the room.
What You'll Do
Own important, ambiguous problems from initial framing through launch and iteration. Set direction, align partners, and stay accountable for the result.
Partner with product, design, and data to shape priorities, scope the work, and define how success will be measured.
Lead technical decisions across the stack, including architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead work across teams and systems. Build alignment, resolve technical disagreements, and keep complex initiatives moving.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking someone to lead the future of fraud machine learning at Ramp. In this role, you will help build core machine learning models, design data architectures, and set strategic roadmaps to help Ramp mitigate fraud-related threats while minimizing the friction experience by legitimate users. You will partner closely with product and engineering counterparts across model design, implementation, execution, and analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Employ statistical and machine learning techniques on large datasets to discover patterns of fraud, platform abuse, and identity theft
- Prototype and productionize machine learning models and rules-based systems to protect Ramp and its users from fraud
- Partner closely with Fraud Engineering and Data Platform teams to augment and leverage data across first and third party sources, ensuring we’ve added as much context as possible to every decision we make
- Contribute to the culture of Ramp’s machine learning team by influencing processes, tools, and systems that will allow us to make better decisions in a scalable way
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or Data Scientist
- Strong python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering
- Prior experience deploying Machine Learning models to production and making meaningful contribution to backend systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)
- Fluency with agentic (AI) tools for software development and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- PhD in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- Context on Fraud and/or Identity Threat detection systems
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Experience with the modern data stack ( Snowflake / Hex / dbt / RisingWave / etc )
- Strong perspective on data science + ML engineering development cycle, especially in a post-AI setting
- Experience developing LLM-backed systems or tools

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to support the general ledger, the close, and our accounting processes and controls as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the core accounting function at a company where the entity structure, transaction volume, and reporting requirements are growing quickly.
You’ll join the corporate accounting team and take on the general ledger, vendor contract review, the close calendar, and our internal control environment as the business grows. We are focused on tightening close procedures, strengthening controls, and building reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You’ll partner closely with FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners to make sure the books close on time and accurately every cycle.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in headcount, entity structure, transaction volume, and contract complexity and volume and vendor size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Own day-to-day execution of general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation as the entity structure grows
- Own recurring close areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and equity compensation
- Lead month-end and year-end close, setting the calendar and holding FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners so the books close on time every cycle
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and flux analysis for accounting and finance leadership
- Identify and automate the manual, error-prone steps that slow the close down
Controls and Audit
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams and external auditors to keep internal controls tight and the company audit-ready
- Own audit deliverables, including technical accounting memos, schedules, and sample testing support
Systems and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of our accounting systems stack, including NetSuite and our spend management platform, and push for automation over manual workarounds
- Partner with FP&A on reporting, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis
- Support FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on the accounting implications of new entities, contracts, and programs
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on corporate accounting, general ledger, and close management
- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP across core corporate accounting areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, debt and leases
- Hands-on experience owning account reconciliations and preparing monthly financial statements
- Experience owning the close calendar directly, not just contributing to a close run by someone else
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern spend management platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company
- Experience supporting multi-entity or international consolidations
- Integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX or SOX-readiness controls work
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~300 Mid-Market customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
