At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Platform & UX, you will lead two teams reimagining Render's onboarding and activation experience for both humans and AI agents.
One team owns the experience a person sees the first time they come to Render: signup, onboarding, activation, and what drives them to adopt more of the platform. The other team builds the equivalent experience for agents, which reach Render through APIs rather than the UI, integrating with providers like Codex, Claude, and Cursor so agents can use Render the way humans do. You'll take an already-forming org through its next stage of growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow two teams, UX (human onboarding and activation) and Agent Platform (the equivalent experience for agents via programmatic interfaces like the MCP, CLI, API, SDK, and Blueprints)
- Own the roadmap for Render's self-serve user journey, from first touch through activation, initial monetization, usage expansion, new feature adoption, and PQL graduation
- Drive the agent-facing side of the platform: build the API-driven experience that lets agents integrate with and operate on Render
- Partner with the dedicated product and design partners on both teams to align roadmap with customer, growth, and platform needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping both teams' identities and focus areas clear as they scale
- Make key architectural and product decisions, balancing long-term platform investment against iterative improvements to onboarding and activation
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that already includes senior ICs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong people leadership - the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling more than one team, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing and developing senior (IC5+) engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Ability to partner closely with product and design without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong product instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to growth and activation outcomes
- Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior growth-focused engineering experience (onboarding, activation, funnel optimization)
- Experience building developer- or agent-facing product experiences, and integrating with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor
- Background in developer platforms or DevTools
- Experience helping a team split or reorganize as it scales into multiple teams
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we’re reimagining how teams think and create together. The Design and Research team brings clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that help people collaborate, ideate, and solve problems visually. We partner deeply with engineering, product, and research to invent the next generation of collaborative work combining craft, systems thinking, and bold exploration.
YOUR MISSION
As a Lead Product Designer focused on Growth, you’ll define how Mural earns user trust at the moments that matter most when someone first encounters the product's value, decides to go deeper, or chooses to stay.
This is end to end growth journey ownership. It's about designing the logic of how Mural grows: the moments where clarity converts, where friction is a design failure, and where the line between growth and product quality either holds or breaks. You'll work across discovery, activation, and pricing surfaces, onboarding paths, upgrade flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product nudges. Most importantly, you'll orchestrate how those surfaces work together and set the standard for how growth design is practiced at Mural.
You'll succeed if you can bring full journey thinking, rigor and craft to a domain that often defaults to shortcuts and if you can help a cross-functional team understand what good growth design actually looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES (INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR WORK):
- Define high-quality, user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences across problem to success flows, upgrade flows, pricing surfaces, and lifecycle touchpoints — setting patterns that scale across the platform.
- Work from concept to production, delivering thoughtful UX, polished visual design, and vibe coded prototypes that help the organization understand direction, risk, and value.
- Use behavioral data as a primary design input: interpret funnel metrics, experiment results, and user signals to inform design decisions, not just validate them.
- Design and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels — from hypothesis formation through read-out, in close partnership with product and data science.
- Establish reusable growth patterns in Mural's design system that balance clarity, persuasion, and long-term user trust.
- Partner with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of flows and components.
COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES (PRACTICE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT):
- Directly manage one to three designers on the growth surface: run regular 1:1s, set goals, give performance feedback, and support their career growth.
- Balance IC output with people leadership — this is a hands-on management role, not a full-time management track. Expect the majority of your time to remain in design work.
- Model how to hold craft and commercial intent simultaneously — showing peers what it looks like to design for conversion without compromising user trust.
- Mentor designers working on growth-adjacent surfaces, developing their instincts around hierarchy, motivation, friction, and funnel thinking.
- Contribute to how the team understands growth design as a discipline: a principled approach to earning user commitment.
- Champion the relationship between growth quality and product quality, helping leadership understand when they align and when they're in tension.
- Partner with research, data science, and product to elevate experimentation quality across the organization.
HYBRID RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH PLAYER & COACH):
- Reframe problems at the funnel level helping teams understand where value is earned or lost and why.
- Lead workshops or working sessions that bring clarity to pricing, packaging, onboarding, and upgrade moment opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, research, and data science to define success metrics, shape experiment hypotheses, and interpret outcomes.
- Advocate for user trust as a growth asset, not an obstacle to conversion — and model how design holds that line.
DESIGN & RESEARCH TEAM CONTRIBUTION:
- Share growth approaches for designing discovery, onboarding, and identity flows with peers through critique and collaboration.
- Partner with research, data, and product teams to elevate experimentation quality and improve how Mural understands user value signals.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence, especially in areas where growth and monetization intersect with core product experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, productivity tools, collaboration software, or product-led growth environments.
- 2+ years of managing other designers
- A track record of leading growth, monetization, or conversion-focused design work — not just contributing to it.
- Deep fluency in funnel thinking: you understand acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion as a connected system, not isolated moments.
- Strong data instincts: you can read behavioral data, interpret experiment results, and use both to sharpen design decisions.
- Exceptional craft: visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish are second nature.
- Systems thinking: you understand how decisions cascade across surfaces, journeys, and user relationships over time.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers, even informally — you know how to raise the quality of work around you.
- Strong communication skills that help cross-functional partners make smart, user-centered decisions.
- Comfort operating in spaces where patterns don’t yet exist and playbooks need to be written.
ALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING
- Experience with pricing architecture, packaging strategy, or monetization model design.
- Deep experience mapping and designing activation journeys — the full arc from first action to genuine value realization.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools and vibe coding to prototype growth flows, simulate behavioral nudges, and stress-test funnel logic in motion — treating code as a design material for rapid exploration.
- Background in organic acquisition or activation funnels at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or contextual intelligence in growth flows.
- Experience working with data science teams on experimentation frameworks or causal inference.
- History of shaping 0→1 growth systems or redesigning broken acquisition or retention loops.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll help shape how millions of people discover value in Mural, understand what the product can do for them, and make confident choices about their journey. You’ll design experiences that balance business goals with user trust, clarity, and delight. You’ll collaborate with thoughtful partners who care about evidence, craft, and outcomes.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and use our product daily to collaborate, ideate, and prototype together. This role is Canada Remote. Your design work will shape how millions of people around the world collaborate.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data team and lead the evolution of our Analytics Engineering platform. As Render scales, you'll build the foundations that turn raw data into trusted, reusable models for analytics, executive reporting, and AI-assisted decision-making.
In this role, you'll partner closely with analysts, scientists, data engineers, and teams across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other business functions. Analysts and scientists will bring domain expertise and own business logic within their areas; you'll own the technical architecture, modeling standards, and engineering practices that help that work scale reliably.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll set the technical direction for Analytics Engineering at Render—strengthening data quality, improving the developer experience, and building semantic and context layers that make data easier to discover and use. You'll help teams move faster with consistent metrics and maintainable models they can trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own our Analytics Engineering architecture. Guide the long-term evolution of Render’s Analytics Engineering platform, strengthening foundational models so our data remains trusted, scalable, and ready for AI-assisted analytics.
- Build trusted, reusable data models. Design, build, and maintain governed dbt models that serve as authoritative sources for business-critical metrics across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams.
- Establish engineering standards. Define and improve practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and code review. Review high-impact dbt changes and reduce technical debt across the analytics codebase.
- Enable self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Design and maintain semantic and context layers that make metrics consistent, data discoverable, and analysis reliable for both people and AI tools.
- Partner closely with analysts and scientists. Help analysts and scientists translate domain-specific business logic into scalable, maintainable warehouse models, moving shared logic out of individual reports and dashboards and into governed datasets.
- Improve reliability and efficiency. Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen source data quality, warehouse architecture, and BigQuery performance and cost efficiency.
- Raise the bar for Analytics Engineering. Mentor analysts, scientists, and analytics engineers on dbt development, dimensional modeling, and engineering best practices, and help teams adopt shared standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience running dbt in production.
- Expert-level SQL skills and a track record of designing and owning scalable Kimball dimensional models.
- Deep expertise in modern Analytics Engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, documentation, data contracts, lineage, and governance.
- Experience building semantic and context layers, trusted metrics, and warehouse architectures that support self-service analytics for humans and AI agents across multiple business domains.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse architecture, performance optimization, and cost efficiency, with experience in platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- A track record of establishing technical standards, influencing engineering practices without formal authority, and improving reliability while reducing technical debt.
- Proven ability to partner closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable data models.
- Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment across teams.
- Experience building data models that connect product usage, acquisition, CRM, and financial data across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate data modeling, testing, documentation, or exploration.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Render’s analytics stack, including BigQuery, Segment, dbt, and analytics tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel.

IT Engineer
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated, systems-oriented IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This role combines hands-on IT operations and Tier 1–2 support with ownership of identity, access, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows.
You will work closely with the IT Operations Engineer and Security team to operate and continuously improve a modern, SaaS-first, highly automated IT environment. This is a junior but high-impact role designed for someone who wants to grow into identity-driven, automation-focused IT.
Responsibilities
Identity, Access & SaaS Operations
Support day-to-day administration of IAM platforms such as Okta (or similar IdPs), including user lifecycle workflows, access provisioning, group management, and MFA.
Assist with SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other internal tools.
Help enforce least-privilege access principles and support periodic access reviews and audits.
Execute secure and timely access provisioning and deprovisioning aligned with documented lifecycle processes.
Endpoint & Device Management
Support macOS endpoint management using Addigy, Iru, or similar platforms.
Assist with device enrollment, compliance monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle workflows.
Coordinate device preparation, shipping, replacements, and secure device recovery for offboarding employees.
Help maintain endpoint security standards and configuration baselines.
Employee Lifecycle & Automation
Execute and coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including:
Account provisioning and access configuration
Device setup and logistics
Role-based access enforcement
Secure deactivation and asset recovery
Assist in building and maintaining low-code / no-code automations (e.g., Okta Workflows) to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
Ensure lifecycle processes are documented, repeatable, and auditable.
Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex access, integration, or device issues.
Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis rather than applying temporary fixes.
Identify recurring operational problems and contribute to durable, system-level improvements.
Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewals.
Assist with SaaS access reviews and vendor offboarding.
Help maintain visibility into vendor usage, contracts, and lifecycle status.
Contribute to improving procurement and asset tracking processes.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
Experience providing Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
Solid understanding of identity and access management fundamentals, including SSO, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting macOS environments or strong endpoint fundamentals.
Comfort working in a terminal / CLI environment appropriate to experience level.
Ability to read and modify scripts written in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Backgrounds in Microsoft-centric environments (O365, Azure AD, Intune) are welcome, provided there is comfort learning Okta and SaaS-first tooling.
Nice to haves
Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Addigy, JAMF, Iru, or Intune.
Experience building or maintaining low-code / no-code automations (e.g., Okta Workflows).
Exposure to SaaS-first, identity-driven IT architectures.
Familiarity with vendor management, procurement workflows, or asset lifecycle tracking.
Interest in identity governance, security-adjacent work, or enterprise automation.
Relevant certifications (Okta certifications, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Google Workspace, Microsoft certifications).
