Who We Are
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges.
Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship.
About the Opportunity
This is a hybrid onsite position. Candidates must be in the Bay Area, CA.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You'll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for professional growth
Team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare for employees and dependents

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.
