How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Business Development with a strong background in the iGaming B2B sector, specifically within game providers or aggregators. The role focuses on expanding content distribution through strategic aggregator partnerships, entering new markets, and driving revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can establish commercial processes from the ground up, leverage existing industry relationships, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to successful game launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive international business expansion by securing new aggregator partnerships and increasing game distribution across their operator networks, with direct operator deals as a secondary priority
- Identify and engage prospective partners across Tier-1 markets, Latin America, and Europe, evaluating opportunities based on commercial potential, market fit, and distribution reach
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and qualification to commercial negotiations, contract execution, technical integration, and go-live
- Build relationships with decision-makers at aggregator and operator companies, conduct discovery meetings, present the game portfolio, and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements
- Develop compelling commercial proposals using game characteristics and performance indicators, including RTP, volatility, themes, retention, and average bet
- Establish and maintain an effective CRM and sales pipeline framework, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, structured follow-ups, and reliable revenue forecasts
- Identify and engage potential aggregator and operator partners through targeted outreach, industry networking, and participation in major events such as SiGMA, ICE, and iGB
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Integration teams to facilitate partner onboarding, resolve licensing or technical challenges, and accelerate content launches
- Share market insights with Product teams, including competitor performance, portfolio opportunities, localization requirements, and regional player preferences
- Take ownership of partner-generated GGR, monitor commercial performance, and provide the CEO with weekly pipeline updates, monthly revenue reports by partner and market, and quarterly forecasts for signings, launches, and GGR
- Identify potential commercial or operational obstacles early and escalate critical issues directly to the CEO to avoid delays
Requirements
- 2+ years of business development experience within an iGaming game provider or aggregator — mandatory
- Strong understanding of the B2B game distribution ecosystem, including aggregator-led sales models, RGS and integration processes, licensing, certification, and revenue-sharing structures
- Established professional relationships with aggregators and operators across Tier-1 markets, Europe, and Latin America, with a particularly strong network on the aggregator side
- Demonstrated success in bringing gaming content to market through aggregator partnerships
- Proven ability to build new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry networking, including events such as SiGMA, ICE, and iGB
- Good understanding of ICP development, lead qualification, and B2B sales funnels, with the ability to prioritize high-impact aggregator partnerships over individual operator deals
- Confident in managing commercial discussions with mid-level and C-level stakeholders, from initial discovery to negotiating partnership terms and revenue-sharing models
- Entrepreneurial approach and the ability to establish business development processes, CRM workflows, and sales pipelines from scratch
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of iGaming performance metrics, including RTP, volatility, player retention, and average bet, and the ability to translate these insights into effective commercial presentations
- Experience working with CRM platforms, maintaining accurate records, managing follow-ups, and monitoring deal progression
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) to Advanced (C1) English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Persistence and adaptability when dealing with complex negotiations, extended integration timelines, and unsuccessful sales opportunities

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow 0x’s footprint across the leading trading apps in crypto. We already power many of the top wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads on EVM. You’ll build on that position while helping establish 0x on Solana.
This role is for someone who’s part of crypto, not just selling into it. You use onchain products daily, follow CT and are well connected across the space. You’re as comfortable closing a structured, multi-month deal with a major wallet as an informal one in a Telegram chat.
You’ll join a team of three, reporting to our Head of Sales and working alongside our Institutional Sales Lead.
New York location preferred, but we’re open to exceptional candidates elsewhere in the Americas or Europe with strong overlap with US working hours.
What you’ll do
- Find and qualify opportunities across EVM and Solana, from new apps that need swap infrastructure to established platforms that can benefit from 0x’s trade execution.
- Own deals from first outreach through go-live: lead discovery, technical scoping, commercial negotiations and contracting, bringing in Engineering and Legal to resolve blockers along the way.
- Drive trading volume and revenue through your partnerships, staying close to customers to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering on routing, execution quality, latency, feature gaps and more.
- Help shape our cryptonative sales playbook, including targeting, lead qualification, positioning and deal terms.
- Represent 0x at conferences and ecosystem events around the world.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in business development or sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with cryptonative teams.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and an existing network of founders, operators, and decision-makers across Solana wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads.
- Experience selling a technical product, such as APIs, infrastructure or developer tooling, to engineers and business teams alik
- Experience building your own pipeline from scratch, without SDR support.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products, such as swap fees, trade surplus, API pricing and revenue-sharing agreements.
- A strong understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including how price impact, slippage, gas costs and fees affect trading outcomes.
- Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Fluency in Italian
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ABOUT THE GROWTH TEAM
Growth Marketing at Alan covers a broad range of opportunities, including acquisition, segment and market growth, partnerships, content, experimentation, and international expansion.
We are looking for adaptable marketers who can take ownership of a defined growth problem, learn quickly, and evolve as our priorities change.
YOUR MISSION
As a Growth Marketer, you will independently own an ambiguous but defined Growth problem from diagnosis through execution. You will prioritise the highest-impact actions, coordinate the relevant stakeholders, and connect your work to measurable business outcomes.
Concretely, our team works on missions such as:
- Developing our channels: scaling paid acquisition, growing visibility in AI search and LLMs like ChatGPT, or growing our strategic partnerships
- Crafting the go-to-market strategy for our different segments (e.g. retirees, freelancers, companies,...)
- Producing performance creatives with AI workflows to create assets at scale
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Independently own an ambiguous but defined Growth problem from diagnosis through execution.
- Prioritise high-impact opportunities and make clear trade-offs.
- Design and run experiments, campaigns, or programmes end to end.
- Coordinate the relevant stakeholders and move initiatives forward with limited direction.
- Use business and performance data to make decisions and establish a clear learning loop.
- Adapt your approach based on results, customer insight, and feedback.
- Connect your work to measurable business outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience owning a meaningful Growth, acquisition, segment, market, or related Marketing scope.
- Strong problem-framing, prioritisation, and experimentation skills.
- Ability to make decisions based on evidence and business impact.
- Hands-on execution combined with an understanding of adjacent teams and activities.
- Ability to work with limited direction in an ambiguous environment.
- Clear communication and constructive stakeholder management.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to expand your scope over time.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://app.notion.com/p/alaninsurance/Compensation-Alan-9a9fcf8b0cdf497a9c0ac89a11f048a3.

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Solutions Architect you'll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects and customers, helping them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You'll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.
Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect Manager and partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. You'll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Italy to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
Experience within MEA region, and Arabic/English speaking is required.
Ability to travel at least 25%
